Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a connecting spray head, and aims to provide a spray bottle capable of rapidly spraying gas or liquid, simple in structure, high in interchangeability and convenient to use.
To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a connection nozzle for installing a nozzle of a spray bottle, comprising: a cover body, a pressing piece and a plug nozzle which are positioned on the spray bottle;
The cover body comprises a limiting part with a containing groove, a through hole and a mounting hole which are respectively formed in the top end and the side wall of the limiting part, and the through hole and the mounting hole are respectively communicated with the containing groove;
the plug nozzle is arranged in the accommodating groove in a sliding manner, the plug nozzle is provided with a base and a spray pipe for spraying liquid, the spray pipe penetrates through and is fixed in the base, and the spray pipe corresponds to the through hole and the spray pipe respectively;
The pressing piece comprises a pressing part and an annular abutting part connected with the pressing part; the spray pipe passes through the annular abutting part and abuts against the base, and the pressing part passes through the mounting hole and extends out of the cover body;
the pressing part is pressed to drive the annular abutting part to press the base, the spray pipe is driven to press the spray nozzle, the spray nozzle is made to prop up a pressure valve in the spray bottle, so that liquid is released from the spray bottle, and the liquid is sprayed out through the spray nozzle, the spray pipe and the through hole in sequence.
Preferably, the annular abutment extends towards the base by an arcuate projection.
Preferably, the annular abutting portion further includes a clamping block disposed away from the protruding portion, and the clamping block is disposed on a side of the annular abutting portion away from the pressing portion.
Preferably, the limiting part further comprises an annular limiting table extending along the surface of the annular abutting part, and the annular limiting table is matched with the base to form upward and downward limiting on the annular abutting part; and a clamping groove is formed in one side of the limiting table, corresponding to the accommodating groove, and the clamping block is clamped in the clamping groove.
Preferably, the plug nozzle further comprises an abutment block, and the abutment block is arranged between the annular abutment portion and the spray pipe.
Preferably, the side wall of the base is provided with at least one positioning block, the inner wall of the limiting part is also provided with at least one slideway corresponding to the base, and the positioning block is correspondingly clamped in the slideway.
Preferably, the pressing part further comprises a safety pin located outside the mounting hole, the pressing part extends out of the mounting hole towards the protruding block, and the safety pin is inserted into the protruding block and is clamped outside the mounting hole to limit the downward pressing trend of the pressing part.
Preferably, the spray pipe extends out of the extension part towards the top of the limit part, and the spray pipe corresponds to the through hole through the extension part; the extension is provided with an internal thread structure.
Preferably, the cover body further comprises a cover plate, and the cover plate is correspondingly arranged at the through hole to protect the plug nozzle in the cover body.
The invention also provides a tire repairing device which comprises a connecting spray head and a tire repairing liquid tank detachably connected with the connecting spray head, wherein the connecting spray head is the connecting spray head.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the present invention proposes a connection nozzle for mounting a nozzle 50 of a corresponding spray bottle, comprising: a cover body 10, a pressing piece 20 and a plug nozzle 30 which are positioned on the spray bottle;
the cover body 10 comprises a limit part 16 with a containing groove 11, a through hole 13 and a mounting hole 14 which are respectively arranged at the top end and the side wall of the limit part 16, wherein the through hole 13 and the mounting hole 14 are respectively communicated with the containing groove 11;
The plug nozzle 30 is slidably disposed in the accommodating groove 11, the plug nozzle 30 has a base 31 and a nozzle 32 for spraying liquid, the nozzle 32 penetrates through and is fixed in the base 31, and the nozzle 32 corresponds to the through hole 13 and the nozzle 50 respectively;
The pressing member 20 includes a pressing portion 21 and an annular abutment portion 22 connected to the pressing portion 21; the nozzle 32 passes through the annular abutting portion 22, the annular abutting portion 22 abuts against the base 31, and the pressing portion 21 passes through the mounting hole 14 and protrudes out of the cover 10;
The pressing part 21 is pressed to drive the annular abutting part 22 to press the base 31, and drive the spray pipe 32 to press the spray nozzle 50, so that the spray nozzle 50 pushes up a pressure valve in the spray bottle to release liquid from the spray bottle, and the liquid is sprayed out through the spray nozzle 50, the spray pipe 32 and the through hole 13 in sequence.
Therefore, the spray bottle can be connected through the connecting spray head, and the spray bottle can rapidly spray out gas or liquid only by pressing the pressing piece 20, so that the structure is simple, the interchangeability is high, and the use is safer and more convenient.
Preferably, the plug 30 further includes an abutment 33, and the abutment 33 is disposed between the annular abutment 22 and the nozzle 32. One end of the pressing member 20 disposed in the accommodating groove 11 abuts against the abutment block 33 and the base 31.
The plug nozzle 30 may be made of plastic, and when the plug nozzle 30 is pressed by the pressing member 20, the plug nozzle 30 moves downward, so that the end of the nozzle 50 of the spray bottle is pressed downward, the switch valve in the spray bottle is opened, and the gas or liquid in the spray bottle can be sprayed out through the spray pipe 32.
Preferably, the side wall of the base 31 is provided with at least one positioning block 311, the inner wall of the limiting portion 16 is further provided with at least one slide 111 corresponding to the base 31, and the positioning block 311 is correspondingly clamped in the slide 111. This facilitates the movement of the spigot 30 in the receiving slot 11 to be more stable.
