Abstract
The invention discloses a reaming screw drilling device, which changes the reaming mode of a milling hole by using the reaming mode of a non-excavated drilling hole, and comprises: screw rod drilling tool, reaming support frame, reaming drill bit and preceding centralizer. The reaming bit is in threaded connection with the front end of the screw drilling tool and is used for reaming a milling hole, so that the milling hole is reamed into a large milling hole; the front centralizer is in threaded connection with the front end of the reaming support frame and is used for extending into a milling hole to centralize the reaming support frame, the reaming bit and the screw drilling tool; the screw drilling tool is used for providing torque and rotating speed required by rock breaking of the reamer bit, so that the reamer bit can rotate automatically; the reaming support frame can convert the rotating speed provided by the screw drilling tool into revolution of the reaming bit, so that the reaming bit can revolve by taking the large milling hole as an axle center. Therefore, the reaming screw drilling device disclosed by the invention is simple and reasonable in structure, and can realize that a small drilling machine can finish a reaming task with a large aperture.

Background
The trenchless construction is mainly to lay pipelines, and is mainly constructed in cities under most conditions, along with the continuous perfection of urban construction, the reaming size is larger and larger, so that the existing construction teams have no corresponding equipment to finish the construction capacity of large milling aperture, meanwhile, the national requirements on the environment are stricter and stricter, but the larger the trenchless equipment is, the higher the requirements on the construction area are, but the pollution is also, the larger the environmental requirements cannot be met, and the reaming task of large milling aperture is completed by using a small drilling machine, so that the main problem of urban construction is solved.

The rear end of the reaming support frame is in threaded connection with the upper end of the screw drilling tool; the reaming bit is in threaded connection with the front end of the screw drilling tool and is used for reaming a milling hole, so that the milling hole is reamed into a large milling hole; the front centralizer is in threaded connection with the front end of the reaming support frame and is used for extending into a milling hole to centralize the reaming support frame, the reaming bit and the screw drilling tool; the screw drilling tool is used for providing torque and rotating speed required by rock breaking of the reamer bit, so that the reamer bit can rotate automatically; the reaming support frame can convert the rotating speed provided by the screw drilling tool into revolution of the reaming bit, so that the reaming bit can revolve by taking the large milling hole as an axle center.
Preferably, in the above technical solution, the screw drilling tool is a screw drilling tool with a larger bending degree.
Preferably, in the above technical scheme, the front centralizer may be a drill bit conforming to the size, and the screw drilling tool may drive the front centralizer to rotate through the reaming support frame with torque and rotation speed generated by the drilling machine.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects: the reaming screw drilling device has a simple and reasonable structure, and the reaming bit can finish rotation and revolve by taking a large milling hole as an axis, so that a small drilling machine can finish a reaming task with a large aperture.

As shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a hole-enlarging screw drilling device according to an embodiment of the present invention, for enlarging a non-excavated milled hole, the hole-enlarging screw drilling device comprising: screw drill 4, reaming support frame 2, reamer bit 3 and preceding centralizer 1. The rear end of the reaming support frame 2 is in threaded connection with the upper end of the screw drilling tool 4; the reaming bit 3 is in threaded connection with the front end of the screw drilling tool 4, and the reaming bit 3 is used for reaming a milled hole so as to ream the milled hole into a large milled hole; the front centralizer 1 is in threaded connection with the front end of the reaming support frame 2, and the front centralizer 1 is used for extending into a milling hole to centralize the reaming support frame 2, the reaming bit 3 and the screw drilling tool 4; wherein the screw drilling tool 4 is used for providing torque and rotating speed required by the rock breaking of the reamer bit 3, so that the reamer bit 3 can rotate automatically; the reamer support frame 2 can convert the rotation speed provided by the screw drilling tool 4 into revolution of the reamer bit 3, so that the reamer bit 3 can revolve around the large milling hole as an axis.
Preferably, the screw drilling tool 4 is a screw drilling tool with larger bending degree, so that the reaming bit 3 can be better reamed; the front centralizer 1 is provided with a drill bit, and the screw drilling tool 4 can drive the drill bit of the centralizer to rotate through the reaming support frame 2.
In practical application, the front centralizer 1 is placed in milling the hole, at this moment, open screw drilling tool 4, screw drilling tool 4 drives reamer bit 3 and rotates, screw drilling tool 4 can transmit the moment of torsion and the rotational speed that the rig provided to reamer support frame 2 simultaneously, and then transmit to front centralizer 1 for reamer support frame 2 and front centralizer 1 rotate, and reamer support frame 2 converts the rotational speed that screw drilling tool 4 provided into reamer bit 3's revolution, thereby make reamer bit 3 not only can rotate, still can revolve with the axle center of big mill hole, reamer bit 3 can carry out the reaming operation to milling the hole at this moment, reamer bit 3 rotates and revolves when contacting the rock around milling the hole, thereby can be with mill the hole reaming for big mill hole (big mill hole is 1.5 times to 1.8 times of milling the hole).
The front centralizer 1 is used for reaming a milling hole while the reaming bit 3 is used for reaming the milling hole, and the front centralizer 1 is used for righting the screw drilling tool 4, the reaming support frame 2 and the reaming bit 3 in the milling hole, so that reaming downward movement caused by gravity during reaming is prevented.
In a word, the reaming screw drilling device has a simple and reasonable structure, and the reaming bit can complete rotation and revolution by taking a large milling hole as an axis, so that a small drilling machine can complete a reaming task with a large aperture.

1. A reamer screw drilling device for reaming a trenchless borehole, the reamer screw drilling device comprising:
screw drilling tool;
the rear end of the reaming support frame is in threaded connection with the upper end of the screw drilling tool;
the reaming bit is in threaded connection with the front end of the screw drilling tool and is used for reaming the milling hole so as to ream the milling hole into a large milling hole; and
the front centralizer is in threaded connection with the front end of the reaming support frame and is used for extending into the milling hole to centralize the reaming support frame, the reaming bit and the screw drilling tool;
the screw drilling tool is used for providing torque and rotating speed required by the rock breaking of the reaming bit, so that the reaming bit can rotate automatically;
the reaming support frame can convert the rotating speed provided by the screw drilling tool into revolution of the reaming bit, so that the reaming bit can revolve by taking the large milling hole as an axle center.
2. The reamer screw assembly of claim 1, wherein the screw drill is a curved screw drill.
3. The reamer screw drilling device of claim 1, wherein the front centralizer is a drill bit of a suitable size, and the screw drilling device is capable of rotating the front centralizer via the reamer support frame with torque and rotational speed produced by the drill.
