Abstract
一种加热的模注注嘴具有后方件和可拆卸的前

Description
本发明一般地涉及模注零件,特别涉及具有为了更换而可拆卸的前方件的加热注嘴。
用于单模腔和多模腔型式不同的阀和浇口闸门是已知技术,这些浇口是诸如热尖端浇口和边缘浇口,以前,具有合适构形的不同之加热注嘴被要求来用于每一种型式的浇口。事实上,本申请人的美国专利(专利号:4,663,811;颁布日:1987年5月12日)描述了一种简便的制造注嘴的方法,该注嘴具有用于不同型式浇口的不同构形。然而,先前的这些注嘴都具有制造和使用两方面的缺点,对于不同型式的浇口要制造和使用全然不同的注嘴。随着不同构形浇口的数目的增加,制造成本和库存成本会有相当大的增高。而且,浇口附近注嘴磨损过大时不得不作全部更换。
因此,本发明的目的是通过提供一种当磨损或改变浇口构形时作部分替换的加热注嘴以使之至少部分地克服现有技术中的缺点。
至此,就本发明的一个方面而言,本发明提供了一种安装在注模中的模注注嘴,该注嘴具有一后端,一前端,以及一熔体通道,该熔体通道从在后端上的进口朝向至少一个延伸穿过注模到达模腔的浇口而在此延伸穿过以便输送熔体,注嘴具有一体的电加热元件,加热元件具有邻近注嘴后端的终端并且螺旋部分至少绕着熔体通道的一部分于注嘴中延伸,其改进工作在于,注嘴包含一后方件,该后方件具有一形成注嘴后端的后端,一前端,以及一锥形深孔,该锥形深孔向后并向内地从前端朝后收缩延伸,熔体通道具有一后方部分,该后方部分从后端上的进口到锥形深孔穿过后方件延伸而与锥形深孔对中;一导热的前方件具有前部和锥形后部,前方件具有一后端以及一形成注嘴前端的前端,熔化通道具有一前方部分,该前方部分从后端延伸穿过前方件,从前部到后端向后朝内地收缩延伸的锥形后部是实质上与后方件的锥形深孔的形状相匹配,前方件的锥形后部是被装入在后方件的锥形深孔中,而熔体通道的后方部分前方部分是对中地相对靠,后方件中的锥形深孔和匹配的前方件的锥形后部是具有足够的锥度以使锥形后部摩擦地保持在锥形孔中,因此,前方件是可拆卸地装在后方件上。

首先请参考图1和图2,该图等显示如以下详述的根据本发明的具有被加热注嘴10的多模腔模注系统。注嘴10将熔体分配到若干个间隔开的导向不同模腔14的边缘浇口12。尽管这系统显示有一被加热的钢歧管16将熔体分配到若干个间隔开的注嘴10,另一系统可以是仅只有一个直接从模注机(没显示)接纳熔体的单一注嘴。每个注嘴10被安装在延伸穿过歧管支承板20进入模腔板22的深孔18中。注嘴10具有一圆形绝热凸缘24,该凸缘20座落在支承板20中的匹配肩26上。正如可见到的那样,注嘴10和深孔18被成形为使注嘴10可靠地定位在深孔18中而且横越设置在被加热的注嘴10和围绕的冷却模之间的绝热空气间隔18的接触最小,在此实施例中,带有V形前面32的圆筒形密封30座落在注嘴10和模腔板22之间以防止压力熔体漏入空气间隔28。
每一注嘴10具有前端36和与熔体分配歧管16邻接抵靠的后端38。歧管16具有圆柱形进口部40和电加热元件42,该电加热元件如本申请人的加拿大专利“带有一体地加热进口部的模注歧管”中描述的(该专利申请的申请号为2,044,793-1,递交日为1991年6月13日)。歧管16被安装在歧管支承板20和钢后板44之间。歧管支承板20和后板44用穿过冷却孔道46的泵汲冷却水冷却。定位环48座落在歧管16和歧管支承板20之间以使歧管16在该处精确定位。绝热并具弹性的垫圈件50用销52使其位于歧管16和后板44之间。通过来自垫圈件50的力而且也通过从歧管16进入歧管支承板20的螺钉54将注嘴10和歧管16可靠地保持在此位置,这样就在加热的歧管16和邻近的冷却的歧管支承板20、垫圈板57以及后板44之间提供一绝热空气间隔56,并且还在本系统的加热的和冷却的元件之间通过最小的钢对钢的接触而提供热隔离。熔体通道58从歧管16的进口部40中的公共进口60延伸并向外分枝到每一注嘴10,在该注嘴处,熔体通道延伸穿过孔道62。
