Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a liquid detergent composition, particularly to a liquid detergent composition for textile products such as clothes.
Background
As a method of washing laundry, there are roughly 2 types of washing methods, i.e., hand washing and washing machine washing.
In asian areas, the case of washing laundry by hand is high, and even in the case of washing by a washing machine, pre-washing by hand is often performed before washing by the washing machine.
This is because in asian areas, people often eat a large amount of oily food, and such cooking oil stains attached to clothes are difficult to effectively remove by means of a washing machine, and such cooking oil stains can be effectively removed only by rubbing with hands or by applying a clothes cleaning agent to the oil stains in advance for pretreatment and then washing in the washing machine.
In the field of detergents, the ability to clean stains, the abundance of foam during cleaning, and the ease of rinsing after cleaning are important issues. This is especially evident in hand washing against cooking oil stains.
In washing, since the cooking oil stain is very persistent, excellent cleaning ability is required for the cooking oil stain, and further, in hand washing, since sufficient foaming in scrubbing causes high cleaning ability to be thought of and affects the satisfaction of a detergent user, sufficient foaming ability is required. In addition, from the viewpoint of water saving and labor saving, it is strongly desired that the foam disappears rapidly during rinsing and the rinsing is completed with a small amount of water. The existing cleaning agent can not simultaneously take into account the three points of dirt, especially the cleaning capability of cooking oil stain, the richness of foam during cleaning and the easy rinsing property after cleaning in the washing process, so that a new technology which can take into account the three points is sought.
Patent document 1 discloses that a liquid detergent composition for kitchen use containing an alkyl (C10 to 18) amine oxide and a polyoxyethylene alkyl (C10 to 20) ether sulfate having an average addition mole number of 0.5 to 5 can provide excellent cleaning power, rinsing property, and storage stability at low temperature, but does not suggest any technique for using a hydrocarbyl sulfate or a hydrocarbyl sulfonate.
Patent document 2 discloses that a liquid detergent composition containing an alkyl or hydroxyalkyl (C10 to 18) amine oxide and a specific polyoxyalkylene alkyl ether sulfate can provide high cleaning ability and advantageous effects of storage stability at low temperatures, but does not suggest any technique for using a hydrocarbyl sulfate or a hydrocarbyl sulfonate.

[ method for preparing "Cotton half-sleeved shirts for evaluation >
The cotton half-sleeved shirts for evaluation were prepared in the following manner. Specifically, 2.5kg of a commercially available cotton half-sleeved shirt (manufactured by Shanghai Three Gun Gun Co., Ltd., round collar, size: L, cotton content: 100%) was placed in a Washing Machine (Qingdao Haier Washing Machine Co., Ltd., specification: XQS60-ZY1128), detergent was added thereto, and hard water (CaCl was converted to 89.5mg/L in terms of calcium carbonate) was added at a temperature of 20 ℃. (CaCl was converted to CaCl)2With MgCl2·6H2O was mixed at a molar ratio of 6: 4), washing was repeated 5 times with the following conditions set. The conditions for each wash were: water amount 54L, detergent amount 27g (i.e., the amount of detergent used relative to the amount of water (detergent (g)/water (L)) was 0.5g/L), washing time 12 minutes, rinsing with water 2 times, and dewatering for 5 minutes. The detergent was a mixture of a nonionic surfactant (polyoxyethylene alkyl ether having an average of 6 moles of oxyethylene groups added to a primary alcohol having an alkyl group having 12 carbon atoms, trade name: EMULGEN 108) and amorphous sodium silicate and sodium carbonate at a mass ratio of 1:1: 3.
The cotton half-sleeve shirt subjected to the final dehydration was put in a two-tub washing machine (manufactured by Songhua Co., Ltd., XPB52-500S), rinsed with running water using hard water at a temperature of 20 ℃ in terms of calcium carbonate to 89.5mg/L until no foam was formed, dehydrated for 5 minutes, and then naturally dried to obtain an "evaluation cotton half-sleeve shirt".
< method for measuring basicity >
The method for measuring the alkalinity of water used for preparing the water dilution is shown below (hereinafter, the alkalinity of the present invention refers to a value measured by this method unless otherwise specified).
100mL of test water was taken in a 200mL beaker, and 0.15mL of bromocresol green-methylred ethanol solution (Wako pure chemical industries, Ltd.) was added as an indicator. When residual chlorine was present in the test water, a sodium thiosulfate solution (0.3 w/v%) was added to 100mL of the test water in advance to remove the residual chlorine. The solution was stirred slowly and titrated with 10mmol/L sulfuric acid until the color of the solution changed from blue to purple. The basicity was calculated by the following formula.
Alkalinity (CaCO)3mg/L)=a×10
In the formula, a: titration of the required 10mmol/L sulfuric acid (mL)
When the color of a colored sample or the like is not changed significantly by adding an indicator, a quantity (mL) of 10mmol/L sulfuric acid required for the pH to reach 4.8 is defined as a by using a pH meter instead of the indicator.
