Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cleaning equipment, in particular to a vacuum cleaner and a pipe connecting assembly for connecting a cleaner host and a suction head.
Background
Chinese patent application publication No. CN107969989a discloses a "vacuum cleaning apparatus with a collapsible wand to provide a storage configuration", the apparatus comprising a wand having a first end coupled to a vacuum unit and a second end coupled to a vacuum head or a surface cleaning head. The wand defines an air passage for allowing air to pass through the surface cleaning head to the vacuum unit and includes a flexible air passage along at least a portion of the wand. The wand also includes a plurality of sections pivotally connected together so that the wand can be folded approximately 180 ° in a forward direction until the vacuum unit is positioned adjacent the top of the surface cleaning head, thereby providing a storage configuration. However, the above construction makes it inconvenient for the user to hold or lift the cleaner to store the cleaner when the vacuum unit and the surface cleaning head are bent to 180 ° because the handle portion is on one side of the vacuum unit.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above technical problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a pipe connection assembly that is convenient for a user to hold or lift and a vacuum cleaner using the same.

In the above technical solution, preferably, when the vacuum cleaner is located at the storage position, the main body of the hand-held cleaner is located directly above the suction head.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that the pipe connecting assembly is arranged, so that when the cleaning device such as a dust collector is stored, at least part of the arc-shaped combined pipe forms an arc-shaped handle for holding the hands of a user, and the dust collector can be lifted or held by the arc-shaped handle formed by the pipe connecting assembly when the user bends the dust collector main body and the suction head to store the dust collector, thereby being convenient for storing the dust collector.

Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, constructional features, achieved objects and effects of the invention in detail, the following description will be made with reference to the embodiments in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. The pipe connection assembly of the present invention may be applied to other cleaning devices, such as floor washers, in addition to vacuum cleaners.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, a vacuum cleaner 100 includes a hand-held cleaner main body 1, a cleaner head 2 for moving over a floor surface, a support pipe for connecting the cleaner main body 1 and the cleaner head 2, a first locking mechanism 4, and a second locking mechanism 5.
Wherein the support tube comprises a tube connection assembly 3, the tube connection assembly 3 comprising a first connection tube 31, a second connection tube 32 and an arc-shaped combination tube 33. The cleaner head 2 is connected to a first connection pipe 31 and the hand-held cleaner main unit 1 is connected to a second connection pipe 32. In this example, the first and second connecting pipes are hard pipes.
The arc-shaped combined pipe 33 is arranged between the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe, the arc-shaped combined pipe 33 is provided with a first end part and a second end part which are oppositely arranged, the first end part and the first connecting pipe 31 are fixedly arranged, the second end part and the second connecting pipe 32 are fixedly arranged, and the first connecting pipe 31, the arc-shaped combined pipe 33 and the second connecting pipe 32 are always in fluid communication. The arc-shaped combined pipe 33 comprises a first arc-shaped short pipe 331, a second arc-shaped short pipe 332 and a third arc-shaped short pipe 333 which are sequentially sleeved. And the first, second and third arc short pipes are hard pipes. In this example, the first arc-shaped short tube 331 is integrally formed with the first connection tube 31, and the third arc-shaped short tube 333 is integrally formed with the second connection tube 32. In other embodiments, the first arc-shaped short tube 331 may be fixedly disposed with the first connecting tube 31, and the third arc-shaped short tube 333 may be fixedly disposed with the second connecting tube 32. I.e. the two arc-shaped short pipes are fixedly connected with the first connecting pipe and the second connecting pipe respectively through external connecting parts, such as pipe joints.
In addition, in other embodiments, the arc-shaped combined pipe 3 may include a plurality of hard arc-shaped short pipes connected in turn, and the plurality of arc-shaped short pipes are distributed on the same circumference, the center of the circumference falls on the rotation axis 334, one arc-shaped short pipe of two arc-shaped short pipes connected adjacently can rotate around the rotation axis 334 relative to the other arc-shaped short pipe, and during the rotation, one arc-shaped short pipe can slide in and slide out from the other arc-shaped short pipe.
