本发明公开了一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器,公头连接器包括装配在一起的固定脚、塑胶主体和导电端子,导电端子为反N字型结构,表面有多处凹陷结构,并呈等边三角形排布;导电端子表面多处凹陷与母座导电端子接触点接触,并使母座导电端子接触点落入公头导电端子凹槽内,导电端子每个触点都被固定,使公母座连接器对插后不会发生脱离与翻转问题;塑胶本体与导电端子周围采用沉胶结构,预防由于注塑工艺造成的溢胶问题的发生;塑胶主体左右两边侧面各有一个凸起,一端是圆滑弧面与侧边面圆滑过渡衔接,公母座对插时起导引作用,公母座分开时好拔起,此凸起与母座主体内槽接触面小,此凸起两边与母座主体内槽留有大空间,斜拔起时具有支点效应。

一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器,用于手机、数码相机、智能穿戴等手持式电子产品、NB、PAD等电脑产品內部信号电路的连接。
背景技术
目前,板到板连接器基本上都是左右两个接点方向存在锁紧结构,这种结构不能避免公连接器公头与母座扣合后容易出现翻转之问题。目前市面上的板到板连接器产品都是单点或双点式接触方式,此种小型化的板到板连接器产品通流能力都比较差。目前板到板连接器基本都是单点或双点接触方式,仅仅是在同一方向上依靠相互挤压保证接触。这种接触方式的牢靠性会比较差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术存在的问题,特别开发一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器,其特征在于,所述公头连接器包括装配为一体的固定脚、塑胶主体和导电端子,所述导电端子设为反N字型结构,在导电端子左边设有一个压薄的断差结构,在导电端子右边设有第一梯字形凹槽,在导电端子顶部设有第二梯字形凹槽,导电端子上压薄的断差结构、第一梯字形凹槽和第二梯字形凹槽这三者的位置呈等边三角形形态排布,用于与母座连接器导电端子的三个凸起点卡合与接触,形成一个电路回路。
本发明所述公头连接器的塑胶主体与导电端子周围设为沉胶结构,用于防止溢胶。
本发明所述塑胶主体左右两侧设有两个凸起,用于与母座连接器分离时轻松拔出;两个凸起一端设为圆滑弧面,圆滑弧面与塑胶本体侧面圆滑过渡衔接,用于与母座连接器对插时提供导引的作用。
本发明所产生的有益效果是:
①导电端子为反N字型结构,在导电端子表面有多处凹陷结构,该凹陷结构呈等边三角形排布,并与母座连接器对应的导电端子的触点接触,母座连接器导电端子的触点落入到公头连接器导电端子的多个凹陷内,导电端子被锁定,使公母端扣合后不会发生松脱与翻转。
②导电端子左边压薄结构凹陷与右边第一梯字形凹槽的这两个凹陷结构与母座连接器的导电端子接触,并在上下方向限制;防止由于导电端子顶部的第二梯字形凹槽与母座连接器U型导电端子底部第三个触点接触的反作用力使公头连接器向上松脱,造成母端U型导电端子底部第三个触点不接触的问题。
③导电端子顶部第二梯字形凹槽结构与母座连接器的U型导电端子底部第三点接触,并在左右方向限制公头在母座主体内发生左右翻转。
④板到板公头连接器采用注塑的工艺将导电端子与塑胶主体固定在一起,塑胶主体靠近导电端子周围采用沉胶结构,有效预防注塑工艺造成溢胶的问题发生。
⑤在公头连接器塑胶主体左右两边侧面各有一个凸起,此凸起一端与塑胶主体底面相连,另一端是圆滑弧面与侧边面圆滑过渡衔接。此圆滑过渡衔接之弧面起到公母连接器对插时之导引作用。此两侧边之凸起是方便公母连接器分开时轻松拔起,此凸起与母座连接器主体内槽接触面小,凸起两边与母座连接器主体内槽留有大空间,分离斜拔起时具有支点效应。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
参照图1至图9,本设计的一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器包括装配为一体的固定脚1、塑胶主体2和导电端子3,导电端子3设为反N字型结构3.1,在导电端子3左边设有一个压薄的断差结构3.2,在导电端子3右边设有第一梯字形凹槽3.3,在导电端子3顶部设有第二梯字形凹槽3.4,导电端子3上压薄的断差结构3.2、第一梯字形凹槽(3.3)和第二梯字形凹槽3.4这三者的位置呈等边三角形形态排布,用于与母座连接器导电端子的三个凸起点卡合与接触,形成一个电路回路。
导电端子3采用铜材金属通过五金模具折弯成型为反N字型,反N字型外表面有多个凹陷。此多个金属端子会再经过注塑成型工艺使其成为一整体。
母座连接器导电端子的三个接触点分别与反N字型的上压薄的断差结构3.2、第一梯字形凹槽(3.3)和第二梯字形凹槽3.4接触,并且是固定卧在三个凹陷的特征之中。此三个接触点位置形成的等边三角形,每两边之接点都被凹槽固定,不能自由活动。此结构特点可以确保板到板公头连接器在母座连接器塑胶主体内不会轻易翻转,也不会轻易与母座连接器导电端子脱离。导电端子每个触点都被固定,使公母座连接器对插后不会发生脱离与翻转问题。
公头连接器的塑胶主体2与导电端子3周围设为沉胶结构2.1,用于防止溢胶,如图3、图8所示。此沉胶结构设计可以避免产生注塑成型工艺之溢胶缺陷。
塑胶主体2左右两侧设有两个凸起2.2,即两侧面各有一个凸起,用于与母座连接器分离时轻松拔出;两个凸起2.2一端设为圆滑弧面2.2.1,圆滑弧面2.2.1与塑胶本体2侧面圆滑过渡衔接,用于与母座连接器对插时提供导引的作用。
板到板公头连接器的装配:先将导电端子3通过注塑工艺与塑胶主体2结合为一个整体,然后将两端的固定脚1插接在塑胶主体2的两端,装配为一体。最后将本设计的公头连接器和母座连接器分别焊接到PCB电路板上,然后将公头连接器和母座连接器扣合到一起,依靠公母座导电端子接触咬合形成锁紧方式,即可实现导电端子连接到一起,从而形成电路的导通功效。

Claims (3)

1.一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器,其特征在于,所述公头连接器包括装配为一体的固定脚(1)、塑胶主体(2)和导电端子(3),所述导电端子(3)设为反N字型结构(3.1),在导电端子(3)左边设有一个压薄的断差结构(3.2),在导电端子(3)右边设有第一梯字形凹槽(3.3),在导电端子(3)顶部设有第二梯字形凹槽(3.4),导电端子(3)上压薄的断差结构(3.2)、第一梯字形凹槽(3.3)和第二梯字形凹槽(3.4)这三者的位置呈等边三角形形态排布,用于与母座连接器导电端子的三个凸起点卡合与接触,形成一个电路回路。
2.如权利要求1所述一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器,其特征在于,所述公头连接器的塑胶主体(2)与导电端子(3)周围设为沉胶结构(2.1),用于防止溢胶。
3.如权利要求2所述一种强锁结构的板到板公头连接器,其特征在于,所述塑胶主体(2)左右两侧设有两个凸起(2.2),用于与母座连接器分离时轻松拔出;两个凸起(2.2)一端设为圆滑弧面(2.2.1),圆滑弧面(2.2.1)与塑胶本体(2)侧面圆滑过渡衔接,用于与母座连接器对插时提供导引的作用。
