The simple controller for the remote control nursing bed comprises a lower computer serial port, a single chip microcomputer, a relay group hardware module, an interface module I and an interface module II, wherein the upper computer serial port is connected with the lower computer serial port, the lower computer serial port is connected with the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with the relay group hardware module, the relay group hardware module is respectively connected with a handheld operator of the nursing bed and a self controller of the nursing bed through the interface module I and the interface module II, and nursing action instructions of the upper computer enter the self controller of the nursing bed through the upper computer serial port, the lower computer serial port, the single chip microcomputer, the relay group hardware module and the interface module II, and the nursing action instructions of the upper computer are completed according to the nursing action control instructions; the nursing action instruction of the handheld manipulator of the nursing bed directly enters the inside of the controller of the nursing bed through the first interface module, the relay group hardware module and the second interface module, and the nursing action instruction of the handheld manipulator is completed according to the nursing action control instruction.

The simple controller for the remote control nursing bed comprises a lower computer serial port, a single chip microcomputer, a relay group hardware module, an interface module I and an interface module II, wherein the upper computer serial port is connected with the lower computer serial port, the lower computer serial port is directly connected with pins of the single chip microcomputer, the single chip microcomputer is connected with the relay group hardware module, the relay group hardware module is respectively connected with a handheld operator of the nursing bed and a self controller of the nursing bed through the interface module I and the interface module II, nursing action instructions of the upper computer enter the self controller of the nursing bed through the upper computer serial port, the lower computer serial port, the single chip microcomputer, the relay group hardware module and the interface module II, and the self controller of the nursing bed is realized according to the nursing action control instructions; the nursing action instruction of the handheld manipulator of the nursing bed directly enters the inside of the controller of the nursing bed through the first interface module, the relay group hardware module and the second interface module, and the controller of the nursing bed completes the nursing action of the handheld manipulator according to the nursing action control instruction.
In the simple controller for the remote control nursing bed, the relay group hardware module and the interface module circuit are provided with the normally closed switch of the interface channel.
In the simple controller for the remote control nursing bed, a delay switch is arranged in the relay group hardware module and the interface module circuit.
The simple controller for the remote control nursing bed has the following beneficial effects: the scheme comprehensively considers the usability and the upgrading convenience, and is directly connected with an operator interface of the electric nursing bed to finish the remote control functions of left turn-over, right turn-over, back lifting, back falling, leg bending, leg flattening, bedpan opening, bedpan closing, automatic timing nursing and the like of the electric nursing bed so as to meet the real-time remote nursing needs of bedridden patient families and nursing staff. The normal control change and the control priority change of the remote control of the upper computer are realized by setting the normally closed switch of the interface channel in the relay group hardware module and the interface module circuit. The protection of the controller hardware circuit is realized by setting delay switches in the relay group hardware module and the interface module circuit.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
The system composition, the technical implementation scheme and the instruction transmission flow of the simple controller for the remote control nursing bed are shown in figure 1. The system comprises a lower computer serial port 1, a single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU) and a relay group hardware module 3, wherein an interface module I4 connected with a handheld operation device of a nursing bed is connected with an interface module II 5 connected with a controller of the nursing bed, the upper computer serial port is connected with the lower computer serial port 1, the lower computer serial port 1 is connected with the single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU), the single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU) is connected with the relay group hardware module 3, and the hardware module is respectively connected with the handheld operation device of the nursing bed and the controller of the nursing bed through the interface module I4 and the interface module II 5. The nursing action control instruction sent by the upper computer (such as a PC end) is transmitted to the lower computer serial port 1 through the upper computer serial port and the connecting wire, enters the inside of the single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU) through the serial port pin of the single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU), and after the nursing action instruction is processed and analyzed through the single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU), the corresponding relay action of the relay group hardware module 3 is controlled, and is transmitted to the nursing bed self controller through the interface module II 5 and the connecting wire, so that the real-time upper computer (or remote) nursing control of the corresponding nursing action of the nursing bed is realized; the nursing action control instructions sent by the hand-held operator end of the nursing bed, such as left turn over, right turn over, back lifting, back falling, leg bending, leg flattening, bedpan opening, bedpan closing, automatic timing nursing, and the like, are directly transmitted to the self controller of the nursing bed through the connecting wire, the first interface module 4, the relay group hardware module 3 and the second interface module 5, so that the real-time nursing control of the hand-held operator corresponding to the nursing action of the nursing bed is realized.
