Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily washing product processing, and particularly relates to jaboticaba leaf handmade soap and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Jiabao fruit (Jiabao fruit)Myrciaria cauliflora ) Also called as Vitis vinifera and precious fruit, is a tropical and subtropical evergreen shrub of the genus Pseuonymus of Myrtaceae, which can bloom and bear fruits all the year round. Jiabao fruitThe branches and leaves are luxuriant, the four seasons are evergreen, the leaves are opposite, the leaves are dark green and glossy, and the new leaves are light red. Research shows that in 4 jaba, early season, Fugang and Argentina varieties, the tender leaf of the jaba has the highest content of polyphenols, and the alcohol extract has higher antioxidant capacity and in vitro sugar reducing capacity than the fruit. The tender leaves of jaba jaboticaba have rich sources and obvious effects, and are possibly superior to fruits in medical application. At present, the development and utilization of jaboticaba are mainly focused on fruit storage, preservation and processing utilization, but the development and utilization of jaboticaba leaves are very little.
Citronella (Mosla chinensis Maxim) Is a general name of about 55 aromatic plants in the genus of citronella of the family Gramineae, also known as Cymbopogon citratus, and is one of the common vanilla. It is also called lemon grass because of its lemon fragrance. The citronella has good effect of treating rheumatism, and also has the effects of treating migraine, resisting infection, improving digestive function, deodorizing and expelling parasites. The handmade soap prepared from the citronella has the effects of resisting infection, astringing skin, softening skin, conditioning greasy and dirty skin, refreshing, and restoring physical and mental balance. The citronella essential oil has antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.
Radix Althaeae Macrophyllae (Begonia fimbristipula) Is a plant of the genus Begonia of the family Begoniaceae, which is a specific plant of China. The fresh and tender stem and leaf and shoot have high vitamin C content, and also contain flavonoid glycoside. The tender stem leaves are rich in calcium, iron and the like, have high nutritive value and medical values of hemostasis, antivirus and the like, so the tender stem leaves have a long history of being used for vegetable cultivation.
Mint (A), (B)Mentha haplocalyxBriq.) Tu named as "Yindancao" is a plant of Labiatae, has a green fragrance of the whole plant, has dual functions of medical use and eating, and can be taken by squeezing juice from stems and leaves as main edible parts. In eating, the mint can be used as a flavoring agent, a spice, wine, tea and the like. The bath can relax angry emotion, enhance spirit, make people happy, help sleep, and has antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral, analgesic, and antipruritic effects.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a multifunctional jaboticaba leaf handmade soap with the functions of resisting oxidation, resisting bacteria, relieving itching, repelling mosquitoes and the like and a preparation method thereof.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the jaboticaba leaf handmade soap is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 0.6-0.8 part of sweet almond oil, 0.6-0.8 part of wheat germ oil, 0.6-0.8 part of jojoba oil, 0.6-0.8 part of olive oil, 250-320 parts of transparent soap base, 45-55 parts of rose hydrosol, 50-70 parts of jaboticaba leaf extract concentrated solution, 20-30 parts of gynura bicolor extract concentrated solution, 0.8-1.2 parts of citronella essential oil and 0.6-0.8 part of mint essential oil.
The invention provides a manufacturing method of the jaboticaba leaf handmade soap, which comprises the following steps:
1) putting rose petals and water in a steam distillation device, extracting by adopting a steam distillation method, and collecting rose hydrosol;
2) drying fresh jaboticaba leaves, crushing by using a crusher, and sieving to obtain jaboticaba leaf fine powder; then mixing the fine powder of the jaboticaba leaves with 35-40% ethanol, placing the mixture in a constant-temperature shaking instrument, shaking and extracting at 25-30 ℃, centrifuging and filtering to obtain an alcohol extract of the jaboticaba leaves; then placing the jaboticaba leaf alcohol extract in a rotary evaporator, and taking out after rotary evaporation till no alcohol taste exists to obtain jaboticaba leaf extract concentrated solution;
3) crushing fresh gynura bicolor leaves, mixing the crushed gynura bicolor leaves with 65-70% ethanol, placing the mixture in a constant-temperature shaking instrument, shaking and extracting at 25-30 ℃, centrifuging and filtering to obtain a gynura bicolor ethanol extract; then placing the gynura bicolor alcohol extract in a rotary evaporator, and taking out after rotary evaporation until no alcohol smell exists to obtain a gynura bicolor extract concentrated solution;
