Background
Pollutants such as SO2, NOX and dioxin discharged by the steel industry are mainly concentrated in a sintering process, the discharge of the pollutants seriously affects the living environment and economic development of human beings, the pollutants such as SO2, NOX and dioxin in the sintering flue gas are effectively removed, the pollution is necessary and urgent, and the treated sintering flue gas is a key link for realizing green production in the steel industry. Compared with various sintering flue gas purification processes, the desulfurization and denitrification effects are best by adopting a countercurrent type (CRCS) process, and the method is the most advanced sintering flue gas purification technology in the world at present, and the core of the process is an adsorption tower. According to the technological process requirements, upper steel frames are required to be arranged above each adsorption tower box body respectively to support a chain bucket machine steel platform for transporting activated carbon. The adsorption tower body is operated at high temperature, the highest temperature can reach 200 ℃, and the vertical deformation of the tower body caused by the temperature strain can reach 60mm. In most cases, the temperature strain among the various adsorption tower boxes is not uniform, especially when the boxes are overhauled in groups, the temperature of the overhauled boxes is normal temperature, and other boxes continue to work at high temperature. If the steel platform of the chain bucket machine and the upper steel frame of the adsorption tower are connected into a whole, uneven vertical deformation caused by temperature strain of the box body of each adsorption tower can cause the wavy deformation of the steel platform of the chain bucket machine, and the chain bucket machine is excessively deformed or even damaged, so that the normal operation of production is influenced.

The upper end of the constant force spring in the spring hanging device is fixed on the hanging beam through a connecting steel plate.
When the chain bucket machine is used, the chain bucket machine is placed on the embedded supporting table, and the embedded supporting table counteracts uneven vertical deformation caused by temperature strain of the box body of the adsorption tower through the spring hanging device, so that the embedded supporting table is kept to be a plane, the chain bucket machine is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge deformation, and normal working and running of the chain bucket machine are ensured.

In this embodiment, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, there are two adsorption tower boxes 1, and the structures above the two adsorption tower boxes 1 are the same.
The embedded supporting table is used for supporting the chain bucket machine, the embedded supporting table is arranged in the middle of the steel structure frame 2, and a plurality of spring hanging devices can be arranged between the hanging cross beam 3 on the upper portion of the steel structure frame 2 and the embedded supporting table.
The embedded supporting table is formed by welding a plurality of main steel beams 7 which are arranged in parallel and a plurality of secondary steel beams 8 which are arranged vertically to the main steel beams 7, two vertical steel plates 10 are fixed on the main steel beams 7, a horizontal steel plate 9 is welded between the two vertical steel plates 10, the thickness of the horizontal steel plate 9 and the vertical steel plate 10 is 16-30 mm, and holes matched with the connecting bolts 6 are formed in the horizontal steel plate 9. The upper end of a constant force spring 4 in the spring hanging device is fixed on a hanging beam 3 through a connecting steel plate 5, a connecting bolt 6 is arranged at the lower end of the constant force spring 4, and the lower end of the connecting bolt 6 is fixedly connected with a horizontal steel plate 9.
