Abstract
本发明公开了一种计算机外壳用水性散热涂料及其制备方法,所述散热涂料由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:水性氟碳树脂35‑60%、碳纳米管10‑30%、氮化硼2‑5%、功能助剂1.4‑5.0%、固化剂4‑6%、成膜助剂0.2‑0.5%,余量为水。本发明的散热涂料,将其涂布于计算机外壳后,形成散热涂层,该散热涂层能够以热传导的方式将内部热量传导至涂层,并利用涂层材料散热快的特性,快速将热量散发,且制备工艺简单,容易实现工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及散热涂料技术领域,具体涉及一种计算机外壳用水性散热涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
计算机,即电脑,是现在社会中人们不可缺少的生活、工作和娱乐工具。计算机的使用量在不断增加。同时,计算机的更新换代速度非常快,计算机对各个零部件的要求也越来越高,并且,计算机日渐朝着小型化方向发展,这样就要求计算要有足够好的散热功能。而目前计算机外壳上采用多是普通涂料,其散热能力有限,难以满足计算机小型化带来散热问题。
因此,寻找一种简单、快速、经济、实用、高效的散热涂料具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种组分及配比合理,散热效果好的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料。
本发明另一个目的是提供一种制备上述计算机外壳用水性散热涂料的制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,所述散热涂料由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:
水性氟碳树脂 35-60%
碳纳米管 10-30%
氮化硼 2-5%
功能助剂 1.4-5.0%
固化剂 4-6%
成膜助剂 0.2-0.5%
余量为水。
优选的,所述散热涂料由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:
水性氟碳树脂 40-55%
碳纳米管 15-25%
氮化硼 2.5-4.5%
功能助剂 1.6-4.8%
固化剂 4.5-5.5%
成膜助剂 0.3-0.4%
余量为水。
优选的,所述水性氟碳树脂为水性丙烯酸改性聚偏氟乙烯树脂,氟含量不小于20%,成膜温度不低于28℃。
优选的,所述碳纳米管长度为5-15微米,长度为10-100nm。
优选的,所述固化剂为改性环酯胺。
优选的,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
优选的,所述功能助剂包括偶联剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂。
优选的,所述偶联剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.1-0.5%;所述分散剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.5-1.5%;所述消泡剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.2-0.8%;所述流平剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.1-0.3%;所述增稠剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.3-1.2%。
优选的,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂;所述分散剂为BYK-110;所述消泡剂为有机硅;所述流平剂为BYK-025;所述增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素。
本发明还提供了上述计算机外壳用水性散热涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将水性氟碳树脂、功能助剂加入反应器中充分乳化;
(2)将碳纳米管和氮化硼依次加入反应器中高速分散,得到均匀分散的乳液;
(3)最后将固化剂、成膜助剂和水加入反应,调节体系粘度,即得计算机外壳用水性散热涂料。
本发明与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明的散热涂料,将其涂布于计算机外壳后,形成散热涂层,该散热涂层能够以热传导的方式将内部热量传导至涂层,并利用涂层材料散热快的特性,快速将热量散发。
(2)本发明以水性氟碳树脂作为体系的成膜物质,使得形成的涂层具有良好的耐候性,同时,利于碳纳米管和氮化硼更好的分散于涂膜中,使得涂层具有较好的导热性,将涂料喷涂于计算机外壳上,能较大幅度降低计算机外壳表面的温度,降温效果明显。
(3)本发明使用的碳纳米管和氮化硼可以形成三维的导热网络,利于热量的传递。
(4)本发明通过合理选用各涂料基料并合理设置各基料的加入量,再于基料中加入各助剂,最后与特定的水相混合,使制得的涂料在发热元件上固化效果好,附着力强,并具有优异的散热能力。
(5)该涂料具有自干性可常温固化,施工简单方便,具有节约成本的特点,且最终得到的散热涂层可耐一定程度的高温和腐蚀。
(6)本发明的水性散热涂料的制备工艺简单,容易实现工业化生产。

实施例1
本实施一种计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,包含以下质量百分含量的原料组分见表1所示:

本实施例的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料具体制备步骤如下:
(1)首先将水性氟碳树脂、功能助剂加入反应器中常温搅拌15分钟,充分乳化;
(2)将碳纳米管和氮化硼依次加入反应器中,搅拌速度1500rpm,高速分散,得到均匀分散的乳液;
(3)最后将固化剂、成膜助剂和水加入反应,调节体系pH值和粘度,即得计算机外壳用水性散热涂料。

将上述各实施例所得的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料用喷枪喷涂与铝合金散热器上,涂膜厚度控制在30±5微米,150℃烘烤固化35min后进行如下性能测试:
紫外线照射3.5h,涂料不脱粉不发黄,在100℃和280W紫外光辐照条件下人工加速老化试验,耐老化时间5548小时,耐温高温280℃,粘结剪切力22.2MPa,导热系数296W/(㎡·K)。

水性氟碳树脂 35-60%
碳纳米管 10-30%
氮化硼 2-5%
功能助剂 1.4-5.0%
固化剂 4-6%
成膜助剂 0.2-0.5%
余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述散热涂料由以下质量百分含量的原料组成:
水性氟碳树脂 40-55%
碳纳米管 15-25%
氮化硼 2.5-4.5%
功能助剂 1.6-4.8%
固化剂 4.5-5.5%
成膜助剂 0.3-0.4%
余量为水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述水性氟碳树脂为水性丙烯酸改性聚偏氟乙烯树脂,氟含量不小于20%,成膜温度不低于28℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述碳纳米管长度为5-15微米,长度为10-100nm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述固化剂为改性环酯胺。
6.根据权利要求1所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述成膜助剂为丙二醇丁醚。
7.根据权利要求1所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述功能助剂包括偶联剂、分散剂、消泡剂、流平剂、增稠剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.1-0.5%;所述分散剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.5-1.5%;所述消泡剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.2-0.8%;所述流平剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.1-0.3%;所述增稠剂在所述涂料中的质量含量为0.3-1.2%。
9.根据权利要求8所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料,其特征在于,所述偶联剂为钛酸酯偶联剂;所述分散剂为BYK-110;所述消泡剂为有机硅;所述流平剂为BYK-025;所述增稠剂为羟甲基纤维素。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的计算机外壳用水性散热涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)首先将水性氟碳树脂、功能助剂加入反应器中充分乳化;
(2)将碳纳米管和氮化硼依次加入反应器中高速分散,得到均匀分散的乳液;
(3)最后将固化剂、成膜助剂和水加入反应,调节体系粘度,即得计算机外壳用水性散热涂料。
