本发明涉及杀虫剂领域,尤其是涉及一种水稻高效除虫剂。
背景技术
随着近代科学技术的发展,化学农药因其适应面广,操作简单,成本低,效果显著等优点被广泛应用。但是由于化学农药的杀虫专一性不强,田间残效期较长,同时容易诱发害虫对其产生抗药性,特别是残留化学农药对农产品和环境的污染,导致妇女流产、婴儿畸形以及诱发人类各种癌症等疾病,因此使用生物农药防治害虫日益受到人类的重视。生物农药主要包括微生物源农药、植物源农药和动物源农药等。相对于常规的化学农药而言,生物农药具有作用方式独特,防止对象专一,对天敌等有益生物安全,用量小,降解快,对人、畜、环境风险性低,特别适用于病、虫、草害综合防治等特点。随着人类环境保护意识的增强,高效低毒的生物农药已成为当今农药的发展方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种能快速杀虫,并且杀虫持效期长,不污染环境,对芒果果树有促生长作用,对人畜安全,长期使用害虫不轻易产生抗性的一种水稻高效除虫剂。
本发明针对背景技术中提到的问题,采取的技术方案为:一种水稻高效除虫剂,成分及其重量份为黄荆种子5-10份、印楝种子8-15份、增效剂1-3份、百部1-3份、飞机草1-3份、莨菪3-6份。增效剂为40-60%苎麻油和40-60%司盘或吐温中的一种或多种。
苎麻油提取方法为:将采集的新鲜的苎麻植株剪切、粉碎,过20-80目筛,取苎麻植株碎末,加入丙酮,搅拌浸提5-9h,离心分离,减压浓缩得苎麻油。
一种水稻高效除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)预处理:将印楝种子/黄荆种子进行预浸处理后进行蒸汽爆破,压力控制在3.0-4.0MPa,维持时间为40-70s,得到印楝种子爆破物;加入石油醚萃取,分层取上相,得到印楝种子提取物/黄荆种子提取物;
2)发酵:在配方量百部粉末、飞机草粉末和莨菪粉末中加入0.5-0.6g/L蛋白胨0.7-1.6mg/Lβ-氨基丙酸,接种产纤维素酶菌株,于22-28℃,初始pH5.0-7.0,100-200r/min摇瓶发酵培养60-84h,高速离心取发酵液。上述产纤维素酶菌株为魏姣, 万学瑞, 吴润,等. 产纤维素酶真菌菌株的分离筛选及产酶条件优化[J]. 甘肃农大学报, 2016, 51(2):8-15.中的烟曲霉菌株B-2-3。上述产纤维素酶菌株在发酵期间产生大量的纤维素酶,可将百部、飞机草和莨菪细胞壁上的纤维素酶解,有效成分溶出。采用上述发酵操作得到的发酵液对害虫的杀伤力要优于直接用纤维素酶酶解百部、飞机草和莨菪得到的酶解液,但具体作用机理尚不明确;
3)成品制备:在发酵液中加入印楝种子提取物和黄荆种子提取物、配方量增效剂,搅拌均匀后浓缩至原来体积的1/6-1/4,得到一种水稻高效除虫剂。本发明中各成分存在明显的相互协调作用,制备得到的成品性质稳定,保质期长;喷洒后,在芒果果树树叶表面的润湿性高,药效持效期长;其直接作用于昆虫幼虫的脂肪体和中肠细胞核,并迅速复制导致幼虫染病死亡,同时可以通过横向传染在种群中引发流行病,通过纵向传染杀灭蛹和卵,有效控制害虫种群及其危害。本发明对害虫的杀伤速度迅速,从喷药到开始死虫只需半天到一天时间。
印楝种子/黄荆种子的预浸处理为:取市售印楝种子/黄荆种子,去除杂质,粉碎,过15-20目筛,加入15-20份蒸馏水,搅拌30-35min,密封静置6-10h。预浸处理增加了印楝种子/黄荆种子的湿度,物料充分溶胀,提高了蒸汽处理时蒸汽的渗透效率,提高爆破效果,促进了印楝素/黄荆总生物碱的释放,使植物资源得到了充分利用。
石油醚的加入量为爆破时加入的蒸馏水体积的0.7-1.5倍。印楝素/黄荆总生物碱为脂溶性物质,且其在石油醚中的溶解度高,采用石油醚为萃取剂,在富集的同时,可大大减少印楝素的损失。

