Abstract
本发明公开了一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物及其在农药中的应用,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:表面活性剂0.1%‑1%、聚氧乙烯醚0.01%‑1%、硅溶胶1%‑10%。本发明能够在农药液滴与超疏水或疏水叶片表面发生撞击的过程中改变叶片表面的浸润性,促进液滴在超疏水、疏水叶片表面的撞击铺展行为。能够有效的减少农药液滴由于在超疏水叶片表面迸溅所造成的损失和污染,有效的减少农药喷洒的量和次数,并且能够减少农药对环境的污染。

技术领域
本发明属于农药或农药助剂领域,特别涉及一种在超疏水、疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,还涉及该组合物作为农药添加剂在超疏水、疏水叶片表面的反弹和迸溅能力的农药中的应用。
背景技术
在农业生产中,农作物大多具有超疏水性的叶片。喷洒的农药的液滴非常容易在超疏水表面发生反弹,当撞击速度大到一定程度时,反弹会转化为溅射。这种反弹和溅射行为将会造成农药的极大浪费,有效的农药利用率降低,以及对土壤和水资源的污染,直接影响人类的健康。农药喷洒过程中,迸溅的液滴所产生的液雾严重危害着农药喷洒人员的身体健康。通常为了防液滴反弹和溅射会采用降低动态表面张力或者增加农药溶液粘度的办法。但是为了降低动态表面张力,可能会增加表面活性剂的用量,不仅增加成本,而且无法从根本上防止在超疏水表面上的溅射现象。增加农药粘度的同时需要严格调控添加剂配方,并增加了喷洒过程中的加压罐的压力。目前常用的农药助剂对具有超疏水性的农作物叶片表面的上药性所起到的作用甚微。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种在超疏水、疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,该组合物能够在农药液滴与超疏水或疏水叶片表面发生撞击的过程中改变叶片表面的浸润性,促进液滴在超疏水、疏水叶片表面的撞击铺展行为。通过这种组合物的加入能够有效的减少农药液滴由于在超疏水叶片表面迸溅所造成的损失和污染,有效的减少农药喷洒的量和次数,并且能够减少农药对环境的污染。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用了如下的技术方案:
一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.1%-1%、聚氧乙烯醚(PEO)0.01%-1%、硅溶胶1%-10%。
优选地,所述有机硅助剂主要是聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷或其改性产物,其临界胶束浓度小于0.01%;在0.1%浓度时其平衡表面张力即可达到20.5mN/m。
优选地,所述聚氧乙烯醚为分子量在100万到500万的聚氧乙烯醚。
优选地,所述硅溶胶为粒径在10-20nm的二氧化硅水溶胶。
优选地,所述超疏水表面为超疏水叶片表面。
进一步优选地,所述超疏水叶片表面为水稻、小麦、紫甘蓝、黄瓜或茄子的叶片表面。本领域技术人员还可以根据需要选择其他具有超疏水叶片表面的植物。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种在超疏水叶片表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂,其特征在于,将上述的在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物加入到质量百分比为88.9-98.79%的水中进行复配搅拌得到。
本发明的另一个目的在于,提供一种在超疏水叶片表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂在农药喷洒中的应用。
本发明所选有机硅助剂其动态表面张力较高,但平衡表面张力较低,和以前防反弹所要求动态表面张力低有所不一样,但是由于其分子结构中含有硅氧键和氧乙烯基团,和另外两种成分有相似之处,所以复配有较好的效果。
本发明所选聚氧乙烯醚(PEO)分子量在100万到500万之间,不仅水溶性较好,而且在较低的用量下即可达到很好的效果。用量极少,在0.01%-1%之间;该物质本身并不会增加溶液的剪切粘度,但是会增加溶液的拉伸粘度。
本发明所选二氧化硅纳米颗粒并非通常所用的常规气相法二氧化硅,而是硅酸钠直接水解得到的稳定的分散性极好的二氧化硅水溶胶,避免了气相法二氧化硅纳米颗粒在水溶液中难以分散和极易团聚的问题,并可以大大减少二氧化硅的用量。
本发明在PEO和硅溶胶组合以后具有明显负触变性的特点,即剪切速率或压力增加后粘度增加的特性。
发明人在实验中发现,尽管有机硅助剂动态表面张力高,易于反弹和溅射,但是当增加液滴发生和撞击之间的时间时,其反弹行为得到一定程度的抑制,说明只要时间够,有机硅助剂的液滴可以通过调整时间在撞击行为发生前达到其平衡表面张力或者较低的表面张力。溅射行为的发生主要是由于在液滴高速撞击时液滴压缩变形后液滴分裂所致。而增加在撞击发生时的粘度可以有效抑制液滴分裂的能力。但是单纯的增加粘度则会导致倾倒以及喷射时的不便,因此作者采用具有负触变性材料,即当剪切压力和速度上升时,粘度增加,当压力消失时,粘度又减小的特点,有效抑制反弹和溅射,并且不影响液滴的铺展和渗透。
通常所用的具有负触变性的材料是聚乙二醇和气相法纳米二氧化硅的混合悬浮液,但是其用量大,而且纳米二氧化硅极易团聚,不易分散,粘度极大(在Pa级),用量减小后其切稠现象则不明显。本发明采用分子量较高的聚氧乙烯,可以将聚合物的用量降低到1%以下,而且硅溶胶本身是纳米二氧化硅在水溶液中稳定分散的透明的粘度极低的胶体溶液,不存在气相法二氧化硅不易分散极易团聚的问题,而且在较小的浓度下即可达到明显的增稠效果。
本发明是采用了有机硅助剂的平衡表面张力低,聚氧乙烯与硅溶胶复配后具有负触变性的特点进行组合,从而获得了在高速撞击下抑制水滴在超疏水界面上反弹和发射的配方。
本发明在目前常用的农药原料中添加低含量的上述组合物就可以完全抑制喷洒的农药的液滴在超疏水、疏水叶片表面的弹射和迸溅行为的方法。作为农药添加剂能够在农药液滴与超疏水或疏水叶片表面发生撞击的过程中改变叶片表面的浸润性,促进液滴在超疏水、疏水叶片表面的撞击铺展行为。
本发明组合物作为农药添加剂使用,使用后农药液滴在超疏水或疏水叶片表面的撞击铺展过程能够有效的减少农药液滴由于在超疏水叶片表面迸溅所造成的损失和污染,有效的减少农药喷洒的量和次数,并且能够减少农药对环境的污染。
本发明的优点在于:1)不要求其组合物动态表面张力极低,但是利用了有机硅助剂的平衡表面张力极低的特性;2)利用了PEO和二氧化硅纳米颗粒组合以后具有明显负触变性的特点,即剪切速率或压力增加后粘度增加的特性;3)此处所用二氧化硅纳米颗粒并非通所用的常规气相法二氧化硅,而是硅酸钠直接水解得到的稳定的分散性极好的二氧化硅水溶胶,避免了气相法二氧化硅纳米颗粒在水溶液中难以分散和极易团聚的问题,并可以大大减少二氧化硅的用量。

