Abstract
本发明涉及一种向使用者(3)的至少一个移动终端机(2)自动传送与车辆(1)的至少一个车辆状态的出现有关的消息的方法。根据本发明,根据地理区域、规定的时间或根据使用者(3)规定的条件和/或习得的条件来实施或禁止所述消息的传送。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于向至少一个移动终端机自动传送与车辆的至少一个车辆状态的出现有关的消息的方法。
背景技术
由DE 10 2011 112 540A1公开了借助用户界面来配置与出现至少一个车辆参数的参数状态有关的消息向至少一个通信终端自动传送的方法。用户界面与车辆的主机单元相连。该方法包括以下步骤:
-选择至少一个车辆参数并确定参数状态,当出现该参数状态时应该借助用户界面传送消息,
-通过主机单元连续检测车辆参数和参数状态,以及
-通过中央计算机单元检查至少一个连续检测的车辆参数和参数状态,该中央计算机单元是主机单元或与主机单元通讯相连的互联网服务器。
当中央计算机单元确定出现所确定的参数状态时,消息从中央计算机单元被发送至通讯终端机。
此外,从DE 10 2014 114 820A1中知道了一种方法、系统和装置,用于针对车辆提供消息:预先配对的客户电子装置落在车里。
发明内容
本发明基于以下任务,提出一种相比于现有技术有改进的、向至少一个移动终端机自动传送与车辆的至少一个车辆状态的出现有关的消息的方法。
根据本发明,该任务通过如权利要求1所述的特征完成。
本发明的有利实施方式是从属权利要求的主题。
根据本发明的、向使用者的至少一个移动终端机自动传送与车辆的至少一个车辆状态的出现有关的消息的方法规定,根据地理区域、规定的时间或根据使用者规定的条件和/或习得的条件来实施或禁止所述消息的传送。
借助所述方法,可以当车辆使用者在停车或离开车辆时忘记了某些事情,如忘了从点火开关中取出点火开关钥匙或忘了锁车门时,自动通知车辆使用者,尤其是司机。
在此,该方法提供消息配置的可能性,即,其例如可以由使用者根据其相应要求来配置和/或按自学习方式配置,以便通过这种方式避免不需要的且干扰使用者的消息。

具体实施方式
在唯一的图中示出了车辆1,其具有用于执行将消息自动传送给车辆1的使用者3、尤其是司机的至少一个移动终端机2的方法的装置。
该装置包括尤其呈智能手机形式的移动终端机2、安置在车辆1内的且作为控制单元4的组成部分的通讯单元4.1和中央计算机单元5。
该方法规定,当出现车辆1的至少一个车辆状态时,使用者借助其移动终端机2得到通知。
如果使用者3从车辆1的离开,则作为车辆状态出现:车辆1的发动机被关掉,点火装置停用以及点火开关钥匙从点火开关中被取走,车门1.1、油箱盖1.2和车尾厢盖被关闭,车窗1.3、车顶和/或滑顶被关闭,车门1.1上锁,在自动变速箱的情况下档杆被置于停车档位,驻车致动器被启动,信息娱乐系统和车辆照明系统且尤其是内部照明系统、近光灯和驻车灯被关闭。
这些车辆状态在离开车辆1时或在规定的时间段之后被监测且且在可能时与规定的规则、尤其是目标状态相比较,在此,当所监测的车辆状态之一有偏差时,借助通讯单元4.1将消息传送给使用者3的移动终端机2。
从车辆1的离开是依据将移动终端机1的瞬时位置/当前位置与车辆1的瞬时位置/当前位置相比较来确定的。在此,移动终端机2的位置确定是借助安装在移动终端机2上的应用程序例如所谓车辆主页的应用程序来执行的。
移动终端机2的和车辆1的位置确定可以借助所谓的短距离交通通讯并借助中央计算机单元5进行。
如果车辆1与移动终端机2之间的距离超出规定阈值,则检测到从车辆1的离开。
替代地或补充地,通过车门1.1尤其是从外面例如利用无线电遥控装置被上锁来检测到从车辆1的离开。
还替代地或补充地,基于时间检测从车辆1的离开。例如通过发动机从规定的时间段、例如10分钟起被关掉来检测到离开。
如上所述,在离开车辆1时或在从车辆1的离开后的规定的时间段中监测车辆状态,且在例如以下情况下通过被传送至移动终端机2的消息通知使用者:
-点火开关钥匙忘在车辆1中,
-驻车致动器未被启动,
-档杆未被置于驻车档位,
-油箱盖1.2未关闭,
-车窗1.3未关闭,
-车门1.1未上锁,和/或
-车辆照明系统未关闭。
对使用者的通知例如可通过SMS、即通过短信系统的消息和/或借助电邮进行。作为其替代方式,消息直接被发送至在移动终端机2上运行的应用程序。这样的消息被称为推送通知。比较新的桌面浏览器允许类似的机制。
还规定使用者3可以配置这些消息,由此使用者3确定他是否想要被通知。
例如可行的是,对从车辆1离开的检测与消息关联,该消息与车辆状态无关地被传送给使用者3的移动终端机2。与所检测到的从车辆1的离开相关联的消息可以用于提醒使用者3不要例如将其手包忘记在车辆1里。
还规定,所述消息能与地理区域相关或与时间相关地由使用者配置,从而例如可以在夜晚在停车灯光打开时或者车门1.1在自家车库中未上锁时阻止所述消息传送。
作为消息传送条件的时刻或事件可以由使用者3规定,在此将这种时刻或这种事件作为条件固定地规定至某一配置时刻,或者可由装置动态调整。尤其是,所述规定是借助在控制单元4且尤其是通讯单元4.1和/或使用者3的移动终端机2上的输入来完成的。
此外,所述装置可以设计成是自学习的。如果在相同的地点或在相同的时间或在相同的其他环境条件下规律性地执行相同的通知,则该装置禁止今后传送消息,尤其在进行触发的车辆状态未被抑制时。
例如如果车门1.1在自家车库内未上锁且由于未上锁的车门1.1的原因而通知了使用者3且使用者3尽管得到通知却也未改变该车辆状态,则今后不再向使用者3的移动终端机2传送该消息。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于向使用者(3)的至少一个移动终端机(2)自动传送与车辆(1)的至少一个车辆状态的出现有关的消息的方法,其特征是,根据地理区域、规定的时间或根据使用者(3)规定的条件和/或习得的条件来实施或禁止所述消息的传送。
2.根据权利要求1的方法,其特征是,通过将所述移动终端机(2)的瞬时位置与所述车辆(1)的瞬时位置相比较来检测从车辆(1)的离开。
3.根据权利要求1或2的方法,其特征是,通过从外面锁上车门(1.1)来检测从车辆(1)的离开。
