The invention mainly aims to provide a rear cover assembly of intelligent wearing equipment and intelligent wearing equipment, which are convenient for replacing batteries, and the rear cover assembly and the intelligent wearing equipment are used for solving the problems.
The invention provides a rear cover assembly of intelligent wearable equipment, which comprises a rear cover, a thimble assembly, a supporting frame and a battery, wherein the rear cover is arranged on the thimble assembly; the rear cover is used for connecting a main body component of the intelligent wearable device; the thimble assembly is fixedly connected with the rear cover and is arranged on one side of the rear cover facing the main body assembly; the support frame is connected to the rear cover; the battery is arranged in the supporting frame and is electrically connected with the thimble assembly; the support frame is detachably connected with the rear cover.
Further, the thimble assembly and the rear cover are an integral component.
Further, the battery is arranged in the middle of one side of the rear cover, and the thimble assembly is arranged on one side of the battery.
Further, the thimble assembly comprises four thimbles which are vertical to the rear cover and are arranged in a straight line, and the four thimbles are parallel to each other.

Further, a rear cover of the rear cover assembly is provided with a clamping position, and the rear cover assembly is connected with the main body assembly through the clamping position.
Further, a rear cover of the rear cover assembly is provided with a threaded hole for installing a screw, and the rear cover is connected with the main body assembly through the screw.
Further, the main body assembly comprises a shell, a main board and a display screen; the shell is fixedly connected with the rear cover; the main board is arranged in the shell; the display screen is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the battery is connected with the main board through the thimble assembly.
Further, the body assembly further includes one or more of a speaker, a microphone, a motor, a side key, and a charging port; the loudspeaker is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the microphone is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the motor is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the side key is arranged on the shell in a matching way and is connected with the main board; the charging port is arranged on the shell in a matching way and is connected with the main board.
According to the rear cover assembly of the intelligent wearing equipment and the intelligent wearing equipment, the rear cover assembly of the intelligent wearing equipment is detachable and connected with the main body assembly, so that the rear cover assemblies of the intelligent wearing equipment are convenient to replace, each main body assembly can be provided with a plurality of rear cover assemblies of the intelligent wearing equipment with different electric capacities, one rear cover assembly of the rest intelligent wearing equipment can be used as a standby power supply when being used currently, the rear cover assemblies of the intelligent wearing equipment are convenient to replace at any time, the thickness of the rear cover assembly of each intelligent wearing equipment is small, the wearing comfort of the intelligent wearing equipment is guaranteed, and the problem of insufficient battery capacity is solved.

Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of a rear cover assembly 1 of the smart wearable device of the present invention includes a rear cover 11, a thimble assembly 14, a support frame 13, and a battery 12; the rear cover 11 is used for connecting the main body component 2 of the intelligent wearable device; the thimble assembly 14 is fixedly connected with the rear cover 11 and is arranged on one side of the rear cover 11 facing the main body assembly 2; the supporting frame 13 is connected to the rear cover 11 and is arranged on one side of the rear cover 11 facing the main body assembly 2; the battery 12 is arranged in the supporting frame 13 and is electrically connected with the thimble assembly 14, the battery 12 is arranged in the supporting frame 13, and the supporting frame 13 is detachably connected with the rear cover 11; the back cover assembly 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment is detachably connected to the intelligent wearing equipment, and the battery 12 is electrically connected with the intelligent wearing equipment through the thimble assembly 14.
The rear cover 11 is used for connecting the main body component 2 of the intelligent wearing equipment, the supporting frame 13 is used for fixing the battery 12 to the rear cover 11, so that the rear cover component 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment is integrated, the carrying is convenient, and the replacement of the rear cover component 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment is also convenient; the rear cover 11 and the supporting frame 13 can be connected in a buckling manner or can be fixedly connected by bolts.
The middle part of the thimble assembly 14 is provided with a connecting part 141, the supporting frame 13 plays a role in limiting the battery 12, and when the battery 12 is embedded into the supporting frame 13 and the supporting frame 13 is connected with the rear cover 11, the battery 12 is connected with the connecting part 141 of the thimble assembly 14. The connecting portion 141 may protrude outwards, and the supporting frame 13 is provided with a clamping groove matching the connecting portion 141.
In some embodiments, when the battery is damaged, the supporting frame 13 can be detached from the rear cover 11, and the supporting frame 13 and the thimble assembly 14 can be hinged, so that the supporting frame 13 is prevented from being lost.
In some embodiments, the back cover assembly 1 of the intelligent wearable device further comprises a charging interface and a circuit board with a charging circuit, the charging interface is connected with the battery 12 through the circuit board, the battery 12 in the back cover assembly 1 of the intelligent wearable device can be directly charged through the charging interface, and when the back cover assembly 1 of one intelligent wearable device is installed on the intelligent wearable device for use, the battery can be simultaneously charged for the back cover assembly 1 of another intelligent wearable device.
In some embodiments, the charging interface includes, but is not limited to, being disposed on the support frame 13, the charging interface being disposed on the support frame 13 by a circuit board, the battery 12 being electrically connected to the circuit board when the battery 12 is fitted into the support frame 13.
In some embodiments, body assembly 2 includes portions of a normal smart wearable device other than battery 12, the function of which may be accomplished by connecting battery 12, battery 12 being electrically connected to a motherboard in body assembly 2 of the smart wearable device via spike assembly 14.
