一种全自动电缆收放线机
技术领域
本发明涉及电力设备技术领域,具体涉及一种全自动电缆收放线机。
背景技术
在电力设施施工过程中需要铺设大量的各种规格的电缆线,现有技术中一般采用放线器进行放线作业,但是由于电缆线的规格不一致导致各种线圈大小不一致,因此在施工过程中常常需要准备各种不同规格的放线筒,不但线筒的更换麻烦,而且线筒携带也不方便。
公开号为CN204633224U的中国发明专利公开了一种电力电缆放线器,包括有底架,所述底架的两侧安装有车轮,所述底架上设有左右两个立架,一侧立架上设有固定挡盘,另一侧立架上设有活动挡盘,所述活动挡盘设有螺纹筒,并通过螺纹筒与立架螺纹连接,所述螺纹筒后端连接有转盘,所述固定挡盘与活动挡盘的中心位置通过轴承固定有顶轴。本发明的特点在于:电缆盘的安装操作方便,减轻了施工人员的劳动强度;通过活动挡盘与固定挡盘可紧固不同尺寸的电缆盘,即具有较强的适应性,又具有很高的安全性;顺线装置的设置即可捋顺电缆线,又可避免多抽出的电缆落在地上,还便于将抽出的电缆线缠回电缆盘。
发明内容
针对现有记住中针对现有技术中存在的放线筒通用性差的缺陷,本发明一种全自动电缆收线机,采用本发明能够根据需要调节线筒的大小,从而使一套放线设备适用于多种规格的线缆放线要求,大大提高了设备的通用性和放线效率。
一种全自动电缆收放线机,包括机架,所述机架上设置有相连的步进电机和控制器,其特征在于:所述机架上转动设置有左基座,所述左基座上滑动设置有多个滑杆,所述滑杆上设置有支撑杆;所述左基座上还滑动设置有调节杆,所述调节杆上设置有调节块,滑杆上设置有限位块,所述限位块与调节块之间通过倾斜设置的止推面相接触;所述调节杆与左基座上还设置有相互配合的棘齿和棘爪,所述棘爪与左基座之间连接有拉簧;所述左基座的外圆周上设置有与电机相连的传动齿轮。
所述机架上还设置有滑轨,滑轨上设置有支撑座,所述支撑座上转动设置有支撑盘,所述支撑杆插入到支撑盘上。
所述支撑盘上沿径向方向设置有插槽,所述支撑杆插入到查槽内,且支撑盘的两侧均设置有紧固螺母。
所述滑杆上套置有复位弹簧;所述调节块与左基座之间设置有复位弹簧。
所述调节杆与左基座之间还设置有直线运动轴承。
所述左基座和调节杆上还对应设置有握把。
所述支撑杆上设置有至少两个档杆,所述档杆与支撑杆之间通过相互配合的腰形孔和连接螺栓相连。
所述滑杆设置有至少4个。
所述电机上设置有电机制动器。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1、本发明左基座上滑动设置有滑杆和调节杆,所述滑杆上设置有限位块,调节杆上设置有调节块,所述调节块与支撑块之间通过倾斜设置的止推面相接触,在拉动调节杆的过程中,调节块挤压限位块,由于限位块与调节块之间通过倾斜设置的止推面接触,因此在径向方向有一个分力带动滑杆运动,进而调节支撑杆之间的间距,同时通过棘爪和棘齿锁定调节杆的位置,保证支撑杆的稳定性,本发明结构简单,调节方便;能够根据需要调节线筒的大小,从而提高了线筒的通用性,同时本发明通过电机带动线筒旋转,不但提高了放线效率,还降低了放线的劳动强度。
2、本发明的的机架上设置有滑轨,滑轨上滑动设置有支撑座,支撑座上转动设置有支撑盘,所述支撑杆插入到支撑盘上;在支撑杆的右侧提供一个支撑力,一方面提高线筒转动过程中的结构稳定性,另一方面提高线筒的结构强度,避免因线缆过重导致线筒变形,提高增大线筒的单次放线量,提高工作效率。
3、本发明的支撑盘上设置有径向插槽,支撑杆上设置有两个紧固螺母,提高支撑杆的调节范围,进一步提高线筒的通用性。
4、本发明的滑杆上设置有复位弹簧,调价杆与左基座之间设置有复位弹簧,增大各个部件之间的紧固力,避免发生松动,从而整支撑杆的结构稳定性。
5、本发明的调节杆与左基座之间还设置有直线运动轴承,降低调节杆的运动阻力,从而提高设备调节的灵活性。
6、本发明的左基座和调节杆上还对应设置有握把,为操作人员拉动调节杆提供着力点,降低调节难度。
7、本发明所述支撑杆上设置有至少两个档杆,所述档杆与支撑杆之间通过相互配合的腰形孔和连接螺栓相连;在收线时限制线圈的缠绕范围,避免线圈缠绕到左基座和支撑盘上,同时还可以通过多个档杆将支撑杆分成不同的放线或收线区,实现多组线圈的同时回收和释放,提高工作效率。
8、本发明的滑杆设置有至少4个,一方面增加线筒的结构强度,从而增加其一次放线或收线的量,减少重新裝线的次数,提高工作效率;另一方面使线筒上缠绕的线圈更加圆滑,提高绕线质量。
9、本发明在电机上设置有电机制动器,方便根据需要随时对电机进行制动,方便电机的操控,同时还可以降低线筒的转速,提高设备的安全性。

