First embodiment
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for preventing fraudulent transactions based on digital network technology according to a first embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a server. The server is a data management center and can be in communication connection with a plurality of clients. The server prestores the name information of the genuine commodities, the information comprises names and the authorized inventory of the genuine commodities corresponding to each name, the unique account of the genuine commodities is bound to the names and serves as the unique entrance account of the genuine commodity transaction payment, and the entrance account is configured with the client APP of the genuine commodity transaction user and the account of the payment card in a hanging mode. The flow shown in fig. 3 will be described in detail below, and the method includes:
step S110: the server acquires the information of the to-be-paid commodity of the buyer uploaded by the client.
The information of the to-be-paid goods of the buyer can include the number and the category of the to-be-paid goods and the seller account bound with the client.
The information is generated and uploaded by a client, the client can be an APP built in a user terminal or the user terminal, each client is bound with an account, and the account can be bound with a bank card so as to charge and trade and transfer accounts. Of course, each client may also obtain information of the account number to which the payment card is bound. It is worth pointing out that, in the invention, no matter the seller or the buyer, all transactions are implemented on-line electronic payment and collection based on the account bound with the client corresponding to the seller or the buyer, so that the payment of the genuine transaction is ensured to only enter the quantity control transaction settlement system bound with the unique account of the genuine transaction, and any transaction link separated from the quantity control transaction settlement system cannot collect the money from the account of the special client APP or the payment card of the genuine transaction user.
In the present invention, the data generated by the transaction of any good is associated with the source account of the good. The initiative of the genuine commodity transaction is controlled in a buyer, the genuine commodity payment only enters a quantity control transaction payment system bound with a unique account of the genuine commodity, and if the intermediate distribution link is separated from the quantity control transaction control system to implement fake networking, the money cannot be collected from the account of the proprietary APP of the genuine commodity of the buyer or the payment card. For example, if a buyer needs to purchase the genuine "chinese cigarette", the server needs to associate his account with the source account of the owner of the title of the genuine "chinese cigarette" in advance, so that the buyer can receive the residual inventory authorization amount deducted and transferred by the owner of the title instead of the residual inventory authorization amount transferred by the owner of the title of other brands. The server correlatively queries the certified product authorized stock quantity of the Chinese cigarettes in the account of the seller according to the information of the Chinese cigarettes to be paid uploaded by the seller, when the quantity of the Chinese cigarettes to be paid is within the certified product authorized stock quantity of the seller, deducts money from an exclusive APP or a payment card account of the buyer bound to the certified product unique account, transfers and stores certified product stock authorized quantity to the account of the buyer, and implements fake networking fake-filling of certified products beyond the certified product authorized quantity for fraud by a network control system separated from the certified product control transaction, so that the buyer cannot collect money from the certified product exclusive APP or the payment card account of the buyer, therefore, the buyer only needs to use the certified product transaction exclusive APP or the payment card account payment of the certified product bound to the certified product unique account to pay, the payment of the certified products is prevented from entering an account collection channel outside the certified product unique quantity control, and the willingness motivation of fraud can be blocked, the hidden fraud of the illegal merchant can be prevented, so that the initiative for guaranteeing the legitimate consumption rights of the illegal merchant can be mastered, and the phenomenon that the illegal merchant fools the fraud because of unconsciousness is avoided.
When a buyer and a seller perform a transaction, a seller may scan an identification code on a to-be-paid commodity of the buyer through a scanning device (e.g., a camera of a mobile phone) carried by the client or an external barcode scanner, or enter data in a manual input manner, so that the client corresponding to the seller acquires the quantity and the type of the to-be-paid commodity of the buyer, and then the client corresponding to the seller combines with an account of the seller bound to the client to generate information of the to-be-paid commodity including the quantity and the type of the to-be-paid commodity and an account of the seller bound to the client.
The identification codes can be printed on all the commodities, so that the client can acquire the number and the types of the commodities to be paid by scanning the identification codes. The identification code may be a two-dimensional code or a one-dimensional code, or may be another identification code with identification function generated along with the development of technology.
The information of the commodities to be paid comprises the number and the types of the commodities to be paid in the transaction. Of course, the information of the goods to be paid may also include other information, for example, the batch number of the goods to be paid in the transaction.
The client uploads the information of the commodity to be paid to the server after generating the information of the commodity to be paid.
Step S120: and the server inquires the authorized inventory of the genuine products corresponding to the commodities to be paid in the account of the seller based on the information.
In one embodiment, the server stores in advance a correspondence between a different account and the genuine product authorized stock quantity of each commodity. Also in the above, "chinese cigarette" case, the authorized quantity of genuine products may be 200 for the account a and 1000 for the account B.
Wherein, the source can be the following situations:
as one embodiment, the seller herein may be an intermediate seller, denoted by A.
When A acquires the goods (the goods are put in or purchased as a buyer from the last shipping node), payment needs to be made to the account of the last shipping node through the account of A, so that the account bound with A acquires the authorized inventory of the genuine goods transferred from the last shipping node. Of course, the last delivery channel may be the source manufacturer or the intermediate distributor. In the case of an intermediate distributor, the intermediate distributor also needs to pay the account of the previous shipping node through an account with the intermediate distributor. Namely, each node in the whole sales process carries out transaction through the quantity control transaction control system.
