Abstract

本发明公开了一种多色充电显示装置,包括多色LED指示灯。所述多色LED指示灯设置于慢充插座的外壳体,上述慢充插座与车载充电器之间设有交流输入通路,上述车载充电器与BMS系统之间设有直流输入通路,上述车载充电器通过CAN总线向BMS系统输出充电器状态信息,上述BMS系统用于实时监测电池包并且生成电池包状态信息。所述多色LED指示灯内置有指示灯控制器,所述指示灯控制器与车载充电器之间设有电平信号通路。本发明公开的多色充电显示装置,根据车载充电器状态和电池包状态,多色LED指示灯自动响应并且输出相应的充电状态显示模式,提高充电状态的易读性和完整性。

多色充电显示装置
技术领域
本发明属于汽车设计技术领域,具体涉及多色充电显示装置。
背景技术
目前,随着新能源汽车行业的蓬勃发展,电池包的容量越来越大,车载充电器的功率虽然也在增加,但是实际充电时间并未有较大幅度缩短。普遍存在充电周期较长、充电状态指示不明确等缺陷。例如,采用多颗LED小灯来指示充电状态,指示效果较差。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的状况,提供一种多色充电显示装置。
本发明采用以下技术方案,所述多色充电显示装置包括多色LED指示灯,其中:
所述多色LED指示灯设置于慢充插座的外壳体,上述慢充插座与车载充电器之间设有交流输入通路,上述车载充电器与BMS系统之间设有直流输入通路,上述车载充电器通过CAN总线向BMS系统输出充电器状态信息,上述BMS系统用于实时监测电池包并且生成电池包状态信息;
所述多色LED指示灯内置有指示灯控制器,所述指示灯控制器与车载充电器之间设有电平信号通路,所述指示灯控制器与多色LED指示灯电连接,所述指示灯控制器获取上述充电器状态信息和电池包状态信息并且根据上述充电器状态信息和电池包状态信息控制多色LED指示灯。
根据上述技术方案,所述多色充电显示装置还包括休眠唤醒指示灯和休眠唤醒按钮,所述休眠唤醒指示灯和休眠唤醒按钮分别设置于慢充插座的上述外壳体,所述指示灯控制器同时与休眠唤醒指示灯和休眠唤醒按钮电连接。
根据上述技术方案,所述多色LED指示灯呈环状。
根据上述技术方案,上述充电器状态信息包括车载充电器的输入电压、输入电流、输出电压、输出电流。
根据上述技术方案,所述多色LED指示灯具有休眠模式、点亮模式和实时响应模式,所述休眠唤醒指示灯具有休眠模式和常亮模式。
本发明公开的多色充电显示装置,其有益效果在于,根据车载充电器状态和电池包状态,多色LED指示灯自动响应并且输出相应的充电状态显示模式,提高充电状态的易读性和完整性。

参见附图的图1,图1示出了所述多色充电显示装置的模块结构。优选地,所述多色充电显示装置包括多色LED指示灯11,其中:
所述多色LED指示灯11设置于慢充插座P01的外壳体,上述慢充插座P01与车载充电器P02之间设有交流输入通路,上述车载充电器P02与BMS系统之间设有直流输入通路,上述车载充电器P02通过CAN总线向BMS系统P03输出充电器状态信息,上述BMS系统P03用于实时监测电池包并且生成电池包状态信息;
所述多色LED指示灯11内置有指示灯控制器,所述指示灯控制器与车载充电器P03之间设有电平信号通路,所述指示灯控制器与多色LED指示灯11电连接,所述指示灯控制器获取上述充电器状态信息和电池包状态信息并且根据上述充电器状态信息和电池包状态信息控制多色LED指示灯11。
优选地,所述多色充电显示装置还包括休眠唤醒指示灯12和休眠唤醒按钮13,所述休眠唤醒指示灯12和休眠唤醒按钮13分别设置于慢充插座P01的上述外壳体,所述指示灯控制器同时与休眠唤醒指示灯12和休眠唤醒按钮13电连接。
其中,所述多色LED指示灯11呈环状,所述多色LED指示灯11可根据需要显示多种颜色、显示指定时长。
其中,上述充电器状态信息包括车载充电器P02的输入电压、输入电流、输出电压、输出电流。
其中,上述电平信号通路用于传输4路高低电平信号。所述车载充电器P02通过上述4路高低电平信号向指示灯控制器输出充电器状态信息。
其中,所述BMS系统P03通过CAN总线与TBOX系统建立双向通讯连接,所述TBOX系统通过车载4G网络与手机APP P05建立双向无线通讯连接。可通过手机APP P05实现远程监测和显示充电状态、预约显示充电等功能,提高充电状态的易读性和完整性。
其中,所述多色LED指示灯11具有休眠模式、点亮模式和实时响应模式,所述休眠唤醒指示灯12具有休眠模式和常亮模式。在插枪后两分钟内,所述多色LED指示灯11处于实时响应模式。当充电状态持续保持两分钟无变化后,所述多色LED指示灯11处于休眠模式。当休眠唤醒按钮13被触发时,多色LED指示灯11处于点亮模式,同时显示当前的充电状态(持续显示2分钟,2分钟后转入休眠模式)。当休眠唤醒按钮13未被触发或者触发2分钟后,休眠唤醒指示灯12处于常亮模式。

1.一种多色充电显示装置,其特征在于,包括多色LED指示灯,其中:
所述多色LED指示灯设置于慢充插座的外壳体,上述慢充插座与车载充电器之间设有交流输入通路,上述车载充电器与BMS系统之间设有直流输入通路,上述车载充电器通过CAN总线向BMS系统输出充电器状态信息,上述BMS系统用于实时监测电池包并且生成电池包状态信息;
所述多色LED指示灯内置有指示灯控制器,所述指示灯控制器与车载充电器之间设有电平信号通路,所述指示灯控制器与多色LED指示灯电连接,所述指示灯控制器获取上述充电器状态信息和电池包状态信息并且根据上述充电器状态信息和电池包状态信息控制多色LED指示灯;
所述多色充电显示装置还包括休眠唤醒指示灯和休眠唤醒按钮,所述休眠唤醒指示灯和休眠唤醒按钮分别设置于慢充插座的上述外壳体,所述指示灯控制器同时与休眠唤醒指示灯和休眠唤醒按钮电连接;
所述多色LED指示灯具有休眠模式、点亮模式和实时响应模式,所述休眠唤醒指示灯具有休眠模式和常亮模式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多色充电显示装置,其特征在于,所述多色LED指示灯呈环状。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多色充电显示装置,其特征在于,上述充电器状态信息包括车载充电器的输入电压、输入电流、输出电压、输出电流。
