Abstract
本发明公开一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶及其制备方法,是在搭口胶中添加外香型卷烟特征香味剂和固香剂,所述的香味剂是水溶性的,添加比例是1‑10%,所述的固香剂是含有0.2‑3%的β‑环糊精,所述的制备方法是在搭口胶乳液聚合的过程中将香味剂和固香剂溶在水中进行聚合,也可以直接掺入现用搭口胶中,将该搭口胶应用于外香型卷烟产品,可以确保特征香味成分在烟支上添加的均匀性和保留性能,克服了原有外香型卷烟中香味成分易挥发、效果不稳定等缺点,使香味持久,并突显产品个性特征。并且,经过该技术处理后的搭口胶,其粘合效率没有任何程度的降低。本发明制备方法简便,成本低廉,可应用与大规模工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
卷烟按其制作工艺一般分为四类:混合型、烤烟型、外香型、雪茄型。外香型卷烟的烟气特征,以卷烟本身的香气为主,同时赋予卷烟独特新颖的外加香味,降低吸食者对卷烟刺激气味的感觉,能满足部分消费者需要,如国际著名“丁香烟”、“薄荷烟”,我国的“凤凰烟”、“人参烟”等。该类型卷烟以外加香味为主,因此要求产品有较好的留香持久性和释香均匀性。
传统外香型卷烟加香的方法主要有溶剂法、衍生物法、包含物法、胶囊法、吸附剂法和香线法等,添加香精的方式主要有3种:①将香精直接添加到烟丝中;②加上滤嘴中;③加在包装材料(如铝箔纸、卷烟纸)上。主要存在的问题是;①在运输、贮存和销售期间,外加香精极易挥发逸失,货架寿命短;②燃吸时外加香味随抽吸口数的增加迅速减弱,留香不持久;③所用香精量较多,浪费较大。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明目的是提供一种适用于外香型卷烟的搭口胶,用于彰显外加香型卷烟香味风格特征,改善释香均匀性和留香持久性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶,该搭口胶含有外香型卷烟特征香味剂和固香剂,所述的香味剂是水溶性的,添加比例是1-10%,所述的固香剂是含有0.2-3%的β-环糊精。
所述的香味剂,其特征在于:是与外香型卷烟特征香型相贴合的香味剂,特征香味剂为薄荷醇、甜橙香精、咖啡味香精、玫瑰醇和香草醇中的一种或数种。如薄荷香型卷烟的搭口胶中所添加的香味剂是薄荷醇,香草味香型卷烟的搭口胶中所添加的香味剂是香草醇。
本发明要解决的另一技术问题为提供一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取一定量的去离子水加入到反应釜中,滴入特征香味剂和固香剂,添加比例分别是1-10%和0.2-3%,开启搅拌装置,设定搅拌速度为150-300转/分钟,制成香剂溶液,然后按照常规制备搭口胶的方法向釜内缓慢添加重量份配比的:水:35%-85%、淀粉:5%-50%、固香剂:0.2%-3%、香味剂:1%-10%、消泡剂:0.05%-1.5%、防腐剂:0.05%-1%和聚乙烯醇:5%-10%,加热搅拌至成品后,静置冷却出料,制得特征香味搭口胶。所述固香剂的具体配方:可以参考具体实施方式中实施1或2中的配方,按比例配制而成,可以根据需要添加香橙味或玫瑰香型。
制备所述的适用于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的方法二,包括以下步骤:
将搭口胶置于带有搅拌装置和冷凝器的聚合釜中,升温至85±2℃,搅拌至匀质,降温至70℃,按搭口胶重量的0.5—2.0%分别加入乳化剂和消泡剂,继续降温至50℃,而后逐滴加入特征香味剂和固香剂,添加量为搭口胶用量的1-10%,并以120rpm的转速开始搅拌,搅拌过程中保持恒温恒湿,香精加完后继续保持搅拌1h,加入乙酸调节PH值至6,搅拌0.5h后出胶。
所述的消泡剂选择以下种类中的任意一种或多种:丙二醇等醇类、聚痒丙烯甘油醚等聚醚类以及复合消泡剂等。
所述的防腐剂选择以下种类中的任意一种或多种:苯甲酸及其盐类、山梨酸钾和乳酸钠等。
所述的乳化剂选择以下种类中的任意一种或多种:OP-10乳化剂、聚丙烯酰胺乳化剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类和高分子型助剂等。
卷烟搭口胶用于卷烟生产过程中卷烟纸的粘合,由于其直接参与烟支燃烧,将对烟气成分产生不可忽视的影响,所以在卷烟搭口胶中添加外香型卷烟特征香味成分,将增加外香型卷烟产品留香持久性和释香均匀性,且尚未见相关报道。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明采用将特征香味剂施加在搭口胶上,并添加了固香剂,可有效改善外香型卷烟抽吸过程释香的均匀性和留香持久性。
2、制作工艺简单,成本低廉,且经过该技术处理后的搭口胶,其粘合效率没有任何程度的降低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
按照以下步骤制备香橙味搭口胶:
(1)配制香橙味香精复合溶液(将甜橙香精粉末按质量比1:4溶于水中,并按3%的比例将β-环糊精溶于香精溶液中);
(2)取80克普通搭口胶置于带有搅拌装置和冷凝器的聚合釜中,升温至85±2℃,搅拌至匀质,降温至70℃,加入0.8g的OP-10乳化剂和1.6g的丙二醇,继续降温至50℃,而后逐滴加入10.0ml香橙味香精复合溶液,以120rpm的转速开始搅拌,搅拌过程中保持恒温恒湿,香精加完后继续保持搅拌1h,加入乙酸调节PH值至6,搅拌0.5h后出胶。
实施例2
按照以下步骤制备玫瑰香型搭口胶:
在反应釜中加入水100g,加入玫瑰醇和β-环糊精,添加比例分别是10%和3%,开启搅拌装置,设定搅拌速度为270转/分钟,制成香剂溶液,然后按照常规制备搭口胶的方法向釜内缓慢添加淀粉、聚乙烯醇、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯和丙二醇等有效成分,加热搅拌至成品后,静置冷却出料,制得玫瑰香味搭口胶。
感官评吸
将加香后的搭口胶应用于红云集团某外香型品牌卷烟的生产,搭口胶的加入量参照大生产搭口胶的标准进行。针对使用加香搭口胶的卷烟产品按照评吸标准进行评吸,评吸小组由11位卷烟感官评吸专家组成,感官评吸结果表明:本发明所述产品加香效果稳定,嗅香明显,留香持久,口感舒适纯净,且香味释放均匀,在抽吸过程中没有出现刚开始外香味充足而后段时间香味明显减弱的现象。
仪器检测
为了进一步验证卷烟燃吸时特征香味释放的均匀性和稳定性,使用吸烟机对使用实施例2的搭口胶制成样品烟抽吸过程中的释香均匀性做了研究。取样品烟40支,平均分为两组,分别在吸烟机上按一定的抽吸口数进行检测。两组卷烟的第一组在第四口处人为熄灭,第二组在第七口处认为熄灭,以剑桥滤片捕集主流烟气粒相物,经过处理后取样进行GC-MS法分析,根据两组样品烟主流烟气中玫瑰醇的峰面积比较抽吸过程中的释香效果。经数据处理可知,上述样品烟抽吸四口和七口主流烟气中玫瑰醇含量之比分别为5.10/7、5.07/7、5.06/7、5.08/7,这进一步说明:使用实施例2的搭口胶制的样品烟在燃烧过程中释香均匀。
当然,以上只是本发明的典性实例,除此之外,本发明还可以有其它多种具体实施方式,凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求保护的范围之内。

1.一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶,其特征在于:该搭口胶中含有外香型卷烟特征香型的香味剂与固香剂,在抽吸过程中持续均匀散发,所述的香味剂是水溶性的,重量份数配比是1-10%,所述的固香剂为β-环糊精,重量份数配比为0.2-3%。
2.如权利要求1所述的适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶,其特征在于:香味剂是与外香型卷烟特征香型相贴合的,特征香味剂为薄荷醇、甜橙香精、咖啡味香精、玫瑰醇或香草醇中的一种或数种。
3.一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将一定量的去离子水加入到反应釜中,滴入特征香味剂和固香剂,添加比例分别是1-10%和0.2-3%,开启搅拌装置,设定搅拌速度为150-300转/分钟,制成香剂溶液,然后按照常规制备搭口胶的方法向釜内缓慢添加重量份配比的:水:35%-85%、淀粉:5%-50%、固香剂:0.2%-3%、香味剂:1%-10%、消泡剂:0.05%-1.5%、防腐剂:0.05%-1%和聚乙烯醇:5%-10%,加热搅拌至成品后,静置冷却出料,制得特征香味搭口胶。
4.一种适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:将普通搭口胶置于带有搅拌装置和冷凝器的聚合釜中,升温至85±2℃,搅拌搭口胶至匀质,降温至70℃,按搭口胶重量的0.5—2.0%分别加入乳化剂和消泡剂,继续降温至50℃,而后逐滴加入特征香味剂和固香剂,添加量为搭口胶用量的1-10%,并以120rpm的转速开始搅拌,搅拌过程中保持恒温恒湿,加完后继续保持搅拌1h,加入乙酸调节PH值至6,搅拌0.5h后出胶。
5.如权利要求3或4所述的适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的制备方法,其特征在于:消泡剂选择以下种类中的任意一种或多种:丙二醇等醇类、聚痒丙烯甘油醚、聚醚类或复合消泡剂。
6.如权利要求3所述的适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的制备方法,其特征在于:防腐剂选择以下种类中的任意一种或多种:苯甲酸及其盐类、山梨酸钾或乳酸钠。
7.如权利要求4所述的适合于外香型卷烟的搭口胶的制备方法,其特征在于:乳化剂选择以下种类中的任意一种或多种:OP-10乳化剂、聚丙烯酰胺乳化剂、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类或高分子型助剂。
