技术领域
本发明涉及可持续抑制由α-烯烃磺酸盐引起的苦味且经时香味稳定性优异的口腔用组合物。
背景技术
已知:龋齿生物膜一般是细菌彼此之间的凝集体。因此,为了除去龋齿生物膜,重要的是使细菌彼此之间的凝集体分散。
迄今为止,作为分散、除去口腔生物膜的有效成分,申请人着眼于十四碳烯磺酸钠等α-烯烃磺酸盐,建议了含有其的口腔用组合物。专利文献1(日本专利特开2013-151474号公报)中建议了含有酰基氨基酸盐和/或精氨酸、以及α-烯烃磺酸盐的口腔用组合物;专利文献2(日本专利特开2015-20970号公报)中建议了含有酰基氨基酸盐和/或精氨酸、以及α-烯烃磺酸盐的口腔用组合物;专利文献3(国际公开第2015/008823号)中建议了含有缩合磷酸盐和/或两性表面活性剂、以及α-烯烃磺酸盐的口腔用组合物。它们的口腔生物膜除去效果优异,且使用时的苦味被降低了。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,对于混合有α-烯烃磺酸盐的口腔用组合物的苦味的抑制还有改善的余地,经时香味稳定性也未必可以说是充分的。
本发明是鉴于上述情况而完成的,其目的在于提供可持续抑制由α-烯烃磺酸盐引起的苦味且经时香味稳定性优异的口腔用组合物。
解决课题的方法
本发明人为了达到上述目的经过潜心研究的结果发现,通过在α-烯烃磺酸盐中组合薄荷油(peppermint oil)和特定的香料,从而对于上述课题可以显现出显著的效果。即,发现以下知识,从而完成了本发明:通过在混合有(A)α-烯烃磺酸盐的口腔用组合物中,混合(B)薄荷油和(C)(C-1)碳数6~12的内酯及(C-2)碳数8~12的醛,(C-1)/(C-2)以质量比计为20~1,000,000,从而即使在使用后也可以持续抑制由α-烯烃磺酸盐引起的苦味,且可以防止制剂的香味经时劣化而给与优异的香味稳定性。
本发明中,(B)成分和(C)成分((C-1)及(C-2)成分)的香料的组合特异性地作用于(A)成分,通过掩蔽从而持续抑制(A)成分的苦味,此外,防止由于(A)成分而引起的制剂的香味经时劣化而产生的劣化气味和基础原料气味,可以无变化地长时间持续稳定地维持调制时的香味。此时,从下述的比较例的结果也可知,(A)成分中并用内酯系香料和醛系香料时,香味经时变化而强烈感觉到劣化气味和基础原料气味,但是,以适当比例并用(C-1)和(C-2)成分并与(B)成分组合时,意外地,可以不产生上述香味变化地稳定地保持香味而持续地抑制由(A)成分引起的苦味。
由此,根据本发明,如后述的实施例所示,在口腔内不仅仅使用时而且在使用后,具体地,在刷牙后吐出等经过数分钟后,也可以抑制苦味,此外,发挥如下优异的香味稳定性:调制的制剂即使在50℃下保存3个月,也没有香气、香味变化,或没有感觉到劣化气味和基础原料气味。
本发明赋予仅仅通过单独添加一般的口腔用香料而不能达到的、飞跃性地提高的香味稳定性,并给与上述特别显著的作用效果。进一步地,本发明的口腔用组合物可以有效地显现由α-烯烃磺酸盐所带来的口腔生物膜除去作用,适宜作为口腔生物膜抑制用。
因此,本发明提供下述口腔用组合物。
〔1〕一种口腔用组合物,其特征在于,
含有(A)α-烯烃磺酸盐、(B)薄荷油和(C)下述(C-1)和(C-2)成分:
(C-1)选自碳数6~12的内酯中的1种或2种以上,
(C-2)选自碳数8~12的醛中的1种或2种以上;
以质量比计,(C-1)/(C-2)为20~1,000,000。
〔2〕如〔1〕所述的口腔用组合物,(A)成分为碳数14~16的α-烯烃磺酸钠。
〔3〕如〔1〕或〔2〕所述的口腔用组合物,
(C-1)成分为选自γ-己内酯、γ-庚内酯、γ-辛内酯、γ-壬内酯、γ-癸内酯、γ-十一内酯和γ-十二内酯中的1种或2种以上的γ-内酯,(C-2)成分为选自直链状辛醛、直链状壬醛、直链状癸醛、直链状十一醛和直链状十二醛中的1种或2种以上。
