本发明涉及净水剂以及制备方法,尤其是复合净水剂以及制备方法。本发明所述的复合高效净水剂由膨润土、沸石粉、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉、高铁酸钾、碳酸钠、水处理工程菌组成,各成分的重量百分比为:膨润土25~30%、沸石粉25~30%、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉5~15%、高铁酸钾9~15%、碳酸钠10~15%、水处理工程菌3~10%;所述的膨润土中SiO2的含量大于等于60%,所述的沸石粉中SiO2的含量大于等于60%。本发明所述的复合高效净水处理剂,一方面对水中污染物具有良好的吸附作用,另一发面利用固定化微生物的脱氮、COD、BOD、磷、脱色、去除重金属。

背景技术
中国专利申请号201610625822.8公开了“一种铜矿废水的快速处理方法”,以聚合氯化铝、高铁酸钾、二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵、钾长石、双丁二酰亚胺、石英砂、聚丙烯酰胺、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸、尿素、柠檬酸、活性污泥所组成的混合物作为净化剂,配合以聚合硫酸铁、膨润土、沸石粉、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、明矾为组成成分的絮凝剂,辅以深度氧化、絮凝、超声、树脂吸附、过滤、杀菌、膜分离等工艺,有效降低了铜矿废水中的铜含量、COD值,能够满足行业的要求,具有较好的应用前景。
中国专利申请号200510094693.6公开了一种“新型造纸污水净水剂的制作方法”,主要为解决现有技术中造纸污水处理成本高,有的处理后不能达标以及沉渣不能综合利用问题。该发明的制作步骤为:(a)按重量份将膨润土3-5份,铝矾土2-4份,高龄土1-3份,硅藻土1-2份,混合后水洗;(b)将水洗后的上层乳浆压滤成固体,取压滤后的固体5-7份与沸石粉3-5份混合,在混合物中加入酸溶液搅拌均匀,在40℃-60℃的温度下放置16-24小时;(c)将经放置16-24小时的混合物进行水洗至pH值为5-8;(d)干燥、粉碎、包装即为成品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种净水效率高且能防止二次污染的复合高效净水剂。
本发明的另一目的是提供这种净水剂的制备方法。
本发明所述的复合高效净水剂由膨润土、沸石粉、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉、高铁酸钾、碳酸钠、水处理工程菌组成,各成分的重量百分比为:膨润土25~30%、沸石粉25~30%、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉5~15%、高铁酸钾9~15%、碳酸钠10~15%、水处理工程菌3~10%;所述的膨润土中SiO2的含量大于等于60%,所述的沸石粉中SiO2的含量大于等于60%。
所述的水处理工程菌为市场所售的,如为威宝菌或super—CM生物菌等。
所述的云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉为云南昆明武定迤纳厂铌—铁摇床选出的初精矿稀土原粉。
云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉,由于矿床的形态岩性和结构特点,IOCC矿床,与其它矿床相比,最大的特点是矿体为广泛发育的砾岩筒型,主要由热液缺氧化物和磁铁矿以及镜铁矿与其它矿体共存,构成了大型矿床。稀土原粉中稀有元素锆、镧、铈、镥的含量较高,稀土原粉中的纳质、钾质均被绢云母氧化和硅化,这在很多矿床的围岩蚀变中是没有的。
云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉还有如下特点:一,初精矿稀土原粉的盐基度为45-50%,包裹体中均温度频值在550-600度左右;二,初精矿稀土原粉中有着较强阳离子电荷以及硫酸钠;三,初精矿稀土原粉中其它流体组合中含有氯化钠、硫酸钙、氯化镁等;四、初精矿稀土原粉中萤石单体矿物、石英单体矿物、方解石单体矿物等。该矿的初精矿稀土原粉在水处理净化中起到了及其的重要作用,可以降解废水中难降解的COD、氟离子、磷酸根离子、氨氮,并能使其脱色,去除沉淀重金属。起到了极好的催化和氧化作用。由于该稀土原粉具有特殊的电子结构和独特的物理-化学特性、及其强的吸附性能,。在污水处理过程中更加的快速和稳定。发挥着不可替代的作用。
