背景技术
壁纸,又称墙纸,以色彩与图纹设计组合为特征、表现力无限丰富、可便捷满足多样性个性审美要求与时尚需求的室内墙面装饰材料,是当今国际国内最流行的室内墙面装饰材料。壁纸同其他装饰材料一样,随着世界经济文化的发展和人类生活的需求而不断发展变化着,而浆体糊料形成的PVC层对壁纸整体性能起到关键的功能性作用。
申请号为201310203464.8的中国专利公开了一种壁纸PVC层,由以下成分组成:PVC450树脂粉:30%~40%;增塑剂:20%~30%;碳酸钙:25%~35%;钛白粉:2%~6%;发泡剂:1%~2%;稳定剂:0.5%~1.5%;增白剂:0.005%~0.02%;降粘剂:5%~6%;其生产出的壁纸产品性能稳定,防水、防潮性能好,但是成分中采用含铅稳定剂,存在一定毒害污染,不够环保。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供了一种壁纸PVC糊料及其制备方法,该种PVC糊料制备简单方便,利用该种糊料制得的壁纸PVC层具有防水阻燃、保温隔音、抗压强度高、改善室内环境的特点。
为了达到上述目的,本发明通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种壁纸PVC糊料,包括以下按重量份计的原料:PVC树脂粉60-80份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、改性复合纤维10-20份、活性纳米钛白粉15-25份、钠基膨润土4-8份、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液6-10份、环氧大豆油3-5份、邻苯二甲酸酯1-3份、丙二醇2-4份、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯1-2份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、润湿剂1-2份和交联剂1-5份;
上述的改性复合纤维通过以下步骤制得:
步骤1:取以下按重量份数计的成份:海泡石纤维5-10份、竹纤维5-10份、EM菌液1-2份、除虫菊精油4-6份和山梨糖醇1-3份;
步骤2:取竹纤维和海泡石纤维经短切设备制成长度小于等于100μm的短切纤维,得短切混合纤维;
步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为70-80%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡6-8h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度30-34℃的环境温度下建堆发酵3-5天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为70-80℃条件下干燥至水分含量在4-6%,研磨分散即得。
进一步地,上述的PVC糊料包括以下按重量份计的原料:PVC树脂粉70份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、改性复合纤维15份、活性纳米钛白粉20份、钠基膨润土6份、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液8份、环氧大豆油4份、邻苯二甲酸酯2份、丙二醇3份、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯1.5份、分散剂2份、消泡剂1.5份、润湿剂1.5份和交联剂3份。
进一步地,上述的改性复合纤维通过以下步骤制得:

步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为75%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡7h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度32℃的环境温度下建堆发酵4天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为75℃条件下干燥至水分含量在5%,研磨分散即得。
优选地,上述的分散剂采用十二烷基硫酸钠或木素磺酸钙。
优选地,上述的消泡剂采用聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯乙醇油酸酯或磷酸三丁酯中的任一种。
优选地,上述的润湿剂采用烷基芳基聚醚、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠或拉开粉BX中的任一种。
优选地,上述的交联剂采用间苯二甲胺、钛酸四正丁酯或三季戊四醇中的任一种。
进一步地,上述的活性纳米钛白粉通过以下步骤制得:将原料纳米钛白粉输送至高速搅拌机中,在温度为65-75℃条件下边搅拌边加入相当于纳米钛白粉质量3-5%的环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH-560,搅拌共混处理20-30min即得。
上述的一种壁纸PVC糊料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)按所述重量份配比称取原料;
(2)取活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土混合,加入活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土总质量8-12%去离子水混匀,再加入聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液混匀,得预混料;
(3)将所有原料以及预混料输送至反应釜中,在温度为65-75℃条件下混合反应2-3h,最后将物料经胶体磨研磨分散至250目筛以上即制得本发明的壁纸PVC糊料。
本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明的PVC糊料制备简单方便,成本低廉,不含任何有害、且具有污染源的成分,绿色环保,无异味,原料间相容性能好,生产效率高;
(2)本发明的PVC糊料可塑性优良,与基层纸之间的附着能力强,形成的PVC层表面光洁度高,平滑度好,不会产生掉粉、脱落等质量问题,使用寿命长;
(3)本发明的PVC糊料通过加入改性复合纤维提高了壁纸基材的抗菌防霉变能力、调湿控温能力以及吸收甲醛气体的能力,该种改性复合纤维以竹纤维和海泡石纤维为基料加入EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇有效成分,使其还能对室内墙壁上常出现的蚁类、蠹虫类起到防治的作用,改善室内环境;
(4)利用本发明的PVC糊料制得的壁纸PVC层具有防水阻燃、保温隔音、抗压强度高的特点,应用场合宽泛,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步描述,以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
一种壁纸PVC糊料,称取如下表1的原料:

改性复合纤维的制备:
步骤1:称取以下成份:海泡石纤维5kg、竹纤维5kg、EM菌液1kg、除虫菊精油4kg和山梨糖醇1kg;
步骤2:取竹纤维和海泡石纤维经短切设备制成长度小于等于100μm的短切纤维,得短切混合纤维;
步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为70%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡6h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度30℃的环境温度下建堆发酵3天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为70℃条件下干燥至水分含量在4%,研磨分散即得。
活性纳米钛白粉的制备:取原料纳米钛白粉15kg输送至高速搅拌机中,在温度为65℃条件下边搅拌边加入相当于纳米钛白粉质量3%的环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH-560,搅拌共混处理20min即得。
上述的一种壁纸PVC糊料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将上述的活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土混合,加入活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土总质量8%去离子水混匀,再加入聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液混匀,得预混料;
(2)将所有原料以及预混料输送至反应釜中,在温度为65℃条件下混合反应2h,最后将物料经胶体磨研磨分散至250目筛以上即制得本发明的壁纸PVC糊料。
实施例2
一种壁纸PVC糊料,称取如下表2的原料:

步骤2:取竹纤维和海泡石纤维经短切设备制成长度小于等于80μm的短切纤维,得短切混合纤维;
步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为75%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡7h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度32℃的环境温度下建堆发酵4天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为75℃条件下干燥至水分含量在5%,研磨分散即得。
活性纳米钛白粉的制备:取原料纳米钛白粉20kg输送至高速搅拌机中,在温度为70℃条件下边搅拌边加入相当于纳米钛白粉质量4%的环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH-560,搅拌共混处理25min即得。
上述的一种壁纸PVC糊料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将上述的活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土混合,加入活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土总质量10%去离子水混匀,再加入聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液混匀,得预混料;
(2)将所有原料以及预混料输送至反应釜中,在温度为70℃条件下混合反应2.5h,最后将物料经胶体磨研磨分散至250目筛以上即制得本发明的壁纸PVC糊料。
实施例3
一种壁纸PVC糊料,称取如下表3的原料:

改性复合纤维的制备:
步骤1:称取以下成份:海泡石纤维10kg、竹纤维10kg、EM菌液2kg、除虫菊精油6kg和山梨糖醇3kg;
步骤2:取竹纤维和海泡石纤维经短切设备制成长度小于等于100μm的短切纤维,得短切混合纤维;
步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为80%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡8h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度34℃的环境温度下建堆发酵5天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为80℃条件下干燥至水分含量在6%,研磨分散即得。
活性纳米钛白粉的制备:取原料纳米钛白粉25kg输送至高速搅拌机中,在温度为75℃条件下边搅拌边加入相当于纳米钛白粉质量5%的环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH-560,搅拌共混处理30min即得。
上述的一种壁纸PVC糊料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行:
(1)先将上述的活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土混合,加入活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土总质量12%去离子水混匀,再加入聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液混匀,得预混料;
(2)将所有原料以及预混料输送至反应釜中,在温度为75℃条件下混合反应3h,最后将物料经胶体磨研磨分散至250目筛以上即制得本发明的壁纸PVC糊料。
性能检测
将上述实施例1-3制得壁纸PVC糊料制成壁纸基材上的PVC层,检测其保温、强度性能见下表4所示;

Claims (9)
1.一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料:PVC树脂粉60-80份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、改性复合纤维10-20份、活性纳米钛白粉15-25份、钠基膨润土4-8份、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液6-10份、环氧大豆油3-5份、邻苯二甲酸酯1-3份、丙二醇2-4份、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯1-2份、分散剂1-3份、消泡剂1-2份、润湿剂1-2份和交联剂1-5份;
所述改性复合纤维通过以下步骤制得:
步骤1:取以下按重量份数计的成份:海泡石纤维5-10份、竹纤维5-10份、EM菌液1-2份、除虫菊精油4-6份和山梨糖醇1-3份;
步骤2:取竹纤维和海泡石纤维经短切设备制成长度小于等于100μm的短切纤维,得短切混合纤维;
步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为70-80%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡6-8h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度30-34℃的环境温度下建堆发酵3-5天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为70-80℃条件下干燥至水分含量在4-6%,研磨分散即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,包括以下按重量份计的原料:PVC树脂粉70份、甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、改性复合纤维15份、活性纳米钛白粉20份、钠基膨润土6份、聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液8份、环氧大豆油4份、邻苯二甲酸酯2份、丙二醇3份、对羟苯甲酸异丙酯1.5份、分散剂2份、消泡剂1.5份、润湿剂1.5份和交联剂3份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,所述改性复合纤维通过以下步骤制得:
步骤1:取以下按重量份数计的成份:海泡石纤维8份、竹纤维8份、EM菌液1.5份、除虫菊精油5份和山梨糖醇2份;
步骤2:取竹纤维和海泡石纤维经短切设备制成长度小于等于80μm的短切纤维,得短切混合纤维;
步骤3:将短切混合纤维置于质量浓度为75%的冰醋酸溶液中浸泡7h,取出晾干,再在纤维上均匀喷洒EM菌液、除虫菊精油和山梨糖醇,之后在温度32℃的环境温度下建堆发酵4天,最后将发酵后的短切混合纤维放在温度为75℃条件下干燥至水分含量在5%,研磨分散即得。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为十二烷基硫酸钠或木素磺酸钙。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯乙醇油酸酯或磷酸三丁酯中的任一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为烷基芳基聚醚、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠或拉开粉BX中的任一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,所述交联剂为间苯二甲胺、钛酸四正丁酯或三季戊四醇中的任一种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种壁纸PVC糊料,其特征在于,所述活性纳米钛白粉通过以下步骤制得:将原料纳米钛白粉输送至高速搅拌机中,在温度为65-75℃条件下边搅拌边加入相当于纳米钛白粉质量3-5%的环氧基硅烷偶联剂KH-560,搅拌共混处理20-30min即得。
9.一种权利要求1-8任一项所述的壁纸PVC糊料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按所述重量份配比称取原料;
(2)取活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土混合,加入活性纳米钛白粉和钠基膨润土总质量8-12%去离子水混匀,再加入聚丙烯酸酯共聚乳液混匀,得预混料;
(3)将所有原料以及预混料输送至反应釜中,在温度为65-75℃条件下混合反应2-3h,最后将物料经胶体磨研磨分散至250目筛以上即可。