According to the rear cover assembly 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment and the intelligent wearing equipment, the rear cover assembly 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment is convenient to detach and connect with the main body assemblies of the intelligent wearing equipment, each main body assembly can be provided with the rear cover assemblies 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment with different electric capacities, one rear cover assembly 1 of the rest intelligent wearing equipment can be used as a standby power supply when being used currently, and the rear cover assemblies 1 of the rest intelligent wearing equipment are convenient to replace at any time, so that wearing comfort of the intelligent wearing equipment is guaranteed, and the problem of insufficient capacity of the battery 12 is solved.
For guaranteeing the travelling comfort that intelligent wearing equipment was worn, battery 12 can not be too thick, consequently in order to improve intelligent wearing equipment's duration, the back lid subassembly 1 of a plurality of intelligent wearing equipment of different electric capacities can be matchd to every intelligent wearing equipment, every battery is not too thick, guarantee intelligent wearing equipment's thickness basically, guarantee wearing equipment's user experience, when the electric quantity of battery 12 in back lid subassembly 1 of an intelligent wearing equipment is spent, can be easily replace with the back lid subassembly 1 of other reserve intelligent wearing equipment, the total capacity of battery 12 is greater than the capacity of single battery in the back lid subassembly 1 of a plurality of intelligent wearing equipment, the duration of extension intelligent wearing equipment.
In some embodiments, spike assembly 14 may extend through rear cover 11 at one end and may be coupled to battery 12 on the outside of rear cover 11 via spike assembly 14.
In this embodiment, spike assembly 14 is an integral component of rear cover 11. The structure is stable.
The battery 12 is arranged in the middle of one side of the rear cover 11, and the thimble assembly 14 is arranged on one side of the battery 12. The thimble assemblies 14 do not obstruct the installation of the battery 12.
The thimble assembly 14 comprises four thimbles which are perpendicular to the rear cover 11 and are arranged in a straight line, and the four thimbles are parallel to each other. Each pin corresponds to a pin of one of the batteries 12.
The rear cover 11 is provided with a snap-fit position. The back lid subassembly 1 of intelligent wearing equipment adopts the buckle connected mode to connect, makes things convenient for the replacement of back lid subassembly 1 of intelligent wearing equipment.
The rear cover 11 is provided with a screw hole. The back lid subassembly 1 of intelligent wearing equipment adopts the mode of installation screw to connect, and the back lid subassembly 1 of intelligent wearing equipment connects more firmly, but its replacement will adopt the auxiliary completion of screwdriver.
The sealing ring is also included; the sealing ring surrounds the edge of the rear cover 11. The sealing ring has the sealing waterproof effect, and the water leakage of the connecting gap between the rear cover assembly 1 and the main body assembly 2 of the intelligent wearing equipment is prevented.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, a smart wearable device includes a main body assembly 2 and the rear cover assembly 1 of the smart wearable device described above; the back cover component 1 of the intelligent wearable device is fixedly connected with the main body component 2. The back cover component 1 of the intelligent wearable device can be connected with the main body component 2 in a buckling mode through a buckling structure or can be detachably connected with the main body component through a screw. The support frame 13 and the battery 12 in the rear cover assembly 1 of the smart wearable device are partially inserted into the main body assembly 2.
In an embodiment, the rear cover 11 of the rear cover assembly 1 is provided with a snap-fit position, by which the rear cover 11 is connected to the main body assembly 2.
In an embodiment, the rear cover 11 of the rear cover assembly 1 is provided with a screw hole for mounting a screw, and the rear cover 11 is screwed with the main body assembly 2.
The back lid subassembly 1 of a plurality of intelligent wearing equipment can be matchd to an intelligent wearing equipment, the capacity of battery 12 is different in the back lid subassembly 1 of intelligent wearing equipment, lead to the thickness difference of battery 12, the greater thickness is bigger for battery 12 capacity, for example the back lid subassembly 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment of capacity 600 milliamps and capacity for 1000 milliamps, the back lid subassembly 1 of the intelligent wearing equipment of capacity for 1000 milliamps is thicker, in order to match intelligent wearing equipment, in the back lid subassembly 1 of different intelligent wearing equipment, the thickness of its battery 12 protrusion in the part of back lid 11 is the same, moreover the connection structure distribution position and the structure of the back lid subassembly 1 of different intelligent wearing equipment are the same, the back lid subassembly 1 of convenient different intelligent wearing equipment can all be installed on same type intelligent wearing equipment.
The smart wearable device may be a watch, a cell phone, a bracelet, or the like.
In some embodiments, the body assembly 2 includes a housing, a motherboard, and a display screen; the shell is fixedly connected with the rear cover 11; the main board is arranged in the shell; the display screen is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the battery 12 is connected to the motherboard by a thimble assembly 14. The battery 12 supplies power to the main board through the thimble assembly 14, and the battery 12 can be charged through the thimble assembly 14.
The housing is an outer shell of the main body assembly 2, and may include a TP screen corresponding to the display screen thereon.
The body assembly 2 further includes one or more of a speaker, microphone, motor, side key and charging port; the loudspeaker is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the microphone is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the motor is arranged in the shell and connected with the main board; the side key is arranged on the shell in a matching way and is connected with the main board; the charging port is arranged on the shell in a matching way and is connected with the main board.