每个注嘴10具有一后方件64和一可拆卸的前方件66,后方件64由工具钢形成并具有电加热元件68。加热元件68具有镍-铬阻抗丝延伸穿过钢壳74中的诸如氧化镁的高熔点粉末72。加热元件被一体地钎焊在后方件64中并具有以预定的构形绕着熔体孔道62延伸到外部终端78的螺旋部分76。正如能见到的那样,后方件64具有形成注嘴10后端38的后端80,以及一前端82和锥形深孔84。锥形深孔84从前端82沿注嘴纵长延伸的中心线86稍为向内渐缩。熔体孔道62具有从后端80上的进口90穿过后方件64延伸到锥形深孔84的后方部分88,熔体孔道62的后方部分88还是沿中心线86延伸而与锥形深孔84对中的。
注嘴10的可拆卸的前方件66最好用导热材料制成,诸如铜或银合金。前方件具有普通的方形前部92和锥形后部94。前方件具有后端96,形成注嘴10前端36的前端97以及四个平侧边98,该侧面为了在靠近前端97的角上设置四个熔体孔道出口99而其端部向外扩张。锥形后部94是从前部92到后端96向后地延伸而稍为向内缩小。前方件66的锥形后部94被形成为它被安装到后方件64中的锥形深孔84中而与之相匹配。锥形角度正好是以摩擦地维持锥形部94于深孔84中使之将前方件66可靠地安装到后方件64上,尽管为了拆卸是可允许前方件被扭转和抽拨的。虽然对于其它情况锥角度可少作改变,但已发现相对中心线86的7度以下的锥角是合适的。在此实施例中,穿过注嘴10的熔体孔道62具有前方部分100,该前方部分从后端96延伸穿过前方件66并分枝延伸到四个导向边缘浇口12的出口99。正如能见到的那样,熔体孔道62的前方部分100在前方件66的后端96与熔体孔道62的后方部分88对中地相接靠以使熔体通道58从熔体分配歧管16延伸到各个浇口12。
在本发明的这一实施例中,支承垫圈102安装在前方件66的前端97上的座104中。支承垫圈102在中心线86上向前凸出进入到与模腔板22接触使之保证前方件66保持在该位置处。如果在熔体孔道62的前方部分100内承受非常大的熔体速度和摩擦先于注嘴深孔84和前端97之间背压力的增长时而锥形后部94的锥形角度和锥形深孔84是足够以摩擦将前方件保持在该位置,这样支承垫圈102就不需要。
每个注嘴10具有定位销106,该定位销延伸进入支承板20中的开口108,并以凸轮109将其固紧以保证熔体孔道62的分枝与各个的浇口12对中。
在使用中,模注系统如图1所示被组装。电能供应到歧管16中的加热元件42以及注嘴10中的加热元件68上以加热注嘴和歧管使之到达预定的运行温度。根据预定的循环以传统方式,压力熔体从模注机(没显示)被注射而进入穿过公共进口60的熔体通道58。在此实施例中,首先在歧管16中压力熔体分枝,然后在每个注嘴10到达边缘浇口12以充满模腔14。在模腔被充满之后,注射压力保持片刻以使之充实,然后释放,在短期的冷却之后,打开模子取出模制产品。取出产品后,关闭模子并再次施加注射压力使之再充满模腔14。根据模腔的尺寸和形状以及模注材料的型号,这循环连续地以一频率进行。最后,前方件66可能在靠近孔道出口99或其它部位处开始磨损,如果是这样,前方件为了更换是能容易地被拆卸。当为了清洁歧管支承板20和模腔板22之间的沿线110而打开模子时,用板手加到平侧面98上以扭转前方件66。而且,注嘴10能通过相似的拆卸前方件66而容易用于不同型式的浇口并更换以不同构形的前方件。
