Abstract
The invention discloses a novel sensor with intelligent temperature display, which comprises: the sensor array comprises a plurality of photosensitive sensor units, and is arranged at the bottom of the display; the axial direction of the sensor sensing signal points to the outer side of the display, a signal through hole is arranged on the display shell corresponding to the sensor, a first conducting layer and a second conducting layer are arranged on the temperature sensitive element array, and an insulating layer is arranged between the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer; the first conductive layer includes a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction; the plurality of second electrodes extend along a second direction, the second electrodes are positioned on the first conducting layer or the second conducting layer, and the first electrodes are insulated from the second electrodes; the sensor induction signals are respectively connected to the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer. By applying the invention, the temperature of the sensor is directly displayed on the sensor.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of sensor display, in particular to a novel sensor with intelligent temperature display.
Background
Common sensors can be used to measure absolute temperature or temperature change, such as Resistance Temperature Detector (RTD), diode sensor, thermistor sensor, thermocouple sensor, etc. in most industrial measurement control monitoring systems, the design of temperature measurement sensing circuit is an important component. It is widely used in many specific environment control process calculations. The thermocouple sensor has lower precision and large noise; resistive temperature detector sensors suffer from relatively high cost and thermistor sensors suffer from temperature range nonlinearity.
The existing sensor can only obtain collected data, such as temperature data, by sending collected signals to the single chip microcomputer through communication with the single chip microcomputer, so that the temperature of the sensor is not convenient to detect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a novel sensor with intelligent temperature display, wherein a temperature display function is added in the sensor, so that a user can conveniently see the temperature value of a sensitive device on the sensor in time, conveniently observe the temperature value of the sensor in time, take temperature protection measures in time and prolong the service life of the sensor.
The technical scheme for solving the technical problems is as follows: a novel sensor with intelligent temperature display, comprising: the sensor array comprises a plurality of photosensitive sensor units, and is arranged at the bottom of the display; a corresponding sensor sensing signal is arranged on each photosensitive sensor unit, an included angle alpha is formed between the axis direction of the sensor sensing signal and the axis direction of the display shell, the axis direction of the sensor sensing signal points to the outer side of the display, a signal through hole is formed in the display shell corresponding to the sensor, the temperature sensitive element array is arranged on the back of the display in parallel, and a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer and an insulating layer arranged between the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer are arranged on the temperature sensitive element array; the first conductive layer includes a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction; a plurality of second electrodes extending along a second direction, the second electrodes being located on the first conductive layer or the second conductive layer, the first electrodes being insulated from the second electrodes; the sensor sensing signals are respectively connected to the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, an installation seat is disposed on an inner sidewall of the display, an installation hole is disposed on the installation seat, the temperature sensitive element array is disposed in the installation hole, and the signal via passes through the sidewall of the installation seat and is communicated with the installation hole.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the material of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer is a metal mesh.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the display is disposed in a display housing, and the display housing and the sensor housing are integrally formed.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, said angle α has a value of between 25 ° and 45 °.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the temperature sensitive element array is connected to the display through a data processing module.

Therefore, by applying the embodiment of the invention, the temperature display device is arranged in the width direction of the sensor, which is beneficial to the selection of the range of the size of the display screen, and the sensor array is arranged at the bottom of the display; the corresponding sensor sensing signals are arranged on each photosensitive sensor unit, so that the sensor can be used at a standing angle, the use posture of the sensor cannot be influenced, and the sensor is prevented from being used in a skew state.
In addition, the inner side wall of the display is provided with a mounting seat, the mounting seat is provided with a mounting hole, the temperature sensitive element array is arranged in the mounting hole, and the signal via hole penetrates through the side wall of the mounting seat and is communicated with the mounting hole. The stability of temperature sensing element can further be improved, and the signal via hole passes the lateral wall of mount pad and the walking line that the mounting hole intercommunication is favorable to the signal for the holistic stability of sensor promotes, and then improves the life of sensor.
In one implementation of the present invention, the material of the first conductive layer and the second conductive layer is a metal mesh.
Specifically, the display is arranged in the display shell, the display shell and the sensor shell are integrally formed, and the included angle alpha is 25-45 degrees.
Specifically, the temperature sensitive element array is connected with the display through the data processing module, the processing module is integrated with the communication module, and the communication module is a WiFi communication module.

A novel sensor with intelligent temperature display, comprising: the temperature sensor comprises a display and a sensor array, wherein the display is arranged along the width direction of a novel sensor with intelligent temperature display, the sensor array is arranged along the thickness direction of the novel sensor with intelligent temperature display, the sensor array comprises a plurality of photosensitive sensor units, and the sensor array is arranged at the bottom of the display; each photosensitive sensor unit is provided with a corresponding sensor sensing signal, an included angle alpha is formed between the axis direction of the sensor sensing signal and the axis direction of the display shell, the axis direction of the sensor sensing signal points to the outer side of the display, a signal through hole is formed in the display shell corresponding to the photosensitive sensor, the temperature sensitive element array is arranged on the back of the display in parallel, and a first conducting layer, a second conducting layer and an insulating layer arranged between the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer are arranged on the temperature sensitive element array; the first conductive layer includes a plurality of first electrodes extending in a first direction; a plurality of second electrodes extending along a second direction, the second electrodes being located on the first conductive layer or the second conductive layer, the first electrodes being insulated from the second electrodes; the sensor induction signals are respectively connected to the first conducting layer and the second conducting layer; the temperature sensing element array is arranged in the mounting hole, and the signal via hole penetrates through the side wall of the mounting seat and is communicated with the mounting hole.

4. The novel sensor with intelligent temperature display of claim 1, wherein the included angle α has a value of 25 ° -45 °.