一种水稻高效除虫剂,成分及其重量份为黄荆种子10份、印楝种子10份、增效剂2份、百部3份、飞机草3份、莨菪5份。增效剂为50%苎麻油和50%司盘-20。
苎麻油提取方法为:将采集的新鲜的苎麻植株剪切、粉碎,过50目筛,取苎麻植株碎末,加入5倍体积的丙酮,搅拌浸提7h,离心分离,减压浓缩得苎麻油。
一种水稻高效除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)预处理:将印楝种子/黄荆种子进行预浸处理后进行蒸汽爆破,压力控制在3.5MPa,维持时间为50s,得到印楝种子爆破物/黄荆种子爆破物;加入石油醚萃取,分层取上相,得到印楝种子提取物/黄荆种子提取物;

3)成品制备:在发酵液中加入印楝种子提取物、黄荆种子提取物、配方量增效剂,搅拌均匀后浓缩至原来体积的1/5,得到一种水稻高效除虫剂。本发明中各成分存在明显的相互协调作用,制备得到的成品性质稳定,保质期长;喷洒后,在芒果果树表面的润湿性高,药效持效期长;其直接作用于昆虫幼虫的脂肪体和中肠细胞核,并迅速复制导致幼虫染病死亡,同时可以通过横向传染在种群中引发流行病,通过纵向传染杀灭蛹和卵,有效控制害虫种群及其危害。本发明对害虫的杀伤速度迅速,从喷药到开始死虫只需半天到一天时间。
印楝种子/黄荆种子的预浸处理为:取市售印楝种子/黄荆种子,去除杂质,粉碎,过20目筛,加入15份蒸馏水,搅拌30min,密封静置8h。
石油醚的加入量为爆破时加入的蒸馏水体积的1.2倍。
实施例2:
一种水稻高效除虫剂,成分及其重量份为黄荆种子8份、印楝种子12份、增效剂2份、百部2份、飞机草3份、莨菪6份。增效剂为50%苎麻油和50%司盘-20和吐温-80。
苎麻油提取方法为:将采集的新鲜的苎麻植株剪切、粉碎,过50目筛,取苎麻植株碎末,加入5倍体积的丙酮,搅拌浸提7h,离心分离,减压浓缩得苎麻油。
一种水稻高效除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)预处理:将印楝种子/黄荆种子进行预浸处理后进行蒸汽爆破,压力控制在3.5MPa,维持时间为50s,得到印楝种子爆破物/黄荆种子爆破物;加入石油醚萃取,分层取上相,得到印楝种子提取物/黄荆种子提取物;
2)发酵:在配方量百部粉末、飞机草粉末和莨菪粉末中加入0.58g/L蛋白胨1.2mg/Lβ-氨基丙酸,接种产纤维素酶菌株,于25℃,初始pH6.0,130r/min摇瓶发酵培养72h,高速离心取发酵液。上述产纤维素酶菌株为魏姣, 万学瑞, 吴润,等. 产纤维素酶真菌菌株的分离筛选及产酶条件优化[J]. 甘肃农大学报, 2016, 51(2):8-15.中的烟曲霉菌株B-2-3;

一种水稻高效除虫剂的制备方法,优化步骤:

Claims (7)
1.一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于成分及其重量份为黄荆种子5-10份、印楝种子8-15份、增效剂1-3份、百部1-3份、飞机草1-3份、莨菪3-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于:所述的增效剂为40-60%苎麻油和40-60%司盘或吐温中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于:所述的苎麻油提取方法为:将采集的新鲜的苎麻植株剪切、粉碎,过20-80目筛,取苎麻植株碎末,加入丙酮,搅拌浸提5-9h,离心分离,减压浓缩得苎麻油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于:所述的水稻高效除虫剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)预处理:将印楝种子和黄荆种子分别进行预浸处理后进行蒸汽爆破,压力控制在3.0-4.0MPa,维持时间为40-70s,分别得到印楝种子爆破物和黄荆种子爆破物;加入石油醚萃取,分层取上相,分别得到印楝种子提取物和黄荆种子提取物;
2)发酵:在配方量百部粉末、飞机草粉末和莨菪粉末中加入0.5-0.6g/L蛋白胨和0.7-1.6mg/Lβ-氨基丙酸,接种产纤维素酶菌株,摇瓶发酵培养60-84h,高速离心取发酵液;
3)成品制备:在发酵液中加入印楝种子提取物、黄荆种子提取物、配方量增效剂,搅拌均匀后浓缩至原来体积的1/6-1/4,得到一种水稻高效除虫剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于:所述的印楝种子/黄荆种子的预浸处理为:取市售印楝种子/黄荆种子,去除杂质,粉碎,过15-20目筛,加入15-20份蒸馏水,搅拌30-35min,密封静置6-10h。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于:所述的石油醚的加入量为爆破时加入的蒸馏水体积的0.7-1.5倍。
7.根据权利要求4所述的一种水稻高效除虫剂,其特征在于:所述的摇瓶发酵培养条件为:发酵温度22-28℃,初始pH5.0-7.0,摇瓶旋转速度100-200r/min。