具体实施方式
下面以附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本发明实施例中所采用的硅溶胶采用以下方法制备:
质量分数为3.5%的Na2SiO3溶液经过阳离子交换树脂移出Na+离子,经碱化适当浓缩制成质量分数为15%~30%的二氧化硅溶胶,其pH值为9.5。将所获得的硅溶胶在离心机中12000rpm离心30分钟,重复三次,将上清液倒掉,水洗,再离心,最后烘干称重,获得硅溶胶中二氧化硅的质量百分数是15%左右。将所获得的硅溶胶放在透析袋中透析2-3天,使得透析后的pH值为7左右,比较透析前和透析后的重量,算得透析后硅溶胶的含量,最后得到粒径在10-20nm的二氧化硅水溶胶备用。
实施例1
一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.15%、聚氧乙烯醚(分子量为100万)0.015%、硅溶胶5%。将上述成分加入94.825%的水中复配搅拌获得在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂。
实施例2
一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.5%、聚氧乙烯醚(分子量为200万)0.03%、硅溶胶1%。将上述成分加入98.47%的水中复配搅拌获得在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂。
实施例3
一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.7%、聚氧乙烯醚(分子量为300万)0.05%、硅溶胶3%。将上述成分加入96.25%的水中复配搅拌获得在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂。
实施例4
一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.1%、聚氧乙烯醚(分子量为400万)1%、硅溶胶10%。将上述成分加入88.9%的水中复配搅拌获得在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂。
实施例5
一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.2%、聚氧乙烯醚(分子量为500万)0.01%、硅溶胶1%。将上述成分加入98.79%的水中复配搅拌获得在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂。
实施例1所得组合物、不使用添加剂、使用单种有机硅助剂的水溶液作为农药添加剂加入到灭虫灵中在超疏水紫甘蓝叶片上的防止液滴反弹和溅射的实验,结果如图1所示(图1a为不使用添加剂,图1b为使用单种有机硅助剂,图1c是使用实施例1组合物)。从图1可以看出,只有实施例1的组合物能够达到在撞击的过程中铺展的行为。
农药添加试验
在以下常用农药中添加本发明所述的农药添加剂,均可以达到防止液滴在超疏水叶片表面的反弹和溅射。

具有超疏水叶片表面的农作物蔬菜有以下几种,水稻、小麦、紫甘蓝、黄瓜、茄子等。以上几种仅作为本发明的示例,其并不限定本发明的保护范围,本发明的农药添加剂还可以用除本发明所述的具有超疏水叶片表面的农作物蔬菜以外的其他的具有超疏水、疏水表面的农作物蔬菜,或其他植物等。
最后所应说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非限制。尽管参照实施例对本发明进行了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应该理解,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的精神和范围,其均应涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围当中。
Claims (8)
1.一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计,所述组合物包括:有机硅助剂0.1%-1%、聚氧乙烯醚0.01%-1%、硅溶胶1%-10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,其特征在于,所述有机硅助剂主要是聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷或其改性产物,其临界胶束浓度小于0.01%;在0.1%浓度时其平衡表面张力即可达到20.5mN/m。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,其特征在于,所述聚氧乙烯醚为分子量在100万到500万的聚氧乙烯醚。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,其特征在于,所述硅溶胶为粒径在10-20nm的二氧化硅水溶胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,其特征在于,所述超疏水表面为超疏水叶片表面。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物,其特征在于,所述超疏水叶片表面为水稻、小麦、紫甘蓝、黄瓜或茄子的叶片表面。
7.一种在超疏水叶片表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂,其特征在于,将权利要求1-6任一项所述的在超疏水表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的组合物加入到质量百分比为88.9-98.79%的水中进行复配搅拌得到。
8.权利要求9所述的一种在超疏水叶片表面上防止液滴反弹和溅射的农药添加剂在农药喷洒中的应用。
