本发明公开了一种环保玻璃胶,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯酸脂乳液10‑20份、有机羟基硅酮20‑25份、有机甲基硅酮15‑20份、甲基硅烷2‑5份、气相二氧化硅5‑8份、碳酸钙10‑12份、橄榄油2‑5份、单氟磷酸钠1‑2份、醋酸2‑3份、氨基硅烷0.2‑0.5份、抗菌剂0.1‑1份、双氧水3‑5份、乳化剂3‑6份、氨水5‑8份、水玻璃15‑20份、去离子水50‑60份。本发明提供一种环保玻璃胶,环保能力强、干燥时间短、粘合力强、不易脱落等特点,通过在玻璃胶中加入的抗菌剂,可以防止因霉变而产生的发黑或变色现象。

技术领域
本发明涉及化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保玻璃胶。
背景技术
玻璃胶是一种用于黏性物质,是装饰装修中必不可少的用品,玻璃胶通常溶于水,可以用作粘合剂,但是目前的玻璃胶常常存在粘合力不强问题,容易开胶,使用效果不理想,且内含苯类溶剂,乙酸乙酯或者香蕉水等,不但污染环境,对施工人员有害,而且易燃,其在使用一段时间后,往往会发霉致使变黑或者变色,影响美观。因此,需要一种新的配方诞生来满足人们的市场需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种环保玻璃胶,环保能力强、干燥时间短、粘合力强、不易脱落等特点,通过在玻璃胶中加入的抗菌剂,可以防止因霉变而产生的发黑或变色现象。
本发明的技术方案:一种环保玻璃胶,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯酸脂乳液10-20份、有机羟基硅酮20-25份、有机甲基硅酮15-20份、甲基硅烷2-5份、气相二氧化硅5-8份、碳酸钙 10-12份、橄榄油2-5份、单氟磷酸钠1-2份、醋酸2-3份、氨基硅烷0.2-0.5份、抗菌剂0.1-1份、双氧水3-5份、乳化剂3-6份、氨水5-8份、水玻璃15-20份、去离子水50-60份。
前述的一种环保玻璃胶,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯酸脂乳液10份、有机羟基硅酮20份、有机甲基硅酮15份、甲基硅烷2份、气相二氧化硅5份、碳酸钙10份、橄榄油2份、单氟磷酸钠1份、醋酸2份、氨基硅烷0.2份、抗菌剂0.1份、双氧水3份、乳化剂3份、氨水5份、水玻璃15份、去离子水50份。

前述的一种环保玻璃胶,其特征在于,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯酸脂乳液15份、有机羟基硅酮22份、有机甲基硅酮18份、甲基硅烷4份、气相二氧化硅6份、碳酸钙11份、橄榄油3份、单氟磷酸钠1.5份、醋酸2.5份、氨基硅烷0.3份、抗菌剂0.5份、双氧水4份、乳化剂5份、氨水6份、水玻璃18份、去离子水55份。
本发明的有益效果:环保能力强、干燥时间短、粘合力强、不易脱落等特点,通过在玻璃胶中加入的抗菌剂,可以防止因霉变而产生的发黑或变色现象。

实施例1:一种环保玻璃胶,是由以下重量份数的原料组成:聚丙烯酸脂乳液10-20份、有机羟基硅酮20-25份、有机甲基硅酮15-20份、甲基硅烷2-5份、气相二氧化硅5-8份、碳酸钙 10-12份、橄榄油2-5份、单氟磷酸钠1-2份、醋酸2-3份、氨基硅烷0.2-0.5份、抗菌剂0.1-1份、双氧水3-5份、乳化剂3-6份、氨水5-8份、水玻璃15-20份、去离子水50-60份。
