(2) preparation of pre-emulsion: adding half amount of deionized water, acrylic acid, acrylates, polymer polyol, ammonium persulfate and half amount of emulsifier into a closed reaction kettle with a stirrer, and emulsifying under high-speed stirring to obtain pre-emulsion for later use;
(3) adding the rest of water and emulsifier into a polymerization kettle, raising the temperature to 40-50 ℃, adding polyvinyl acetate emulsion, soybean fatty acid, dispersant and cross-linking agent, continuously heating while stirring, raising the temperature to 65-75 ℃, enabling the emulsion in the reaction kettle to be blue and refluxing, adding the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2) when the reflux is reduced, uniformly mixing, continuously heating to 90 ℃, maintaining for 10-15min, and cooling;
(4) and (4) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (3) is reduced to 40-50 ℃, adding the preservative and the thickening agent, stirring uniformly, continuously cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly thermoplastic resin aqueous adhesive.

(2) preparation of pre-emulsion: adding half amount of deionized water, acrylic acid, acrylates, polymer polyol, ammonium persulfate and half amount of emulsifier into a closed reaction kettle with a stirrer, and emulsifying under high-speed stirring to obtain pre-emulsion for later use;
(3) adding the rest of water and an emulsifier into a polymerization kettle, raising the temperature to 40 ℃, adding a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, a soybean fatty acid, a dispersing agent and a cross-linking agent, continuously heating while stirring, raising the temperature to 65 ℃, enabling the emulsion in the reaction kettle to emit blue light and generate reflux, adding the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2) when the reflux is reduced, uniformly mixing, continuously heating to 90 ℃, maintaining for 10min, and cooling;
(4) and (4) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (3) is reduced to 40 ℃, adding the preservative and the thickening agent, uniformly stirring, continuously cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly thermoplastic resin aqueous adhesive.

(3) adding the rest of water and an emulsifier into a polymerization kettle, raising the temperature to 50 ℃, adding a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, a soybean fatty acid, a dispersing agent and a cross-linking agent, continuously heating while stirring, raising the temperature to 75 ℃, enabling the emulsion in the reaction kettle to emit blue light and generate reflux, adding the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2) when the reflux is reduced, uniformly mixing, continuously heating to 90 ℃, maintaining for 15min, and cooling;

(3) adding the rest of water and an emulsifier into a polymerization kettle, raising the temperature to 45 ℃, adding a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, a soybean fatty acid, a dispersing agent and a cross-linking agent, continuously heating while stirring, raising the temperature to 70 ℃, enabling the emulsion in the reaction kettle to emit blue light and generate reflux, adding the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2) when the reflux is reduced, uniformly mixing, continuously heating to 90 ℃, maintaining for 13min, and cooling;
(4) and (4) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (3) is reduced to 45 ℃, adding the preservative and the thickening agent, stirring uniformly, continuously cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly thermoplastic resin aqueous adhesive.

Compared with the traditional adhesive, the preparation method of the environment-friendly thermoplastic resin water-based adhesive of the embodiments 1 to 3 has the advantages of good stability, high drying speed during use, strong moisture resistance of an adhesive film, strong durability, environment-friendly and nontoxic raw materials, no harm to human health and environment caused by an intermediate in the preparation process, breakthrough of the defect of environmental protection of the traditional adhesive, and strong practical value.

(2) preparation of pre-emulsion: adding half amount of deionized water, acrylic acid, acrylates, polymer polyol, ammonium persulfate and half amount of emulsifier into a closed reaction kettle with a stirrer, and emulsifying under high-speed stirring to obtain pre-emulsion for later use;
(3) adding the rest of water and an emulsifier into a polymerization kettle, raising the temperature to 45 ℃, adding a polyvinyl acetate emulsion, a soybean fatty acid, a dispersing agent and a cross-linking agent, continuously heating while stirring, raising the temperature to 70 ℃, enabling the emulsion in the reaction kettle to emit blue light and generate reflux, adding the pre-emulsion obtained in the step (2) when the reflux is reduced, uniformly mixing, continuously heating to 90 ℃, maintaining for 13min, and cooling;
(4) when the temperature of the mixed solution in the step (3) is reduced to 45 ℃, adding a preservative and a thickening agent, uniformly stirring, continuously cooling to room temperature, and discharging to obtain the environment-friendly thermoplastic resin aqueous adhesive;
wherein the acrylate is 2-hydroxypropyl acrylate; the polymer polyol is polyvinyl alcohol; the preservative is sodium dehydroacetate; the dispersing agent is vinyl bis stearamide; the thickening agent is diatomite; the cross-linking agent is a mixture of zinc acetate and dicumyl peroxide in a mass ratio of 1: 2; the emulsifier is span-20.
