The invention relates to a bullet or warhead conveying and weighing device, which is characterized by comprising a turntable, a supporting seat and a weighing device, wherein the turntable is rotatably arranged and carries a bullet or warhead to rotate; the supporting seat is positioned below the turntable, and is provided with a through hole extending up and down, and the through hole is positioned below the travelling route of the bullet or the warhead along with the turntable; when the bullet or warhead rotates to the through hole along with the turntable, the bullet or warhead contacts with the weighing device, and the weighing device weighs the bullet or warhead. According to the bullet or warhead conveying and weighing device, the turntable is arranged to rotate so as to convey the bullet or warhead, the weight of the bullet or warhead can be detected in the bullet or warhead conveying process, the problem of the weight of the bullet or warhead can be found as early as possible, and the product with unqualified weight can be prevented from being used for production. The supporting seat is provided with a through hole which is positioned on the travelling route of the bullet or warhead. The contacting of the bullet or warhead with the weighing device at the through hole can realize the weighing of the bullet or warhead.

Background
Bullet production is a mass, rapid and strict production process with strict requirements on product quality, and each process of production requires strict inspection. The bullet or full bullet weight detection is a very critical inspection for the quality control of bullet production, and has important significance for the quality control of products. Because 100% inspection is required in mass production, the continuous working time is long, the speed is high, the precision is high, the stability is good, and higher requirements are provided for inspection work. The manual inspection method is adopted in the day before, and the lever float balance comparison method is mostly adopted, and is a mechanical balance, when the bullet is ultra-light and overweight, the float is out of balance, and a high-low position difference is generated, so that the difference of the bullet weight is distinguished, the detection precision is low, the production efficiency is low, the labor capacity is high, the repeated inspection work causes that the worker is easy to fatigue, the product quality is directly influenced, and a large amount of manpower is required to be input for the production requirement of the good balance. Therefore, the automatic detection of the bullet or full bullet weight and the modern management of the production in the bullet production are the technical problems which need to be solved urgently.
Disclosure of Invention
One of the purposes of the invention is to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a bullet forming or bullet conveying weighing device which is convenient for detecting the weight of a bullet forming or bullet.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the bullet forming or bullet conveying weighing device is characterized by comprising a rotary table, a supporting seat and a weighing device, wherein the rotary table is rotatably arranged and carries a bullet forming or bullet to rotate; the supporting seat is positioned below the turntable, and is provided with a through hole extending up and down, and the through hole is positioned below the travelling route of the bullet or the warhead along with the turntable; when the bullet or warhead rotates to the through hole along with the turntable, the bullet or warhead contacts with the weighing device, and the weighing device weighs the bullet or warhead.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the weighing device comprises a scale body and a scale beam, wherein the scale beam is connected with the scale body; the weighing beam is arranged in the through hole of the supporting seat and is used for contacting with the bullet or warhead and bearing the bullet or warhead; when the bullet or warhead contacts the scale beam, the scale body can be used for weighing the bullet or warhead.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the weighing platform further comprises a weighing platform cover plate, wherein the weighing platform cover plate is arranged on the weighing beam; the weighing platform cover plate is located in the through hole.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the upper surface of the weighing platform cover plate is flush with the upper surface of the support base.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the lower surface of the supporting seat is connected with a plurality of upright posts, the end parts of the upright posts are provided with supporting plates, and the weighing device is arranged on the supporting plates.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the rotary table further comprises a direct-drive motor, wherein the direct-drive motor is connected with the rotary table and drives the rotary table to rotate; the direct drive motor is arranged below the supporting seat and penetrates through the supporting seat to be connected with the turntable.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the device further comprises a fixed seat, wherein the fixed seat is arranged on the lower surface of the supporting seat; the fixing seat is provided with a groove, and the direct-drive motor is installed in the groove.

