Referring to fig. 1-2, an automatic liquid laundry detergent throwing device comprises a machine body 1, wherein a groove 2 is formed in the middle of the machine body 1, a guide rail is arranged on the inner wall of the groove 2, a driving mechanism 3 is arranged at the lower end of the groove 2, and the driving mechanism 3 comprises a stepping motor 31; the upper end of the stepping motor 31 is fixedly provided with a hollow spiral folding rubber body 4, and the upper end of the spiral folding rubber body 4 is provided with a feed inlet 41 and a discharge pipe 42 for liquid laundry detergent; the step motor 31 drives the spiral folding rubber body 4 to move up and down through a guide rail; a travel switch 5 is arranged on the side wall of the upper end of the machine body 1; the device further comprises a control main board, wherein the control main board is in control connection with the stepping motor 31, and the travel switch 5 is electrically connected with the control main board. The output shaft of the stepping motor 31 drives the rotary table 32 to rotate, the external threads of the rotary table 32 are matched with the threads on the inner wall of the sleeve 21 to rotate and climb, and the spiral folding rubber body 4 is lifted by the rotary climbing rotary table 32 to climb upwards. Further as a preferred embodiment, the driving mechanism 3 further comprises a lifting saddle 33, and the upper end surface of the lifting saddle 33 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the spiral folding rubber body 4; the lower end surface of the lifting support 33 is fixedly connected with the bottom of the stepper motor 31, and the output shaft of the stepper motor 31 faces downwards. The lifting support 33 is arranged to facilitate the fixation of the spiral folding rubber body 4 and the stepping motor 31.

After the washing machine starts a washing function, feeding back a signal to a control main board, controlling the main board to control steering engine 6 to steer, driving a discharging pipe 42 by a rotary steering wheel of the steering engine 6, aligning the discharging pipe 42 into a washing tub, and flatly placing the discharging pipe 42 on the plane of a wedge-shaped slope at the moment; after automatically putting in the laundry detergent, the control main board controls the steering engine 6 to reset, and the discharging pipe 42 is stored in the washing machine, so that clothes can not be blocked to be put in the washing barrel, at the moment, the discharging pipe 42 is horizontally placed on the slope surface of the wedge-shaped slope, and the wedge-shaped slope extrudes the discharging pipe 42 because the discharging pipe 42 adopts a flexible pipe, so that the laundry detergent remained in the discharging pipe 42 can not drop on the clothes, and therefore, the laundry detergent can not drop on the washed clean clothes, and the waste of the laundry detergent can be avoided. The embodiment omits to adopt a complex electromagnetic valve switch to control the feeding of the laundry detergent, and has simple structure.
Further as a preferred embodiment, the wedge ramp is located above the travel switch 5. The wedge ramp is located above the travel switch 5, preventing the turntable 32 from climbing beyond the wedge ramp without the travel switch 5 having been triggered.
Further as a preferred embodiment, the device also comprises a liquid level observation port 7, wherein the liquid level observation port 7 is positioned above the travel switch 5. When the laundry detergent needs to be replenished, the laundry detergent can be replenished from the replenishing port 41, and the replenishing amount of the laundry detergent can be observed through the liquid level observing port 7. The liquid level observation port 7 is positioned above the travel switch 5, so that the sufficient quantity of the supplementary laundry detergent is ensured.
Further as a preferred embodiment, a cover for shielding the feed port 41 is mounted on the feed port 41, and the cover is detachably connected to the feed port 41. When the liquid laundry detergent needs to be replenished, the cover is opened, and the liquid laundry detergent is replenished through the feed supplement port 41. And, when the spiral folding rubber body 4 is forced to upwards squeeze, the lid shelters from the feed inlet 41, guarantees that the laundry detergent can not leak from the feed inlet 41.
Referring to fig. 3, the automatic liquid laundry detergent throwing device further comprises a speaker and a prompt lamp, and the control main board is in control connection with the speaker and the prompt lamp. When the rotary table 32 climbs to the travel switch 5, the reset is triggered, and when the switch is triggered, a prompt tone and a prompt lamp prompt are also sent out to prompt a user to add the laundry detergent.
Further as a preferred embodiment, the display device further comprises a display panel, and the display panel is electrically connected with the control main board. The display panel displays the working state of the automatic liquid laundry detergent throwing device, and meanwhile, the control main board can be controlled through key operation on the display panel.
When the washing machine is started, signals are fed back to the control main board, the control main board sends signals to the driving module, and the driving module sends a pulse width modulation signal (PWM signal) to enable the steering engine 6 to steer, and the discharging pipe 42 of the liquid laundry detergent is aligned to the inside of the washing tub. Then, the control main board sends a signal to the driving module according to the water quantity measured by the liquid level sensor, and the driving module sends a pulse signal to enable the stepping motor 31 to work. The output shaft of the stepping motor 31 drives the rotary table 32 to rotate, the external threads of the rotary table 32 are matched with the threads on the inner wall of the sleeve 21 to rotate and climb, the spiral folding rubber body 4 is lifted by the lifting support 33 to be extruded upwards by the rotary table 32, and the viscous liquid laundry in the spiral folding rubber body 4 is rapidly extruded to quantitative liquid laundry under the action of pressure. After the liquid laundry detergent is put in the discharging pipe 42 of the liquid laundry detergent, the control main board sends a signal to the driving module to control the steering engine 6 to turn to reset, the discharging pipe 42 is stored in the washing machine, at the moment, the wedge-shaped slope extrudes the discharging pipe 42, and residual washing liquid in the discharging pipe 42 is prevented from being dripped on cleanly washed clothes. The laundry function then begins. When the rotating platform 32 climbs to the travel switch 5, the reset is triggered, the main board is controlled to control the stepping motor 31 to rotate reversely, the rotating platform 32 descends to the original position, the spiral folding rubber body 4 descends to the original position at the same time, and the prompting sound and the prompting lamp prompt are sent to prompt a user to add the laundry detergent at the same time of triggering the switch.
