Abstract
The invention discloses a multipath oil-gas mixer with adjustable oil quantity and gas quantity, which comprises a valve body and a plurality of oil-gas mixing regulating units arranged in the valve body, wherein the valve body is provided with a lubricating oil channel and a gas channel, the plurality of oil-gas mixing regulating units are arranged along the lubricating oil channel and the gas channel, each oil-gas mixing regulating unit comprises a lubricating oil regulating valve, a gas regulating valve and a mixed flow cavity, the oil inlet end of the lubricating oil regulating valve is connected with the lubricating oil channel, the oil outlet end of the lubricating oil regulating valve is connected with the mixed flow cavity, the gas inlet end of the gas regulating valve is connected with the gas channel, and the gas outlet end of the mixed flow cavity is connected with a mechanical lubricating pipeline through an oil-gas outlet. The oil quantity and the air quantity of each oil-gas mixing adjusting unit can be independently and accurately adjusted, and the problem that the oil quantity and the air quantity of each outlet of the original oil-gas mixer cannot be independently adjusted is well solved. The invention has extremely strong universality, can simultaneously meet the lubrication requirements of all lubrication points of various machines, and creates conditions for the development of oil-gas lubrication technology.

Background
Oil-gas lubrication is a novel lubrication technology which utilizes air flow in a pipeline to convey and supply lubricating points with trace lubricating oil. The core of the oil-gas lubrication system is an oil-gas mixer, the original oil-gas mixer consists of a distributor and an oil-gas mixing block, and the oil-gas mixer is arranged on mechanical equipment needing lubrication and frequently fails because the oil-gas mixer is frequently operated in severe environments such as high temperature, humidity and the like; the oil-gas mixer generally adopts a point-to-point lubrication mode, is only suitable for occasions with fewer lubrication points, and can realize multi-channel lubrication, but the oil-gas quantity of each outlet of the oil-gas mixer is equal and cannot be respectively regulated according to the needs, and in the actual production field, the required oil-gas quantity of some places is large, and the required oil-gas quantity of some places is small, so that the conventional multi-channel oil-gas mixer has extremely poor universality, cannot meet the lubrication requirements of various machines, and has severely restricted the development of oil-gas lubrication technology.

Detailed Description
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention includes a valve body 14 and six oil-gas mixing adjustment units (the number of the oil-gas mixing adjustment units may be determined according to practical situations in implementation), a gas channel 2 and a lubrication oil channel 15 are disposed in the valve body 14, the gas channel 2 is connected with an external high-pressure air source (compressed air) through a gas inlet 17, the lubrication oil channel 15 is connected with an oil supply pipe through a lubrication oil inlet 16, the six oil-gas mixing adjustment units have the same structure and are all connected with the lubrication oil channel 15 and the gas channel 2, each oil-gas mixing adjustment unit includes a gas adjustment valve, a lubrication oil adjustment valve, a one-way valve and a mixed flow cavity 5, and the mixed flow cavity 5 is provided with an oil-gas outlet 6. The gas regulating valve mainly comprises a regulating cap 1 and a gas regulating valve rod 3, the lubricating oil regulating valve mainly comprises an oil injection pipe 4, a lubricating oil regulating valve rod 8, a lock nut 9 and a hollow bolt 10, and the one-way valve mainly comprises a spring 11, a valve sleeve 12, a valve core 13 and a plug 7. The oil injection pipe 4 is used for injecting the lubricating oil regulated by the one-way valve and the lubricating oil regulating valve into the mixed flow cavity 5, and the mixed flow cavity 5 is used for mixing the compressed air and the lubricating oil.
The working flow of the invention is as follows:
the lubricating oil with pressure and the compressed air respectively enter the lubricating oil channel 15 and the gas channel 2 from the lubricating oil inlet 16 and the gas inlet 17, the lubricating oil entering the lubricating oil channel 15 pushes up the valve core 13 of the one-way valve to enter the valve sleeve 12 of the one-way valve, the lubricating oil is sprayed into the mixed flow cavity 5 by the oil spraying pipe 4 after the oil quantity is regulated by the lubricating oil regulating valve rod 8 of the lubricating oil regulating valve, the compressed air enters the mixed flow cavity 5 after the gas quantity is regulated by the gas channel 2 through the gas regulating valve rod 3 of the gas regulating valve, and the lubricating oil sprayed by the oil spraying pipe 4 is mixed and then is conveyed to a machine needing lubrication by the oil gas outlet 6.
The oil quantity and air quantity adjustable multipath oil-gas mixer can be installed in an oil-gas lubrication station, so that the influence of severe working environment is avoided, and the operation safety and stability are improved.
The invention has the advantages that:
1. the invention can accurately regulate and control the oil inlet quantity and the air inlet quantity, and the thickness of an oil film is controllable. Can ensure reliable lubrication of lubrication points and meet the requirements of machinery on uniformity, continuity and stability of lubricating oil films.
2. The invention realizes the multi-path distribution of oil-gas mixture, lays a foundation for the secondary distribution of on-site oil-gas, and can realize the lubrication of hundreds of lubrication points.