According to one embodiment of the invention, the number of clamps is plural and distributed along the circumferential direction of the turntable.
According to the bullet or warhead conveying and weighing device, the turntable is arranged to rotate so as to convey the bullet or warhead, the weight of the bullet or warhead can be detected in the bullet or warhead conveying process, the problem of the weight of the bullet or warhead can be found as early as possible, and the product with unqualified weight can be prevented from being used for production. The supporting seat is provided with a through hole which is positioned on the travelling route of the bullet or warhead. The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, a bullet or warhead conveying weighing apparatus 100 includes a support base 110, a turntable 120 and a weighing apparatus 130. The support base 110 is disposed on the bottom plate 116. The lower surface of the supporting seat 110 is connected with a fixing seat 111. The fixing base 111 is provided with a groove 112. A direct drive motor 113 is disposed within the recess 112. A turntable 120 is disposed above the support base 110. The turntable 120 is spaced from the support base 110. The turntable 120 is rotatably provided. The direct drive motor 113 is connected to the turntable 120 through the support base 110. The direct drive motor 113 drives the turntable 120 to rotate. The turntable 120 is provided with a plurality of clamps 121 at its edge. The plurality of jigs 121 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the turntable 120. Each clamp 121 is provided with a vertical through hole 122. The vertical through hole 122 extends in the up-down direction, penetrating the jig 121. Below the vertical through-hole 122 is the upper surface 115 of the support base 110. The vertical through hole 122 is used for accommodating the bullet or warhead 200, and the bullet or warhead 200 placed in the vertical through hole 122 is supported by the supporting seat 110 below and cannot fall off. The support base 110 is further provided with a through hole 114. The number of the through holes 114 may be one or more. The through-hole 114 is located in the path of travel of the forming or warhead 200 as it moves with the turntable 120.
The lower surfaces of the supporting seat 120 and the bottom plate 116 are respectively connected with a plurality of upright posts 121, and the end parts of the upright posts 121 are provided with supporting plates 122. The weighing device 130 includes a scale body 131, a scale beam 132, and a weighing platform cover 133. One end of the weighing beam 132 is connected with the weighing body 131, and the other end is provided with a weighing platform cover plate 133. The scale body 131 is disposed on the support plate 122. The weighing platform cover 133 is disposed within the through-hole 114. In the preferred embodiment as shown, the upper surface 134 of the weigh table cover plate 133 is flush with the upper surface 115 of the support base 110.
In the present invention, a bullet 200 is placed in the vertical through hole 122 of the jig 121. The direct drive motor 113 drives the turntable 120 to rotate. The turntable 120 is carried by the gripper 121 for movement as a bullet or warhead 200 as it rotates. A weighing platform cover plate 133 is arranged right below the movement path of the bullet 200. When the bullet 200 moves over the weigh table cover 133, the direct drive motor 113 is suspended. The ammunition or warhead 200 falls onto the weigh table cover 133 and contacts the weigh table cover 133. The weigh table cover 133 carries the weight of the ammunition or warhead 200. The weight of the finished or warhead 200 is transferred through the weighing platform cover plate 133 and the scale beam 132, and the balance body 131 weighs. After weighing is completed, the direct drive motor 113 is started, and the turntable 120 carries the bullet or warhead 200 to continue traveling.
According to the bullet or warhead conveying and weighing device, the turntable is arranged to rotate so as to convey the bullet or warhead, the weight of the bullet or warhead can be detected in the bullet or warhead conveying process, the problem of the weight of the bullet or warhead can be found as early as possible, and the product with unqualified weight can be prevented from being used for production. The supporting seat is provided with a through hole which is positioned on the travelling route of the bullet or warhead. The weighing device comprises a weighing beam, and the weighing beam is positioned in the through hole, so that the weighing function can be conveniently realized. The weighing platform cover plate is arranged, so that the contact area of the bullet or the bullet and the weighing beam can be increased, and the phenomenon that the bullet or the bullet and the weighing beam are misplaced and cannot be weighed is avoided. The upper surface of the weighing platform cover plate is flush with the upper surface of the supporting seat, so that the impact of the blocking of a bullet or warhead on the delivery of the bullet or warhead can be avoided, and the delivery is smoother. The clamp is provided with a through hole, and can be conveniently conveyed into a bullet or warhead by utilizing the turntable. The precision of the finished bullet or warhead is higher and is easier to control by using the direct-drive motor, so that the finished bullet or warhead can more accurately fall on the weighing device to be contacted with the weighing device.

Claims (7)
1. The bullet forming or bullet conveying weighing device is characterized by comprising a rotary table, a supporting seat and a weighing device, wherein the rotary table is rotatably arranged and carries a bullet forming or bullet to rotate; the supporting seat is positioned below the turntable, and is provided with a through hole extending up and down, and the through hole is positioned below the travelling route of the bullet or the warhead along with the turntable; when the bullet or warhead rotates to the through hole along with the turntable, the bullet or warhead contacts with the weighing device, and the weighing device weighs the bullet or warhead; the weighing device comprises a scale body and a scale beam, and the scale beam is connected with the scale body; the weighing beam is arranged in the through hole of the supporting seat and is used for contacting with the bullet or warhead and bearing the bullet or warhead; when the bullet or warhead contacts the scale beam, the scale body can be used for weighing the bullet or warhead; the device comprises a clamp, a shell and a shell head, wherein the clamp is provided with a vertical through hole which is used for placing the shell or the shell head; the upper surface of the supporting seat is arranged below the vertical through hole; the lower end of the bullet or warhead placed in the vertical through hole is supported by the supporting seat.
2. A bullet or warhead transfer weighing apparatus as in claim 1 further comprising a weighing station cover plate disposed on said scale beam; the weighing platform cover plate is located in the through hole.
3. The device of claim 2, wherein the upper surface of the weighing platform cover plate is flush with the upper surface of the support base.

The bullet or warhead conveying and weighing device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of stand columns are connected to the lower surface of the supporting seat, a supporting plate is arranged at the end part of each stand column, and the weighing device is arranged on the supporting plate.

The bullet forming or bullet delivering and weighing device according to claim 1, further comprising a direct drive motor, wherein the direct drive motor is connected with the turntable and drives the turntable to rotate; the direct drive motor is arranged below the supporting seat and penetrates through the supporting seat to be connected with the turntable.
6. The bullet or warhead conveying and weighing device according to claim 5, further comprising a fixed seat, wherein the fixed seat is arranged on the lower surface of the supporting seat; the fixing seat is provided with a groove, and the direct-drive motor is installed in the groove.
7. The bullet or warhead transfer weighing apparatus of claim 1 wherein said plurality of grippers are distributed circumferentially about said turntable.
