As shown in fig. 1-5, the harvesting, crushing and stubble cleaning integrated machine comprises a main machine body 1, wherein a header assembly 2, a threshing assembly 3, a stubble cleaning assembly 4, a cab assembly 6, a walking assembly 7 and a conveying assembly 8 which are connected in a matched manner are arranged on the main machine body 1, the threshing assembly 3 comprises a threshing machine body 301, a main threshing cylinder 302, a main concave mesh screen 303, a vibrating screen 304, a first cleaning fan mechanism 305, a second cleaning fan mechanism 306, a threshing screw 307, a re-threshing screw assembly, a re-threshing cylinder 308 and a re-threshing concave mesh screen 309 are arranged on the threshing machine body 301, wherein the main threshing cylinder 302, the main concave mesh screen 303, the vibrating screen 304 and the threshing screw 307 form a main threshing system, and the first cleaning fan mechanism 305, the second cleaning fan mechanism 306, the re-threshing screw assembly, the re-threshing cylinder 308 and the re-threshing concave mesh screen 309 form a re-threshing system.
The main threshing cylinder 302, the main concave mesh screen 303 and the vibrating screen 304 are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the threshing machine body 301 from top to bottom, the first cleaning fan mechanism 305, the threshing auger 307, the second cleaning fan mechanism 306 and the re-threshing auger assembly are sequentially arranged on the lower portion of the threshing machine body 301 from front to back, the re-threshing cylinder 308 and the re-threshing concave mesh screen 309 are arranged on one side of the main threshing cylinder 302, and the re-threshing auger assembly is connected with the re-threshing concave mesh screen 309 in a matched mode. The double-stripping auger assembly comprises a first double-stripping auger 3012 and a second double-stripping auger 3013 which are connected in a matched mode, the first double-stripping auger 3012 is horizontally arranged at the rear end of the second cleaning fan mechanism 306, the second double-stripping auger 3013 is arranged vertically or obliquely, and the second double-stripping auger 3013 is connected with the double-stripping concave mesh screen 309 in a matched mode.
The rear end of the vibrating screen 304 is matched and connected with a tail screen 3014, an inclined material guide plate 3015 is arranged at the rear end of the tail screen 3014, the positions of the tail screen 3014 and the material guide plate 3015 correspond to the positions of the first re-threshing screw 3012, and redundant defective materials screened by the tail screen 3014 enter a re-threshing body 3016 through the material guide plate 3015 and are conveyed to the re-threshing roller 308 by the first re-threshing screw 3012.
The threshing machine body 301 is provided with a threshing shell 3010 at the lower part, the threshing auger 307 is arranged on the threshing shell 3010, and the threshing shell 3010 plays a role in gathering grains.
The threshing machine body 301 is provided with a re-threshing body 3016 at the lower part, the first re-threshing auger 3012 is arranged on the re-threshing body 3016, the re-threshing body 3016 comprises plate-shaped structures at two sides of the first re-threshing auger 3012, and the re-threshing body 3016 plays a role in collecting redundant defective materials. In addition, one side of the re-shelling body 3016 is inclined towards the second cleaning fan mechanism 306, and forms a second cleaning fan mechanism air outlet channel 3011 with the threshing machine body 301, so that the cleaning capability of the invention is improved.
Both cleaning fan mechanisms of the present invention are prior art and may include one or more fans.
The threshing assembly 3 is operated by the steps that the straw enters the main threshing cylinder 302, the grain enters the threshing screw 307 after being screened by the main concave mesh screen 303 and the vibrating screen 304, the grain is conveyed to the grain tank assembly by the threshing screw 307, in the process, redundant secondary materials blown out by the first cleaning fan mechanism 305 and the second cleaning fan mechanism 306 and redundant secondary materials filtered by the tail screen 3014 enter the first re-threshing screw 3012, and the redundant secondary materials are conveyed to the re-threshing cylinder 308 and the re-threshing concave mesh screen 309 by the re-threshing screw assembly and then enter the main threshing cylinder 302 for re-screening.
The threshing assembly 3 of the invention is additionally provided with the second cleaning fan mechanism 306 between the threshing screw 307 and the first re-threshing screw 3012 to increase the cleaning capability of the device, so as to solve the problem of insufficient cleaning capability of the device when the feeding amount of the separation assembly 3 is large.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the threshing machine body 301 is further provided with a threshing inlet 3017, a threshing auxiliary conveying roller 5 is disposed in the threshing inlet 3017, the threshing auxiliary conveying roller 5 includes a roller shaft 501 and a roller body 502 cooperatively connected to the roller shaft 501, 3-6 first feeding plates 503, preferably 4, are uniformly and annularly arranged on the roller body 502, the first feeding plates 503 are fixedly connected with a second feeding plate 506 through screws, and the length of the second feeding plate 506 is greater than that of the first feeding plate 503. 3 feeding plate reinforcing ribs 507 are fixedly connected between the first feeding plate 503 and the roller body 502, so as to strengthen the structural strength of the first feeding plate 503.
The two ends of the drum shaft 501 are rotatably connected with the drum connecting seat 504, wherein a driving wheel 505 is arranged at one end of the drum shaft 501, the driving wheel 505 is a chain wheel, the driving wheel 505 is arranged outside the drum connecting seat 504, a drum connecting plate 508 is sleeved at one end of the drum shaft 501, the drum connecting plate 508 is arranged between the drum body 502 and the drum connecting seat 504, the drum connecting plate 508 is rotatably connected with the end part of the drum body 502, and the drum connecting plate 508 is fixedly connected with the threshing machine body 301.
