The user number in the reservation request is a mobile phone number which is added to a reserved customer list (namely a reserved customer pool) in advance, and the reserved customer list is stored in a database of the merchant parking lock management terminal. In other embodiments, the cloud platform terminates the reservation order according to a reservation termination request sent by the client; when the time of the cloud platform receiving the reservation termination request exceeds the reservation duration, the cloud platform calculates the reservation cost exceeding the reservation duration, and when the time of the cloud platform receiving the reservation termination request does not exceed the reservation duration, the cloud platform does not perform reservation charging.

For example, after the locking arm of the parking space lock moves to the second position and the parking space lock detects that the parking space is in an idle state, within 3 minutes, the user can cancel the parking order through the client; and when the non-idle information reported by the parking spot lock is not received by the cloud platform after 3 minutes, the cloud platform automatically lifts the lock and stops the parking order. The parking spaces with the generated parking orders are subjected to vehicle-free detection in the set time length, so that the situation that the parking spaces generate the parking orders on the cloud platform but are not actually parked is prevented.

when the user number in the parking request is consistent with the user number in the reservation request, the cloud platform generates a lock descending instruction and sends the lock descending instruction to the parking spot lock;
the parking space lock responds to the lock descending instruction to control the lock arm of the parking space lock in the first position to move to a second position;
the parking space management method further comprises the following steps:
the client sends the reservation request to the cloud platform; wherein the reservation request comprises a reservation duration;

the cloud platform generates a lock ascending instruction according to the parking space idle information reported by the parking space lock, and sends the lock ascending instruction to the parking space lock;
and the parking space lock responds to the lock lifting instruction to control the lock arm of the parking space lock in the second position to move to the first position.

when the cloud platform does not receive non-idle information reported by the parking space lock within a first set time when a locking arm of the parking space lock moves to the second position and receives a parking stopping request sent by the client, the cloud platform generates a lock lifting instruction according to the parking stopping request and sends the lock lifting instruction to the parking space lock so as to control the locking arm of the parking space lock at the second position to move to the first position;
when the locking arm of the parking space lock moves to the second position and reaches the first set time, the cloud platform receives non-idle information reported by the parking space lock, generates a lock lifting instruction and sends the lock lifting instruction to the parking space lock so as to control the locking arm of the parking space lock at the second position to move to the first position.

the parking space lock is used for responding to a locking instruction during parking space locking, and controlling a locking arm of the parking space lock to be locked at the first position when the current time is within the reserved time length; when the current time exceeds the reserved time length, updating the parking spot lock locked at the first position into an idle state;
the user number in the reservation request is a mobile phone number which is added to a reserved customer list in advance, and the reserved customer list is stored in a database of the merchant parking space lock management end; the merchant parking space lock management end generates the reservation request according to the user number in the reserved customer list;
the merchant parking lock management end is provided with an idle parking space interface, a used parking space interface, a reserved parking space interface and a refund management interface; the merchant respectively checks the parking spaces in the idle state, the parking spaces in the use state, the parking spaces in the reservation state and the fee refunding management interface from the parking spaces owned by the merchant through the idle parking space interface, the used parking space interface, the reserved parking space interface and the fee refunding management interface, and performs fee refunding management; meanwhile, the merchant controls the parking lock to lift or fall through the merchant parking lock management end, and remote control is achieved.
