The shell is internally provided with a control unit, a communication module, a positioning module and an unlocking module, wherein a signal transmission port of the control unit is connected with a signal transmission port of the communication module, a position signal input port of the control unit is connected with a position signal output port of the positioning module, a control signal output port of the control unit is connected with a control signal input port of the unlocking module, and a control signal output port of the unlocking module is connected with a control signal input port of the extension rod driving mechanism.
The lock control unit can communicate with the background management system through the communication module and send the position information acquired from the positioning module to the background management system; and controlling unlocking according to the unlocking instruction.
Two-dimensional codes can be arranged on the shell and can contain transformer numbers and positioning information. The mobile phone acquires the position information of the transformer through code scanning, sends the information to a background management system and sends an unlocking request. After receiving the mobile phone request information, the background management system confirms whether the transformer information meets the usable conditions or not, and sends an unlocking executing command after confirmation.
The shell can be internally provided with a vibration sensor and an alarm, a detection signal output port of the vibration sensor is connected with a detection signal input port of the control unit, and a control signal input port of the alarm is connected with a control signal output port of the control unit. When the invention is disassembled by lawless persons, the vibration sensor detects a vibration signal, triggers an alarm and uploads information to the background management system.
The upper end of the inverted bolt head is sleeved with a first lower gasket.
The lower end of the upper nut is sleeved with a first upper gasket. The lower end of the first upper gasket is abutted against the upper end face of the upper transverse plate of the lower mounting beam of the transformer.
The lower end of the front bolt head is sleeved with a second upper gasket.
The middle part of the inverted bolt is sleeved with a first protective sleeve. The first protective sleeve is arranged between the upper transverse plate and the lower transverse plate of the lower mounting beam of the transformer.
The lower end of the second upper gasket is sleeved with a second protective sleeve. The lower end of the second protective sleeve is propped against the upper end face of the transverse plate at the lower end of the transformer mounting beam. The second protective sleeve is arranged to facilitate the protection of the longer bolt.
And a third protective sleeve is sleeved at the middle part of the overhead bolt. The third protective sleeve is arranged between the upper transverse plate and the lower transverse plate of the lower mounting beam of the transformer.
The protective sleeve can prevent the connecting bolt from being cut manually.
The nut protection plate is a Z-shaped plate with a longitudinal section corresponding to the bending position of the lower mounting beam of the transformer, a U-shaped opening (convenient to assemble and capable of eliminating interference caused by dimensional errors of components) is formed in the middle of the upper transverse plate of the Z-shaped plate to one side of the width direction of the upper transverse plate, an upper bulge with an upward periphery being arc-shaped is arranged on the upper end face of the upper transverse plate of the Z-shaped plate around the U-shaped opening (the upper end of the inverted bolt is prevented from being exposed out of the upper transverse plate of the Z-shaped plate, the upper end face of the upper transverse plate of the Z-shaped plate is prevented from being clamped by a tool), a lower bulge with a downward periphery being arc-shaped is arranged on the lower end face of the upper transverse plate around the U-shaped opening, and an upper nut placing groove is arranged in the middle of the lower bulge;
the U-shaped opening side of the lower transverse plate of the Z-shaped plate is provided with an upward vertical connecting plate, and the connecting hole is arranged on the vertical connecting plate.
The vertical connecting plate is a transverse near-L-shaped plate with the upper part bent towards the U-shaped opening side, and the upper edge profile of an upper transverse plate of the transverse near-L-shaped plate is a tri-folded edge shape; the three folds are formed by upwards folding obliquely from the rear end of the upper edge, downwards folding obliquely, and downwards folding obliquely; the connecting hole is arranged at the front end of the upper transverse plate.
The nut protection plate is connected with the transformer mounting beam through the connecting hole, the connecting sleeve and the fastening screw.
The fastening screw is an inner hexagon screw, and the front of the slot position of the head part of the inner hexagon screw is shielded by a second protective sleeve. When the normal bolt is not dismounted, the nut protection plate can not be dismounted through the fastening screw, so that the protection effect is further improved.
The side of the inverted bolt head is shielded by a supporting sleeve, and the supporting sleeve is arranged on the opening side of the front cross arm of the transformer. When the upright bolt is not dismounted, the inverted bolt head cannot be clamped, so that the protection effect is further improved.
A second lower gasket is arranged between the upper end face of the lower nut and the lower end face of the diaphragm plate.
The supporting sleeve on the upper part of the diaphragm plate is of an inward necking structure, and the outer wall of the supporting sleeve at the position of the lock hole is of a vertical strip arc-shaped concave shape. The width of the locking part of the support sleeve is reduced, and the locking rod is convenient to insert into the locking hole.
An anti-theft gasket for shielding the lower nut is arranged in the supporting sleeve between the lock hole and the lower nut. After the arc-shaped lock rod passes through the lock hole, the anti-theft gasket is limited between the lower nut and the arc-shaped lock rod, so that the artificial tool is prevented from entering from gaps at two sides of the arc-shaped lock rod, the lower nut is fixed by inserting into the gaps between the lower nut and the supporting sleeve, and the right-placed bolt head is screwed by the tool at the other side.
