技术领域
本发明涉及一种种子处理组合物。本发明还涉及提高用种子处理组合物处理的种子的萌发率、改善植物健康及保护种子免于植物病原性真菌和有害生物的侵袭的方法。
背景技术
种子和幼苗易遭受地下和地上多种害虫和病原菌的危害和侵染,是作物生长过程中最脆弱的环节;种子、幼苗被害虫取食,或受病原菌侵染出现病苗、死苗现象,会降低单位面积作物的有效株数,致使作物大面积减产和品质下降。
通过使用种子处理组合物处理种子以保护种子和萌芽植物免受植物病原性真菌和有害生物侵袭是很久以来已知的并且是不断改进的主题。然而,处理种子也带来了一系列不是总能找到以令人满意的方式解决的问题。因此,需要开发保护种子和萌芽植物的方法,其可免除在种植后或植物出芽后再额外施用作物保护产品。另外,还需要优化所用活性化合物的量,从而可向种子和萌芽植物提供最佳保护,以防止植物致病菌和有害生物的侵袭,而所用的活性化合物不会损害植物本身。
但是,不希望的效果是使用种子处理组合物降低了处理过的种子的萌发率。一般地,用种子处理组合物处理过的种子的萌发率会随着施用种子处理剂后的时间而降低,于是限制了被处理过的种子的储存期限。目前的做法是种子处理的时间选择在例如田间种子处理或在即将播种前处理,以避免对作物的严重损害。另一方面,将种子暴露于例如寒冷、干燥等环境压力下可能会加剧农用化学品对种子产生的植物的毒性损害。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对上述不足之处,提供一种种子处理组合物及一种提高用种子处理组合物处理的种子的萌发率、改善植物健康及保护种子免于植物病原性真菌和有害生物的侵袭的方法。
本发明提供一种种子处理组合物,所述种子处理组合物含有活性成分氟唑环菌胺和新烟碱类化合物,以及用于包衣所述活性成分的聚合物;所述的包衣聚合物选自麦芽糖糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧丙基/甲基纤维素一种或多种;所述新烟碱类化合物选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻虫胺中的一种。
一种种子处理组合物,所述氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物的重量比范围为1:100-100:1; 优选为1:50-50:1; 更优选为1:25-25:1; 更优选为1:10-10:1; 再优选为1:5-5:1。
本发明的所述的种子处理组合物中,氟唑环菌胺和新烟碱类化合物的重量比还可以是1:100,1:90, 1:85, 1:80, 1:70, 1:60, 1:50, 1:40, 1:30, 1:25, 1:20, 1:15,1:10, 1:5, 1:1, 5:1,10:1, 15:1, 20:1, 25:1, 30:1, 40:1, 50:1, 60:1, 70:1, 80:1,90:1, 100:1。
所述的种子处理组合物中,活性组分氟唑环菌胺和新烟碱类化合物的质量之和占所述种子处理组合物的5%-90%, 更优选10%-80%, 更优选10%-50%。
所述的种子处理组合物中, 所述的活性成分氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物的重量与所述包衣聚合物重量之比为1:0.1-5。所述的包衣聚合物选自麦芽糖糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧丙基/甲基纤维素;所述新烟碱类化合物选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻虫胺中的一种。

d)向干燥固体C中添加一种或多种农业上接受的固态或液态载体和/ 或一种或多种农业上可接受的表面活性剂;

合适的种子为禾谷类、根用作物、油料作物、蔬菜、香料、观赏植物的种子。例如以下植物的种子:硬粒小麦及其它小麦、大麦、燕麦、黑麦、玉米(饲料玉米和甜玉米/甜玉米和大田玉米)、大豆、油料作物、十字花科植物、棉花、向日葵、香蕉、水稻、油菜、球茎甘蓝、糖用甜菜、饲料甜菜、茄子、土豆、草、草坪、草皮、牧草、西红柿、韮菜、南瓜、卷心菜、卷心莴苣、 胡椒、黄瓜、甜瓜、芸苔(Brassica)属、甜瓜、菜豆、豌豆、大蒜、洋葱、胡萝卜、块茎类植物 (如土豆)、糖用甘蔗、烟草、葡萄、矮牵牛、天竺葵、三色堇和凤仙花。还合适的是棉花、大豆、珍珠粟和花生的种子。

