Abstract
The anchor-shaped fracture fixing device effectively solves the problems of inconvenient operation of the fixing device, complications after treatment and the like; the technical scheme for solving the problems is that the anchor rod comprises a central anchor ring, two anchor hooks in different directions are obliquely extended from the same side of the central anchor ring, the two sides of the central anchor ring are symmetrically connected with a first anchor ring and a second anchor ring which are positioned on the same horizontal plane with the central anchor ring, a first anchor rod positioned on the same side with the anchor hooks is extended out of the first anchor ring, a second anchor rod positioned on the same side with the anchor hooks is extended out of the second anchor ring, a first anchor rod ring is arranged at the end part of the first anchor rod, and a second anchor rod ring is arranged at the end part of the second anchor rod.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an anchor-shaped fracture fixing device.
Background
Hammer Finger (Mallet Finger) is a deformity in which the extensor tendon of the Finger breaks at the point of insertion, resulting in a failure of the distal segment to straighten. Typing of malformation with hammer fingers: one is a bony deformity: namely avulsion fracture at the insertion point of the extensor tendon of the finger distal segment; one is a tendinous deformity, i.e., a break in the extensor tendon at the point of insertion. Often, minor external forces, such as opening a door or hitting a basketball, cause damage: when taking an object, the finger tip does extension movement under the action of extensor muscle contraction and is collided by sudden external force, so that the finger tip is strongly bent, the force of bending and extension causes the end stop of the extensor muscle tendon to break, and the end base stop is often torn off and fractured.
At present, more treatment methods are used for treating the mallet finger deformity. Including both conservative and surgical treatment modalities. The operation treatment of tendinous hammer finger deformity includes simple suture, steel wire drawing out method, micro bone anchor or drilling method to rebuild extensor tendon insertion points and joint fusion. The hook steel plate is easy to damage the root of the nail bed to cause deformity of nail growth. Postoperative long-term adjuvant fixation leads to joint stiffness.

In view of the above situation, the present invention aims to provide an anchor-shaped fracture fixation device, which effectively solves the problems of inconvenient operation of the fixation device, complications after treatment, etc.
The technical scheme for solving the problems is that the anchor rod comprises a central anchor ring, two anchor hooks in different directions extend out of the same side of the central anchor ring in an inclined mode, a first anchor ring and a second anchor ring are symmetrically connected to the two sides of the central anchor ring and located on the same horizontal plane with the central anchor ring, a first anchor rod located on the same side with the anchor hooks extends out of the first anchor ring, a second anchor rod located on the same side with the anchor hooks extends out of the second anchor ring, a first anchor rod ring is arranged at the end portion of the first anchor rod, and a second anchor rod ring is arranged at the end portion of the second anchor rod.
The invention has the following advantages: 1. the bone block and the anchor rod connecting tendon are hooked by utilizing the working principle of the anchor hook, the method is suitable for both tendinous deformity and bony deformity, the simple tendon is torn off from a cut-off point, the cut-off point reconstruction effect is realized by connecting the anchor hook, the anchor rod and the anchor ring connecting tendon, particularly, the method is more convenient for tearing off the bone block or crushing the bone block, the anchor ring can firmly fix the bone block, and the anchor ring and the anchor rod can be connected in an auxiliary manner to keep the tendon to be reset well and have the early activity capability; 2. the operation is simplified and the operation trauma is reduced; 3. after the fracture, the injured ligament or the tendon are healed, the fixing device can be taken out, no foreign matter is left in the body of the patient, and the rejection reaction of the foreign matter is avoided; and does not cause psychological burden to patients; 4. the workload is reduced, and the burden of doctors is lightened.

As can be seen from fig. 1 to 3, the anchor-shaped fracture fixation device of the present invention comprises a central anchor ring 1, two anchor hooks 2 extending in different directions are obliquely extended from the same side of the central anchor ring 1, a first anchor ring 3 and a second anchor ring 4 located on the same horizontal plane as the central anchor ring 1 are symmetrically connected to two sides of the central anchor ring 1, a first anchor rod 5 located on the same side as the anchor hooks 2 is extended from the first anchor ring 3, a second anchor rod 6 located on the same side as the anchor hooks 2 is extended from the second anchor ring 4, a first anchor rod ring 7 is disposed at an end of the first anchor rod 5, and a second anchor rod ring 8 is disposed at an end of the second anchor rod 6.
The central anchor ring 1, the first anchor ring 3 and the second anchor ring 4 are annular and hollow, and the middle parts of the central anchor ring 1, the first anchor ring 3 and the second anchor ring 4 are respectively provided with a first smooth through hole 9, a second smooth through hole 10 and a third smooth through hole 11.
The first anchor rod 5 and the second anchor rod 6 are parallel.
The anchor hook 2 is hook-shaped and sharp in tip.
In the particular use of the present invention,
normally exposing a hammer-shaped finger to tear off a tendon or (and) a bony hammer-shaped finger to tear off a fracture block, placing the device on the surface of a tendon, hooking the fracture block by using an anchor hook 2 if the fracture block exists, then passing the fracture block through a first anchor rod ring 7 (or a second anchor rod ring 8) by using a tendon suture, then passing the fracture block through the tendon in a wave mode, then knotting the fracture block after passing through a second anchor rod ring 8 (or the first anchor rod ring 7), pulling the fracture block to the far end on a first anchor rod 5 or a second anchor rod 6 after the fracture block is firmly fixed, resetting the fracture block, and temporarily fixing the fracture block on a terminal phalanx by passing a Kirschner needle through the first anchor ring 3 and the second anchor ring 4; drilling a hole in the distal phalanx at the position of a first through hole 9 of the central anchor ring 1, screwing a self-tapping screw into a cavity reserved by a kirschner wire from the first through hole 9, screwing the screw, screwing a nail head and a nail body into a bone under the combined action of external threads, and reserving a nail tail outside the central anchor ring 1 to fix the central anchor ring 1; withdrawing the Kirschner wire for fixing the first anchor ring 3 and the second anchor ring 4, and screwing screws into the second through hole 10 and the third through hole 11 to increase the stability of the anchor-shaped device; the second through hole 10 or the third through hole 11 can also pass through the tendon line to be connected and fixed with the first anchor ring 3 or the second anchor ring 4 with the injured ligament or tendon bone block, further increasing the firmness degree of the device.
