1. A plastic bag packaging production device comprises a frame, a film rolling mechanism, a film pressing mechanism, a film 45-degree film rotating mechanism, a feeding mechanism, an opening mechanism, a heat sealing mechanism, a material pulling head mechanism and a clamping and folding mechanism;
the film rolling mechanism is arranged on one side of the frame, the film pressing mechanism, the film 45-degree film rotating mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the opening mechanism, the heat sealing mechanism, the material pulling head mechanism and the clamping folding mechanism are all arranged on the frame, a film on the film rolling mechanism sequentially passes through the film pressing mechanism, the film 45-degree film rotating mechanism, the feeding mechanism, the opening mechanism and the heat sealing mechanism, the clamping folding mechanism is positioned above the opening mechanism, the heat sealing mechanism is positioned on one side of the opening mechanism, the material pulling head mechanism is positioned on the other side of the opening mechanism, and the finished product collecting mechanism is arranged on the frame and is positioned right below the opening mechanism;
the clamping and folding mechanism comprises a bag receiving frame, a bag receiving plate, a bag receiving motor, a driving synchronous pulley mechanism, two groups of conveying synchronous belt mechanisms, a bag clamping cross rod, two bag receiving slide rails, a bag clamping upper cylinder, a bag clamping lower cylinder, a middle folding cylinder and a middle folding plate; the bag connecting plate is arranged on the bag connecting frame, the bag connecting motor is arranged on one side of the bag connecting frame, an output shaft of the bag connecting motor is connected with the conveying synchronous belt mechanism through the driving synchronous belt wheel mechanism, two groups of conveying synchronous belt mechanisms and two bag connecting sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on the bag connecting frame and positioned on two sides of the bag connecting plate, two ends of the bag clamping cross rod are slidingly connected on the bag connecting sliding rails, and the middle part of the bag clamping cross rod is clamped on a belt of the conveying synchronous belt mechanism; the cylinder body of the upper clamping bag cylinder and the cylinder body of the lower clamping bag cylinder are fixedly arranged on the clamping bag cross rod, and the rod end of the piston rod of the upper clamping bag cylinder and the rod end of the piston rod of the lower clamping bag cylinder are respectively fixed with an upper clamping plate and a lower clamping plate and are respectively arranged in opposite directions; the cylinder body of the middle folding cylinder is fixedly arranged on the bag receiving frame, the middle folding plate is fixedly arranged at the rod end of the piston rod of the middle folding cylinder, and the middle folding plate can move up and down and can be inserted into a blanking port on the bag receiving plate;
the opening mechanism comprises an opening fixing seat, a V-shaped funnel and a bag head clamping cylinder; the opening fixing seat is fixed on the frame, a rectangular through groove is formed in the middle of the opening fixing seat, the V-shaped funnel is installed and sleeved in the rectangular through groove of the opening fixing seat, the cylinder body of the bag head clamping cylinder is fixed on the opening fixing seat, and the rod end of the piston rod of the bag head clamping cylinder extends into the rectangular through groove of the opening fixing seat and can be abutted against the side wall of the lower part of the V-shaped funnel;
the heat sealing mechanism comprises a sealing fixed block, two sealing cylinders, two sealing pressing plates, four sealing pressing cylinders, two side sealing pressing plates, two top sealing cutters and two side sealing cutters; the cylinder body of the sealing compaction cylinder and the cylinder body of the sealing cylinder are fixedly arranged on the sealing fixed block, the sealing pressing plate is fixed on the rod end of the piston rod of the sealing cylinder, the top sealing knife is arranged on the sealing pressing plate, and the two top sealing knives are arranged opposite and are positioned below the opening mechanism; the side sealing pressing plate is fixed at the rod end of the piston rod of the sealing pressing cylinder, the side sealing cutter is arranged on the sealing pressing plate, and the two side sealing cutters are arranged opposite to each other;
the clamping and folding mechanism further comprises a bag blocking portal frame, a bag blocking and folding cylinder and a bag blocking and folding baffle; the bag blocking portal frame is arranged on the bag receiving frame and spans over the bag receiving plate, the cylinder body of the bag blocking and folding cylinder is fixed on the bag blocking portal frame, and the bag blocking and folding baffle plate is fixed on the rod end of the piston rod of the bag blocking and folding cylinder and used for blocking finished bags;
the opening mechanism also comprises a film opening roller and a film opening rod; the film opening roller and the film opening rod are respectively arranged at two ends of the opening fixing seat.

The plastic bag package production apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the film 45-degree film rotating mechanism comprises a corner frame, a sliding shaft fixing seat, a sliding shaft, a driving linear sliding seat, a tripod connecting block, an adjusting stepping motor, a screw rod and a driven linear sliding seat; the corner frame is arranged on the frame; the sliding shaft is mounted on the corner frame in a suspended mode through the sliding shaft fixing seat, the driven linear sliding seat is connected onto the sliding shaft in a sliding mode, the tripod is connected onto the driving linear sliding seat and the driven linear sliding seat respectively through the tripod connecting blocks, the adjusting stepping motor is mounted on the corner frame, an output shaft of the adjusting stepping motor is connected with a screw rod nut on the driving linear sliding seat in a threaded mode through a screw rod, the driving linear sliding seat is driven to move back and forth along the screw rod, and then the driven linear sliding seat is driven to move back and forth along the sliding shaft.

The plastic bag package production apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the film 45-degree film rotating mechanism further comprises a corner frame limiting block and a limiting frame, wherein the limiting frame is fixedly arranged on the corner frame, one end of the corner frame limiting block is sleeved in a sliding groove of the limiting frame, and the other end of the corner frame limiting block abuts against the tripod.
4. The plastic bag package production apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the film 45-degree film rotating mechanism also comprises a film limiting sensor, and the film limiting sensor is arranged on the frame and positioned on one side of the tripod.
