Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, provides a pet water dispenser and aims to provide a pet water dispenser which can continuously provide safe, clean and comfortable drinking water for pets for a long time.
In order to achieve the above object, an embodiment of the present invention provides a pet water dispenser, including: the water storage tank is internally provided with a water pump, the water tank is provided with a water inlet hole communicated with the water pump, the upper surface of the water tank extends along the periphery of the water inlet hole in a curved direction to form a multi-surface raised inclined plane, the bottom end of the inclined plane is provided with a water outlet, the water outlet is communicated with the water storage tank, and a water pump drives fluid to circulate between the water storage tank and the water tank; and the water pump is electrically connected with the main control circuit board.
Optionally, an ultraviolet lamp is further arranged in a water storage tank of the pet water dispenser or a pipeline for fluid circulation, a boost control circuit board matched with the ultraviolet lamp is further arranged in the water storage tank, and the ultraviolet lamp is electrically connected with the boost control circuit board; the boost control circuit board is electrically connected with the main control circuit board.
Optionally, still be provided with the TDS sensor in the aqua storage tank, the TDS sensor and main control circuit board electric connection.
Optionally, a liquid level sensor is further arranged in the water storage tank, and the liquid level sensor is electrically connected with the main control circuit board.
Optionally, a filter tank is arranged on the lower surface of the drinking trough in a matching manner, the filter tank comprises a filter layer and a support layer, the filter layer is an interlayer with water seepage holes on two sides, and a filter element of ion exchange resin and active carbon is filled in the interlayer; the water outlet of the drinking trough is communicated with a filter tank, and the filter tank is communicated with a water storage tank.
Optionally, the water pump top is provided with the water pump cover, the water pump cover sets up the opening in water pump water inlet department, the opening part is provided with the filter pulp.
Optionally, a hose is arranged at the water outlet of the water pump and communicated with the water inlet of the drinking trough.
Optionally, a display panel is further disposed on the water storage tank, a shell is disposed outside the water storage tank, and a window is disposed at a position of the shell corresponding to the display panel.

the water pump control module is used for controlling the running and the stopping of the water pump and controlling the water delivery quantity of the water pump;
the ultraviolet lamp control module is used for controlling the work and stop of the ultraviolet lamp;
the TDS sensor control module is used for controlling the TDS sensor to work, converting the detected signal and transmitting the converted signal to the main control circuit board;
and the liquid level sensor control module is used for detecting the height of the water level in the water storage tank and transmitting the detected information to the main control circuit board.
Optionally, a wireless WIFI module is further arranged on the pet water dispenser, and the wireless WIFI module is electrically connected with the main control circuit board; the wireless WIFI module is in wireless connection with an intelligent terminal provided with the pet water dispenser control program.
The invention discloses a pet water dispenser, which is characterized in that a water storage tank, a water trough and a main control circuit board are arranged above the water storage tank in a matched mode, a water pump is arranged in the water storage tank, a water inlet communicated with the water pump is formed in the water trough, the upper surface of the water trough extends in a curved mode along the periphery of the water inlet to form an inclined plane with three raised surfaces, a water outlet is formed in the tail end of the inclined plane and communicated with the water storage tank, and fluid is driven by the water pump to circulate between the water storage tank and the water trough; and the water pump is electrically connected with the main control circuit board. The drinking troughs are arranged into inclined planes with a plurality of surfaces protruding, the water pumps drive the fluid to circulate in the drinking troughs and the water storage tank, the drinking troughs do not store the fluid, and the fluid is directly left, so that the exposure time of the fluid in the air is reduced, and mosquitoes are not easy to breed; furthermore, a filter tank is arranged, and the fluid exposed to the air is filtered and then enters a circulation, so that the fluid flowing through the drinking trough each time is filtered; an ultraviolet lamp is arranged to carry out ultraviolet sterilization on the fluid in the water storage tank, so that the safety of drinking water is further guaranteed; set up TDS sensor and level sensor, the fluidic purity in the detection aqua storage tank of intelligence and how much of the water yield, and then better realization is to fluidic interpolation or change in the aqua storage tank. Through the design, the pet drink is ensured to be clean and safe as far as possible.