本发明所述的复合高效净水剂的制备方法由以下步骤组成:
一、将膨润土、沸石粉、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉充分混合,加入水,至含水量为18~25%;
二、用模具或造粒机成型,除去游离水分;
三、进入间歇窑或旋转连续窑逐步升温至500~600℃,然后通入空气或氧气焙烧2~3小时;
四、逐步冷却至常温,出窑;
五、分别进入浓盐酸、浓硝酸、浓硫酸池中浸泡1~3天或分别喷淋洗涤30~60分钟;干燥,干燥温度60~80度,通过雷磨机分筛80目~120目,即得初品;
六、在得到的初品中加入高铁酸钾、碳酸钠、水处理工程菌,通过搅拌混合,搅拌速度为每分钟80转,搅拌20分钟得到成品。
本发明所述的复合高效净水处理剂,一方面对水中污染物具有良好的吸附作用,另一发面利用固定化微生物的脱氮、COD、BOD、磷、脱色、去除重金属。改善了膨润土和沸石粉能力不足的状况,同时又能提高水处理效率,处理时间快、设备简单、操作方便,出水水质高且稳定;不存在二次污染,沉淀物对河道中的淤泥能起到固定净化作用,并且能够防止有机物重新释放污染水体。河道污水、生活污水、处理后的沉淀物可生产肥料和土壤改良产品。
具体实施方法
通过以下实施例对本发明做进一步的说明,实施例不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
本实施例所述的复合高效净水剂各成分的重量百分比为:膨润土30%、沸石粉30%、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉10%、高铁酸钾10%、碳酸钠10%、水处理工程菌10%;所述的膨润土中SiO2的含量为60%,所述的沸石粉中SiO2的含量为60%。
将上述配比原料中的膨润土、沸石粉、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉,充分混合,加入水,至含水量为18~25%;采用模具或造粒机成型,除去游离水分;进入间歇窑或旋转连续窑逐步升温至500~600℃,然后通入空气或氧气焙烧2~3小时;逐步冷却至常温,出窑;分别进入浓盐酸、浓硝酸、浓硫酸池中各浸泡2天或分别喷淋洗涤30~60分钟,干燥,干燥温度60一80度,通过雷磨机,分筛80目~120目,即得初品;加入高铁酸钾、碳酸钠和super—CM生物菌,通过搅拌混合,搅拌速度为每分钟80转,搅拌20分钟得到成品复合高效净水剂。
Claims (2)
1.一种复合高效净水剂,其特征在于由膨润土、沸石粉、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉、高铁酸钾、碳酸钠、水处理工程菌组成,各成分的重量百分比为:膨润土25~30%、沸石粉25~30%、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉5~15%、高铁酸钾9~15%、碳酸钠10~15%、水处理工程菌3~10%;所述的膨润土中SiO2的含量大于等于60%,所述的沸石粉中SiO2的含量大于等于60%。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合高效净水剂的制备方法,其特征在于由以下步骤组成:
一、将膨润土、沸石粉、云南昆明武定迤纳厂初精矿稀土原粉充分混合,加入水,至含水量为18~25%;
二、用模具或造粒机成型,除去游离水分;
三、进入间歇窑或旋转连续窑逐步升温至500~600℃,然后通入空气或氧气焙烧2~3小时;
四、逐步冷却至常温,出窑;
五、分别进入浓盐酸、浓硝酸、浓硫酸池中浸泡1~3天或分别喷淋洗涤30~60分钟;干燥,干燥温度60~80度,通过雷磨机分筛80目~120目,即得初品;
六、在得到的初品中加入高铁酸钾、碳酸钠、水处理工程菌,通过搅拌混合,搅拌速度为每分钟80转,搅拌20分钟得到成品。
