step seven: after the gastric lavage is finished, feeding normal-temperature milk to repair gastric mucosa.
The temperature of the potassium permanganate solution prepared in the first step is controlled to be 35-40 ℃.
And in the second step, after the tube is inserted into the stomach of the patient, the other end of the tube is placed into a bowl filled with cold boiled water or normal saline, and whether bubbles emerge or not is observed to judge whether the tube enters the interior.
When the steel wire rope 32 is wound on the winding drum 33, the pressure control plate 31 approaches to the inner pipe, and the flow of the potassium permanganate solution entering the stomach is reduced.
When the mode switch 93 is in the manual state, the winding motor 34 is out of contact with the winding drum 33, so that the winding drum 33 is manually rotated.
The luminol reagent changes to a blue-violet color when it encounters blood.
The outer tube 1 is provided with a liquid outlet hole 11, and the liquid outlet hole 11 on the outer tube 1 is used for washing the stomach lateral wall and the esophagus. The existence of liquid outlet hole 11 on outer tube 1 makes the harmful substance in the adhesion stomach wall or the esophagus can both be washd down, has improved work efficiency and abluent effect.
The pressure control module 3 comprises a pressure control plate 31, a steel wire rope 32, a winding drum 33, a winding motor 34 and an ultrasonic probe 35, and a sliding groove is vertically formed in the outer wall of one end, placed into the stomach, of the inner tube 2; the pressure control plate 31 is arranged on the outer side of the inner pipe 2 through a sliding chute, the pressure control plate 31 can slide along the inner pipe 2 to block the outer pipe 1, and the pressure control plate 31 is used for controlling the flow of the cleaning liquid flowing out of the end part of the outer pipe 1; the steel wire rope 32 is positioned between the outer pipe 1 and the inner pipe 2, and the steel wire rope 32 is used for pulling the movement of the pressure control plate 31; the winding drum 33 is used for winding the steel wire rope 32; the winding motor 34 is used for driving the winding drum 33 to rotate; the ultrasonic probe 35 is arranged on the pressure control plate 31, and the ultrasonic probe 35 is used for detecting the volume change of the stomach. When the ultrasonic probe 35 detects that the volume change in the stomach is too large, the pressure in the stomach is over large at the moment, the winding motor 34 drives the winding drum 33 to rotate, the winding drum 33 winds the steel wire rope 32 on the winding drum 33, the steel wire rope 32 pulls the air compression plate to move towards the end part of the outer tube 1, the flow of cleaning liquid flowing out from the space between the inner tube 1 and the outer tube 1 is reduced, and the bleeding in the stomach is avoided.
The surface of the steel wire rope 32 is provided with an anti-corrosion electroplated layer.
The control box 9 is provided with a speed regulating knob 91, a pressure regulating knob 92 and a mode conversion switch 93, wherein the speed regulating knob 91 is used for regulating the rotating speed of the double-head motor 4; the pressure regulating knob 92 is used for controlling the winding motor 34 to drive the winding drum 33 to work; the mode conversion switch 93 is used for realizing manual and automatic control of the winding drum 33, the winding motor 34 can drive the winding drum 33 to work in an automatic state, and the winding drum 33 is manually rotated in a manual state. When the mode conversion switch 93 is switched to the automatic mode, the winding motor 34 is connected with the winding drum 33, and the winding motor 34 can drive the winding drum 33 to work by rotating the pressure regulating knob 92; when the mode conversion switch 93 is switched to the manual mode, the winding motor 34 is separated from the winding drum 33, and the steel wire rope 32 can be wound on the winding drum 33 by manually rotating the winding drum 33; the speed control knob 91 controls the rotation of the double-headed motor 4, thereby controlling the entry of the cleansing liquid into the stomach.
And a luminol reagent and a light-transmitting spectrum detector are arranged in the recovery bottle 8, the luminol reagent can turn into blue-purple when meeting blood, and the light-transmitting spectrum detector is used for detecting color change in eluate and judging whether gastrorrhagia occurs. When the bleeding amount of the stomach is not large, the color of the eluate is changed by the luminol reagent, and the detected result is fed back to the control box 9 by the light-transmitting spectrum detector, so that the large-area bleeding of the stomach is avoided, and the safety of a patient is ensured.