〔4〕如〔1〕~〔3〕中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其含有(C-1)成分0.002~1质量%、(C-2)成分0.00000001~0.003质量%。
〔5〕如〔1〕~〔4〕中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其含有(A)成分0.1~1质量%、(B)成分0.0001~1质量%。
〔6〕如〔1〕~〔5〕中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,进一步地,以质量比计,(C)/(A)为0.002~10。

发明效果
本发明可以提供可持续抑制由α-烯烃磺酸盐引起的苦味、且防止制剂的香味经时劣化而香味稳定性优异的口腔用组合物。本发明的口腔用组合物可以适宜作为抑制口腔生物膜用而使用。
具体实施方式
以下,进行进一步详细地说明本发明。本发明的口腔用组合物含有(A)α-烯烃磺酸盐、(B)薄荷油和(C)(C-1)碳数6~12的内酯和(C-2)碳数8~12的醛。
作为(A)α-烯烃磺酸盐,可以使用碳数14~16的α-烯烃磺酸的钠盐、钾盐等碱金属盐,优选碳数14的α-烯烃磺酸盐,特别优选钠盐(通用名:十四碳烯磺酸钠)。这些可以获取可以用于口腔用制剂的市售品,例如可以使用狮王特殊化学株式会社(Lion SpecialtyChemicals Co.,Ltd)制的商品名“K LIPOLAN PJ-400CJ(KリポランPJ-400CJ)”。
(A)成分的α-烯烃磺酸盐的混合量优选组合物整体的0.1~1%(质量%,以下相同。),更优选0.2~0.4%。混合量越多则口腔生物膜除去效果越高,但如果混合过多,那么有时会有强烈显现出苦味的情形,而如果在1%以下,那么就可以充分掩蔽苦味,此外,可以充分使香味稳定化。
(B)薄荷油,可以使用例如高砂香料工业株式会社制造的精油等市售品。
薄荷油的混合量优选组合物整体的0.0001~1%,更优选0.003~0.7%。混合量越多则越能够掩蔽苦味并使香味稳定化,如果在0.0001%以上,那么苦味被充分抑制,香味稳定性优异。进一步地,也可以赋予令人满意的清凉感。如果在1%以下,就可以充分地防止刺激变强烈。
(C)成分为(C-1)碳数6~12的内酯和(C-2)碳数8~12的醛。本发明中,并用(C-1)和(C-2)成分是重要的,缺少(C-1)成分时,不能持续地抑制苦味,缺少(C-2)成分时,不能抑制使用时的苦味。此外,缺少(C-1)或(C-2)成分时,即使包含(B)成分,制剂的香味稳定性也差,不能达到本发明的目的。
作为(C-1)碳数6~12的内酯,具体地可列举己内酯、庚内酯、辛内酯、壬内酯、癸内酯、十一内酯、十二内酯,可以单独使用这些中的1种或组合2种以上使用。从对苦味抑制的持续性尤其有效的角度出发,尤其可以适宜使用辛内酯、壬内酯、癸内酯、十一内酯,特别优选均为γ体。
这些内酯可以使用曾田香料株式会社制、高砂香料工业株式会社制等市售品。
(C-1)成分的内酯的混合量优选组合物整体的0.002~1%,更优选0.01~1.0%,进一步优选0.01~0.3%。混合量越多则越能够掩蔽苦味并使香味稳定化,如果在0.002%以上,就可以得到充分的苦味抑制效果和香味稳定性。如果在1%以下,就可以充分地防止其自身的气味强烈显现。
作为(C-2)碳数8~12的醛,具体地可列举直链状的辛醛、直链状的壬醛、直链状的癸醛、直链状的十一醛、直链状的十二醛,可以单独使用这些中的1种或组合2种以上使用。其中,从对使用中的苦味抑制尤其有效的角度出发,可以适宜使用辛醛、壬醛。此外,尤其是从抑制使用中的苦味的角度出发,(C-2)成分的醛的效果优异。
这些醛可以使用株式会社井上香料制造所制等市售品。
(C-2)成分的醛的混合量优选组合物整体的0.00000001~0.003%,更优选0.0000003~0.003%。混合量越多则越能够掩蔽苦味并使香味稳定化,如果在0.00000001%以上,就可以得到充分的苦味抑制效果和香味稳定性。如果在0.003%以下,就可以充分地防止其自身的气味强烈显现。
