With the development of internet technology, users can surf the internet anytime anywhere, and advertisements are the main income sources of all large internet companies. As shown in table 1, in 2016, the total amount of the advertisement market is 2757.9 billion yuan for online internet-media magazine cases, and 7592.3 billion for offline magazine cases such as tv, newspaper, magazine, radio, offline video, etc. Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram showing the percentage of the total amount of the offline and online advertising market journal examples of 2016 years. It can be seen that the total volume of the offline advertising market journal example in 2016 is 2.75 times that of the online advertising market.
TABLE 1
In The off-line advertising market, television, newspaper, magazine, traditional outdoor and traffic screen consumption gradually decrease, and building screen, cinema screen and Over-peak (Over The Top, abbreviated as OTT) show strong growth momentum. Therefore, how to budget the advertisement putting cost of the advertiser under the online condition, so that the salesperson can purposefully excavate the potential advertiser, and the problem to be solved by each large internet company is urgently solved.
In order to solve the technical problem that in the prior art, the cost of delivering advertisements of an advertiser on line cannot be budgeted, and therefore a salesperson cannot pointedly mine potential advertisers, in the embodiment of the invention, the media data carrying push information are collected, the target type corresponding to the media data is determined, then the identification strategy corresponding to the target type is called, the media data is identified by using the identification strategy, the object to which the push information belongs and the display parameter information of the push information are determined, the cost of delivering the push information can be obtained according to the object to which the push information belongs and the display parameter information, and the cost of delivering the push information and the object to which the push information belongs are displayed. Therefore, the budget of the delivery cost of the pushed information can be estimated, so that the salesperson can visually know the delivery cost of the affiliated object, the potential object can be purposefully excavated according to the delivery cost, and the success rate of potential object excavation is improved.
The potential object mining method and apparatus of the embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a schematic flowchart of a potential object mining method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the potential object mining method includes the following steps:
In the embodiment of the present invention, the media data may be data of types such as video, audio, periodicals, and pictures, and the push information is information carried in the media data, for example, the push information may be an advertisement. Correspondingly, the type of the media data can be video, audio, publication, street view picture, etc.
In the embodiment of the present invention, media data carrying push information online or offline may be collected, or media data carrying push information offline may also be collected, which is not limited herein. After the media data are acquired, the target type corresponding to the media data can be determined. As a possible implementation manner, artificial Intelligence (AI) recognition may be performed on the media data to determine a target type corresponding to the media data.
And 102, calling an identification strategy corresponding to the target type, identifying the medium data by using the identification strategy, and determining an object to which the push information belongs and display parameter information of the push information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the identification strategies of different types of media data are different. As a possible implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between different types of media data and the identification policy may be pre-established, so that after the target type of the media data is determined, the corresponding relationship may be queried to obtain the identification policy corresponding to the target type. Therefore, the media data can be identified by using the corresponding identification strategy, and the object to which the push information belongs and the display parameter information of the push information are determined.
When the push information is the advertisement, the affiliated object is the advertiser. It is understood that the presentation parameter information of the push information may be the same or different for different types of media data. For example, when the target type of the media data is a video, the presentation parameter information may be: the playing time, the playing time interval (morning time interval, daytime time interval, dusk time interval, prime time interval, midnight time interval), the playing times, and the like, or, when the target type of the media data is a publication, the display parameter information may be: the display position (the layout where the push information is located) and the display area (the layout area occupied by the push information).
And 103, acquiring the putting cost of the push information according to the affiliated object and the display parameter information.
It can be understood that the delivery cost of the push information is different for the affiliated object under different display parameter information. For example, when the target type of the media data is a video, assuming that the playing time duration in the presentation parameter information is 10s, the playing time duration is midnight time duration, the playing frequency is 2 times, and the playing object is CCTV1, the delivery cost of the push information is a, and when the playing time duration in the presentation parameter information is 10s, the playing time duration is golden time duration, the playing frequency is 2 times, and the playing object is CCTV1, the delivery cost of the push information is B, and obviously B is greater than a.
As a possible implementation manner, the first release cost of the object predicted under different display parameter information and the weight of each display parameter information of the push information may be obtained, so that the second release cost may be obtained by weighting the weight of each display parameter information and the first release cost under the display parameter information, and the second release cost of each display parameter information is summed to obtain the release cost of the push information.
As another possible implementation manner, the third placement costs of the object to which the pushed information belongs under different combinations of the display parameter information may be pre-determined, so that after the display parameter information of the object to which the pushed information belongs is determined, the display parameter information combination may be searched for, and a combination matched with the display parameter information of the pushed information is obtained, so that the third placement costs of the matched combination is used as the placement costs of the pushed information, and the operation is simple and easy to implement.
And 104, displaying the object to which the release cost and the push information belong.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the release cost of the push information is determined, the release cost and the object to which the push information belongs can be displayed, so that a salesperson can purposefully excavate the object according to the release cost, and the success rate of object excavation can be improved.