The principle of the relay group hardware module 3 and the interface module is shown in fig. 2, and the relay group hardware module comprises a relay and a delay switch K corresponding to a nursing action control instruction, and the technical implementation scheme is as follows: the nursing action control instruction (such as left turn over) analyzed by the singlechip 2 (MCU) is sent to the relay group hardware module 3 through the pin of the singlechip 2, so that the relay corresponding to the nursing action instruction acts, the corresponding delay switch K cuts off an interface channel (namely, the connection and disconnection between the contact 2 and the contact 3) connected with the handheld operator corresponding to the nursing action, delays the connection of the interface channel (namely, the connection between the contact 1 and the contact 3) connected with the relay group hardware module 3 corresponding to the nursing action, sends corresponding nursing action control instruction signals to the nursing bed own controller system, enables the nursing bed to execute corresponding upper computer (or remote) to control the nursing action, and plays a role in protecting the hardware circuit of the controller; the nursing action control command is ended, and the corresponding delay switch K is automatically reset to an initial state (namely, a conducting state between the contact 2 and the contact 3); the nursing action control instruction (such as left turn over) sent by the nursing bed hand-held manipulator end is directly sent into the nursing bed self controller system through the interface channel (namely the interface channel between the contact 2 and the contact 3) connected with the nursing bed hand-held manipulator, so that the nursing bed executes the corresponding nursing action of the hand-held manipulator. The interface channel connected with the hand-held operator and the normally closed state of the delay switch (namely the normally closed state of the channel between the contact 2 and the contact 3) enable the nursing action of the hand-held operator to be controlled in a normal state, and the nursing action of the upper computer (or the remote) to be controlled in a high priority state. If the interface channel and the normally closed channel of the delay switch are correspondingly replaced (namely normally closed to normally open and normally open to normally closed), the normal control and the high priority control are also replaced correspondingly (namely the nursing action of the handheld manipulator is controlled to be high priority control, and the nursing action of the upper computer (or remote) is controlled to be normal control).
The working flow of the simple controller for the remote control nursing bed is shown in fig. 3, the controller is firstly electrified to enable the singlechip 2 to be in a state of waiting for a serial port instruction to interrupt, and at the moment, the normally closed state of the delay switch K in the relay group is that an interface channel of a handheld operation device of the nursing bed is conducted (namely, the interface channel between the contact 2 and the contact 3 is conducted, as shown in fig. 2); when the upper computer (such as a PC end) sends nursing action control instruction information (such as left turn over), the nursing action control instruction information enters the inside of the single chip microcomputer 2 (MCU) through the serial ports of the upper computer, the connecting line between the serial ports of the upper computer and the serial port 1 of the lower computer, the serial port 1 of the lower computer and the serial port pin of the single chip microcomputer 2; the singlechip 2 compares the received instruction information with instruction information stored by the singlechip 2 to obtain nursing bed action information; then according to the action instruction information, the corresponding relay group delay switch K (such as the relay group delay switch K corresponding to left turn over) is controlled through the single chip microcomputer 2I/O port, so that an interface channel between a contact 2 and a contact 3 of the corresponding relay group delay switch K is disconnected, and then the interface channel between a contact 1 and a contact 3 of the pull-in delay switch K is delayed to be conducted; the nursing action control instruction (left turn) is transmitted into the nursing bed self-controller through a connecting wire, and the nursing bed self-controller finishes the realization of the upper computer (or remote) nursing action; when the nursing bed hand-held manipulator end sends nursing action control instruction information (such as left turn over), the nursing bed hand-held manipulator end directly passes through the connecting wire, the interface module connected with the nursing bed hand-held manipulator, the relay group hardware module 3, the interface module connected with the nursing bed self-controller (the interface channel between the contact 2 and the contact 3 of the relay group delay switch K is shown in figure 2), the connecting wire is transmitted into the nursing bed self-controller, and the nursing bed self-controller finishes the nursing action of the hand-held end. The object of the present invention has been accomplished.

The simple controller for the remote control nursing bed is characterized by comprising a serial port of a lower computer, a singlechip, a relay set hardware module and a first interface module connected with a handheld operation device of the nursing bed, and a second interface module connected with a controller of the nursing bed, wherein the serial port of an upper computer is connected with the serial port of the lower computer, the serial port of the lower computer is connected with the singlechip, the singlechip is connected with the relay set hardware module, and the relay set hardware module is respectively connected with the handheld operation device of the nursing bed and the controller of the nursing bed through the first interface module and the second interface module; the nursing action control instruction sent by the upper computer is transmitted to the lower computer serial port through the upper computer serial port and the connecting wire, enters the inside of the single chip microcomputer through the single chip microcomputer serial port pin, and after the nursing action instruction is processed and analyzed by the single chip microcomputer, the corresponding relay action of the relay group hardware module is controlled, and is transmitted to the nursing bed self controller through the interface module II and the connecting wire, so that the real-time upper computer nursing control of the corresponding nursing action of the nursing bed is realized; the nursing bed hand-held manipulator end sends nursing action control instructions comprising left turn-over, right turn-over, back lifting, back falling, leg bending, leg flattening, bedpan opening, bedpan closing and automatic timing nursing, and the nursing action control instructions are directly transmitted to a nursing bed self controller through a connecting wire by virtue of the connecting wire, a first interface module, a relay group hardware module and a second interface module, so that real-time nursing control of the hand-held manipulator corresponding to the nursing action of the nursing bed is realized;