The specific working process is as follows:
when the device works, the liquid inlet pump 5 injects cleaning liquid into the outer pipe 1 through the liquid inlet to wash the stomach; simultaneously, the liquid pump 6 pumps out the liquid in the stomach through the inner tube 2 and flows into the recovery bottle 8. When the ultrasonic probe 35 detects that the volume change in the stomach is too large, the pressure in the stomach is over large at the moment, the winding motor 34 drives the winding drum 33 to rotate, the winding drum 33 winds the steel wire rope 32 onto the winding drum 33, the steel wire rope 32 pulls the air compression plate to move towards the end part of the outer tube 1, the flow of cleaning liquid flowing out from the space between the inner tube and the outer tube is reduced, and the bleeding in the stomach is avoided.
When the bleeding amount of the stomach is not large, the color of the eluate is changed by the luminol reagent, and the detected result is fed back to the control box 9 by the light-transmitting spectrum detector, so that the large-area bleeding of the stomach is avoided, and the safety of a patient is ensured.

A gastric lavage device characterized by: the gastric lavage device comprises an outer tube (1), an inner tube (2), a support frame (21), a pressure control module (3), a double-end motor (4), a liquid inlet pump (5), a liquid outlet pump (6), a lavage bottle (7), a recovery bottle (8), a one-way valve and a control box (9), wherein the inner tube (2) is positioned inside the outer tube (1), the support frame (21) is arranged on the outer wall of the inner tube (2), the support frame (21) is in contact with the inner wall of the outer tube (1), the inner tube (2) is kept stable in the outer tube (1) through the support frame (21), and the inner tube (2) is used for pumping liquid inside the stomach; a liquid inlet is formed in the side wall of the outer pipe (1), and the outer pipe (1) is used for injecting cleaning liquid into the stomach; the pressure control module (3) is used for adjusting the pressure of cleaning fluid entering the stomach, so that excessive damage to the stomach is avoided; the double-head motor (4) is used for driving the liquid inlet pump (5) and the liquid outlet pump (6) to work simultaneously; the liquid inlet pump (5) is used for injecting cleaning liquid into the outer pipe (1) through a liquid inlet, and the liquid inlet pump (5) is connected with the cleaning liquid bottle (7); the liquid outlet pump (6) is used for pumping out liquid in the stomach through the inner tube (2), the liquid outlet pump (6) is connected with the recovery bottle (8), and the liquid inlet pump (5) and the liquid outlet pump (6) are both connected with a one-way valve; the control box (9) is used for controlling the operation of the gastric lavage machine;
the outer tube (1) is provided with a liquid outlet hole (11), and the liquid outlet hole (11) on the outer tube (1) is used for washing the stomach side wall and the esophagus; the existence of the liquid outlet hole (11) on the outer tube (1) ensures that harmful objects adhered to the stomach wall or in the esophagus can be cleaned, thereby improving the working efficiency and the cleaning effect;
the pressure control module (3) comprises a pressure control plate (31), a steel wire rope (32), a winding drum (33), a winding motor (34) and an ultrasonic probe (35), and a sliding groove is vertically formed in the outer wall of one end, placed into the stomach, of the inner tube (2); the control pressure plate (31) is arranged on the outer side of the inner pipe (2) through a sliding chute, the control pressure plate (31) can slide along the inner pipe (2) to block the outer pipe (1), and the control pressure plate (31) is used for controlling the flow rate of the cleaning liquid flowing out of the end part of the outer pipe (1); the steel wire rope (32) is positioned between the outer pipe (1) and the inner pipe (2), and the steel wire rope (32) is used for pulling the movement of the control pressure plate (31); the winding drum (33) is used for winding a steel wire rope (32); the winding motor (34) is used for driving the winding drum (33) to rotate; the ultrasonic probe (35) is arranged on the pressure control plate (31), and the ultrasonic probe (35) is used for detecting the volume change of the stomach; when the ultrasonic probe (35) detects that the volume change in the stomach is overlarge, the pressure in the stomach is overlarge at the moment, the winding motor (34) drives the winding drum (33) to rotate, the winding drum (33) winds the steel wire rope (32) on the winding drum (33), and the steel wire rope (32) pulls the air compression plate to move towards the end part of the outer tube (1), so that the flow of cleaning fluid flowing out from the space between the inner tube and the outer tube is reduced, and the bleeding in the stomach is avoided;
an anti-corrosion electroplated layer is arranged on the surface of the steel wire rope (32);
