Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of manufacturing of centrifugal slurry pumps, in particular to a pump shaft seal of a centrifugal slurry pump.
Background
The centrifugal slurry pump is a slurry conveying machine which is selected in a large number in various industrial fields in China, and nearly millions of centrifugal slurry pumps run on duty in China.
In the prior art, common shaft seals of a centrifugal pump for conveying slurry comprise a mechanical seal for driving a static ring, a rubber ring seal with a lip, a filler seal and the like, but as all seals are in direct contact with the conveyed slurry to generate abrasion, the pump shaft seal is extremely easy to damage, and no slurry pump with ideal seal is marketed at home and abroad so far.
Moreover, in order to flush and cool the pump shaft seal, an external cooling water device is also arranged, which is troublesome, has the defect of cooling water consumption and has the concern of environmental pollution caused by overflow of the cooling water.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the centrifugal pump with the air shaft sealing device, which can intermittently run without flushing with cooling water, has good shaft sealing performance and 2-3 times of the service life of the shaft sealing, can not only convey slurry, but also convey volatile liquid and other clear liquid mediums.

In order to consider the effect of accumulating gas in the gas storage cavity and the convenience in maintenance and installation, the pump machine can be changed from vertical installation into inclined installation, so that the effect of accumulating gas is achieved, and maintenance and lifting can be facilitated.
The oblique body is arranged in such a way that the motor end is higher than the pump body.
The slope of the pump diagonal loading can be selected between 20 and 70 degrees.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the sealing life of the slurry centrifugal pump is prolonged by 1-2 times. No cooling water is used for long-term flushing, and water is saved. When the pump works, air at the sealing part is accumulated in the air storage cavity 5.3, the lip-shaped sealing ring 5.1.1 at the lower part is contacted with slurry in the sealing pump cavity, and the magnetic fluid seal 5.2.1 at the upper part is contacted with the air and seals airtight gas. When the pump operates, the air pressure enclosed in the air storage cavity 5.3 is increased, and the pressure equal to the pressure of fluid in the pump cavity is reached, so that the pressure inside and outside the lip-shaped sealing ring 5.1.1 is basically balanced, the lip-shaped rubber ring 5.1.1 operates under the condition of no pressure difference, the lip-shaped rubber ring 5.1.1 cannot be worn, and the service life of the lip-shaped rubber ring 5.1.1 is prolonged. The pressurized gas enclosed in the gas storage chamber 5.3 actually plays a role in protecting the safe operation of the second shaft seal. Because of the sealing effect of the first shaft seal, the pressure of the air in the air storage cavity 5.3 and the pressure of the fluid in the pump cavity are basically in the same state, so that the pressures at the two sides of the second shaft seal are equal, and the seal operates in an inner and outer equal pressure state, thereby greatly prolonging the service life of the second shaft seal.
In order to provide a sufficient amount of air in the air-storage chamber, it is preferable to increase the distance between the lip-shaped rubber ring 5.1.1 and the magnetic fluid combined seal 5.2.1.
In order to facilitate maintenance and installation and to enable air to be stored in the air storage chamber 5.3, the pump is preferably mounted on the bracket 11 in an inclined manner (see fig. 2).
In order to flush a small amount of slurry in the gas storage cavity 5.3, a flushing hole 5.5 (as shown in fig. 7) is formed in the outer sealing sleeve between the lip-shaped rubber seal 5.1.1 and the magnetic fluid seal 5.2.1, so that when the lip-shaped seal ring 5.1.1 fails, a small amount of slurry enters the gas storage cavity, and the aim of cleaning is achieved.
In order to reduce the temperature generated by the magnetic fluid seal 5.2.1 during operation, the effective method is to arrange a wind wheel 7 on the main shaft outside the magnetic fluid seal 5.2.1 and blow the temperature of the sealing part by wind.
In order to prevent the corrosive gas in the gas storage cavity from corroding the magnet seal and affecting the sealing life, a better method is to arrange a corrosion-proof sealing ring 5.6 (as shown in fig. 5 and 6) at the contact part of the magnet seal and the gas.
In order to save manufacturing cost, the magnetic attraction seal 5.2.3 driving the static ring can be used for replacing the magnetic fluid seal (as shown in fig. 8 and 9), and the replacement is still within the scope of the invention.
Example 2: (see FIG. 10 to 12)
In the centrifugal pump according to the first embodiment, the pump intake port 12 may be provided at a sealing portion of the pump, and the intake port tee 12.1 may be provided for convenience of installation.

The sealing of various sealing air comprises modified F4 sealing, and the sealing which is air-resistant and can run idle can be selected.
In order to improve the corrosion resistance of the pump and enable the pump to convey highly corrosive liquid, the effective method is to seal the first shaft of the sealing gas to manufacture the magnetic fluid seal 5.2.4 of the inner and outer magnetic steel structures which are covered with plastic, so that the sealing gas can be sealed, and the corrosion of the corrosive gas can be prevented.
In order to improve the safety performance of sealing, a better method is to arrange a signal sensor 13 in the sealed air storage cavity and connect with an external alarm system, and when liquid leakage enters the air storage cavity, the system can alarm to remind maintenance personnel to carry out preventive maintenance.
In the invention, the components of the pump shell 2, the pump cover 3, the impeller 4 and the like are not obviously different from the prior art, and the manufacturing materials can also be metal, plastic, rubber or composite manufacturing of the materials.
