本发明涉及将由例如金属等构成的具有高导热系数的部件通过热铆接等而固定的固定构造。
背景技术
将部件通过热铆接而固定的构造被照相机、便携式电话、其它各种各样的设备采用。例如,在专利文献1中,示出连接器中的热铆接的构造。
在此,在搭载于汽车的设备中,对将具有高导热系数的金属部件通过树脂的热铆接而固定的构造进行考察。
在搭载于汽车的发动机室内的设备的情况下,有必要在例如-40~150℃的宽广的温度范围内,保证设备的动作。为了实现这点,对于上述的固定构造,也需要下功夫。即,关于金属和树脂,不仅导热系数大大地不同,而且热膨胀系数也大大地不同。因此,与设置于树脂材料的热铆接用的突起的直径相比,有必要使形成于金属材料的使该突起贯通的贯通孔的直径成为大直径。即,有必要预先使贯通孔壁面与突起之间存在间隙,利用该间隙来吸收热膨胀系数的不同所导致的尺寸变化,由此抑制应变的产生。
另一方面,热铆接是对上述的突起进行加热而使其熔融的技术。因此,存在如下的这一问题:在突起的熔融时,熔融后的树脂流入该突起与贯通孔壁面之间的间隙,填埋该间隙。
在专利文献2中,示出在突起与贯通孔之间隔开间隙的构造。然而,该专利文献2所提出的技术是用于可靠地填埋突起与贯通孔壁面之间的间隙的技术,是与在此提出的问题不相容的技术。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述情况,其目的在于,提供在贯通孔壁面与突起之间确保间隙的固定构造。
用于解决课题的方案
达成上述目的的本发明的固定构造的特征在于,具备:
热塑性的第一部件,其具有突起;
第二部件,其具有直径比上述突起的直径更大的第一贯通孔,具有比上述第一部件更高的导热系数;以及
板状的第三部件,其具有与上述第一贯通孔连通而使上述突起贯通的第二贯通孔,铺设于上述第二部件上,将该第二部件夹在它与第一部件之间,具有比第一部件更低的导热系数,
通过上述突起的贯通第一贯通孔和第二贯通孔的部分的热变形或对该部分的包覆模制而将上述第二部件固定于上述第一部件。
本发明的固定构造具备板状的第三部件,第三部件铺设于第二部件上,具有比第一部件更低的导热系数。
因此,热铆接中的热或包覆模制所导致的热被第三部件阻挡,难以传热至突起的与贯通孔的壁面面对面的部分。另外,热铆接或包覆模制所导致的熔融后的材料被第三部件阻挡,被阻碍向突起与贯通孔壁面之间的间隙的侵入。这样,在突起与贯通孔壁面之间,确保间隙。
在此,在本发明的固定构造中,优选的是,上述第二贯通孔是直径比上述第一贯通孔更小的贯通孔。
通过这样地设置,从而更可靠地防止熔融材料向该间隙的侵入。
另外,本发明的固定构造也可以是,上述第一部件是由树脂材料构成的部件,上述第二部件是由金属材料构成的部件,通过上述突起的热铆接而将第二部件固定于第一部件。
具体而言,本发明适合于这样的固定构造。
发明的效果
依据以上的本发明,实现了在贯通孔壁面与突起之间确保间隙、避免热膨胀系数的不同所导致的应变的产生的固定构造。

