Disclosure of Invention
To solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a simple physical medical device to promote and assist the recovery of the closed nerve muscle of the eyelid, and secondly to provide a medical device which adopts the combination of physiological nervous system treatment (magnetic force) and/or external traction physical treatment (gravity).
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a magnetic eyelid closing medical device for sticking to the bottom of the eyelid on the eye of a human body, which is an arc-shaped long strip-shaped elastic device with an integral large arc design, wherein the arc-shaped long strip-shaped elastic device can provide prestress for closing the eyelid to meet the biological demands of the eyelid closing line and opening line when the eye is closed and opened, and the magnetic eyelid closing medical device comprises:
A composite elastic material layer, a magnetic metal module combination layer, an elastic bottom layer and a skin adhesion layer which are sequentially overlapped along the thickness direction;
The medical device can continuously act on eyelid closure nerve muscles by means of the skin adhesion layer, and can transmit a durable wake-up signal to a special transmission nerve system through the inverse signal transmission of the eyelid closure nerve muscles, and simultaneously promote and restore the eyelid closure signal transmission nerve system to be normal in advance under the support of the whole nerve system treatment of facial paralysis.
Preferably, the metal module combination layer is formed by combining a plurality of metal forming modules which are different or the same in shape and have magnetism according to different requirements of people, so that the requirements of curved surface fitting of eyelid shapes of different people can be met and adjusted through bidirectional bending deformation along the thickness direction under the action of external force.
Preferably, the medical device further comprises an upper adhesive layer and a lower adhesive layer, wherein the metal module combination layer and the elastic bottom layer are combined and positioned through the lower adhesive layer to form structures with different weights, lengths and magnetic force effects, and the structures and the composite elastic material layer are subjected to compression molding and composite forming by means of the upper adhesive layer and are combined with the skin adhesive layer.
Preferably, the elastic bottom layer is combined with the periphery of the composite elastic material layer to cover the metal module combination layer.
Preferably, the metal forming module is a plurality of types of metal modules made of metal alloy materials through metal processing technology of mould pressing or hot casting, injection molding and polishing.
Preferably, the adhesive magnetic eyelid closing medical device has a width of 3-8 mm and a length of 10-30 mm.
Preferably, the metal forming module is made of tungsten-based alloy material; preferably, the tungsten-based alloy material comprises 0.01-3% of iron.
Preferably, the metal forming module is formed by powder mixing and pressing.
Preferably, the tungsten-based alloy material further comprises 4-8% of nickel ni, 1-5% of copper Cu, 20-80% of silver Ag and 10-99% of tungsten W, wherein the total content is 100%.
Preferably, the tungsten-based alloy material is subjected to heat treatment step of heat preservation and shaping at 1200-1600 ℃ to eliminate internal stress.
Preferably, part of the metal forming modules are made of hard magnetic materials. The weight ratio of the metal forming module made of the tungsten-based alloy material to the metal forming module made of the hard magnetic material is adjusted so as to adjust the overall magnetic strength of the metal module combination layer.

The device can realize the treatment means of combining the internal and external of the physiological nervous system treatment (magnetic force) and the external traction physical treatment (gravity) and treat both principal and secondary aspects of the disease; can be flexibly adapted to the demands of different people and different appearance characteristics to the greatest extent.
The metal module combination layer in the adhesive magnetic eyelid closure medical device adopts a module combination design, so that the obvious disadvantage that the adhesive magnetic eyelid closure medical device cannot be flexibly bent and plastic due to the rigidity of metal alloy is solved to the greatest extent; meanwhile, under the action of external force, the two-way bending deformation can be completely realized, so that the curved surface fitting requirements of eyelid shapes of different people can be met and adjusted to the greatest extent.
Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described below through examples and with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The invention is characterized in that:
1) In physiological mechanism, the external force (gravity and magnetic force) continuously acting on eyelid closure nerve muscles is provided by the adhesive magnetic eyelid closure medical device, and the eyelid closure nerve muscles (eye closure execution terminal) are subjected to inverse signal transmission to transmit a long-lasting wake-up signal to a nerve system, and meanwhile, under the support of the whole nervous system treatment of facial paralysis, the eyelid closure signal transmission nerve system is promoted and restored to be normal in advance;
2) The eyelid is closed by the mechanical action of the complete external force, so that the problems of eye dryness, intraocular infection, cornea damage and eye protection are solved.
