The technical problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a device for detecting the cut-off of a pipe, which solves the problems of distinguishing the cutting types after the pipe is cut and performing different cutting detections according to the cutting types, aiming at the above-mentioned defects of the prior art.

the first rotating part clamps a pipe, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the pipe to move to a cutting detection position on the first rotating part and judges whether the pipe is obliquely cut or not, if yes, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the pipe to retreat on the first rotating part, and if not, the processor controls the moving assembly to stop moving; the processor controls the first rotating part to drive the pipe to rotate for 360 degrees, and controls the signal transmitter to continuously transmit induction signals to the signal receiver in the rotating process; and if the signal receiver does not receive the induction signal, sending an alarm signal.

The invention also provides a pipe cutting detection method, which comprises the following steps:
moving the pipe to a detection position, judging whether the pipe is subjected to oblique cutting, if so, driving the pipe to retreat, and if not, stopping moving the pipe;
the pipe is driven to rotate 360 degrees, the correlation signal is continuously emitted in the rotating process, and if the correlation signal is not sensed, an alarm signal is emitted.
Preferably, the disconnection detection method specifically includes the following steps:
if the pipe is obliquely cut, the pipe is driven to retreat, and the retreat distance is the projection distance of the bevel edge of the end of the pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that through designing the pipe cutting detection device and method, the pipe is firstly distinguished as straight cutting or oblique cutting, and different cutting detections are carried out according to the cutting types of the pipe, so that whether the pipe is correctly cut or not is detected, and the pipe cutting detections with different lengths, different shapes and different weights can be completed; in addition, the rotary chuck is added, so that the pipe is completely cut off integrally, and misjudgment caused by single-point detection is avoided; and the structure is simple, the maintenance is easy, and the cut-off detection can be completed only by the chuck and the photoelectric correlation switch.

The preferred embodiments of the present invention will now be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present invention provides a preferred embodiment of a pipe cutting detection apparatus.
Specifically, and referring to fig. 1 to 4, a pipe 10 cut-off detection device includes a first rotating portion 1, a moving assembly, a signal emitter 3, a signal receiver 4, and a processor, where the first rotating portion 1 clamps the pipe 10, the moving assembly drives the pipe 10 to move on the first rotating portion 1, the signal emitter 3 and the signal receiver 4 are disposed on two sides of the first rotating portion 1, and the processor is connected to the first rotating portion 1, the moving assembly, the signal emitter 3, and the signal receiver 4 respectively; the first rotating part 1 clamps a pipe, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the first rotating part 1 to move to a cutting detection position, namely, to drive the pipe 10 to move to the cutting detection position, and judges whether the pipe 10 is obliquely cut or not, if yes, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the first rotating part 1 to retreat, namely, to drive the pipe 10 to retreat, and if not, the processor controls the moving assembly to stop moving; the processor controls the first rotating part 1 to drive the pipe 10 to rotate for 360 degrees, and controls the signal transmitter 3 to continuously transmit induction signals to the signal receiver 4 in the rotating process; if the signal receiver 4 can continuously receive the induction signal transmitted by the signal transmitter 3 and continuously transmit a 24V signal to the processor, the pipe 10 is judged to be completely cut off; if the signal receiver 4 does not receive the sensing signal and sends a 0V signal to the processor, the sensing signal is indicated to be shielded by the pipe 10, and the pipe 10 is judged not to be completely cut off, at this moment, the processor sends an alarm signal, or the processor controls the signal receiver 4 to send an alarm signal, so that the processing is stopped, and an operator processes the pipe according to the alarm signal, such as replacing the pipe 10 or maintaining the device. The cutting detection device firstly distinguishes whether the pipe 10 is cut in a straight cutting mode or a diagonal cutting mode, and carries out different cutting detection according to the cutting type of the pipe 10, so that whether the pipe 10 is cut correctly is detected, and the cutting detection of the pipes 10 with different lengths, different shapes and different weights can be completed; in addition, first rotating part 1 drives tubular product 10 and carries out 360 degrees rotations, guarantees that tubular product 10 is whole thoroughly to cut off, has avoided the erroneous judgement that single-point detected and cause.
