Abstract
本发明涉及一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,包括聚酯基材以及涂覆在所述聚酯基材表面的含有碳酰胺的涂层,其特征在于:所述涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、16‑30质量份的碳酰胺。本发明提供的聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆含有碳酰胺的涂层。碳酰胺具有吸湿和保湿的功效,从而一定程度上降低了聚酯薄膜周边环境的温度,增加了湿度,提高了聚酯薄膜的耐温性,扩展了聚酯薄膜的使用范围。碳酰胺的价格低廉,有利于节省成本。同时采用表面涂覆的方法,制备工艺简单方便,有利于提高工作效率。另外在涂层中使用聚丙烯酸酯,有效地提高了碳酰胺与聚酯基材的结合度。

技术领域
本发明涉及聚酯薄膜领域,尤其涉及一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚酯薄膜是一种具有优良的电绝缘性能、耐弱酸性和耐油性,同时还有无毒、抗化学药品稳定性好、质量轻、易于加工等优点的材料。聚酯薄膜因具有诸多优点而被作为各纺织品、精密仪器、电器元件的高档包装材料;录音带、录像带、电影胶片、计算机软盘、金属镀膜及感光胶片等的基材,也应用于电气绝缘材料、电容器膜、柔性印刷电路板等电子领域和机械领域。
不过聚酯耐温性较差。在工作温度较高的情况下,聚酯薄膜会出现材料尺寸不稳定,力学性能下降的现象,从而影响了其使用的范围和安全性。在聚酯中添加碳酰胺可以起到耐温效果,但实际应用中希望寻求一种成本更低的解决方案。因此提供了一种价格低廉、耐温性能好的聚酯薄膜及其制备方法是本发明所要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术的不足,提供了一种价格低廉、耐温性能好的聚酯薄膜及其制备方法。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案为:提供了一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,包括聚酯基材以及涂覆在所述聚酯基材表面的含有碳酰胺的涂层,其特征在于:所述涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、16-30质量份的碳酰胺。
作为一种优选方案,所述碳酰胺的含量为24-27质量份。
作为一种更优选方案,所述涂层还含有1-2.5质量份的MF分散剂。
作为一种优选方案,所述聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
作为一种优选方案,所述聚酯基材含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、玻璃纤维、抗氧化剂、增韧剂以及光稳定剂。
作为一种更优选方案,所述聚酯基材组成和含量为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占2-10质量份、抗氧化剂占0.5-2质量份、增韧剂占5-10质量份、光稳定剂占0.5-3质量份。
作为一种更优选方案,所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010、抗氧化剂1076的一种。
作为一种更优选方案,所述光稳定剂为2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、纳米二氧化钛的一种。
本发明还提供了上述含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯、水,加入容器中搅拌30-60min,温度控制在45-65℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将所述涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,在105-145℃烘干30-120min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。
作为一种优选方案,所述辊涂方式为:将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以15-25m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加1-3kg的压力。
本发明的有益技术效果在于:提供了一种价格低廉、耐温性能好的聚酯薄膜及其制备方法。本发明提供的聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆含有碳酰胺的涂层。碳酰胺即尿素,具有吸湿和保湿的功效,从而一定程度上降低了聚酯薄膜周边环境的温度,增加了湿度,提高了聚酯薄膜的耐温性,扩展了聚酯薄膜的使用范围。碳酰胺的价格较聚丙烯酸钠更加低廉,有利于节省成本。同时采用表面涂覆的方法,制备工艺简单方便,有利于提高工作效率。另外在涂层中使用聚丙烯酸酯,有效地提高了碳酰胺与聚酯基材的结合度。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
本发明提供了一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,薄膜基材的组成如下。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占5质量份、抗氧化剂1010占1质量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占5质量份、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮占1质量份。
聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆有含碳酰胺的涂层,涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、16质量份的碳酰胺以及1质量份的MF分散剂。聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜按照如下方法进行制备:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯等原料加入容器中,再加入水搅拌30min,温度控制在65℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,即将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以15m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加1kg的压力。辊涂完成之后在105℃条件下烘干120min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,薄膜基材的组成如下。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占8质量份、抗氧化剂1010占0.5质量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占7质量份、纳米二氧化钛占3质量份。
聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆有含碳酰胺的涂层,涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、20质量份的碳酰胺以及1.5质量份的MF分散剂。聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜按照如下方法进行制备:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯等原料加入容器中,再加入水搅拌40min,温度控制在60℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,即将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以20m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加1kg的压力。辊涂完成之后在115℃条件下烘干100min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,薄膜基材的组成如下。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占10质量份、抗氧化剂1076占2质量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占5质量份、2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑占0.5质量份。
聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆有含碳酰胺的涂层,涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、24质量份的碳酰胺以及1.5质量份的MF分散剂。聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜按照如下方法进行制备:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯等原料加入容器中,再加入水搅拌45min,温度控制在55℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,即将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以20m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加2kg的压力。辊涂完成之后在125℃条件下烘干75min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。
实施例4
本发明提供了一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,薄膜基材的组成如下。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占6质量份、抗氧化剂1076占1.5质量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占8质量份、2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑占0.5质量份。
聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆有含碳酰胺的涂层,涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、27质量份的碳酰胺以及1.5质量份的MF分散剂。聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜按照如下方法进行制备:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯等原料加入容器中,再加入水搅拌50min,温度控制在50℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,即将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以20m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加3kg的压力。辊涂完成之后在135℃条件下烘干55min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。
实施例5
本发明提供了一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,薄膜基材的组成如下。
聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占2质量份、抗氧化剂1010占1质量份、乙烯-醋酸乙烯共聚物占10质量份、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮占1质量份。
聚酯薄膜基材表面涂覆有含碳酰胺的涂层,涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、30质量份的碳酰胺以及2.5质量份的MF分散剂。聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜按照如下方法进行制备:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯等原料加入容器中,再加入水搅拌60min,温度控制在45℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,即将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以25m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加3kg的压力。辊涂完成之后在145℃条件下烘干30min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。

Claims (10)
1.一种含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,包括聚酯基材以及涂覆在所述聚酯基材表面的含有碳酰胺的涂层,其特征在于:所述涂层含有100质量份的聚丙烯酸酯、16-30质量份的碳酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述碳酰胺的含量为24-27质量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述涂层还含有1-2.5质量份的MF分散剂。
4. 根据权利要求1-3任一所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚丙烯酸酯由甲基丙烯酸、丙烯酸 2-乙基己酯以及苯乙烯聚合而成。
5.根据权利要求1-3任一所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚酯基材含有聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯、玻璃纤维、抗氧化剂、增韧剂以及光稳定剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述聚酯基材组成和含量为:聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯占100质量份、玻璃纤维占2-10质量份、抗氧化剂占0.5-2质量份、增韧剂占5-10质量份、光稳定剂占0.5-3质量份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧化剂为抗氧化剂1010、抗氧化剂1076的一种。
8.根据权利要求6所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜,其特征在于:所述光稳定剂为2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三氮唑、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、纳米二氧化钛的一种。
9.如权利要求1所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)称取碳酰胺、聚丙烯酸酯、水,加入容器中搅拌30-60min,温度控制在45-65℃,得到涂层液;
(2)将所述涂层液采用辊涂的方式涂覆到聚酯薄膜的两侧,在105-145℃烘干30-120min得到含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜。
10.根据权利要求9所述的含碳酰胺的聚酯薄膜的制备方法,其特征在于:所述辊涂方式为:将涂层液加到聚酯薄膜表面,之后聚酯薄膜以15-25m/min恒速通过挤压辊,所述挤压辊给聚酯薄膜施加1-3kg的压力。
