Abstract
本发明公开了一种膨体混纺纱的制备方法,膨体混纺纱的原料纤维包括维纶纤维、Optim Max纤维和普通纤维,维纶纤维的混纺比为10~30%,Optim Max纤维的混纺比为8~15%;制备方法包括混纺合股成纱、退维、混纺纱含水静置、清洗烘干步骤,其中,混纺纱含水静置的工艺过程为:将退维处理的包芯纱带液静置处理,静置温度为35~45℃,静置环境相对湿度为60~70%,时长为36~72h。利用水溶性维纶可退维溶解和Optim Max纤维水热处理后收缩的特性,所得纱线呈蓬松状态,适用于轻薄贴身面料的织造。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于纱线生产技术领域,具体涉及一种膨体混纺纱的制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的蓬松型纱线通常称为花式线,是利用超喂原理得到的具有各种外观特征的纱线,如圈圈线、竹节线、螺旋线、结子线等。此类纱线织成的织物手感蓬松、柔软、保暖性好,且外观风格别致,立体感强,既可用于轻薄的夏季织物,又可用于厚重的冬季织物,既可做衣着面料,又可做装饰材料,上述花式线的蓬松状态成非均一状态,即蓬松状态呈截断状出现,或者纱线外缘为扁平状。
改进的技术采用涤纶腈纶为收缩纤维,通过混纺加入普通纤维,利用纤维经过处理后收缩率差异,得到膨胀状态的混纺纱。但是,涤纶和腈纶均为合成纤维,亲肤性和服用性能相对与天然纤维较差;其次,涤纶腈纶纤维的受热收缩范围最大可达45%左右,加热处理收缩率不易控制;另外,上述两种材料在后期受热例如沸水条件下还会发生进一步收缩,影响织物尺寸稳定性。
发明内容
本发明的目的之一在于克服现有技术中存在的缺陷,提供一种膨体混纺纱的制备方法,在混纺纤维中添加水溶性维纶和Optim Max纤维,利用水溶性维纶可退维溶解和Optim Max纤维水热处理后收缩的特性,所得纱线呈蓬松状态,适用于轻薄贴身面料的织造。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案为:一种膨体混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述膨体混纺纱的原料纤维包括维纶纤维、Optim Max纤维和普通纤维,维纶纤维的混纺比为10~30%,Optim Max纤维的混纺比为8~15%;制备方法包括混纺合股成纱、退维、混纺纱含水静置、清洗烘干步骤,
其中,混纺纱含水静置的工艺过程为:将退维处理的包芯纱带液静置处理,静置温度为35~45℃,静置环境相对湿度为60~70%,时长为36~72h。
普通纤维为丝光羊毛纤维、棉纤维、粘胶纤维和竹纤维中的至少一种。
膨体混纺纱有高支单纱和低支单纱合股而成,高支单纱捻系数为300~450,低支单纱的捻系数为200~300,合股的捻系数为低支单纱捻系数的0.67~0.7倍,高支单纱由OptimMax纤维和普通纤维混纺而成,低支单纱由维纶纤维和普通纤维混纺而成。
膨体混纺纱的原料纤维组成为维纶纤维20~30%、Optim Max纤维10~15%、丝光羊毛纤维30~45%和棉纤维15~25%,Optim Max纤维与棉纤维混纺,丝光羊毛纤维与维纶纤维混纺。
退维处理液为pH值为5-6的乙酸溶液,退维温度为93~95℃,退维处理时间为40~60min。
本发明的优点和有益效果在于:
本发明蓬松型羊毛纱线的制备方法步骤简单,通过在混纺纤维中引入水溶性维纶和Optim Max纤维,退维后水溶性维纶溶解,在Optim Max纤维和普通纤维之间留下形变间隙,同时利用Optim Max纤维水热处理后收缩的特性,Optim Max纤维收缩缠绕在普通纤维外或者夹杂在普通纤维之间,使得与Optim Max纤维相邻的其他纤维呈蓬松状态;
处理后的Optim Max纤维在制造或者后期穿着过程中收缩量低,面料的尺寸稳定。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
实施例1膨体混纺纱的制备方法,膨体混纺纱的原料纤维包括维纶纤维、Optim Max纤维和普通纤维;制备方法包括混纺合股成纱、退维、混纺纱含水静置、清洗烘干步骤;
其中,混纺纱含水静置的工艺过程为:将退维处理的包芯纱带液静置处理,静置温度为35~45℃,静置环境相对湿度为60~70%,时长为36~72h。
普通纤维为棉纤维,膨体混纺纱的原料纤维组成为维纶纤维20%、Optim Max纤维10%和余量棉纤维。
实施例1纱线由三种纤维均匀混合混纺而成。
退维处理液为pH值为5-6的乙酸溶液,退维温度为93~95℃,退维处理时间为40~60min。
实施例2
实施例2与实施例1的区别在于,膨体混纺纱有高支单纱和低支单纱合股而成,高支单纱捻系数为300,低支单纱的捻系数为300,合股的捻系数为低支单纱捻系数的0.67倍,高支单纱由Optim Max纤维和普通纤维混纺而成,低支单纱由维纶纤维和普通纤维混纺而成。
膨体混纺纱的原料纤维组成为维纶纤维30%、Optim Max纤维10%、丝光羊毛纤维45%和棉纤维15%,Optim Max纤维与棉纤维混纺,丝光羊毛纤维与维纶纤维混纺。
实施例3
实施例3与实施例1的区别在于,高支单纱捻系数为450,低支单纱的捻系数为200,合股的捻系数为低支单纱捻系数的0.7倍。
膨体混纺纱的原料纤维组成为维纶纤维20%、Optim Max纤维15%、丝光羊毛纤维40%和棉纤维25%。
实施例1-3所得纱线均为蓬松状,其中实施例2和3 中Optim Max纤维与棉纤维混纺,丝光羊毛纤维与维纶纤维混纺,丝光羊毛的膨起高度大于实施例1中棉纤维的膨起高度。纱线在后期的制造中尺寸稳定性良好,且收缩后的Optim Max纤维表面具有一定的粗糙度,与普通纤维的缠结紧密。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种膨体混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,所述膨体混纺纱的原料纤维包括维纶纤维、Optim Max纤维和普通纤维,维纶纤维的混纺比为10~30%,Optim Max纤维的混纺比为8~15%;制备方法包括混纺合股成纱、退维、混纺纱含水静置、清洗烘干步骤,
其中,混纺纱含水静置的工艺过程为:将退维处理的包芯纱带液静置处理,静置温度为35~45℃,静置环境相对湿度为60~70%,时长为36~72h。
2.根据权利要求1所述的膨体混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,普通纤维为丝光羊毛纤维、棉纤维、粘胶纤维和竹纤维中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的膨体混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于, 膨体混纺纱有高支单纱和低支单纱合股而成,高支单纱捻系数为300~450,低支单纱的捻系数为200~300,合股的捻系数为低支单纱捻系数的0.67~0.7倍,高支单纱由Optim Max纤维和普通纤维混纺而成,低支单纱由维纶纤维和普通纤维混纺而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的膨体混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,膨体混纺纱的原料纤维组成为维纶纤维20~30%、Optim Max纤维10~15%、丝光羊毛纤维30~45%和棉纤维15~25%,Optim Max纤维与棉纤维混纺,丝光羊毛纤维与维纶纤维混纺。
5.根据权利要求1所述的膨体混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于,退维处理液为pH值为5-6的乙酸溶液,退维温度为93~95℃,退维处理时间为40~60min。
