Abstract

一种静电成象系统的第二送纸装置,用以增加送纸容量,该装置包括:独立于系统主体形成成的第二送纸盒架,装在静电成象系统主体的一侧上形成,具有一个捡纸辊和一个驱动辊,所述驱动辊构成传递辊,将纸张传送到主体的定位辊;和第二送纸盒,插入盒架中供存放纸张用,且具有一个从动辊,与驱动辊构成传递辊。

Description

静电成象系统的第二送纸盒装置
本发明总的说来涉及诸如复印机、激光打印机和传真设备之类采用普通纸作为打印媒体的静电成象系统。更具体地说,本发明涉及静电成象系统为增加纸张容量作为任选件而设的一种第二送纸盒。本专利申请是根据韩国专利申请72285/1995提出的,这里也把该专利申请包括进来,以供参考。
在一般的静电成象系统中,只要用户发出打印指令,充电器42就给以预定转速转动的光电导鼓50的外表面均匀充电。激光扫描机构产生与从原图象光电读出机构输入的图象数据的时序电象素信号相应的象素激光束(图中未示出),再用激光束通过镜面和曝光窗口扫描光电导鼓50的表面,从而在光电导鼓50上形成与图象数据相应的静电潜象。
充了电的潜象区吸持着由显影机构44提供的色剂,外表看起来就是一个色剂图象,捡纸辊45从堆放在纸盒中的纸堆捡起一张纸46(打印媒体)。光电导鼓50表面上已形成的色剂图象由转移充电器48转移到纸张46上。这时,纸张46借助于静电力紧紧粘附在光电导鼓50的外表面,由分离器49使纸张脱离光电导鼓50的表面。接着,纸张46在定影机构的加热辊51与压实辊52之间传送,从而使色剂图象定影,使打印机输出所形成的图象。
色剂图象转移之后,清理器40清除光电导鼓50表面上残留的色剂,由预抹灯排43清除仍在光导电鼓50表面上的色剂图象。
上述成象系统的纸盒纸张容量约为150至200张纸,第二送纸盒(SCF)55a带特殊的驱动机构,是配备在成象系统主体中的任选附件,其目的是增加纸盒的容量。该SCF55a装在主送纸盒55下面,因而用以从堆放在SCF55a中的纸堆46a捡纸的捡纸辊45a不能将纸张46a传送到主体的定位辊39。因此,SCF55a需要有传递辊56和辊子分离器件(例如弹簧),用以万一纸张在传递辊56中卡住时将各辊子彼此分开。
综上所述,一般的SCF要使其只通过捡纸辊转一圈就能将纸张传送到定位辊有困难,因而SCF应有传递辊,从而增大了SCF的体积。此外SCF还需要有特殊的卡纸清除机构,从而使成象系统复杂化。
因此,本发明涉及静电成象系统的一种基本上解决上述因现有技术局限性和缺点引起的问题的第二送纸盒。
本发明的目的是给静电成象系统提供一种体积小,能轻易清除卡纸问题的第二送纸盒。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的静电成象系统用来提高送纸容量的第二送纸盒装置包括:第二送纸盒架,在静电成象系统主体的一侧上形成,具有一个捡纸辊和一个驱动辊,所述驱动辊形成传递辊将纸张传送到主体的定位辊;和第二送纸盒,插入送纸盒架中,供存放纸张用,还具有一个从动辊,与驱动辊形成传递辊。
结合附图参阅下面的详细说明容易更清楚了解本发明及其许多优点。附图中同样的编号表示同样或类似的零部件,其中:
图1绘出了静电成象系统的原理图;
图2是配备有本发明的第二送纸盒的静电成象系统的原理图;
图3是本发明第二送纸盒的剖视图;
图4是本发明第二送纸盒的部件分解透视图。
现在仔细参阅本发明的最佳实施例,附图中示出了该实施例的几个实例。在整个说明书和附图中,同样的编号表示同样的零部件。
参阅图3和图4。本发明静电成象系统的第二送纸盒包括:盒架10;第二纸盒14,供存放纸张用;捡纸辊12,供捡取纸张46;传递辊13,由驱动辊13a和从动辊13b组成。驱动辊13a设在盒架10上供将纸张46传递到主体的定位辊39,从动辊13b则在第二送纸盒
中形成。
下面参看图3至图4说明本发明静电成象系统SCF的作用和优点。
装有纸张46的第二送纸盒14一旦插入盒架10中,第二送纸盒14的从动辊13b就与盒架10的驱动辊13a接触,形成传递辊13。当第二送纸盒14完全插入盒架10中时,捡纸辊12根据送纸信号转动,将纸张46传送到传递辊13。纸张46插在驱动辊13a与从动辊13b之间,随着这些辊13a和13b的转动传送到主体的定位辊39。以后的过程与上述现有技术的类似。
万一在操作的过程中纸张卡住在SCF的传递辊13中,成象系统停止工作时,将第二送纸盒14从盒架10中取出就可以使驱动辊13a和从动辊13b彼此分开,以便用户清理卡住的纸。
本发明的从动辊和挡纸规是在第二送纸盒中形成一个整体的,因而不需要专门的辊子分开机构。这样可以减小第二送纸盒的体积,且进一步提高存放纸张的容量。此外,本发明的传递辊其驱动辊和从动辊彼此可以分开从而容易清理卡住的纸。
因此,不言而喻,本发明并不局限于这里所公开的本发明认为是最佳的特定实施例,更确切地说,本发明不局限于本说明书中所述的具体实施例,但本说明书所附权利要求书中所述的例外。

Claims (3)

1.一种静电成象系统的第二送纸盒装置,用以增加送纸容量,它包括:
独立于系统主体形成的第二送纸盒架(10),装在静电成象系统主体的一侧,具有一个捡纸辊(12)和一个驱动辊(13a),所述驱动辊(13a)构成传递辊(13)供将纸张传送到主体的定位辊(39);以及
第二送纸盒(14),插入所述送纸盒架(10)中供存放纸张用,且具有一个从动辊(13b),与驱动辊构成传递辊(13)。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述传递辊(13)中,盒架(10)的驱动辊(13a)与第二送纸盒的从动辊(13b)接触,以便将纸张馈给定位辊(39)。
3.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于第二送纸盒(14)完全插入盒架(10)中时,传递辊的驱动辊(13a)和从动辊(13b)彼此接触地转动。
