Background

With the popularization of mobile phones, almost everyone has the mobile phone, but the trouble that the existing mobile phone is out of power is always troubled, so that the mobile phone can be seen in all places for charging. When a wiring board is arranged, a mobile phone can be placed on a desk for charging, but when the mobile phone is charged on a wall-mounted socket, the mobile phone can only be suspended for charging due to the fact that no supporting surface is arranged, the service life of a mobile phone data line is greatly influenced, and in addition, the mobile phone can also fall off at any time.

Disclosure of Invention

Detailed Description

Referring to fig. 1 to 8, a dual-purpose fixing bracket according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a hanging plate 10, a supporting plate 11, and a base 12.

The suspension plate 10 has a suspension window 13, the suspension window 13 is used for the charging plug to pass through, the suspension window 13 is preferably rectangular, it is understood that the suspension window 13 may have other shapes as long as the suspension window 13 can pass through the charging plug. The middle of the supporting sheet 11 is provided with a fixing sheet 14, the first end of the fixing sheet 14 is provided with a driving portion 15, the driving portion 15 is used for blocking the suspension sheet 10 from rotating counterclockwise around the fixing sheet 14, namely, if the suspension sheet 10 rotates counterclockwise around the fixing sheet 14, the suspension sheet 10 drives the fixing sheet 14 to rotate counterclockwise together due to the blocking of the driving portion 15, the first end of the fixing sheet 14 is connected with the first end of the supporting sheet 11 through a first rotating structure, and the first end of the supporting sheet 11 is connected with the second end of the suspension sheet 10 through a second rotating structure.

The base 12 has a fixing portion 16 for fixing the second end of the fixing piece 14, in this embodiment, the number of the fixing portions 16 is 1, and preferably, in order to fix the second end of the fixing piece 14, an inserting end 17 may be provided at the second end of the fixing piece 14, and the width of the inserting end 17 is smaller than that of the second end of the fixing piece 14. When the dual-purpose fixing support is used as a desktop support, the second end of the fixing piece is abutted against the fixing part on the base, and the hanging piece and the fixing piece form a supporting surface through the blocking of the driving part, so that the dual-purpose fixing support has a supporting surface with a larger area compared with the conventional support, and further, the two dual-purpose fixing supports provided by the invention have more stable structures and stronger universality. Further, referring to fig. 5, in a preferred embodiment, the base 12 is further provided with an anti-slip stopper 51, and the anti-slip stopper 51 can prevent the mobile phone, the tablet computer, and the like from slipping when being placed on the stand.

Further, referring to fig. 5 and 6, in a preferred embodiment, a first anti-slip portion 52 is disposed between the fixing portion 16 and the anti-slip stopper 51, and second anti-slip portions 53 are disposed on upper and lower sides of the hanging window 13. The first anti-slip part 52 and the second anti-slip part 53 are anti-slip patterns or anti-slip silica gel. In this embodiment, the first anti-slip part 52 and the second anti-slip part 53 are made of anti-slip silicone. It is understood that in other embodiments of the present embodiment, only the first anti-slip portion 52 or only the second anti-slip portion 53 may be provided, and the second anti-slip portion 53 may be provided on all four peripheries of the suspension window 13, or may be provided on one periphery, two peripheries, or three peripheries of the suspension window 13. The two clips 71 in the embodiment of the present invention are described as an example. In the embodiment of the present invention, the lower surface of the hanging piece 10 is provided with the buckle 71, and the base 12 is provided with the slot 72 matched with the buckle 71, so that the dual-purpose fixing bracket of the present invention can be folded and retracted when not in use, and fig. 8 shows the state of the dual-purpose fixing bracket of the present invention after being folded.

Further, referring to fig. 8, in a preferred embodiment, the second end of the supporting plate 11 is provided with a receiving slot 19 for receiving the fixing plate 14. The invention can lead the supporting sheet 11 and the fixing sheet 14 to be positioned on the same plane by arranging the containing groove 19 for containing the fixing sheet 14 at the second end of the supporting sheet 11, thereby saving the space.

Further, referring to fig. 1, 8 and 9, in a preferred embodiment, the first rotating structure is connected as a first rotating shaft structure, the first rotating shaft structure includes a first rotating shaft 31 and a second rotating shaft 32, a first end of the fixing plate 14 is provided with a first shaft seat 41 and a second shaft seat 42 having openings, a first end of the supporting plate 11 is provided with a third shaft seat 43 and a fourth shaft seat 44 having openings, which are matched with the shaft seats on the fixing plate 14, the first shaft seat 41 and the third shaft seat 43 are connected by a first connecting thin rod (not shown) to form the first rotating shaft 31, and the second shaft seat 42 and the fourth shaft seat 44 are connected by a second connecting thin rod (not shown) to form the second rotating shaft 32. Claims

1. A dual purpose fixed bolster, its characterized in that, dual purpose fixed bolster includes:

a suspension tab having a suspension window;

the middle of the supporting sheet is provided with a fixing sheet, a first end of the fixing sheet is provided with a driving part, a first end of the fixing sheet is connected with a first end of the supporting sheet through a first rotating structure, and a first end of the supporting sheet is connected with the hanging sheet through a second rotating structure; and

3. The dual-purpose fixing bracket as claimed in claim 2, wherein a first anti-slip portion is provided between the fixing portion and the anti-slip stopper, and second anti-slip portions are provided at upper and lower sides of the hanging window.

4. The dual-purpose fixing bracket according to claim 3, wherein the first and second anti-slip portions are anti-slip patterns or anti-slip silica gel.

5. The dual-purpose fixing bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the fixing portion is a fixing groove or a fixing block.

6. The dual-purpose fixing bracket as recited in claim 1, wherein the hanging plate is provided with at least one buckle, and the base is provided with a slot matched with the buckle.

7. The dual-purpose fixed bracket as claimed in claim 1, wherein the second end of the supporting plate is provided with a receiving slot for receiving the fixing plate.