The potential object mining method of the embodiment acquires media data carrying push information, determines a target type corresponding to the media data, calls an identification strategy corresponding to the target type, identifies the media data by using the identification strategy, determines an object to which the push information belongs and display parameter information of the push information, further can acquire the delivery cost of the push information according to the object to which the push information belongs and the display parameter information, and displays the delivery cost and the object to which the push information belongs. Therefore, the budget of the delivery cost of the pushed information can be estimated, so that the salesperson can visually know the delivery cost of the affiliated object, the potential object can be purposefully excavated according to the delivery cost, and the success rate of potential object excavation is improved.
As a first possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the target type corresponding to the media data is a video, referring to fig. 3, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, step 102 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
in step 201, when the target type corresponding to the media data is a video, extracting a key frame from the media data.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target type corresponding to the media data is a video, the key frames can be extracted from the media data. For example, the key frame of the media data may be determined according to a color histogram, brightness, and sharpness of each frame of image in the media data, or the key frame of the media data may be extracted according to other algorithms, which is not limited by the embodiment of the present invention.
Alternatively, when the push information is an advertisement, the attribute information may be a brand, a logo, a trademark, or the like. When the key frame of the media data is extracted, the attribute information of the push information can be identified from the key frame. As a possible implementation manner, training samples may be generated in advance according to a plurality of labeled images, then the training samples are used to train the attribute information recognition model, and then the trained attribute information recognition model is used to recognize the key frame to obtain the attribute information of the push information.
After the attribute information of the push information is identified, the object to which the push information belongs can be determined according to the attribute information. As a possible implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between different attribute information and the object may be pre-established, so that after the attribute information of the push information is determined, the corresponding relationship may be queried to obtain the object corresponding to the attribute information as the object to which the push information belongs, and the operation is simple and easy to implement.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step 203 is executed after the step 202, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the step 203 may also be executed in parallel with the step 201.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the media data may carry the playing information thereof, and the playing information may be extracted from the media data, where the playing information includes a playing duration, a playing period, a playing frequency, and a playing object. And when the playing information is different, the corresponding release cost is different.
In the embodiment of the invention, the playing time interval is divided into: the playing object may be a television station playing media data, an off-line electronic screen (e.g., a cinema screen, a building screen), or the like.
In the embodiment of the invention, the playing information of the media data can be acquired, and then the playing information is used as the display parameter information of the push information.
As a second possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the target type corresponding to the media data is audio, referring to fig. 4, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, step 102 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
Optionally, when the target type corresponding to the media data is audio, the media data may be recognized by using a voice recognition technology or a voiceprint recognition technology in the related art, so as to obtain text information corresponding to the media data.
Optionally, keyword extraction may be performed on the text information, so as to determine attribute information of the push information according to the keyword. And further, the object to which the push information belongs can be determined according to the attribute information. As a possible implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between different attribute information and the object may be pre-established, so that after the attribute information of the push information is determined, the corresponding relationship may be queried to obtain the object corresponding to the attribute information, which is used as the object to which the push information belongs.
For example, when the push information is an advertisement and the text information is "Yaojia, weikou is good, body bar is doubled, and lam is drafted", the brand of the push information can be determined as "blue sky six zhi", that is, the attribute information is "blue sky six zhi", and the object to which the push information belongs can be determined as "blue sky group".
Similar to the media data of the video type, the playback information can be extracted from the media data of the audio.
The process of step 303 may refer to the process of step 203 in the above embodiments, which is not described herein again.
As a third possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the target type corresponding to the media data is a publication, referring to fig. 5, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step 102 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
When the target type corresponding to the media data is a publication, the delivery cost of the object to which the push information belongs is influenced by the fact that the push information is issued on different versions of the publication and/or occupies different layout areas. In order to obtain the release fee on the publication, in this embodiment, the layout information of the push information on the publication needs to be determined by means of image recognition. Specifically, the text information in the publication may be recognized by Optical Character Recognition (OCR) in the image Recognition technology, and further, the push information may also include information such as a logo and a trademark, in order to recognize such special information, the OCR technology may be customized in advance, and the special information may be recognized by the customized OCR technology.
As a possible implementation mode, training samples can be generated in advance according to a plurality of marked images, then the training samples are used for training the image recognition model, then the trained image recognition model can be used for carrying out image recognition on the medium data, and the attribute information of the push information is obtained. Further, when determining the attribute information of the pushed information, the image recognition technology in the prior art can be used to obtain the layout information of the pushed information on the publication.
And 402, determining an object to which the push information belongs according to the attribute information.
As a possible implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between different attribute information and the object may be pre-established, so that after the attribute information of the push information is determined, the corresponding relationship may be queried to obtain the object corresponding to the attribute information, which is used as the object to which the push information belongs.
And step 403, taking the layout information of the push information as the display parameter information of the push information.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step 403 is executed after the step 402, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the step 403 may also be executed in parallel with the step 402.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the layout information of the push information is determined, the layout information can be used as the display parameter information of the push information.