The multi-path oil-gas mixer with the adjustable oil quantity and the adjustable gas quantity is characterized by comprising a valve body (14) and a plurality of oil-gas mixing adjusting units arranged in the valve body (14), wherein two blind holes which are parallel to each other are formed in the valve body (14) and are respectively a lubricating oil channel (15) and a gas channel (2), the plurality of oil-gas mixing adjusting units are arranged along the lubricating oil channel (15) and the gas channel (2), each oil-gas mixing adjusting unit comprises a lubricating oil adjusting valve, a gas adjusting valve and a mixed flow cavity (5), the oil inlet end of the lubricating oil adjusting valve is connected with the lubricating oil channel (15), the oil outlet end of the lubricating oil adjusting valve is connected with the mixed flow cavity (5), the gas outlet end of the gas adjusting valve is connected with a lubricating pipeline of a machine to be lubricated through an oil-gas outlet (6);
a one-way valve is arranged between the lubricating oil regulating valve of the oil-gas mixing regulating unit and the lubricating oil channel (15); the one-way valve comprises a plug (7), a spring (11), a valve sleeve (12) and a valve core (13), wherein the valve sleeve (12) is inserted into a one-way valve hole in a valve body (14) and is fixed by the plug (7), the valve core (13) is positioned in the valve sleeve (12) and is opposite to an oil hole between the one-way valve hole and a lubricating oil channel (15), the spring (11) is positioned in the valve sleeve (12), one end of the spring (11) is propped against the valve core (13), and the other end of the spring is propped against a terrace on the inner wall of the valve sleeve (12);
the gas regulating valve comprises a gas regulating valve rod (3) and a regulating cap (1), wherein the gas regulating valve rod (3) is positioned in a valve hole which is formed in a valve body (14) and is vertically connected with the gas channel (2), the front end of the gas regulating valve rod (3) is conical and is opposite to an air channel between the gas channel (2) and the mixing cavity (5), and the regulating cap (1) is fixed at the rear end of the gas regulating valve rod (3) and is matched with the valve body (14) through threads;
the lubricating oil regulating valve comprises an oil spraying pipe (4), a lubricating oil regulating valve rod (8) and a hollow bolt (10), wherein the oil spraying pipe (4) is fixed inside a valve body (14), one end of the oil spraying pipe (4) is located in a mixed flow cavity (5), the other end of the oil spraying pipe is located in a lubricating oil valve hole on the valve body (14) and communicated with an inner cavity of a valve sleeve (12), the hollow bolt (10) is fixed at the outer end of the lubricating oil valve hole, the lubricating oil regulating valve rod (8) is matched with the inner thread of the hollow bolt (10) through an outer thread, the outer end of the lubricating oil regulating valve rod (8) is fixedly connected with the hollow bolt (10) through a lock nut, and the inner end of the lubricating oil regulating valve rod is conical and is opposite to an inner hole of the oil spraying pipe (4).