下面将通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明

本实施例作为本发明的最佳实施例,其公开了一种全自动电缆收线机,具体结构如图1所示,包括机架1,所述机架1上设置有相连的电机2控制器3,电机2上设置有电机制动器26;所述机架1通过滚动轴承27转动设置有左基座4,所述左基座4的一侧设置有端盖27,左基座4内滑动设置有调节杆7和至少4个滑杆5,调节杆7与滑杆5上分别设置有调节块8和限位块9,且调节块8与限位块9通过倾斜设置的止推面10相接触;所述调节杆7与左基座4上设置有相互配合的棘齿11和棘爪12,所述棘爪12与左基座4之间连接有拉簧13;所述滑杆5和调节杆7上均套置有复位弹簧21,调节杆7与左基座4之间还设置有直线运动轴承22,且调节杆7与左基座4之间对应设置有握把23;所述左基座4的外圆周上设置有与电机2相连的传动齿轮14;所述滑杆5上设置有支撑杆6,支撑杆6上设置有至少两个档杆24,所述档杆24与支撑杆6之间通过相互配合的腰形孔25和紧固螺栓20相连;所述机架1上还设置有滑轨15,滑轨15上滑动设置有支撑座16,所述支撑座16上通过滚动轴承27转动设置有支撑盘17,支撑盘17上沿径向方向设置有插槽18,所述支撑杆6插入到插槽18内,且支撑盘17的两侧均设置有紧固螺母19,所述支撑座16与机架1之间通过禁锢螺栓20固定。
本发明使用时双手握持握把,并将两握把相向拉动,调节杆在滑动的过程中通过调节块挤压限位块,由于调节块与限位块之间通过倾斜设置的止推面接触,因此在径向方向存在运动分力,从而使滑杆运动,进而改变支撑杆之间的间距,并通过棘轮、棘爪和紧固螺母使支撑杆保持姿态稳定,再通过电机带动线筒旋转,从而实现快速放线或收线同时本发明通过滑动支撑座使支撑杆与支撑盘之间脱离接触,从而实现线圈的取放;本发明具有结构简单,调节方便,工作效率高等优点。

Claims (9)

1.一种全自动电缆收放线机,包括机架(1),所述机架(1)上设置有相连的电机(2)和控制器(3),其特征在于:所述机架(1)上转动设置有左基座(4),所述左基座(4)上滑动设置有多个滑杆(5),所述滑杆(5)上设置有支撑杆(6);所述左基座(4)上还滑动设置有调节杆(7),所述调节杆(7)上设置有调节块(8),滑杆(5)上设置有限位块(9),所述限位块(9)与调节块(8)之间通过倾斜设置的止推面(10)相接触;所述调节杆(7)与左基座(4)上还设置有相互配合的棘齿(11)和棘爪(12),所述棘爪(12)与左基座(4)之间连接有拉簧(13);所述左基座(4)的外圆周上设置有与电机(2)相连的传动齿轮(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述机架(1)上还设置有滑轨(15),滑轨(15)上设置有支撑座(16),所述支撑座(16)上转动设置有支撑盘(17),所述支撑杆(6)插入到支撑盘(16)上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述支撑盘(16)上沿径向方向设置有插槽(18),所述支撑杆(6)插入到插槽(18)内,且支撑盘(17)的两侧均设置有紧固螺母(19),所述支撑座(16)与机架(1)之间还设置有紧固螺栓(20)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述滑杆(5)上套置有复位弹簧(21);所述调节块(8)与左基座(4)之间设置有复位弹簧(21)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述调节杆(7)与左基座(4)之间还设置有直线运动轴承(22)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述左基座(4)和调节杆(7)上还对应设置有握把(23)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述支撑杆(6)设置有至少两个档杆(243),所述档杆(24)与支撑杆(6)之间通过相互配合的腰形孔(25)和紧固螺栓(20)相连。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述滑杆(5)设置有至少4个。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种全自动电缆收放线机,其特征在于:所述电机(2)上设置有电机制动器(26)。