以质量比计,表示(C-1)、(C-2)成分的混合比例的(C-1)/(C-2)为20~1,000,000,优选100~1,000,000,更优选2,000~300,000。如果在上述范围内,苦味抑制效果和香味稳定性更优异。如果小于20,就不能令人满意地发挥苦味的抑制效果和其持续性。如果大于1,000,000,就不能令人满意地发挥苦味的抑制效果,进一步不能得到良好的使用感。
进一步地,本发明中,以质量比计,表示(A)成分与(C)成分((C-1)和(C-2)成分)的混合比例的(C)/(A)优选0.002以上,特别优选0.03~10,尤其优选0.03~4。如果在上述范围内,苦味抑制效果和香味稳定性更优异。如果小于0.002,则有时会有不能令人满意地发挥苦味的抑制效果及其持续性的情况。
此外,以质量比计,表示(B)成分与(C)成分((C-1)和(C-2)成分)的混合比例的(C)/(B)优选0.004~334,更优选0.01~100,特别优选0.01~4。如果在该范围内,苦味抑制效果和香味稳定性更优异。
另外,本发明中,混合(A)成分比较多,为0.1%以上,尤其是为0.3~1%时,优选混合(B)成分0.2%以上、(C-1)成分0.01%以上、(C-2)成分0.000001%以上。进一步地,此时,(C-1)成分优选癸内酯和/或十一内酯,(C-2)成分优选正辛醛、正壬醛。
本发明的口腔用组合物可以为液体、液状、膏状等形态制备成洁齿剂、漱口剂等各种剂型,特别优选作为牙膏、液体洁齿剂、液状洁齿剂、润制洁齿剂等洁齿剂组合物。
另外,制备可以采用通常的方法,优选先确定作为香料的(C)成分((C-1)、(C-2)成分)、(B)成分的混合量而混合两种成分而制备之后,将其添加到(A)成分中,进一步地添加到后述的任意添加成分的混合物中的制备方法;尤其在(C-1)、(C-2)、(B)成分的合计量为微量而混合困难时,优选用微量的乙醇稀释、调整成任意浓度后,将其添加到(A)成分中,进一步地添加到后述的任意添加成分的混合物中的制备方法。
另外,该情况下,除了上述成分之外,在不影响本发明的效果的范围内,还可以适当混合根据剂型等需要的其他任意成分。牙膏中,可以混合例如表面活性剂、研磨剂、增稠剂、粘合剂、甜味剂、防腐剂、着色剂、有效成分、香料等,可以将这些成分与水混合而制造。
作为表面活性剂,可以使用α-烯烃磺酸盐以外的阴离子型表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂。
作为阴离子型表面活性剂,可列举例如:月桂基硫酸钠等烷基硫酸盐、N-月桂酰基肌氨酸钠、月桂基磺基乙酸钠等,尤其是从可溶化的角度出发,可以适宜使用月桂基硫酸钠等烷基硫酸盐。
作为非离子型表面活性剂,可列举聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油等聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯烷基醚、月桂酸单或二乙醇酰胺、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯等。尤其是从可溶化的角度考虑,可以适宜使用聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油(尤其是氧化乙烯的平均加成摩尔数10~30)和聚氧乙烯烷基醚(尤其是氧化乙烯的平均加成摩尔数3~5、烷基的碳数16~18)。
作为两性离子表面活性剂,可列举:N-月桂基二氨基乙基甘氨酸、N-十四烷基二氨基乙基甘氨酸等N-烷基二氨基乙基甘氨酸;N-烷基-N-羧基甲基铵甜菜碱;2-烷基-1-羟乙基咪唑啉甜菜碱钠等。
这些表面活性剂可以使用1种或2种以上,其混合量为组合物整体的0.1~5%,特别优选0.1~4%。