The present invention provides a pet water dispenser 100, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the pet water dispenser 100 includes: the water dispenser comprises a main control circuit board 30, a water storage tank 10 and a water trough 20 arranged above the water storage tank 10 in a matched mode, wherein a water pump 11 is arranged in the water storage tank 10, a water inlet 21 communicated with the water pump 11 is formed in the water trough 20, the upper surface of the water trough 20 extends in a curved mode along the periphery of the water inlet 21 to form a multi-surface raised inclined plane, a water outlet 22 is formed in the bottom end of the inclined plane, the water outlet 22 is communicated with the water storage tank 10, and fluid is driven by the water pump 11 to circulate between the water storage tank 10 and the water trough 20; the water pump 11 is electrically connected with the main control circuit board 30.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, in fig. 4, in order to facilitate understanding of the multi-faced raised slope, an auxiliary line is added, and the specific structure is shown in fig. 3. The drinking trough 20 is set to be a slope with a plurality of surfaces rising, the water pump 11 drives water to circulate in the drinking trough 20 and the water storage tank 10, the drinking trough 20 does not store water, and the water is directly left, so that the time of exposing the water in the air is reduced, mosquitoes are not easy to breed, and the cleanness and the safety of drinking water of pets are guaranteed. The arrangement of the inclined plane of the water trough 20 enables the water outlet surface of the water trough 20 to be divided into different heights, so that the water trough is suitable for pet drinking water with different heights, the lowest position of the inclined plane can be used for small pet drinking water, and the problem that the pet is small and not enough to be close to the water trough 20 is avoided.
Further, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, an ultraviolet lamp 12 is further disposed in the water storage tank 10 or the fluid circulation pipeline of the pet water dispenser 100, a boost control circuit board 121 matched with the ultraviolet lamp 12 is further disposed in the water storage tank 10, and the ultraviolet lamp 12 is electrically connected to the boost control circuit board 121; the boost control circuit board 121 is electrically connected to the main control circuit board 30.
The ultraviolet lamp 12 irradiates and sterilizes the water storage tank 10 for 360 degrees, thereby reducing the content of water bacteria, parasites, microorganisms and the like in the water storage tank 10 as much as possible and ensuring the safety of the fluid in the water storage tank 10. The arrangement of the boost control circuit board 121 boosts the low-voltage current, such as the low-voltage current of 5V and 1A of the USB interface, which is connected to the pet water dispenser 100, to reach the excitation voltage of the ultraviolet lamp 12, so that the high-voltage current is not required to be connected to excite the ultraviolet lamp 12, the current connection of the pet water dispenser 100 is simplified, and the structural design of the pet water dispenser 100 is optimized.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, a TDS sensor 13 is further disposed in the water storage tank 10, and the TDS sensor 13 is electrically connected to the main control circuit board 30.
The TDS sensor 13 obtains the content of soluble solids in the fluid by detecting the conductivity of the fluid, and further obtains the degree of cleanliness of the fluid. The greater the conductivity, the higher the soluble solids content of the fluid and the more contaminants present in the fluid. Detect the clean degree of fluid in the aqua storage tank 10 through TDS sensor 13, when fluid pollution is more serious, can send the warning of changing fluid in the aqua storage tank 10. The cleanness degree of the fluid is intelligently sensed, and the situation that the fluid in the water storage tank 10 is not changed for a long time and the pet drinks unclean unsafe water or nutrient solution is avoided.
For the conductivity detected by the TDS sensor 13, different detection ranges can be set according to the fluid contained in the water storage tank 10, for example, the conductivity of pure water is relatively small, and the conductivity of water can be set to be detected in a small range; if nutrient solution is contained in the water storage tank 10, and the conductivity is relatively increased, the range of the conductivity detected by the TDS sensor 13 can be properly enlarged, and when the conductivity exceeds a certain value, more pollutants in the fluid in the water storage tank 10 are indicated, and a replacement prompt is given. Or the range of different conductivities corresponding to different fluids can be adopted, and when the detected conductivity data exceeds the range, more pollutants are indicated in the fluid, and a replacement prompt is sent.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, a liquid level sensor 14 is further disposed in the water storage tank 10, and the liquid level sensor 14 is electrically connected to the main control circuit board 30.
The level sensor 14 detects the level of the water in the water storage tank 10, and further calculates the amount of the fluid. When the water level is too low, a warning can be given to remind the user to add fluid into the water storage tank 10. The water in the water storage tank 10 is reduced to avoid the long-time use of the pet water dispenser 100, and the requirement of normal drinking of the pet can not be met.
On the other hand, the drinking amount of the pet within a period of time can be calculated according to the water level data detected by the liquid level sensor 14, so that the drinking requirement of the pet is effectively managed, and the time for adding the fluid and the amount of the added fluid are reasonably arranged.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, a filter tank 23 is disposed on a lower surface of the drinking tank 20 in a matching manner, the filter tank 23 includes a filter layer 231 and a support layer 232, the filter layer 231 is an interlayer with water penetration holes disposed on both sides, and the interlayer is filled with a filter element of ion exchange resin and activated carbon; the water outlet 22 of the drinking trough 20 is communicated with a filter tank 23, and the filter tank 23 is communicated with the water storage tank 10.
