本发明涉及一种头发护理设备。
背景技术
FR2979202公开了一种用于例如理顺头发的头发定型加热装置,其具有包括夹紧部分的臂,该夹紧部分包括与处理板相邻布置的单个红色(波长在620nm和800nm之间)和红外线(波长在780nm以上)射线发射器,该处理板被设置成与头发接触。这基于以下想法:与热接触和辐射基本上同时处理相比较,基本上与辐射分开地(即,在辐射之前或之后)通过与热表面接触来处理头发使得可以加强对头发的保护,以增加头发的亮度。处理板的温度介于160℃和240℃之间,优选地介于180℃和220℃之间。
许多女性主要担心由造型造成的头发损伤,并且有时不满意从现有造型设备获得的结果。除此之外,最近的报告显示,吹风机和直发器最重要的准则是要满足减少头发损伤。一般而言,人们已经意识到加热头发会造成损伤。然而,没有人考虑减少甚至放弃造型器的使用,因为造型的好处显然超过了对头发造成的潜在损伤。
发明内容
特别地,本发明的目的是提供一种对头发造成较小损伤的头发护理设备。本发明由独立权利要求限定。有利的实施例在从属权利要求中限定。
本发明的一个方面提供了一种头发护理设备,包括:热源,用于将头发加热至第一温度,第一温度不超过150℃(并且因此低于将发生头发角质层损伤的临界温度);以及辐射源,用于结合来自热源的热量来选择性地将头发皮质层加热至第二温度,第二温度超过第一温度并且足够高以用于头发造型。优选地,第一温度不超过140℃,诸如约120℃。
本发明不希望受理论约束,而是基于以下创造性见解。头发纤维含有结构,即,角质层、皮质层和髓质层。角质层是最外层,并且包围包含纤维块主要部分的皮质层。通常在较粗头发中发现的髓质层的特征在于位于纤维中心附近的一个或多个松散填塞的多孔区域。角质层包括平面重叠细胞(厚度为0.5μm至2μm并且长度为45μm),头皮头发中的角质层厚度约为10μm至20μm。在现有技术造型(头发护理设备和化学品)期间,该保护性角质层受到损伤,从而使内部结构皮质层暴露于外部环境。在造型和梳理期间,加热和/或风蚀与机械(剪切)力的结合是造成头发损伤的主要原因。用于使用热熨斗进行头发造型的现有技术电气设备被设计为对头发纤维进行热处理或对纤维进行锁定,并且将它们压制成确定的形状。在这些设备中,热量从外角质层流向内皮质层,引起较高的温升并且对角质层的损伤大于皮质层。最后,皮质层被暴露于外部风蚀条件下并且最终受损。
本发明的实施例提出了用于头发造型的设备,其中头发皮质层被选择性地加热,从而防止角质层损伤。这是基于从光和接触加热的组合效应来达到造型所需的最大温升,其中光诱导的加热效应将仅限于皮质层。热板将头发纤维加热到低于角质层损伤阈值的温度,并且与来自热板的热量结合,激光器将选择性地加热皮质层至造型所需的温度。
为了选择性地加热头发皮质层,波长范围最佳介于400nm至600nm之间,优选地介于450nm至550nm之间,其中吸收系数最大(并且因此需要较少能量密度),并且还提供足够的光透入头发(~100μm至150μm)。通过使用这些波长选择性地加热头发皮质层,热量从内向外渗透,这有助于防止角质层损伤,从而保持自然水分,并且能密封头发角质层,以使发束柔顺和光泽亮丽。

具体实施方式
图1示出了头发护理设备的基本实施例100,该头发护理设备包括铰接以夹紧发束的两个钳口101。每个钳口包括热源103,其由例如直接或间接被加热到第一温度T1(例如,120℃)的热板形成,该第一温度T1低于角质层损伤的临界温度Tc。每个钳口包括辐射源(由黑点102表示),其由例如连续波(CW)脉冲激光源或具有低通滤波器的强脉冲光(IPL)设备形成,用于发射400nm至600nm,优选地450nm至550nm的波长范围,该辐射源选择性地将皮质层在约几毫秒至几秒的持续时间内加热至约170℃的第二温度T2,该第二温度T2对于造型而言足够高。依据处理区域和钳口之间的头发数目,也可以使用激光器阵列。激光脉冲的脉冲持续时间可以被选择为低于黑色素颗粒的热弛豫时间,以便获得对皮质层的热约束。这与选择性光热解理论相一致,该理论指出发射的激光波长的脉冲持续时间必须小于目标物体的热弛豫时间。基于在皮质层柱中扩散的热弛豫时间t~d2/(16D)处于2ms至3ms的量级。这里,d是皮质层的直径,D是热扩散系数。到达头发皮质层内部的温升所需的能量密度取决于发束的色素沉着/吸收系数。附加的头发色素沉着感测控件104可以用来测量和优化通过激光选择性地加热头发所需的能量密度。来自热板103和激光器102的组合加热效应将导致皮质层温度达到造型所需的温度,而不会使角质层温度变得太热以致角质层会受损伤。附加的热量控制系统105可以用于调节温度设置和处理时间。为了对头发进行拉直/造型,发束被插入在板之间并且移动,直到它被造型。为了防止使用发绺时的阴影效果,该实施例可以包括凹槽或梳状附件,其将更均匀地分散头发,从而导致均匀的光线处理。
图2比较了作为本发明实施例的结果的头发角质层Cut和头发皮质层Cor的示例性温升T(曲线I)与使用现有技术解决方案的对应示例性温升(曲线PA),其中仅加热板被用来获得足够大的温升以获得头发造型效果。在横轴上,头发半径HR以μm表示。从图2中可以清楚地看出,在现有技术(曲线PA)中,在从外部施加全部热量的情况下,头发角质层Cut将相当热以致头发可能受损。
在本发明的实施例中(曲线I),加热板只加热头发直到约120℃的安全温度,在该安全温度下,角质层Cut不会发生损伤。除该热量之外,由于辐射,头发从内部被加热,使得头发皮质层Cor将变得足够热以获得头发造型效果,同时头发角质层Cut保持足够冷以致不会发生损伤。
如本文中所使用的术语“头发造型”旨在涵盖诸如卷发、卷曲、烫发和拉直的所有动作。应当指出,上述实施例用于说明本发明而非限制本发明,并且本领域技术人员将能够在不背离所附权利要求的范围的情况下设计出许多备选实施例。在权利要求中,括号内的任何附图标记不应被解释为限制权利要求。词语“包括”不排除权利要求中列出的元件或步骤以外的元件或步骤的存在。元件之前的词语“一”或“一个”不排除多个这种元件的存在。在列举几个装置的设备权利要求中,这些装置中的几个可以由一个且相同的硬件来体现。在相互不同的从属权利要求中记载了某些措施的这一事实并不表示这些措施的组合不能被有利地使用。
Claims (3)
1.一种头发护理设备(100),包括:
热源(103),用于将头发加热至第一温度,所述第一温度不超过150℃;以及
辐射源(102),用于结合来自所述热源(103)的热量来选择性地将头发皮质层加热至第二温度,所述第二温度超过所述第一温度并且足够高以用于头发造型。
2.根据权利要求1所述的头发护理设备,其中所述第一温度不超过140℃,例如约120℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的头发护理设备,其中所述辐射源(102)被布置为用于提供波长介于400nm和600nm之间的辐射,优选地提供波长介于450nm至550nm之间、例如约550nm的辐射。