As another embodiment, the seller here may be a source manufacturer, corresponding to a source property unique account for the goods. When the seller is a source manufacturer, the authorized inventory of the genuine products corresponding to the account of the seller can be data which is edited and input by the seller through a keyboard and is stored by the server.
Step S130: and the server judges whether the quantity of the certified product authorized inventory quantity of the seller and the quantity of the commodities to be paid of the buyer meet preset conditions or not.
Wherein the preset conditions are as follows: the certified goods authorized inventory quantity of the seller is larger than or equal to the quantity of the commodities to be paid of the buyer.
Step S131: when the certified goods authorized inventory quantity of the seller and the quantity of the commodities to be paid of the buyer meet a preset condition, transferring the transaction amount of the transaction from the account of the buyer into the account of the seller, deducting the transaction quantity of the transaction commodity from the certified goods authorized inventory quantity of the seller and transferring the transaction quantity of the transaction commodity into the account of the buyer to serve as the certified goods authorized inventory quantity stored by the buyer in advance.
For example, the authorized stock quantity of the genuine cigarettes sold by the seller a is 100 packs, and the quantity of the cigarettes of the brand required to be purchased by the buyer B is 20 packs, since 100 is greater than 20, i.e. the authorized inventory of the genuine products of a and the purchase quantity of B meet the preset condition, when B transacts with the account of a through the account of B (the card can be swiped through the client, the identification code can be generated for scanning, facial recognition, iris recognition, fingerprint recognition and the like), the server will transfer the amount paid for the purchase of the 20 packs of cigarettes by the buyer from the account of B to the account of a, meanwhile, the account corresponding to the A updates the genuine authorized stock quantity of the brand cigarette to be 80 packets (namely, 20 is deducted), and the quantity of 20 packets paid successfully in the transaction is transferred to the account of the B, so that the 20 packages are used as the inventory basis of the genuine authorization of the B when the B is used as a seller to trade.
Referring to fig. 4, as an embodiment, the method may further include:
step S132: and when the certified goods authorized inventory quantity of the seller and the quantity of the commodities to be paid of the buyer do not meet a preset condition, stopping the payment of the account of the buyer to the account of the seller.
Of course, as an embodiment, when the authorized inventory quantity of genuine products of the seller a is 100 packages and the quantity of the commodities of the corresponding brand sold by the seller is 120 packages, since 100 is less than 120, that is, the authorized inventory quantity of genuine products of the seller and the quantity of the commodities to be paid by the buyer do not satisfy the preset condition, in this case, in order to protect the trueness of the circulation of genuine products and the legitimate interest of the buyer, the server terminates the account of the buyer and pays the payment amount to the account of the seller. Because the goods beyond the authorized inventory of the seller's genuine goods must come from an unauthorized channel, the sales volume of the genuine goods cannot be larger than the purchase volume of the seller's genuine goods. Of course, as an embodiment, the server generates result information to send to the client for each transaction result, so that both parties of the transaction can know the result of the transaction.
As an implementation manner, the client obtains the query result as that the server sends the query result when determining that the certified goods authorized inventory amount is greater than or equal to the quantity of the goods to be paid, at this time, the server transfers the transaction amount of the transaction from the account of the buyer to the account of the seller, and transfers the transaction amount of the goods deducted from the certified goods authorized inventory amount of the seller to the account of the buyer as the certified goods authorized inventory amount pre-stored by the buyer.
As another embodiment, the client obtains the query result as that the server sends the query result when determining that the authorized inventory of genuine products is smaller than the quantity of the commodities to be paid, and at this time, the server terminates the payment from the account of the buyer to the account of the seller.
The anti-fraud transaction method based on the digital network technology has the advantages that the server prestores the name information of the genuine commodities, the information comprises the names and the authorized inventory of the genuine commodities corresponding to each name, the name is bound with the unique account of the genuine commodity and serves as the unique entrance account for the payment of the genuine commodity transaction, the entrance account is configured and bound with the client APP of the user of the genuine transaction or the account of the user corresponding to the payment card, and the payment of the genuine transaction is promoted to enter the quantity control settlement system of the unique entrance account of the genuine commodity only. The seller client side in the certified goods transaction uploads the information of the goods to be paid by the buyer, and the server transfers the transaction amount of the transaction from the proprietary client side account of the certified goods transaction of the buyer to the seller account when judging that the certified goods authorization inventory amount of the seller is more than or equal to the quantity of the goods to be paid based on the information, and equivalently reduces the inventory authorization amount of the seller user to be transferred to the buyer account as the certified goods authorization inventory amount; and when the certified goods authorized inventory quantity and the quantity of the commodities to be paid do not meet the preset condition, stopping the payment of the account of the buyer to the account of the seller. By the method, the merchant user can only obtain the sales benefits in the quality control of the genuine products from the account of the buyer in the range controlled by the authorized stock quantity of the genuine products, thereby blocking the counterfeiting of legal profit space outside the legal quality. If the false legal profit is not established outside the legal amount, the benefit drive of the false legal is lost. The merchant can be clearly distinguished from the unauthorized commodities in the market through the method, the integrity image is more powerfully determined, and the buyer can more effectively prevent counterfeit and legal hidden fraud through the method.
