It should be understood that the data so used may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances such that embodiments of the application described herein may be practiced otherwise than as specifically illustrated.
The following examples are intended to illustrate the invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a first embodiment of the method for implementing an electronic pair list of an oil import service according to the present invention, and as shown in fig. 1, the method for implementing an electronic pair list of an oil import service according to this embodiment may specifically include the following steps:
100. and if the report number is received, acquiring customs data and report data corresponding to the report number.
In a specific implementation process, the report number can be used to correlate the related information of the oil import service, so that after the inspection and quarantine personnel inputs the report number or clicks a certain report number, the inspection and quarantine personnel can obtain the customs clearance record corresponding to the report number from the Chinese electronic inspection and quarantine e-CIQ data center according to the report number and generate corresponding customs clearance data according to the related rules.
Similarly, according to the report number, reported data of each department can be obtained from related departments, for example, business record data from transportation department, sample metering data from sampling department and inspection report data from technical center laboratory.
In this embodiment, the business record data mainly includes a car number, an arrival date, an original shipment weight, and the like, for example, the transportation department may use the car number, the arrival date, and the original shipment weight as main keywords to enter detailed information of the oil product business and generate business record data, so as to implement electronization of the detailed information of the oil product business, and associate the business record data with the inspection number, so as to implement an inspection mode of "multiple cars and one batch" of oil products.
Similarly, the sampling department may use the carriage number, the sampling date, the vehicle type, the oil level, the residue height, the average temperature, etc. as keywords, and correspondingly record the obtained sampling measurement result to convert the result into electronic data, which is used as sampling measurement data.
Similarly, the car number, the sampling date, the moisture content, the standard density (the density of the oil product at 20 ℃ is called as the standard density) and the like can be used as keywords, and the corresponding contents are recorded to obtain electronic data which is used as inspection report data.
101. And detecting whether the reported data is consistent with the clearance data to obtain a detection result.
After the customs data and the reported data corresponding to the report number are obtained, the customs data and the reported data can be compared to detect whether the reported data is consistent with the customs data or not, and a detection result is obtained.
Specifically, in this embodiment, it needs to detect whether the number of first cars in the reported data is consistent with the number of second cars in the clearance data; detecting whether a first carriage identifier in the reported data is consistent with a second carriage identifier in the clearance data; and detecting whether the original delivery weight in the reported data is consistent with the clearance weight in the clearance data.
For example, in this embodiment, the business record data, the sample metering data, and the inspection report data may be marked one by one, so as to detect whether the number and the identification of the first car in the report data are consistent with those of the second car in the customs data, and detect whether the original shipment weight in the report data is consistent with the customs weight in the customs data. Wherein, the total original shipping weight can be obtained according to the original shipping weight of each carriage, and whether the total weight is consistent with the total weight in the clearance data is detected.
102. And outputting output information corresponding to the detection result according to the detection result.
In this embodiment, after the detection result is obtained, corresponding output information may be generated and output. For example, if the reported data is consistent with the clearance data, prompt information related to the success of the order is generated and output, and if the reported data is inconsistent with the clearance data, prompt information related to the failure of the order is generated and output. Thus, the inspection and quarantine personnel can execute relevant operations according to the output information. For example, if they are consistent, no processing is required, otherwise, if they are inconsistent, it is possible to check whether an error or the like occurs in the entry data of each department.
The main body of the implementation method for the electronic pair order of the oil import business in this embodiment may be an electronic pair order implementation device of the oil import business, and the electronic pair order implementation device of the oil import business may be specifically integrated by software, for example, the electronic pair order implementation device of the oil import business may be specifically an application, which is not particularly limited by the present invention.
In the method for realizing the electronic pair order of the oil import service of the embodiment, the customs data and the report data corresponding to the report number are obtained by receiving the report number; detecting whether the reported data is consistent with the clearance data to obtain a detection result; and according to the detection result, outputting information corresponding to the detection result, realizing electronic order matching and avoiding manual calculation. By adopting the technical scheme of the invention, the efficiency of calculating the metering document of the imported oil product can be improved, and the inspection clearance speed of the imported oil product can be improved.