The water pump 11 circulates from the water storage tank 10 to the drinking water tank 20 by providing the filter tank 23 on the lower surface of the drinking water tank 20, and then the fluid flowing into the water storage tank 10 from the outlet of the drinking water tank 20 is filtered, and further the fluid exposed to the air is filtered and then enters the circulation.
The fluid in the drinking trough 20 is exposed to the air or is drunk by the pet, dust, hair of the pet and other impurities can be adhered to the fluid, the impurities such as the hair, large dust, particles and the like are filtered to a certain extent through the filtration of the ion exchange resin and the activated carbon, and the clean fluid flows into the water storage trough 10 again.
Moreover, the filter tank 23 is provided with the filter layer 231 and the support layer 232, after the pet water dispenser 100 is used for a period of time, the ion exchange resin and the activated carbon in the filter layer 231 are saturated, only the filter layer 231 can be replaced, and the support layer 232 is reserved, so that the size of the replaced filter tank 23 is reduced, the material for manufacturing the filter tank 23 is saved, and the pet water dispenser is beneficial to economy and environmental protection.
If the water storage tank 10 contains non-aqueous liquid such as nutrient solution, the filter layer 231 can be removed in order to prevent the filter layer 231 from adsorbing the nutrient substances therein, so that the normal use of the pet water dispenser 100 is not influenced, and the pet can not drink the nutrient in the fluid.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, a water pump cover 112 is disposed above the water pump 11, the water pump cover 112 is provided with an opening 1121 at the water pump water inlet 111, and a filter cotton (not shown in the figure) is disposed at the opening 1121.
The water pump cover 112 is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the water storage tank 10, so that the position of the water pump 11 is fixed, and the water pump 11 is not directly fixed on the water storage tank 10, so that on one hand, the water pump 11 is convenient to replace or clean when the water pump 11 is damaged, and on the other hand, the water pump 11 is separated from the water storage tank 10, and the vibration generated when the water pump 11 works is reduced; on the other hand, the length of the pipeline connecting the water inlet of the drinking trough 20 and the water pump 11 is reduced, and the assembly is convenient.
The filter cotton is arranged at the water inlet 111 of the water pump, so that the fluid entering the water pump 11 is firstly filtered for one time, larger impurities in the fluid are filtered, the water pump 11 is protected, and the service life of the water pump 11 is prolonged.
A hose 113 is arranged at the water outlet 111 of the water pump, and the hose 113 is communicated with the water inlet 21 of the drinking trough 20.
The hose 113 can be a silica gel hose 113, and the hose 113 is connected with the water pump 11 with the pipeline that the inlet opening 21 of the water pump 11 and the trough 20 is connected with the water pump 11, prevents hard contact between the water pump 11 and the pipeline that the inlet opening 21 is connected, changes hard contact into soft contact, reduces the vibration that the work of water pump 11 produced to the noise that also has reduced because of the vibration produces.
Optionally, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, a display panel 15 is further disposed on the water storage tank 10, a shell 16 is disposed outside the water storage tank 10, and a window 161 is disposed at a position of the shell 16 corresponding to the display panel 15.
The power socket to be connected is arranged on the shell 16, and the shell 16 and the water storage tank 10 are provided with matched power mounting ports at corresponding positions, so that the water storage tank 10 can be conveniently cleaned under the condition of no electricity. Set up display panel 15 on the aqua storage tank 10, be convenient for to the above-mentioned water level information that detects, TDS information shows, what and the quality of water of audio-visual understanding water yield.
The display mode on the display panel 15 may be a digital display mode or a color display mode. For example, for the display of the water level, a scale may be set on the display panel 15 from high to low, and different water levels may be displayed on the corresponding scales. For the detected TDS information, different colors can be displayed on the display panel 15 for different water qualities, for example, the detected data is 0-50 ppm, the water quality is good, and green is displayed; the detection data is 51-100 ppm, the water quality is better, and the blue color is displayed; the detection data is more than 100ppm, the water quality is poor, and the color is red. Of course, different data ranges and color displays may be provided for different fluids in the reservoir 10.
Further, in an embodiment of the pet drinking fountain 100 of the present invention, as shown in fig. 6, the main control circuit board is provided with:
the water pump 11 control module is used for controlling the operation and the stop of the water pump 11 and controlling the water delivery amount of the water pump 11;
an ultraviolet lamp 12 control module for controlling the operation and stop of the ultraviolet lamp 12;
the TDS sensor 13 control module is used for controlling the TDS sensor 13 to work, converting the detected signals and transmitting the signals to the main control circuit board;
and the liquid level sensor 14 is used for detecting the water level in the water storage tank 10 and transmitting the detected information to the main control circuit board.