本发明提供了一种提高用种子处理组合物处理的种子的萌发率、改善植物健康及保护种子免于植物病原性真菌和有害生物的侵袭的方法。
本发明的种子处理组合物处理过的种子出乎意料的延长了种子的贮存时间。这使得种子处理可以在播种前相当早的时间进行。例如本发明可3倍或更多倍地延长农药处理过的种子的贮存期限。此外,本发明的方法使得在显著高于正常情况下使用种子处理剂,且没有造成不可接受的种子低萌芽率。这样能增加种子处理剂的效果并且延长播种后农药保持活性的时间。例如,本发明方法允许使用2倍、3倍或甚至更高水平的农药而不会造成被处理的种子出现低萌发率的现象。
具体实施方式
大部分由植物病原性真菌和有害生物造成的作物植物损害早在种子的贮存期间,将种子播种进土壤以后,和在植物萌芽过程中和萌芽以后不久就发生了。生长中的植物的根和芽是特别敏感的,并且甚至微小的损伤也可以导致整株植物的死亡。因此,通过使用合适的种子处理组合物处理种子来保护种子和萌芽中的植物具有特别重大的意义。
目前主要通过作物保护产品处理土壤和植物的地上部分,进行对损伤萌发后植物的植物病原性真菌和有害生物的防治。由于考虑到作物保护剂对环境以及人类和动物健康的可能的影响,努力降低施用的活性化合物的量。
通过处理植物的种子来防治植物病原性真菌和有害生物的侵袭是一个不断改进的课题。但是,种子的处理经常带来一系列总无法满意解决的问题。例如,一些对于控制有害生物和植物病原性真菌有用的农用化学品对种子和由所述的种子萌发出来的植物也会有毒害。这种植物毒性活性限制了这些农药化学品可安全地用于种子的量。
一个最不希望的植物毒性的效果是降低了处理过的种子的萌发率。目前常用的几种方法来处理农用化学品的植物毒性例如是:将种子和安全剂一起施用。但是这要求对种子施用额外的、通常昂贵的化学组分。
因此提供用于减轻来自种子处理剂对种子的植物毒性伤害的方法是有用的。

根据本发明,术语“载体”指可与活性成分相组合或联合以使其更易于施用给对象(例如植物、作物或草类)的天然或合成的有机或无机化合物。因此,所述载体优选为惰性的,至少应为农业上可接受的;所述载体可以为固体载体或液体载体。
适用的固体载体为:例如植物质粉末类(例如大豆粉、淀粉、谷物粉、木粉、树皮粉、锯末、核桃壳粉、麸皮、纤维素粉末、椰壳、玉米穗轴和烟草茎的颗粒、提取植物精华后的残渣等)、黏土类(例如高岭土、皂土、酸性瓷土等)、滑石粉类、硅石类(例如硅藻土、硅砂、云母、含水硅酸,硅酸钙)、活性炭、天然矿物质类(例如浮石、绿坡缕石、沸石等)、烧制硅藻土、砂、塑料(例如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚偏二氯乙烯等)、无机矿物性粉末(例如氯化钾、碳酸钙、磷酸钙等)、化学肥料(例如硫酸铵、磷酸铵、尿素、氯化铵等)、土肥,这些物质可以单独使用或者2种以上混用。
适用的液体载体可以在下列材料中选择,例如水,酒精类(例如甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇等)、酮类(例如丙酮、甲基乙基酮、二异丁基甲酮、环己酮等)、醚类(例如乙醚、二噁烷、甲基纤维素、四氢呋喃等)、脂肪族碳氢化合物类(例如煤油、矿物油等)、芳香族碳氢化合物类(例如苯、甲苯、二甲苯、溶剂油、烷基萘、氯代芳烃、氯代脂肪烃、氯苯等)、卤化碳氢化合物类、酰胺类、砜类、二甲基亚砜、矿物和植物油、动物油等。
适用的表面活性剂为具有离子或非离子性质的乳化剂、分散剂或润湿剂,或这些表面活性剂的混合物。