The threshing inlet 3017 is connected with the header assembly 2 through the conveying assembly 8, and grains are conveyed to the threshing inlet 3017 by the conveying assembly 8 and then conveyed to the threshing assembly 3 by the threshing auxiliary conveying roller 5.
According to the invention, the drum shaft 501 and the drum body 502 are additionally arranged at the threshing inlet 3017 of the threshing machine body 301 to form the conveying drum, so that the grain conveying speed can be increased, the problems that the conveying speed of the conveying assembly 8 is easy to be slow and blocked when the grain feeding quantity of the harvester is increased are solved, and the working efficiency of the harvester is improved.
As shown in fig. 6-8, the stubble cleaning assembly 4 is disposed at the lower part of the main body 1, and comprises a stubble cleaning frame 401, a stubble cleaning rotation shaft 402, a stubble cleaning knife assembly 403 and a transmission assembly 405 which are connected in a matching manner, wherein two ends of the stubble cleaning frame 401 are respectively connected with a stubble cleaning frame connecting arm 404 in a matching manner, a stubble cleaning hanging arm 406 is hinged at the middle part of the stubble cleaning frame 401, and the stubble cleaning frame connecting arm 404 and the stubble cleaning hanging arm 406 are connected with the main body 1 in a matching manner.
The stubble cleaning blade assembly 403 comprises a stubble cleaning blade connecting part 40300 fixedly connected to the stubble cleaning rotary shaft 402, and a stubble cleaning blade set hinged to the stubble cleaning blade connecting part 40300, wherein the stubble cleaning blade set comprises a middle stubble cleaning blade 40301 and two side stubble cleaning blades 40302 respectively arranged on two sides of the middle blade 40301, and the two side stubble cleaning blades 40302 form a Y-shaped structure. The middle blade 40301 is in a straight plate shape, and forms a three-fork structure with the two side stubble cleaning blades 40302, the middle blade 40301 can strengthen the soil turning and stubble cleaning effects, and the straws can be better returned to the field. Specifically, there are a plurality of stubble cleaning knife assemblies 403, each stubble cleaning knife assembly 403 is arranged on the stubble cleaning rotation shaft 402 in a spiral arrangement, and each group has partial overlapping areas so as to ensure no dead angle. The stubble cleaning blade connecting part 40300 is two stubble cleaning fixing plates fixedly connected with the stubble cleaning rotary shaft 402, the stubble cleaning blade assembly 403 further comprises a stubble cleaning connecting pin 40303, the stubble cleaning connecting pin 40303 is inserted on the stubble cleaning fixing plates, the stubble cleaning blade group is hinged with the stubble cleaning connecting pin 40303, and the stubble cleaning connecting pin 40303 is locked by a cotter pin. Two washers 40304 are further sleeved on the stubble cleaning connecting pin 40303, the washers 40304 separate the middle stubble cleaning blade 40301 and the side stubble cleaning blade 40302, and the washers 40304 are elastic washers made of nonmetallic materials.
The transmission assembly 405, the transmission assembly 405 includes an input wheel 40500, an output wheel 40501, a transmission fixing frame 40502, a transition wheel 40503 and a tensioning wheel 40504, the output wheel 40501 is disposed at one end of the stubble cleaning rotation shaft 402, the transmission fixing frame 40502 is fixedly connected with one end of the stubble cleaning frame 401, which is close to the output wheel 40501, and the input wheel 40500, the transition wheel 40503 and the tensioning wheel 40504 are disposed on the transmission fixing frame 40502. The transition wheel 40503 is disposed on the transmission fixing frame 40502, a tensioning wheel connecting piece 40505 is rotatably connected to a wheel shaft of the transition wheel 40503, the tensioning wheel connecting piece 40505 is fixedly connected with the tensioning wheel 40504, and the tensioning wheel connecting piece 40505 can change the position of the tensioning wheel 40504, so as to adjust the belt tension. In addition, the stubble cleaning frame 401 is connected with the stubble cleaning frame connecting arm 404 at one end of the transmission fixing frame 40502 and is positioned at the inner side of the transmission fixing frame 40502.
The stubble cleaning blade group and the stubble cleaning blade connecting part 40300 are connected in a hinged mode, when the stubble cleaning blade group encounters hard objects, the stubble cleaning blade group can flexibly change direction, the damage of the stubble cleaning blade group and the stubble cleaning blade connecting part 40300 is avoided, the service life of equipment is prolonged, and the maintenance cost of the equipment is reduced.
The invention helps farmers to realize high stubble-reserving operation, the operation mode is that stubble-reserving quantity is more than 40cm when harvesting, the stubble-reserving quantity is far more than 8-12 cm stubble-reserving quantity of normal harvesting, with the great reduction of feeding quantity, the grass-grain ratio is greatly reduced, threshing load is only 60% of normal operation, straw is greatly reduced to carry grain, threshing effect is better, efficiency is higher, threshing effect is enhanced, threshing efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the stubble-reserving treatment can be carried out on the left straws, the straw returning to the field is realized, the stubble-reserving treatment is carried out on the left straws by cutting through a stubble-reserving machine, and the fed straws can be returned to the field after the common crushing treatment through a stalk crusher through rotary tillage.
