The invention provides a diesel generator with good noise reduction effect, which comprises a base, and a mute cover, a diesel engine and a generator, wherein the mute cover, the diesel engine and the generator are fixed on the base, the mute cover is detachably connected with the base through bolts, the diesel engine and the generator are arranged in the mute cover, a speed reducer is arranged between the diesel engine and the generator, a crankshaft of the diesel engine is connected with a driving shaft of the speed reducer through a first elastic coupling, a crankshaft of the generator is connected with a driven shaft of the speed reducer through a second elastic coupling, an air inlet is formed in one end of the mute cover, which is positioned on the generator, an air outlet is formed in one end of the mute cover, an air inlet silencer is detachably arranged on the mute cover at the air outlet, an air outlet silencer is detachably arranged on the mute cover, a heat dissipation hole is formed in the mute cover, and sound absorbing cotton is arranged on the inner wall of the mute cover. Through setting up first elastic coupling and second elastic coupling, make the vibration of diesel engine, speed reducer and generator obtain suppressing, silence cover makes diesel generator wholly be in the confined environment, combines the silencer of air intake and air outlet, makes the noise obtain suppressing.

The big head end of the horn mouth of the air inlet pipe is connected with the air inlet, when the diesel generator works, negative pressure is formed in the mute cover, and air outside the mute cover is sucked into the horn mouth, so that air intake is smooth; the horn-shaped air inlet pipe is communicated with the middle part of the silencing pipe to form a resistive silencing structure, so that the silencing structure has the effect of eliminating middle and high frequency noise; the perforation of the pipe wall of the silencing pipe is matched with the cavity to form a resonant cavity type silencer, which belongs to a resistant silencing structure and has the effect of eliminating middle and low frequency noise; the structure of the whole air inlet muffler does not influence the air inlet efficiency, and can effectively prevent and weaken the outward transmission of sound energy.

The sound wave reflecting plate is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, and can generate a reflecting effect on sound due to the arc surface of the sound wave reflecting plate, so that the sound in the cavity is reflected and passes through the perforation of the wall of the silencing pipe again, the sound resonance effect in the cavity is enhanced, and a better resonance silencing effect is achieved.
Preferably, the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect comprises an air outlet silencer shell and a plurality of porous plates, wherein an air outlet pipe communicated with two ends of the air outlet silencer shell is arranged inside the air outlet silencer shell, the porous plates are stacked in the air outlet pipe and coaxial with the air outlet pipe, and the small holes of the porous plates are staggered. Considering the smoothness of exhaust, the air outlet pipe pipeline of the air outlet muffler has simple structure and smooth ventilation, and the laminated porous plates and the staggered small holes play a role in resistive noise elimination.
Preferably, the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect is characterized in that the air inlet and the air outlet are both provided with screens. The screen mesh plays a role in preventing foreign matters from entering the air inlet and the air outlet to block the air duct, the air inlet muffler and the air outlet muffler.

The invention has the advantages that: compared with the traditional motor, the invention has the advantages that the elastic coupling and the speed reducer are arranged, so that the whole vibration of the diesel generator can be well restrained, the diesel generator has good practicability, in addition, the design of the air inlet silencer and the air outlet silencer on the silencing cover is beneficial to the targeted noise reduction of different noise sources, the noise reduction effect on noise of each frequency is excellent, the structure rules of the air inlet silencer and the air outlet silencer lead the production to be standardized and modularized, greatly reduce the transportation volume of a unit and greatly save raw materials.