作为研磨剂,可列举:无水硅酸、二氧化硅凝胶(silica gel)、硅酸铝、硅酸锆等二氧化硅系研磨剂;磷酸氢钙无水合物及二水合物、磷酸三钙、磷酸四钙、磷酸八钙等磷酸钙系研磨剂;碳酸钙、焦磷酸钙、氢氧化铝、氧化铝、二氧化钛、结晶性锆硅酸盐、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、不溶性偏磷酸钙、碳酸镁、磷酸三镁、沸石、羟基磷灰石、氟磷灰石、合成树脂系研磨剂等。其中,优选二氧化硅系研磨剂。研磨剤的混合量优选组合物整体的2~50%,特别优选10~40%。
作为增稠剂,可列举山梨糖醇、丙二醇、分子量200~6,000的聚乙二醇、乙二醇、还原淀粉糖化物等糖醇、多元醇。通常,混合量为组合物整体的5~50%。
作为粘合剂,可列举黄原胶、聚丙烯酸钠、海藻酸钠、海藻酸丙二醇酯、羧甲基纤维素钠、羟乙基纤维素、卡波姆(Carbopol)、瓜尔胶、明胶、微晶纤维素(Avicel)、蒙脱石、高岭土、膨润土、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等。粘合剂的混合量优选组合物整体的0.1~5%。
作为甜味剂,可列举糖精钠、阿斯巴甜、甜菊苷、甜菊提取物、对甲氧基肉桂醛、新橙皮苷基二氢查耳酮、紫苏亭(perillartine)等;作为防腐剂,可列举对羟基苯甲酸丁酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯等对羟基苯甲酸酯、苯甲酸钠等;作为着色剂,可列举蓝色1号、黄色4号、绿色3号等。
作为有效成分,可列举氟化钠、氟化钾、氟化亚锡、氟化锶、单氟磷酸钠等氟化物;正磷酸的钾盐、钠盐等水溶性磷酸化合物;氨甲环酸;ε-氨基己酸;dl-醋酸生育酚;α-红没药醇(α-bisabolol);二氢胆甾醇;氯己定盐类;甘菊蓝;甘草亭(glycyrrhetin);甘草亭酸(glycyrrhetinic acid);甘草酸及其盐类;铜叶绿酸钠;叶绿素;甘油磷酸盐等螯合性磷酸化合物;葡萄糖酸铜等铜化合物;乳酸铝;氯化锶;硝酸钾;异羟肟酸及其衍生物;三聚磷酸钠;甲氧基乙烯;表二氢胆甾醇;苄索氯铵;尿囊素氯化羟基铝;抗坏血酸;氯化溶菌酶;异丙基甲基苯酚;西吡氯铵;三氯对称二苯脲;柠檬酸锌;黄檗提取物等。另外,这些有效成分的混合量,在不妨碍本发明的效果的范围内可以调至有效量。
作为香料,除了薄荷油、(C-1)成分的内酯、(C-2)成分的醛以外,还可以添加其他的公知香料。可以将例如:茴香油、桉叶油、冬青油、肉桂油、丁香油、百里香油、鼠尾草油、小豆蔻油、芫荽油、橙油、柠檬油、橘子油、白柠檬油、葡萄柚油、柚子油、熏衣草油、迷迭香油、月桂果实油、紫苏油、洋甘菊油、留兰香油、日本薄荷油、页蒿子油(caraway oil)、马郁兰油、芹菜油、月桂叶油、牛至油、松针油、橙花油、玫瑰油、茉莉油、广藿香油、千日菊(paracress;学名:Acmella oleracea)油、鸢尾浸膏、玫瑰净油、橙花净油、香子兰净油、广藿香净油等天然香料和将这些天然香料加工处理(除前馏分、除后馏分、分馏、液液萃取、精馏化、香料粉末化等)后得到的香料;和柠檬烯、蒎烯、丁醇、异戊醇、己烯醇、芳樟醇、茴香脑、百里酚、丁子香酚、香芹酮、薄荷酮、胡薄荷酮、葑酮、桉树脑、己醛、茴香醛、肉桂醛、乙酸乙酯、丁酸乙酯、环己烷丙酸烯丙酯、乙酸芳樟酯、乙酸薄荷酯、乙酸香芹酯、异丁酸苯氧乙酯、表茉莉酮酸甲酯、水杨酸甲酯、水杨酸乙酯、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、甲基苯基缩水甘油酸乙酯、乳酸乙酯、香草醛、麦芽酚、黄葵内酯、二甲基硫醚、三甲基吡嗪、硫代乙酸乙酯、香草基丁醚、胡椒碱、辣椒碱、姜醇、千日菊酰胺等单品香料;进一步地,草莓香味香精、苹果香味香精、香蕉香味香精、菠萝香味香精、葡萄香味香精、芒果香味香精、梅子香味香精、橙子香味香精、柠檬香味香精、葡萄柚香味香精、黄油香味香精、奶香味香精等调和香料等口腔用组合物中所使用的公知的香料原材料组合而使用。