参考图3以描述本发明的另一实施例。这一实施例中的大部分元件与上述实施例相同,两实施例的公共元件以同样标号图示并描述,这些实施例中,注嘴10的后方件64是相同的但前方件66已被用于多模腔热尖端浇口的具有不同构形的前方件66代替了。在此情况下,长嵌件112已被电子束焊接到铜铍合金的前方件66中。每个嵌件112具有弄尖了的尖端114,该尖端114从前方件66的前端97向前凸出而与延伸穿过模腔板22到模腔14的浇口12之一对中。嵌件112以高速钢形成使之抗磨损和抗来自流过弄尖的尖端114周围的熔体的腐融。在前方件66的前部92中熔体孔道62分枝以将熔体输送到注嘴10的前端36和模腔板22之间的空间116,熔体从该处围着每个弄尖的尖端114流入各自的模腔14。在此实施例中,前方件66的锥形后部94与围着的后方件64中的锥形深孔84之间的摩擦以及注嘴深孔84中的熔体背压的结合是足以可靠地维持前方件66在其位置上并且不要求支承垫圈。前方件66的前部92相似地具有平侧面118以使之可为了拆卸而用扳手方便地扭转前方件。如上指出的,此实施例仅仅显示了多种可用于不同型式和布置的浇口的可能的前方件的构形之一种。
现参考图4,进一步描述本发明具有另一种构形的用于鱼雷形浇口的前方件66的实施例,注嘴10的后方件64是相同的,但是前方件66具有中心地延伸穿过的熔体孔道62的前方部分100。具有间隔翅翼122的鱼雷件120座落抵靠浇口嵌件124,该浇口嵌件提供导向模腔14的中心浇口12。前方件66的前部分92相似地具有侧面126,该侧面是平的以使之可为了拆卸而用扳手结合而被转动的。在使用中,熔体流过鱼雷件120的间隔翅翼122之间而到达浇口12。鱼雷件被用来从浇口上游传导附加的热量。这种浇口的构形仅仅图示了根据本发明的应用的注嘴而作的多种布置。
尽管有关推荐实施例的注嘴10的描述已给出,应认识到,本技术领域的技术人员可能作出各种改进,然而却没有背离本发明范畴,正对下述权利要求界定的。
Claims (8)
1、一种安装在注模中的模注注嘴,该注嘴具有一后端,一前端,以及一穿过其上从在后端上的一进口朝向至少一个延伸穿过注模到模腔的输送熔体的熔体孔道,注嘴具有一体的电加热元件,电加热元件在邻接注嘴的后端处具有终端以及至少围绕部分熔体孔道的在注嘴中延伸的螺旋部分,其特征是,该注嘴包含:
(1)一后方件,该后方件具有形成注嘴的后端的后端,一前端,以及一锥形深孔,该锥形深孔从前端向后并向内渐缩地延伸,熔体孔道具有从后端上的进口到锥形深孔并与锥形深孔对中而穿过后方件的后方部分;
(2)一导热的前方件,该前方件具有一前部和一锥形后部,该前方件具有一后端和一形成注嘴前端的前端,熔体孔道具有从后端延伸穿过前方件的前方部分,一锥形后部从前部向后并向内地朝后延伸以实质上与后方件的锥形深孔的形状相匹配,前方件的锥形后部是座落在后方件中的锥形深孔中,熔体孔道的后方部分和前方部分相抵接而且对中,后方件中的锥形深孔和前方件的匹配锥形后部是具有足够的锥度以使之将锥形后部摩擦地维持在锥形深孔中,因此前方件是可拆卸地安装在后方件上。
2、如权利要求1所述模注注嘴,其中,注嘴具有纵长延伸的中心线以及沿中心线中心地延伸穿过后方件并中心地穿过至少是前方件的锥形后部的熔体孔道。
3、如权利要求2所述模注注嘴,其中,前方件的前部中的熔体孔道分枝朝向多个等间隔的浇口延伸。
4、如权利要求1所述模注注嘴,其中,后方件由钢形成并且前方件由铍铜合金形成。
5、如权利要求3所述模注注嘴,其中,前方件的前端具有在中心线上的座以用来接纳注嘴和注模之间的支承垫圈。
6、如权利要求3所述模注注嘴,其中,多个浇口之一朝前延伸穿过注模到模腔,相应的多个抗磨嵌件安装在前方件的前部中,每个嵌件具有弄尖的尖端,该尖端从前方件的前端向前凸出而与浇口之一对中。
7、如权利要求6所述模注注嘴,其中,抗磨嵌件由高速钢形成。
8、如权利要求1所述模注注嘴,其中,后方件中的锥形深孔和匹配的前方件的锥形后部其锥形为近似于相对中心线为7度。