The water pump 11 control module controls the water pump 11 to work within a certain time; for example, when the pet drinks water, the water pump 11 works, and when the pet sleeps at night, the water pump 11 stops working; therefore, the electric energy is saved, the noise generated by the water pump 11 at night can be reduced, and a quiet environment is created. On the other hand, the water delivery amount of the water pump 11 is controlled, namely, the circulation speed of water in the drinking water tank 20 and the water storage tank 10 is adjusted according to the requirement.
The ultraviolet lamp 12 control module, when the fluid needs to be sterilized, starts the ultraviolet lamp 12 to irradiate the fluid, and because the ultraviolet lamp 12 has strong sterilizing capability and the amount of fluid needing to be sterilized is small, the ultraviolet lamp 12 does not need to be started for a long time. The control module of the ultraviolet lamp 12 controls the ultraviolet lamp 12 to irradiate for a certain time interval, for example, 30 seconds per hour, so as to reduce the electric energy required for starting the ultraviolet lamp 12 for a long time and prolong the service life of the ultraviolet lamp 12.
TDS sensor 13 control module, control TDS sensor 13 and to the detection of fluid conductivity, similar, TDS sensor 13 also need not all the time detect the fluid, can detect once at an interval certain time.
The control module of the liquid level sensor 14 controls the work of the liquid level sensor 14, and can collect the water level in the water storage tank 10 at a certain time interval and transmit the collected water level information to the main control circuit board.
Above-mentioned 11 control module of water pump, 12 control module of ultraviolet lamp, 13 control module of TDS sensor and 14 control module of level sensor can be controlled corresponding work subassembly alone, also can combine control. For example, when level sensor 14 detects that the water level is too low, this moment, water level information transmission to main control circuit board 30 that will detect, main control circuit board 30 sends control information to water pump 11 control module, and water pump 11 control module control water pump 11 stop work, so, can prevent that water pump 11 from still working when the water level is too low, damaging water pump 11. For another example, when the TDS sensor 13 detects that the content of impurities in the fluid is high, at this time, the detected data information is transmitted to the main control circuit board 30, the main control circuit board 30 sends control information to the ultraviolet lamp 12 control module, and the ultraviolet lamp 12 control module controls the operation of the ultraviolet lamp 12 to sterilize and irradiate the fluid.
Further, in an embodiment of the pet water dispenser 100 of the present invention, the pet water dispenser 100 is further provided with a wireless WIFI module, and the wireless WIFI module is electrically connected to the main control circuit board 30; the wireless WIFI module is in wireless connection with an intelligent terminal provided with the pet water dispenser 100 control program.
The pet water dispenser 100 is wirelessly connected with the intelligent terminal through the wireless WIFI module, and the intelligent terminal controls the related functions of the pet water dispenser 100. The control program of the pet water dispenser 100 realizes the corresponding control operation of the pet water dispenser 100.
For example, the intelligent terminal remotely controls the on and off of the water pump 11 through the control program of the pet water dispenser 100, so that the operation control can be realized without manually operating the pet water dispenser 100 at a long distance. When people are at work or go out, the water pump 11 is directly and remotely controlled to be switched on and off, so that the situation that the pet can drink without water because the pet water dispenser 100 is forgotten to be switched on is avoided. Furthermore, at night, the water pump 11 is directly and remotely controlled to be turned off, and the phenomenon that the pet water dispenser 100 continuously works at night to generate noise and affect rest is avoided.
The intelligent terminal is used for controlling the brightness of the display panel 15 in the pet water dispenser 100, for example, the brightness can be adjusted to be bright in the daytime, so that the information on the display panel 15 can be clearly seen under the condition of strong brightness in the daytime; moreover, at night, the brightness can be dimmed, so that the phenomenon that the display panel 15 is too bright to influence the sleep in a dark environment is avoided.
The remote control of the ultraviolet lamp 12 control module, the TDS sensor 13 control module and the liquid level sensor 14 control module is similar to the above embodiments, and will not be described herein.
On the other hand, on intelligent terminal, through wireless WIFI module transmission data information, also can synchronous display TDS sensor 13 control module and the data message that level sensor 14 control module detected, or when the data message that detects appears unusually, for example the water level is low excessively, and quality of water is too poor, send the warning, remind the user in time to add the fluid volume or change the fluid.