这些香料原材料的混合量无特别限定,优选使用组合物中的0.000001~1%。此外,使用了上述香料原材料的赋香用香料优选使用组合物中的0.1~2%。
另外,上述香料可以在(B)、(C-1)、(C-2)成分的混合量分别在上述范围内使用。
本发明组合物可含有薄荷醇。混合薄荷醇时,其混合量优选组合物整体的0.1~0.8%,更优选0.3~0.7%。特别优选包含(B)薄荷油中的薄荷醇的薄荷醇的总量在上述范围内。如果在0.1%以上,就会显现出充分清爽感,且进一步地可以显现出清凉感。在0.8%以下时,对防止刺激变强烈有利。
实施例
下面,通过实施例和比较例具体地说明本发明,但本发明并不被下述实施例限定。另外,在没有特别限定时,下述例子中%均表示质量%。
实施例、比较例
按照常规方法制备表1~5所示组成的口腔用组合物(洁齿剂组合物),以下述方法进行评价。另外,先确定作为香料的(C)成分((C-1)、(C-2)成分)、(B)成分的混合量而混合两种成分而制备之后,将其添加到(A)成分中,进一步的添加到后述的任意添加成分的混合物中。
结果一并记于表中。
(1)使用性的评价方法
10名评论员根据下述评分基准,判定将洁齿剂组合物放到牙刷上、洗净口腔内时的使用感(无苦味)。进一步地,根据下述评分基准判定将口腔内用水漱口后3分钟之后的使用感(苦味抑制的持续性)。
对于各个判定结果,求出10人的平均分,根据平均分基于下述评价基准进行判定。
使用中无苦味的评分基准
4分:口腔内没有感觉到苦味。
3分:口腔内略微感觉到苦味。
2分:口腔内感觉到苦味。
1分:口腔内感觉到非常大的苦味。
使用中无苦味的评价基准

(2)香味稳定性的评价方法
通过调香专业技术人员10人用下述方法进行评价。
将制备的洁齿剂组合物填充入层叠管中,在-5℃和50℃的各条件下保存一个月。然后,将回到常温的洁齿剂组合物挤到稻草日本纸上,比较50℃保存品和-5℃保存品的香气、香味,基于下述评分基准判定香味稳定性。
进一步地,将将洁齿剂组合物置于牙刷上,刷牙并洗净口腔内后的50℃保存品的香气、香味,与-5℃保存品相比较,基于下述评分基准进行判定。
求出10人的平均分,根据平均分基于下述评价基准进行判定。
香味稳定性的评分基准
5:香气、香味均无变化。
4:稍微感觉到香气、香味的变化。
3:感觉到香气、香味的变化。
2:相当程度地感觉到香气、香味的变化,略微感觉到劣化气味和基础原料气味。
1:强烈地感觉到香气、香味的变化,感觉到劣化气味和基础原料气味。
香味稳定性的评价基准
◎:平均分为3.5分以上、5.0分以下

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的口腔用组合物,其中,
(C-1)成分为选自γ-己内酯、γ-庚内酯、γ-辛内酯、γ-壬内酯、γ-癸内酯、γ-十一内酯和γ-十二内酯中的1种或2种以上的γ-内酯,(C-2)成分为选自直链状辛醛、直链状壬醛、直链状癸醛、直链状十一醛和直链状十二醛中的1种或2种以上。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述口腔用组合物含有(C-1)成分0.002~1质量%、(C-2)成分0.00000001~0.003质量%。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述口腔用组合物含有(A)成分0.1~1质量%、(B)成分0.0001~1质量%。
6.根据权利要求1~5中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中进一步地,以质量比计,(C)/(A)为0.002~10。
7.根据权利要求1~6中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中进一步地,以质量比计,(C)/(B)为0.004~334。
8.根据权利要求1~7中任一项所述的口腔用组合物,其中,所述口腔用组合物为洁齿剂。