Further, the annular abutment 22 extends toward the base 31 by an arc-shaped protrusion 222. The convex portion 222 is in contact with the surface of the base 31, so that the contact portion between the pressing member 20 and the base 31 serves as a sliding fulcrum, and the pressing member 20 is more labor-saving and convenient to use.
One embodiment is: the contact surface between the pressing member 20 and the plug nozzle 30 is arc-shaped, so that the plug nozzle 30 moves downward under a uniform force of the pressing member 20, the plug nozzle 30 moves downward to open the air valve of the nozzle 50 of the tire repair liquid tank, and the tire repair liquid can be filled into the tire. When the pressing is finished, the plug nozzle 30 moves upwards to drive the pressing piece 20 to return, the air valve of the nozzle 50 of the tire repair liquid tank is closed, and the plug nozzle 30 and the cover body 10 are in a state of clamping the pressing piece 20 again.
Preferably, the annular abutment 22 further includes a locking piece 221 disposed away from the protrusion 222, and the locking piece 221 is disposed on a side of the annular abutment 22 away from the pressing portion 21. Preferably, the limiting part 16 further includes an annular limiting stand 161 extending along a surface of the annular abutting part 22, and cooperates with the base 31 to form an upward and downward limit for the annular abutting part 22; the limiting platform 161 is provided with a clamping groove 112 at one side corresponding to the accommodating groove 11, and the clamping block 221 is clamped in the clamping groove 112.
The clamping block 221 is accommodated in the clamping groove 112, so that one end of the pressing piece 20 is movably connected to the inner wall of the clamping groove 112 through the clamping block 221, and the clamping block 221 serves as a supporting point, so that the pressing piece 20 is more labor-saving and more convenient to use.
Preferably, the pressing member 20 further includes a safety pin 40 located outside the mounting hole 14, the pressing portion 21 extends toward the mounting hole 14 and protrudes beyond the protruding block 212, and the safety pin 40 is inserted into the protruding block 212 and is blocked outside the mounting hole 14, so as to limit the downward pressing trend of the pressing portion 21. Further, the cover 10 is provided with a stopper 15 protruding from the edge of the mounting hole 14, the pressing portion 21 is provided with a clamping hole 211 at the mounting hole 14, when the safety pin 40 is connected to the pressing member 20, the middle portion of the safety pin 40 is accommodated in the clamping hole 211, and the end portion of the safety pin 40 is abutted to the stopper 15.
The safety pin 40 can protect the pressing piece 20 from being pressed in an abnormal use state, when the connecting spray head is not used, the safety pin 40 is abutted against the limiting block 15 to enable the pressing part 21 to be incapable of moving downwards, when the connecting spray head is used, the safety pin 40 can be pulled out, and the pressing part 21 can be moved, so that the connecting spray head is safer and more convenient to use.
The invention also provides a tire repairing device which comprises a connecting spray head and a tire repairing liquid tank detachably connected with the connecting spray head, wherein the connecting spray head is any one of the connecting spray heads.
Because this tire repairing device has adopted above-mentioned arbitrary kind to connect the shower nozzle, this tire repairing device has above-mentioned whole beneficial effect who connects the shower nozzle, and this is not described in detail here.
Specifically, in one embodiment of the present invention, the plug nozzle 30 and the cover 10 clamp the pressing member 20, and the air valve of the nozzle 50 of the tire repair liquid container is closed. When the tire is to be inflated and repaired, the pressing part 21 of the pressing piece 20 is pressed, the pressing part 21 is stressed, the abutting part 22 moves downwards, meanwhile, the plug nozzle 30 moves downwards under the force of the abutting part 22, the air valve of the nozzle 50 of the tire repair liquid tank is opened, and the tire repair liquid can be filled into the tire. When the pressing is finished, the plug nozzle 30 moves upwards to drive the pressing part 21 to return, the air valve of the nozzle 50 of the tire repair liquid tank is closed, and the plug nozzle 30 and the cover body 10 are in a state of clamping the pressing piece 20 again, so that the structure of the connecting spray head is simple, the interchangeability is high, and the use is safer and more convenient.
Further, the nozzle 32 extends out of the extension portion 34 toward the top of the limit portion 16, and the nozzle 32 corresponds to the through hole 13 through the extension portion 34; the extension 34 is provided with an internal thread structure.
The internal thread structure is suitable for the external thread structure of the air tap of the external tire, when in use, the internal thread structure of the extension part 34 of the plug-in nozzle 30 is matched with the external thread structure of the air tap of the tire, the spray pipe 32 is communicated with the air tap, namely, the tire repairing device tightly butts the extension part 34 of the plug-in nozzle 30 with the air tap of the external tire through rotation, and when the pressing piece 20 is pressed, tire repairing liquid enters the tire through the spray pipe 32, so that the tire is repaired, and the tire repairing device is more convenient to use.
Preferably, the cover 10 further includes a cover 17, where the cover 17 is correspondingly disposed at the through hole 13 to protect the plug 30 in the cover 10.
The cover plate 17 is detachably covered with the through hole 13, when the tire repairing device is used, the nozzle 32 is exposed for use by opening the cover plate 17, so that the stability in the accommodating groove 11 can be ensured when the tire repairing device is not used by the cover plate 17, the plug nozzle 30 is not easily polluted by external environment such as dust, and the plug nozzle 30 is protected to be cleaner.