但是,种子的处理经常带来一系列总无法满意解决的问题。例如,一些对于控制有害生物和植物病原性真菌有用的种子处理组合物对种子和由所述的种子萌发出来的植物也会有毒害。这种植物毒性活性限制了这些农药化学品可安全地用于种子的量。不希望的效果是使用种子处理组合物降低了处理过的种子的萌发率。一般地,用种子处理组合物处理过的种子的萌发率会随着施用种子处理剂后的时间而降低,于是限制了被处理过的种子的贮存期限。
本发明的种子处理组合物处理过的种子出乎意料的延长了种子的贮存时间。这使得种子处理可以在播种前相当早的时间进行。例如本发明可3倍或更多倍地延长农药处理过的种子的贮存期限。此外,本发明的方法使得在显著高于正常情况下使用种子处理剂,且没有造成不可接受的种子低萌芽率。这样能增加种子处理剂的效果并且延长播种后农药保持活性的时间。例如,本发明方法允许使用2倍、3倍或甚至更高水平的农药而不会造成被处理的种子出现低萌发率的现象。
在本发明的方法中,“提高植物种子萌发率”是指当把两种类型的种子都置于相同的环境条件下并且用相同的用于测量萌发率的方法检测时,通过本发明的种子处理组合物处理过的植物种子具有比用相同量和种类的种子处理剂处理的植物种子有更高的萌发率。用于测量萌发率的方法对种子科学领域的技术人员是熟知的,将在下面进行更加详细的描述。
本文的“改善植物健康”是指改善作物特性,包括:出苗、作物产量、蛋白质含量、更发达的根系、分蘖增加、植物高度增加、叶片增加、叶片变大、死亡的基生叶更少、更强的分蘖、叶颜色更绿、色素含量、光合作用活性、需要更少的肥料、需要更少的种子、改善的水胁迫耐受性、植物活力增加、植物直立增加和早期萌发;或者本领域技术人员熟知的其他优点。
制剂实施例:
制备本发明的种子处理组合物
以下一般操作用于制备聚合物包衣的活性成分氟唑环菌胺和新烟碱类化合物的样品,其中所述成分和量列于表1中。将氟唑环菌胺和新烟碱类化合物工业品空气研磨至平均粒径为2.0-3.0um(d50),然后在表面活性剂的帮助下将活性成分分散至水溶液中;将包衣聚合物添加至前述的水溶液中;将这些物质用带有分散刃的混合器以2000rpm 混合。待所有物质都已充分分散后,将混合物转移至匀化器中并以6000rpm 匀化20分钟。然后将匀化的混合物在喷雾干燥器中进行喷雾干燥,得到聚合物包衣的含氟唑环菌胺和新烟碱类化合物的干燥固体。接着在干燥固体中添加高岭土得到本发明的种子处理组合物。
制备过程如下:
a)研磨待包衣的活性成分,并在表面活性剂的帮助下将其预分散在水溶液中,得到分散体A;
b)向分散体A中添加一种包衣聚合物,得到分散体B;
c)分散体B中除去水,得到干燥固体C;
d)向干燥固体C中添加一种或多种农业上接受的固态或液态载体和/ 或一种或多种农业上可接受的表面活性剂;

用种子处理组合物处理种子的方法:
使用种子处理机将实施例1-20的样品和对照实施例1-20的样品进行种子包衣。把要被处理的种子放于种子处理机器的转筒中,启动马达并且用注射器将预先准备的种子处理组合物施入翻转的种子床里面。允许混合持续大约40秒。
种子处理施用率为:10g活性成分/100kg种子
试验一、温暖萌发试验:
本试验用于确定未使用包衣聚合物的种子处理组合物处理的种子和使用包衣聚合物的种子处理组合物处理的种子的最大萌发潜力。
将通常重量的萌发测试巾用适量的自来水浸渍过夜。使用萌发盘将50粒玉米种子放在潮湿的巾上。载有种子的薄层用第二张巾盖上并卷起来。每个样品重复4次。
卷起的巾以垂直位置放于1000毫升烧饼中,该烧杯用聚乙烯袋子盖上以防干燥。将烧杯放入交互温度萌发培养箱中,所述培养箱设置为提供20oC进行16小时接着30oC进行8小时的循环。
最后在7天后计算萌发种子的数目。萌发百分数通过在试验期间萌发种子的平均数减去任何不正常种子的数目再除以原始种子的总数然后乘以100。