As shown in fig. 1, 2a, 2b, 2c and 3, which are schematic external views of an embodiment of a magnetic adhesive eyelid closing medical device according to the present invention, a product of the magnetic adhesive eyelid closing medical device according to the present invention has the following external features:
1) The appearance of the eye protection device adopts an arc smooth transition design so as to reduce unnecessary injury of the eye protection device to human eyes.
2) The whole device adopts the whole large arc design to meet the biological demands of human body on the eyelid closing line and the opening line to the greatest extent when the eyes are closed and opened, and can also increase the beautiful effect and eliminate the problem of shielding the sight.
3) The whole arc design is adopted to provide prestress for eyelid closure.
4) Wherein the width W of the product is designed to be 3-8 mm, and the length L is designed to be 10-30 mm, so as to ensure the effective concentration of the closing force of the upper eyelid and the magnetic therapy effect of the magnetic force on the orbicularis anterior eye.
5) The design of the arc-shaped transition R3R 4R 5R 6 at the two side ends of the invention can correct the aesthetic feeling and the dynamic effect of the paste without affecting the function of the invention,
6) The adoption of the arc-shaped transition R7/R8/R9/R10 not only can reduce unnecessary injury of the product to human eyes, but also eliminates the rigid square appearance, so that the simple and thick appearance becomes easy and thin.
The application method of the adhesive magnetic eyelid closing medical device comprises the following steps:
The medical device (which is a flexible composite body with a specific structure and multi-directional bending and combined by metal alloy) is adhered to the bottom of the upper eyelid skin of the human eye, so that the eyelid which can not be closed can promote the closing nerve muscle of the upper eyelid to restore to normal under the synergistic effect of the gravity of the product and the inherent magnetic force, thereby helping and restoring the closing of the upper eyelid.
As shown in fig. 4, a schematic structural diagram of a magnetic adhesive eyelid closure medical device according to the present invention includes: the composite elastic material layer 1, the magnetic metal module combination layer 2, the elastic bottom layer 3, the rubberizing connection layer 4, the rubberizing connection layer 5 and the skin adhesion layer 6.
Referring to fig. 8, which is a schematic view of radial bending of an embodiment of the present invention, since general metals are not easily deformable per se, the inventors considered to arrange several metal blocks into one layer, wherein each metal block (referred to as metal forming module 21, piece by piece) is not adhered to each other, is bonded together by an elastic material, and the metal module combination layer 2 is deformed as required by the expansion and contraction property of the elastic material deformation. And each metal forming module 21 can be in various shapes such as a sheet shape, a granular shape and the like and has certain magnetic strength. In this embodiment, the adhesive magnetic eyelid closing medical device of the invention is made of metal alloy materials, a plurality of metal forming modules with equal or unequal sizes are manufactured by metal processing technologies such as mould pressing (hot casting, injection molding) and polishing, a metal module combination layer 2 is formed by metal modules with different types and numbers according to different requirements of different crowds, the metal module combination layer 2 and the elastic bottom layer 3 are combined and positioned into structures with different weight, length and magnetic force effects through the lower adhesive connecting layer 5, and then the metal module combination layer 2 and the elastic bottom layer 3 are combined and positioned into a structure with different weight, length and magnetic force effects through the lower adhesive connecting layer 5, and then are subjected to mould pressing and composite forming with the composite elastic material layer 1 through the adhesive connecting layer 4, and are combined with the skin adhesive layer 6 to form a composite structural body shown in fig. 4. When the embodiment is used, the deformation is finished by the deformation of the elastic material layer 1 and the elastic bottom layer 3. The metal blocks 21 are adhered between the elastic material layer 1 and the elastic bottom layer 3, and are not adhered. The elastic material layer 1 and the elastic bottom layer 3 have the characteristic of elastic deformation and expansion, wherein the upper adhesive layer 4 and the lower adhesive layer 5 are specially used for adhering the metal module 21. That is, the adhesive magnetic eyelid closing medical device of the invention can be composed of a composite elastic material layer 1, a metal module combination layer 2, an elastic bottom layer 3, an upper adhesive layer 4, a lower adhesive layer 5 and a skin adhesive layer 6, and the structure of the adhesive magnetic eyelid closing medical device has the following characteristics:
1) The metal module combination layer 2 in the adhesive magnetic eyelid closure medical device adopts a module combination design, so that the obvious disadvantage that the flexible bending and plasticity cannot be realized due to the rigidity of metal alloy is solved to the greatest extent; meanwhile, under the action of external force, the two-way bending deformation can be completely realized, so that the curved surface fitting requirements of the eyelid shapes of different people can be met and adjusted to the greatest extent (as shown in fig. 6 and 7).