在此,图2(A)示出热铆接前且板材配置前的状态。另外,图2(B)示出热铆接前,配置板材之后的状态。而且,图2(C)示出热铆接后的状态。
树脂板20是由热塑性的树脂构成的部件,具有热铆接突起21。具体而言,本实施方式中的树脂板20以PBT(聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯)作为材料。该树脂板20的导热系数是大约0.29W/mK。另外,在此,金属板10由铜合金构成,具有贯通孔11。该贯通孔11相当于本发明所述的第一贯通孔的一个示例。该金属板10的导热系数是大约400W/mK,与树脂板10相比,具有极高的导热系数。在此,当热铆接时,如图2(A)所示,热铆接突起21插入贯通于贯通孔11。形成于该金属板10的贯通孔11是直径比设置于树脂板20的热铆接突起21的直径更大的贯通孔。因此,在插入贯通于该贯通孔11的热铆接突起21与该贯通孔11的壁面11a之间,形成有间隙。
当热铆接时,而且,如图2(B)所示,板材30以将金属板10夹在与树脂板20之间的方式,铺设于金属板10上。在该板材30,形成有贯通孔31,贯通孔31与形成于金属板10的贯通孔11连通。该贯通孔31相当于本发明所述的第二贯通孔的一个示例。该贯通孔31是直径比第一贯通孔11更小,热铆接突起21刚好通过的程度的尺寸的贯通孔。该板材30具有比树脂板20更低的导热系数。具体而言,在本实施方式中,采用导热系数为大约0.2W/mK的氟类板、或聚酰亚胺类板。另外,板材30的耐热温度必须是树脂板20的熔点以上。例如,在树脂板20为PBT制品的情况下,板材30必须具有223℃以上的耐热性。
在如图2(B)所示地铺设板材30之后,热铆接头(未图示)紧靠于热铆接突起21,对热铆接突起21进行加热熔融。然后,如果暂且熔融的热铆接突起21变冷,则形成图2(C)所示的由树脂构成的热铆接的头部22。金属板10通过该头部22而固定于树脂板10。一方面,该板材30承担防止熔融后的树脂进入热铆接突起21与第一贯通孔11的壁面11a之间的间隙的任务。另外,该板材30还承担防止热铆接时的热传递至金属板10的任务。
在此,假设未铺设板材30,在图2(A)的状态下,进行热铆接,则一方面,熔融后的树脂进入热铆接突起21与第一贯通孔11的壁面11a之间的间隙。另外,另一方面,热立即经由具有极高的导热系数的金属板10而传递,即使是进入热铆接突起21的第一贯通孔11的部分也立即熔融。这两个原因导致,热铆接突起21与第一贯通孔11的壁面11a之间的间隙被熔融树脂填埋,有可能未确保该间隙。
在此,关于金属板10和树脂板20,热膨胀系数也大大地不同。因此,如果就未确保该间隙那样,环境温度成为高温,那么,有可能产生应变,图1所示的零件100发生变形,未正确地执行动作。在本实施方式的情况下,由于铺设形成有导热系数低且直径小的贯通孔31的板材30,因而可靠地确保该间隙。因此,由于热膨胀系数的不同而导致的尺寸变化被该间隙吸收,即使在高温环境下,也防止图1所示的零件100的应变或翘曲等变形。
此外,在此,关于对热铆接突起21进行加热、熔融,通过热铆接而将金属板10固定于树脂板20的固定构造进行了说明。但是,本发明的固定构造不限于基于热铆接的固定。即,本发明的固定构造也可以采用基于使熔融后的树脂等以覆盖相当于上述的实施方式中的热铆接突起21的突起的方式流入的包覆模制的固定方法。
另外,在此,虽然关于将金属板10固定于树脂板20的示例进行了说明,但本发明不限于金属板10、树脂板20。在通过热铆接或包覆模制而固定导热系数高的部件的情况下,能够广泛地采用本发明的固定构造。

Claims (3)

1.一种固定构造,其特征在于,具备:
热塑性的第一部件,其具有突起;
第二部件,其具有直径比所述突起的直径更大的第一贯通孔,具有比所述第一部件更高的导热系数;以及
板状的第三部件,其具有与所述第一贯通孔连通而使所述突起贯通的第二贯通孔,铺设于所述第二部件上,将该第二部件夹在它与所述第一部件之间,具有比该第一部件更低的导热系数,
通过所述突起的贯通所述第一贯通孔和所述第二贯通孔的部分的热变形或对该部分的包覆模制而将所述第二部件固定于所述第一部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固定构造,其特征在于,所述第二贯通孔是直径比所述第一贯通孔更小的贯通孔。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固定构造,其特征在于,所述第一部件是由树脂材料构成的部件,所述第二部件是由金属材料构成的部件,通过所述突起的热铆接而将该第二部件固定于该第一部件。