< method for evaluating foamability during washing in washing machine >
Three cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation were placed in a vertical washing Machine (Qingdao HaierWashing Machine Co., Ltd., specification: XQS60-ZY1128), the water washing pattern was adjusted to 22L, 22g of each of the compositions prepared in examples and comparative examples was added, and the water temperature was 20 ℃ and the calcium carbonate concentration was 179mg/L (this hard water corresponds to 10 ℃ DH in Germany hardness tester) and the alkalinity was 65CaCO3Hard water [ to calcium chloride (CaCl) ] of mg/L and pH7.12·2H2O)1.57g with magnesium sulfate (MgSO4·6H2O)1.45g and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO)3)1.6g deionized water 10L adjusted with hydrochloric acid, Ca/Mg 6/4 (molar ratio)]And automatically washing by a washing machine (washing time is 10 minutes, water storage rinsing is carried out for 2 times, and dehydration is carried out for 2 minutes). After 5 minutes from the start of the wash, once discontinued, a straight edge was inserted slightly across the foam to scrape the foam off of the surface, and the height from the water surface to the upper end of the foam was measured and marked in centimeters (cm).
If the foam is too small and does not cover the water surface, the ratio of "the area of the water surface covered with the foam" to "the entire area of the water surface" is denoted by "%".
The case where foam was not confirmed is marked with "none". In this case, the larger the value, the more preferable.
< evaluation method of foaming Property in hand washing >
Towards a circular washbasin (bottom inner diameter 28cm, surface inner diameter 35cm,Height of 13.5cm), water temperature of 20 deg.C, 179mg/L calcium carbonate (this hard water is equivalent to 10 degree DH in Germany hardness tester), and alkalinity of 65CaCO3Hard water [ to calcium chloride (CaCl) ] of mg/L and pH7.12·2H2O)1.57g with magnesium sulfate (MgSO4·6H2O)1.45g and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO)3)1.6g of hard water prepared by adding deionized water to 10L and adjusting with hydrochloric acid, Ca/Mg 6/4 (molar ratio)]3L. To these compositions, 15g each of the compositions prepared in examples and comparative examples was added and the compositions were uniformly dissolved while stirring with a hand. Subsequently, 3 pieces of the cotton half-sleeved shirts for evaluation prepared by the above method were put into the pot and left to stand for 1 minute in a state of being completely immersed in the washing liquid. After 1 minute of standing, each piece was evaluated by rubbing 50 times with a cotton half-sleeve shirt (converting 1 back and forth (about 1 second) of cloth to cloth rubbing). Then, the cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation were taken out, and the cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation were wrung from a position 30cm above the washbasin until the water content became 100 to 140 mass% with respect to the cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation, and the state of the liquid surface of 3 freshly wrung washing liquids was confirmed. A ruler was inserted slightly across the foam to scrape the surface of the foam flat and then the height from the water surface to the upper end of the foam was measured and marked in centimeters (cm).
In this evaluation, a value of 2cm or more is acceptable, and a larger value is more preferable.
< evaluation method of rinsing Property in hand washing >
Into a circular washbasin (bottom surface inner diameter 28cm, surface inner diameter 35cm, height 13.5cm), water temperature of 20 deg.C, calcium carbonate converted to 179mg/L (this hard water is equivalent to 10 ° DH of German hardness tester), and alkalinity of 65CaCO3Hard water [ to calcium chloride (CaCl) ] of mg/L and pH7.12·2H2O)1.57g with magnesium sulfate (MgSO4·6H2O)1.45g and sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO)3)1.6g of hard water prepared by adding deionized water to 10L and adjusting with hydrochloric acid, Ca/Mg 6/4 (molar ratio)]5L, 3 pieces of the cotton half-sleeved shirts for evaluation were put in the foam evaluation, and then wrung out. After the evaluation cotton half-sleeve shirts were loosened in the rinsing water, the collar portion was lifted upward (to the clothes) by grasping the collar portion with each 1 loosened evaluation cotton half-sleeve shirtThe whole is separated from the rinsing level by a height of about 5cm) and then put back into the rinsing water again. After repeating the rinsing of the up-and-down movement 10 times for every 1 piece of the cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation, the cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation were wrung from a position 30cm above the washbasin until the water content became 100 to 140 mass% with respect to the cotton half-sleeve shirts for evaluation, and the state of the rinsing liquid surface after the 3 pieces of the shirts were wrung was confirmed. A ruler was inserted slightly across the foam to scrape the surface of the foam flat and then the height from the water surface to the upper end of the foam was measured and marked in centimeters (cm). This was 1 evaluation. Further, the same evaluation was repeated 1 time for the wrung cotton half-sleeved blouse for evaluation (3 pieces of the cotton half-sleeved blouse for evaluation were used for evaluation from 1 liquid detergent composition contained in the above evaluation of foamability).
In this evaluation, the case where the value at the 2 nd time is 1cm or less is acceptable, and the smaller the value, the more preferable the value is. When the value at the 2 nd order is the same, the smaller the value at the 1 st order is, the more preferable.
If the foam is too small and does not cover the water surface, the ratio of "the area of the water surface covered with the foam" to "the entire area of the water surface" is denoted by "%".
The case where foam was not confirmed is marked with "none". In this case, the smaller the value, the more preferable.