2) In addition, the composite material and the adhesive layer are made of materials with elastic deformation capability, so that the adhesive layer can meet the adhesive requirements of various eyelid curved surfaces of different people in the matching of the adhesive layer 1), and provides important plastic stabilization effect and recovery effect of deformation along with eyelid movement, so that the overall adhesive degree of the product reaches 100%.
3) As the medical device used at the eye part, the invention preferably adopts the design of an outer wrapping type flexible structure, thereby thoroughly avoiding the artificial injury and stimulation to the eyes caused by the burrs and rigidity of the metal alloy.
Meanwhile, in order to achieve a better effect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a material for an alloy module, preferably a tungsten-based alloy material, preferably formed by powder mixing and pressing, and:
1) In order to ensure the magnetic therapy effect of the metal alloy materials used by the device, preferably 0.01 to 3 percent of iron (Fe) is added in the alloy proportion, that is, the weak magnetism of tungsten can be utilized, and metal iron is also added, so that the effects of utilizing the weak magnetism to promote the blood flow of a nervous system and stimulate and activate the nervous system are achieved;
2) The alloy material also contains 4-8% of nickel ni, 1-5% of copper Cu, 20-80% of silver Ag and 10-99% of tungsten W;
3) The alloy material needs to be subjected to heat preservation and shaping at the temperature of 1200-1600 ℃ to eliminate internal stress, so that the materials are fully mixed and melted.
The basic process flow can be briefly described as follows: preparing a metal block forming die-metal powder mixture (10-99% of tungsten W, 4-8% of nickel ni, 1-5% of copper Cu, 20-80% of silver Ag and 0.01-3% of Fe and 100% in total), hot-pressing to form, calcining, fusing, heat-preserving (the temperature of 1200-1600 ℃), and shaping (the temperature of 1200-1600 ℃).
Of course, as other embodiments, the material may be a hard magnetic material, and may be die-cast, molded or the like to form a metal molding module with a desired shape, so long as the material has a sufficient density to meet the basic requirements of the present invention. In other embodiments, a metal forming module made of a hard magnetic material and a metal forming module made of a tungsten-based alloy material may be present in the metal module combination layer, and the required magnetic strength is achieved by adjusting the mass ratio of the two metal forming modules. When the metal forming module is formed by mixing and pressing powder, other than nickel (4-8%), copper (1-5%), silver (20-80%), tungsten (10-99%) and other metal powder, hard magnetic material powder may be added to adjust the magnetic strength of the metal forming module.
In summary, the adhesive magnetic eyelid closing medical device of the present invention can help or promote the normal recovery of eyelid closing nerve muscle due to various diseases caused by inability to close (or poor closing) eyelid. It has the following advantages:
1) Fills the blank of medical devices in the treatment of the inability to close (or the loose closing) of eyelid caused by facial paralysis at home and abroad;
2) Adopts the treatment means of combining physiological nervous system treatment (magnetic force) and external traction physical treatment (gravity) to treat both principal and secondary aspect of disease;
3) The requirements of different people and different appearance characteristics can be met flexibly to the greatest extent.
In order to verify the effectiveness and the use effect of the invention, the inventor performs some experimental investigation on the symptoms of incomplete closure of eyelid caused by facial paralysis, collects the opinion of the use effect of patients, and the data result is as follows:
Note that:
1) Effectively means that shielding by foreign objects is not needed and the dry feel is reduced.
2) Ineffective means not completely closed.
The experimental result shows that the invention has strong practicability, and has the characteristics of no wound and remarkable effect as a physical therapy.