Further, referring to fig. 1, the moving assembly includes a second rotating portion 2 and a moving portion (not shown), the first rotating portion 1 and the second rotating portion 2 are chucks, the chucks are provided with motors, the chucks can rotate along the circumference, and the chucks are provided with clamping portions for clamping the pipe 10; the first rotating part 1 and the second rotating part 2 are arranged along the same central axis, the pipe 10 is arranged on the central axis, and the processor controls the first rotating part 1 and the second rotating part 2 to drive the pipe to rotate; the moving part is arranged on the second rotating part 2, and the processor controls the moving part to drive the second rotating part 2 to move along a straight line, so that the pipe 10 is driven to move along the straight line. The moving part is not limited as long as the second rotating part 2 can be driven to move.
When the processor judges that the pipe 10 is obliquely cut, the moving part is controlled to drive the second rotating part 2 to retreat; wherein, the retreat distance is the projection distance of the bevel edge of the end of the pipe 10.
Still further, and referring to fig. 1, the cut-off detection apparatus further includes a first bracket 5 for fixing the signal emitter 3 and a second bracket 6 for fixing the signal receiver 4, wherein the first bracket 5 and the second bracket 6 are respectively and fixedly installed on two sides of the first rotating portion 1 and the second rotating portion 2, that is, on two sides of the first rotating portion 1, the first bracket 5 supports the signal emitter 3, and the second bracket 6 supports the signal receiver 4.
And, cut off detection device still including establishing cutting head 7 on first rotating part 1, cutting head 7 sends laser beam, operating personnel can detect laser beam with whether the sensing signal is in same vertical plane, promptly whether laser beam is perpendicular to the sensing signal, if not, need carry out corresponding regulation.
More specifically, an NC program is stored in the processor, and the NC program can be used for judging whether the pipe 10 is a straight cut or a diagonal cut; referring to fig. 1 and 2, the processor controls the moving part to drive the cut tube 10 to move to a detection position, and the detection position is just in the plane of the end angle 11 of the tube 10; the processor starts an NC program to detect the pipe 10, and when the output flag bit of the processor is 1, the pipe 10 is directly cut; subsequently, the processor controls the first rotating part 1 and the second rotating part 2 to drive the pipe 10 to rotate at a slow speed of 360 degrees, at this time, the rotating speed of the first rotating part 1 and the second rotating part 2 is 30rpm, and the processor controls the signal transmitter 3 to continuously transmit the sensing signal to the signal receiver 4; if the induction signal is shielded in the rotating process, an alarm signal is sent out, and the processing is suspended; the induction signal is not shielded in the rotating process, the moving part drives the pipe 10 to move to the next position, if the processing program of the pipe 10 is not executed, the cutting operation is continued at the next cutting position of the pipe 10, and meanwhile, if the cutting detection is not closed, the detection flow is still continued to be cut off after the cutting of the next cutting position of the pipe 10 is finished.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the processor controls the moving part to drive the cut tube 10 to move to a detection position, and the detection position is just in the plane of the end corner 12 of the tube 10; the processor starts an NC program to detect the pipe 10, and when the output flag bit of the processor is 0, the pipe 10 is indicated to be obliquely cut; then, the processor controls the moving part to drive the pipe 10 to retreat, and the retreat distance is a projection distance of a bevel edge of the end of the pipe 10, that is, the end of the pipe 10 can be regarded as a right triangle, and assuming that the length of the bevel edge is L and the included angle between the bevel edge and the horizontal plane is θ, the retreat distance d is L × cos θ; then, the processor controls the first rotating part 1 and the second rotating part 2 to drive the pipe 10 to rotate at a slow speed of 360 degrees, at this time, the rotating speed of the first rotating part 1 and the second rotating part 2 is 30rpm, and the processor controls the signal transmitter 3 to continuously transmit the induction signal to the signal receiver 4; if the induction signal is shielded in the rotating process, an alarm signal is sent out, and the processing is suspended; the induction signal is not shielded in the rotating process, the moving part drives the pipe 10 to move to the next position, if the processing program of the pipe 10 is not executed, the cutting operation is continued at the next cutting position of the pipe 10, and meanwhile, if the cutting detection is not closed, the detection flow is still continued to be cut off after the cutting of the next cutting position of the pipe 10 is finished.
