The working process of the invention is as follows:
the primary air enters the primary air preheating cavity from the primary air inlet, and the primary air preheating cavity is internally provided with an electric heating wire which can preheat the primary air. At the moment, the generated high-temperature smoke without harmful substances is sent to the cigarette holder through the smoke conveying pipe, during the period, a secondary air inlet on the smoke conveying pipe can slide an opening and closing switch according to needs to be opened to a proper opening degree, appropriate secondary air enters into the smoke conveying pipe to be mixed with the high-temperature smoke for cooling and adjusting the smoke concentration, and finally the smoke is sucked through a flow equalizer in the cigarette holder.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the advantages of high heating speed, controllable heating power, full heated separation of chemical components of tobacco shreds, adjustable temperature and concentration of flue gas and the like.

The tobacco shred heating type electronic cigarette shown in fig. 1 comprises an electrical module and a tobacco shred heating module, wherein the electrical module comprises a lithium battery 1, a power button 2, a controller 3 and an indicator light 17, and the tobacco shred heating module comprises a primary air inlet 4, a primary air preheating cavity 15, a tobacco shred heater 13, a heating rod 14, a filter 12, a smoke conveying pipe 11 and a cigarette holder 10 which are sequentially arranged along the smoke flowing direction. A secondary air inlet 8 is additionally arranged on the smoke conveying pipe 11, and a flow equalizer 9 for equalizing and mixing smoke is arranged in the cigarette holder 10.
In this embodiment, the electrical module is used to control the operation of the tobacco shred heating module, wherein the lithium battery 1 mainly exists as a power supply to provide electric energy required for operation for the controller 3 and each necessary component in the tobacco shred heating module, and the controller 3 mainly plays a role of electrical control, and is connected with and controls the operation of the primary air preheating cavity 15 and the tobacco shred heater 13. The preheated hot air with a certain temperature enters a gap channel between the inner wall and the outer wall of the tobacco shred heater 13 and enters the cavity of the tobacco shred heater 13 through the ventilation through hole to preheat the tobacco shreds. Meanwhile, the heating rod 14 in the tobacco shred heater 13 is started, so that the tobacco shreds can be rapidly heated and smoke is generated, and harmful substances are filtered and removed by being carried to the filter 12 by primary air. At the moment, the generated high-temperature smoke without harmful substances is sent to the cigarette holder 10 through the smoke conveying pipe 11, in the period, the secondary air inlet 8 on the smoke conveying pipe 11 can slide the opening and closing switch 7 according to needs to be opened to a proper opening degree, a proper amount of secondary air enters to be mixed with the high-temperature smoke for cooling and adjusting the smoke concentration, and finally, the smoke is sucked through the flow equalizer 9 in the cigarette holder 10.
In this embodiment, the heating rod 14 may be composed of four heating blocks, each of which is controlled by a separate power button 2 on the electrical module. Each power button 2 correspondingly controls a heating block through the controller 3, and a user can increase or decrease the number of the heating blocks according to personal requirements to adjust the heating power of the electronic cigarette.