As a fourth possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, when the target type corresponding to the media data is a street view picture, referring to fig. 6, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the step 102 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
Similarly, when the target type corresponding to the media data is a street view picture, the position and the occupied area of the push information in the street view picture are different, which affects the delivery cost of the object to which the push information belongs. In order to obtain the delivery cost on the street view picture, in this embodiment, the picture information of the push information on the street view picture needs to be determined in an image recognition manner.
As a possible implementation manner, training samples can be generated in advance according to a plurality of labeled images, then the training samples are used for training the image recognition model, then the trained image recognition model can be used for carrying out image recognition on the medium data, and the attribute information of the push information is obtained. Furthermore, when determining attribute information of the push information, the image recognition technology in the prior art can be used to push picture information and geographical location information of the information in the street view picture.
As a possible implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between different attribute information and the object may be pre-established, so that after the attribute information of the push information is determined, the corresponding relationship may be queried to obtain the object corresponding to the attribute information, which is used as the object to which the push information belongs.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present invention, the step 503 is executed after the step 502, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the step 503 may also be executed in parallel with the step 502.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the picture information and the geographical position information of the push information are determined, the picture information and the geographical position information of the push information can be used as the display parameter information of the push information.
Further, in order to facilitate the salespersons to mine potential objects, in the embodiment of the present invention, historical putting conditions of the objects to which the push information belongs may be tracked, and a putting trend of the objects to which the push information belongs is formed and displayed to the salespersons. The above process is explained in detail below with reference to fig. 7.
Fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a potential object mining method according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 7, based on the embodiment shown in fig. 1, after step 102, the potential object mining method may further include the following steps:
In the embodiment of the present invention, the preset duration is preset, for example, a quarter.
Optionally, historical media data carrying push information of the affiliated object in a preset duration may be collected, for example, the historical media data carrying push information of the affiliated object in three months may be collected.
It will be appreciated that the cost of delivery may be the same or different for different types of media data. Therefore, in order to facilitate the salesperson to obtain the delivery cost of the affiliated object under each type, in this embodiment, the delivery cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data may be obtained for each type.
And 603, generating and displaying the releasing trend of the affiliated object under the type by using the releasing cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the release cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data is obtained, the release trend of the affiliated object under the type can be generated and displayed by using the release cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data. Therefore, the salesperson can visually know the putting trend of the object to which the push information belongs within the preset time, and the salesperson can conveniently mine the potential object.
In the potential object mining method of the embodiment, historical media data carrying push information of a subordinate object in a preset time length is acquired; aiming at each type, acquiring the release cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data; and generating and displaying the releasing trend of the affiliated object under the type by using the releasing cost corresponding to each piece of historical medium data. Therefore, the salesperson can intuitively know the putting trend of the object to which the pushed information belongs in the preset time length, and the salesperson can conveniently mine the potential object.
As a possible implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, it may also be determined whether an object to which the push information belongs is a customer covered by the push platform itself, and if so, historical media data of the push platform within a preset time period of the object to which the push information belongs is obtained, and then a release cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data is obtained, so that a release trend of the object to which the object belongs under the push platform is generated and displayed by using the release cost corresponding to each piece of historical media data, and thus, a salesperson can track historical release situations of the customer covered by the push platform itself, so as to better maintain the customer covered by the push platform itself.
As a possible implementation manner, referring to fig. 8, on the basis of the embodiment shown in fig. 1, step 104 may specifically include the following sub-steps:
Alternatively, the business information of the affiliated object may be acquired from the network platform.
As a possible implementation manner, a corresponding relationship between the enterprise information and the level corresponding to the object may be established in advance according to the enterprise information of different objects, where the level represents the development difficulty of the enterprise. For example, when the level is one level, the difficulty of representing enterprise development is: when the severity is in a second level, the difficulty of enterprise development is represented as follows: when the medium level is three, the difficulty of enterprise development is represented as follows: mild in nature. After the enterprise information is determined, the corresponding level of the object to which the push information belongs can be obtained by inquiring the corresponding relation.
And step 703, displaying the corresponding level of the affiliated object.
In the embodiment of the invention, after the corresponding grade of the affiliated object is determined, the corresponding grade can be displayed, so that customers needing to be developed can be distributed to salesmen according to the grade, and then the salesmen can purposefully excavate the object, and the success rate of object excavation is improved.
As a possible implementation manner, an enterprise screening model may be established in advance, specifically, the enterprise screening model may be trained by using a training sample, the training sample is generated according to enterprise information of a security object, and then an object to which push information belongs may be identified through the trained enterprise screening model to determine whether the object is a security object, if so, the enterprise is a security enterprise, at this time, step 705 may be triggered, otherwise, the enterprise may have illegal operations or be punished, and therefore, the object to which the push information belongs, the release cost, and the enterprise information may not be displayed, that is, no processing is performed.