The invention also provides another preferred embodiment of the pipe cutting detection device.
Specifically, the cut-off detection device comprises a rotating assembly, a moving assembly, a signal transmitter 3, a signal receiver 4 and a processor, wherein the rotating assembly clamps and rotates the pipe 10, and the moving assembly drives the rotating assembly to move; the signal emitter 3 and the signal receiver 4 are arranged on two sides of the pipe, and the processor is respectively connected with the rotating assembly, the moving assembly, the signal emitter 3 and the signal receiver 4; the rotating assembly clamps the pipe 10, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the rotating assembly to move to a cutting detection position, whether the pipe 10 is obliquely cut or not is judged, if yes, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the rotating assembly to retreat, and if not, the processor controls the moving assembly to stop moving; the processor controls the rotating assembly to drive the pipe 10 to rotate 360 degrees, and controls the signal transmitter 3 to continuously transmit an induction signal to the signal receiver 4 in the rotating process; and if the signal receiver 4 does not receive the induction signal, sending an alarm signal. The moving assembly is not limited, and only the rotating assembly can be driven to move.
The rotating assembly comprises a third rotating part, only one third rotating part is arranged, and the processor controls the third rotating part to drive the pipe 10 to rotate; the moving assembly is arranged on the third rotating part, and the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the third rotating part to move; at this time, when the processor judges that the pipe 10 is obliquely cut, the processor controls the moving assembly to drive the third rotating part to retreat, and the retreat distance is the projection distance of the oblique edge of the end head of the pipe 10; the first bracket 5 and the second bracket 6 are respectively and independently fixed to both sides of the third rotating portion, the first bracket 5 supports the signal transmitter 3, and the second bracket 6 supports the signal receiver 4.
The signal transmitter 3 and the signal receiver 4 are preferably photoelectric switches, so that the cost is low and the maintenance is convenient; of course, other types of light curtains are also possible, but the cost performance of the light curtain is low, which increases the manufacturing cost.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the present invention provides a method for detecting the cut of a pipe.
Specifically, and with reference to fig. 5, a cut-off detection method of a pipe, the cut-off detection method comprising the steps of:
step 10, moving the pipe to a detection position, judging whether the pipe is subjected to oblique cutting, if so, driving the pipe to retreat, and if not, stopping moving the pipe;
and step 20, driving the pipe to rotate for 360 degrees, continuously emitting a correlation signal in the rotating process, and sending an alarm signal if the correlation signal is not sensed.
The processor controls the movable chuck to move the pipe to a detection position and judges whether the pipe is subjected to oblique cutting or not, if yes, the movable chuck drives the pipe to retreat, and if not, the movable chuck stops moving, the pipe stops moving; the processor controls the rotating chuck to drive the pipe to rotate for 360 degrees, controls the photoelectric switch to continuously emit the correlation signal in the rotating process, and sends out an alarm signal if the correlation signal is not sensed, or controls the photoelectric switch to send out the alarm signal.
Further, the disconnection detection method specifically includes the steps of:
if the pipe is obliquely cut, the pipe is driven to retreat, and the retreat distance is the projection distance of the bevel edge of the end of the pipe.

More specifically, referring to fig. 6, after the pipe is cut, the processor detects whether the pipe is cut obliquely, if so, the moving assembly drives the pipe to retreat on the first rotating portion, and if not, the moving assembly does not operate; then, the first rotating part drives the pipe to rotate at a low speed, whether the first rotating part rotates for 360 degrees is detected, if the first rotating part rotates for 360 degrees, the detection is finished, and the next cutting operation is carried out on the pipe; if not rotating 360 degrees yet, then detect the sensing signal of correlation and whether be 1, if, first rotating part continues to drive tubular product rotation at a slow speed, if not, then output alarm signal, terminate the cutting operation of tubular product, and operating personnel carries out corresponding processing according to alarm signal antecedently, for example changes tubular product, or maintains the device etc..