In this example, the second connection pipe 32 can rotate around a rotation axis 334 relative to the first connection pipe 31, and the rotation angle of the second connection pipe 32 around the rotation axis 334 is greater than or equal to 130 °. In addition, because the middle arc-shaped short pipe or short pipes have no external force support due to the structural consideration of three or more arc-shaped pipes, the first connecting pipe 31 is fixedly provided with the first hinging piece 34, the second connecting pipe 32 is fixedly provided with the second hinging piece 35, and the first hinging piece and the second hinging piece are hinged through a hinging shaft 36, and the axial lead of the hinging shaft 36 is coincident with the axial lead 334 of the rotating shaft.
The pipe connection assembly 3 has a first operating state in which the first and second connection pipes are far from each other and a second operating state in which the first and second connection pipes are close to each other. Wherein when the pipe coupling assembly 3 is in the first operating state, i.e. the state in which the arc-shaped combined pipe 33 is folded, the first locking mechanism 4 locks the pipe coupling assembly 3 in this first state.
The first locking mechanism 4 includes a first locking piece 41 provided on the first arced tube 331 and a second locking piece 42 provided near the third arced tube 333 and engaged with the first locking piece 41. In this example, the first locking member 41 is a locking groove, and the second locking member 42 is a locking hook. In other embodiments, the structures of the first and second locking members are not limited to the above-mentioned matching manner of the locking hook and the locking groove.
When the pipe coupling assembly 3 is in the second operating state, i.e. the state in which the arced composite pipe 33 is unfolded, the second locking mechanism 5 at this time locks the pipe coupling assembly in this second state. The first connection pipe 31 and the second connection pipe 32 are located at the same side of the arc-shaped combined pipe 33, and the arc-shaped combined pipe 33 arches in a direction away from the first connection pipe 31 and the second connection pipe 32 and forms an arc-shaped handle for the user's hand to grip. The arc-shaped combined tube 33 forms a holding space for holding four fingers except the thumb of a user between the first hinge and the second hinge.
The second locking mechanism 5 comprises a third locking member 51 provided on the first hinge member 34 and a fourth locking member 52 provided on the second hinge member 35 and cooperating with the third locking member 51. In this example, the third locking member 51 is a locking hole, and the fourth locking member 52 is a lock catch. In other embodiments, the third locking member 51 may be disposed on the first connecting tube 31, the fourth locking member 52 may be disposed on the second connecting tube 32, and the structure of the third and fourth locking members is not limited to the above-mentioned matching manner of the locking hole and the lock catch, and is not limited to being disposed on the first and second hinge members.
The vacuum cleaner 100 has a deployed position, a stowed position, and a third position intermediate the deployed position and the stowed position, the three operating positions being described in detail below with reference to fig. 1-3.
When the vacuum cleaner 100 is in the deployed position, as shown in fig. 1, the first and second connecting tubes are spaced apart and are disposed on opposite sides of the arcuate composite tube 33, i.e., in the first operating condition of the tube connecting assembly 3 of fig. 1.
When the vacuum cleaner 100 is in the storage position, as shown in fig. 2, the first and second connection pipes are close to each other and are distributed on the same side of the arc-shaped combined pipe 33, that is, the second operation state of the pipe connection assembly 3 shown in fig. 2, the second connection pipe 32 and the hand-held cleaner main unit 1 are both located at the lower side of the arc-shaped combined pipe 33, the arc-shaped combined pipe 33 is arched upward, and the hand-held cleaner main unit 1 is located directly above the suction head 2.
When the cleaner is in the third position, as shown in fig. 3, the second connecting tube 32 is rotated about the axis of rotation 334 by about 90 ° and the first and second connecting tubes are substantially perpendicular.