试验二、冷萌发试验:
本试验用来测量未使用包衣聚合物的种子处理组合物处理的种子和使用包衣聚合物的种子处理组合物处理的种子在高土壤湿度、低土壤温度和微生物活性等不利条件下的种子萌发能力。
通过充分混合6升中型沙子、6升过筛的泥煤苔和1升水制备土壤混合物。在盘子底部放上半英寸厚的上述土壤混合物并且整平。在土壤上部放上100粒玉米种子并且在种子上面再盖上半英寸的土壤并整平。对于每个样品重复4次,每次重复具有100粒种子。将盆子放在冷的(10oC)暗室中放置7天。7天后盆子移到温暖(25oC)暗室中放置3天。以种子萌发露出土面视为发芽。萌发百分数通过在试验期间萌发种子的平均数减去任何不正常种子的数目再除以原始种子的总数然后乘以100。

试验三:改善植物健康试验:
本试验用于确定未使用包衣聚合物的种子处理组合物处理的种子和使用包衣聚合物的种子处理组合物处理的种子改善植物健康的潜力。
将用种子处理机处理和干燥后的玉米种子,种子萌发后以常用的量用正规的农业装置在预备的试验田间播种。试验田土壤被玉米丝黑穗病菌和根结线虫严重侵染。所选的实验设计为随机的块设计。每次处理重复3次。在播种65天测定死亡植物的数目。

Claims (11)
1.一种种子处理组合物,其特征在于,所述种子处理组合物含有活性成分氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物, 所述种子处理组合物还包括用于包衣所述活性成分的包衣聚合物;所述的包衣聚合物选自麦芽糖糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧丙基/甲基纤维素一种或多种;所述新烟碱类化合物选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻虫胺中的一种。
2.根据权利要求1的种子处理组合物,其特征在于,所述氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物的重量百分比范围为1:100-100:1; 优选为1:50-50:1; 更优选为1:25-25:1; 更优选为1:10-10:1; 再优选为1:5-5:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物, 其特征在于,所述活性成分氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物的重量与所述包衣聚合物重量之比为1:0.1-5。
4.根据权利要求1的种子处理组合物,其特征在于,所述活性成分氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物的质量之和占所述种子处理组合物的5%-90%, 更优选10%-80%, 更优选10%-50%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物,其特征在于,所述种子处理组合物还可以任选地含有一种或多种农业上接受的固态或液态载体和/或一种或多种农业上可接受的表面活性剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物,其特征在于,所述种子处理组合物是液态或固态的形式;优选液态的形式;更加优选水悬浮液形式。
7.权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物用于处理种子以保护种子和萌芽植物免于植物病原性真菌和有害生物侵袭的方法。
8.权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物用于提高植物种子萌发率的用途。
9.一种提高植物种子萌发率的方法,其特征在于,包括在播种前和/或催芽后使种子与权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物接触。
10.一种保护种子免于植物病原性真菌和有害生物的侵袭和/或改善植物健康的方法,其特征在于,其包括在播种前和/或催芽后使种子与权利要求1所述的种子处理组合物接触。
11.一种制备种子处理组合物的方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
a)研磨待包衣的活性成分,并在表面活性剂的帮助下将其预分散在水溶液中,得到分散体A;
b)向分散体A中添加一种包衣聚合物,得到分散体B;
c)分散体B中除去水,得到干燥固体C;
d)向干燥固体C中添加一种或多种农业上接受的固态或液态载体和/或一种或多种农业上可接受的表面活性剂;
所述的活性成分为氟唑环菌胺和一种新烟碱类化合物;所述的包衣聚合物选自麦芽糖糊精、甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素、羟丙基纤维素、羧丙基/甲基纤维素中一种或多种;所述新烟碱类化合物选自吡虫啉、噻虫嗪、噻虫啉、噻虫胺中的一种。
