Abstract
The invention discloses a beam and column connecting member applied to a greenhouse, which comprises a water tank upper support, a water tank lower support and a lower column connecting seat, wherein the water tank upper support is arranged above the water tank lower support, the water tank lower support comprises a horizontal bottom and two lower supporting parts which are connected with two sides of the horizontal bottom and extend obliquely upwards, the cross sections of the two lower supporting parts are in an inverted splayed shape, and the two lower supporting parts are connected with a greenhouse arch pipe; the water tank upper support comprises a horizontal top and two upper supporting parts which are connected with two sides of the horizontal top and extend downwards, the lower ends of the two upper supporting parts are bent inwards to form two bending parts, the cross sections of the two bending parts are inverted splayed, and the two bending parts are matched with the lower supporting parts; the lower column connecting seat is fixedly connected below the horizontal bottom; the left beam connecting seat and the right beam connecting seat are fixedly connected to the two sides of the lower column connecting seat. The invention is convenient for connecting the column, the beam and the greenhouse arch pipe, and is also convenient for arranging the water tank, so that the greenhouse framework has compact structure and good supporting strength.

Technical Field

Further, the upper column connecting seat is fixedly connected to the upper surface of the horizontal top, and the upper column connecting seat is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing to one side.
Preferably, the cross sections of the two upper supporting parts are splayed, the lower column connecting seat is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing one side, the left beam connecting seat is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing the left side, and the right beam connecting seat is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing the right side.

The connection member for beams and columns of a greenhouse comprises a water tank upper support 1, a water tank lower support 2, a lower column connection seat 3 and an upper column connection seat 4, wherein the water tank upper support 1 is arranged on the water tank lower support 2, the water tank lower support 2 comprises a horizontal bottom 21 and two lower support parts 22 which are connected with two sides of the horizontal bottom 21 and extend obliquely upwards, the cross sections of the two lower support parts 22 are in an inverted splayed shape, and the two lower support parts 22 are respectively connected with a greenhouse arch pipe 40; the water tank upper support 1 comprises a horizontal top 11 and two upper supporting parts 12 which are connected with two sides of the horizontal top 11 and extend obliquely downwards, the cross sections of the two upper supporting parts 12 are splayed, the lower ends of the two upper supporting parts 12 are bent inwards to form two bending parts 13, the cross sections of the two bending parts 13 are inverted splayed, and the two bending parts 13 are matched with the lower supporting parts 22.
The lower column connecting seat 3 is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing one side, and the lower column connecting seat 3 is fixedly connected below the horizontal bottom 21 in a welding mode; the upper column connecting seat 4 is also a U-shaped seat with an opening facing one side, and the upper column connecting seat 4 is fixedly connected on the horizontal top 11 in a welding mode; the two sides of the lower column connecting seat 3 are fixedly connected with a left beam connecting seat 5 and a right beam connecting seat 6.
The left beam connecting seat 5 is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing to the left side, and the right beam connecting seat 6 is a U-shaped seat with an opening facing to the right side.
The left beam connecting seat 5 is fixedly connected with the lower column connecting seat 3 through a plurality of bolts, and the right beam connecting seat 6 is fixedly connected with the lower column connecting seat 3 through a plurality of bolts.
A plurality of pairs of left beam connecting through holes 51 are formed in two side faces of the left beam connecting seat 5, and the cross section of each left beam connecting through hole 51 is square; the two sides of the right beam connecting seat 6 are provided with a plurality of pairs of right beam connecting through holes 61, and the cross section of the right beam connecting through holes 61 is square.
The arch pipe connecting seats 7 are arranged below the two lower supporting parts 22.
The arch pipe connecting seat 7 comprises a pipe clamp 71 with an opening, two connecting parts 72 are outwards extended from two ends of the opening of the pipe clamp 71, and the two connecting parts 72 are connected below one lower supporting part 22 through bolts.
The lower column connecting seat 3 is fixedly connected with the upper end of a lower column 8 through bolts, and the lower end of the lower column 8 is fixedly connected with a base 9 through bolts.
The base 9 comprises a bottom plate 91, a U-shaped seat 92 with an opening facing to one side is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 91, a plurality of through holes 921 for allowing bolts to pass through are formed in the U-shaped seat 92, and the cross section of each through hole 921 is square.
The bottom plate 91 is also provided with mounting holes 911 for the embedded bars 10 to pass through at four corners, the bottom plate 91 is fixedly connected with the embedded bars 10 through nuts, and the middle lower parts of the embedded bars 10 are embedded in the cement foundation.