Detailed Description
In order to describe the technical content, the constructional features, the achieved objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the following description is made in connection with the embodiments and the accompanying drawings.
The diesel generator with good noise reduction effect shown in fig. 1 comprises a base 1 and a mute cover 2, a diesel engine 3 and a generator 4 which are fixed on the base 1, wherein the mute cover 2 is detachably connected with the base 1 through bolts, the diesel engine 3 and the generator 4 are arranged inside the mute cover 2, a speed reducer 5 is arranged between the diesel engine 3 and the generator 4, a crankshaft of the diesel engine 3 is connected with a driving shaft of the speed reducer 5 through a first elastic coupling 6, a crankshaft of the generator 4 is connected with a driven shaft of the speed reducer 5 through a second elastic coupling 7, one end of the mute cover 2, which is positioned on the generator 4, is provided with an air inlet, one end of the mute cover 2, which is positioned on the diesel engine, is provided with an air outlet, an air inlet silencer 8 is detachably arranged on the mute cover 2 at the air outlet, an air outlet silencer 9 is detachably arranged on the mute cover 2, a heat dissipation hole is formed inside the mute cover 2, and a sound absorbing cotton 11 is arranged on the inner wall of the mute cover. In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the air intake silencer comprises an air intake silencer housing 801, an air inlet pipe 802 and a silencing pipe 803, the air inlet pipe and the silencing pipe are arranged inside the air intake silencer housing, the air inlet pipe is a horn-shaped pipeline, a large horn end of the air inlet pipe is connected with an air inlet, a small horn end of the air inlet pipe is communicated with the middle part of the silencing pipe, two ends of the silencing pipe are communicated with the outside of the air intake silencer housing, a plurality of perforations 804 are respectively arranged on the pipe wall between the middle part of the silencing pipe and two ends of the silencing pipe, a closed cavity 805 is formed in the air intake silencer housing at positions corresponding to the plurality of perforations, and a silencing plate 806 is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity.
The big head end of the horn mouth of the air inlet pipe is connected with the air inlet, when the diesel generator works, negative pressure is formed in the mute cover, and air outside the mute cover is sucked into the horn mouth, so that air intake is smooth; the horn-shaped air inlet pipe is communicated with the middle part of the silencing pipe to form a resistive silencing structure, so that the silencing structure has the effect of eliminating middle and high frequency noise; the perforation of the pipe wall of the silencing pipe is matched with the cavity to form a resonant cavity type silencer, which belongs to a resistant silencing structure and has the effect of eliminating middle and low frequency noise; the structure of the whole air inlet muffler does not influence the air inlet efficiency, and can effectively prevent and weaken the outward transmission of sound energy.
In a specific embodiment, the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect includes, as shown in fig. 3, a plurality of acoustic reflectors 807 with arc-shaped cross sections and connected to each other. The sound wave reflecting plate is arranged on the inner wall of the cavity, and can generate a reflecting effect on sound due to the arc surface of the sound wave reflecting plate, so that the sound in the cavity is reflected and passes through the perforation 804 on the wall of the silencing pipe again, the sound resonance effect in the cavity is enhanced, and a better resonance silencing effect is achieved.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the air-out muffler includes an air-out muffler housing 901 and a plurality of perforated plates 902, an air-out duct 903 communicating two ends of the air-out muffler housing is disposed inside the air-out muffler housing, the plurality of perforated plates are stacked in the air-out duct and coaxial with the air-out duct, and the small holes 904 of the plurality of perforated plates are staggered. Considering the smoothness of exhaust, the air outlet pipe pipeline of the air outlet muffler has simple structure and smooth ventilation, and the laminated porous plates and the staggered small holes play a role in resistive noise elimination.
In a specific embodiment, the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect is characterized in that the screen mesh 12 is respectively arranged at the air inlet and the air outlet, and the screen mesh can block dust and impurities, so that the effect of preventing the foreign matters from entering the air inlet and the air outlet to block the air duct, the air inlet silencer and the air outlet silencer is achieved.
In a specific embodiment, the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect is provided, the heat dissipating device 10 is composed of a plurality of heat dissipating fans, the heat dissipating fans are respectively and symmetrically arranged on the inner side of the mute cover 2, and the heat inside the mute cover can be quickly dissipated by the design of the heat dissipating fans, so that the service lives of the diesel engine and the generator are prolonged.
In a specific embodiment, in the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect, the transparent observation window 13 is arranged on the mute cover 2, and the transparent observation window is designed to facilitate the observation of the internal condition by the staff.
In a specific embodiment, the diesel generator with good noise reduction effect is characterized in that the temperature sensor 14 is arranged inside the mute cover 2, the temperature sensor 14 is connected with the heat dissipation device 10, and the design of the temperature sensor 14 can automatically dissipate heat inside the mute cover 2, so that the use of people is facilitated.
