Abstract
The invention provides an article position information detection device and method, wherein a main light curtain control board collects a first light signal of an article collected by a sensor and a second light signal collected by a light curtain, the two light signals are transmitted to a control system in a centralized manner, and the control system calculates the position information of the article. The equipment information of a plurality of sensors and the object position information collected by the light curtain can be collected and analyzed, the equipment is connected more conveniently, and the object positioning information is more accurate.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of Internet, in particular to an article position information detection device and method.
Background
Due to the development trend of equipment intellectualization, the requirement on the positioning precision of the articles is higher and higher. Various sensors used in the prior art are of various types. These numerous types of multiple sensors can complicate the routing of hardware if each individual access item position location system is used at an access location. Meanwhile, another object positioning device, namely a light curtain device, exists in the prior art. The light curtain device is not capable of being installed in different scenes at will because the light curtain device is required to be a horizontal light spot and a vertical light spot when being laid, and the object positioning device such as a sensor is equivalent to one light spot, so that the installation is flexible. In the prior art, the positioning signal of the sensor and the positioning signal of the light curtain device are used for positioning the position of the article independently. The position information of the article can not be calculated by the mixed logic operation of the two devices.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, an object of an embodiment of the present invention is to provide an article location information detecting apparatus, including: the system comprises a sensor, a light curtain control board and a control system;
the sensor is connected with the light curtain control panel and used for collecting first light ray information of an article and transmitting the first light ray information to the light curtain control panel;
the light curtain is connected with the light curtain control board and used for collecting second light ray information of articles and transmitting the second light ray information to the light curtain control board;
the light curtain control panel is connected with the control system and used for transmitting the first light ray information and the second light ray information to the control system, and the control system calculates the position information of the article according to the first light ray information and the second light ray information.
Wherein the light curtain control panel at least comprises a main light curtain control panel and an auxiliary light curtain control panel which are connected with each other,
the main light curtain control board is connected with the sensor and used for receiving the first light ray information;
the main light curtain control board is connected with the light curtain and used for receiving second light ray information,
the main light curtain control panel is connected with the control system and used for transmitting the first light ray information and the second light ray information to the control system so that the control system can calculate the position of an article according to the first light ray information and the second light ray information;
and the auxiliary light curtain control board is used for supplying power to the light curtain and the sensor.
Preferably, the system further comprises a signal synchronization line, and the signal synchronization line is used for sending the abnormal light-emitting information of the light curtain monitored by the auxiliary light curtain control board to the main light curtain control board.
Preferably, the system further comprises an upper computer, the upper computer is connected with the control system, and the control system calculates the position information of the article according to the first light information and the second light information and transmits the position information to the control terminal.
The light curtain comprises a plurality of light spots, and the light spot distance and the number of the light spots can be adjusted.

Compared with the prior art, the equipment and the method for detecting the position information of the article, provided by the invention, have the advantages that the main light curtain control board collects the first light signal of the article collected by the sensor and the second light signal collected by the light curtain, the two light signals are transmitted to the control system in a centralized manner, and the control system calculates the position information of the article. The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. The components of embodiments of the present invention generally described and illustrated in the figures herein may be arranged and designed in a wide variety of different configurations. Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an embodiment of an article location information detecting apparatus of the present invention.
An article position information detecting apparatus 10 shown in fig. 1 includes:
a sensor 100, a light curtain 110, a light curtain control board 120, and a control system 130.
The sensor 100 is connected to the light curtain control board 120, and is configured to collect first light information of an article and transmit the first light information to the light curtain control board 120.
The light curtain 110 is connected to the light curtain control board 120, and is configured to collect second light information of the article and transmit the second light information to the light curtain control board 120.
The light curtain control board 120 is connected to the control system 130, and is configured to transmit the first light information and the second light information to the control system 130, so that the control system 130 calculates position information of an article according to the first light information and the second light information.
The light curtain 110 of this embodiment includes a plurality of light spots, and the light spot distance and the number of light spots can be adjusted.
The sensor 100 is a PNP or NPN type sensor infrared sensor.
In a preferred embodiment, the light curtain control board 120 includes at least a main light curtain control board 121 and a sub-light curtain control board 122 connected to each other. The light curtain control board 121 and the sub-light curtain control board 122 are connected by a signal synchronization line, and the signal synchronization line sends the abnormal light emitting information of the light curtain 110 monitored by the sub-light curtain control board 122 to the main light curtain control board 121. In one example, the signal synchronization line is a 3-core cable.
The main light curtain control board 121 is connected to the sensor 100, and is configured to receive first light information sent by the sensor 100.
The main light curtain control board 121 is connected to the light curtain 110, and is configured to receive the second light information sent by the light curtain 110. The signals between the light curtain and the main light curtain control board are transmitted through an RS232 or RS485 interface.
The main light curtain control panel 121 is connected to the control system 130, and is configured to transmit the first light information and the second light information to the control system 130, so that the control system 130 calculates position information of the article according to the first light information and the second light information.
The secondary light curtain control board 122 is used to power the light curtain 110 and the sensor 100. The secondary light sheet control panel 122 is here primarily used to power the light emitting devices, i.e. the light spots and the sensors 100, on the light sheet 110.
In a preferred embodiment, the apparatus for detecting position information of an article further includes an upper computer 140, where the upper computer 140 is connected to the control system 130, and transmits the position information of the article calculated by the control system 130 according to the first light information and the second light information to the control terminal.
The main light curtain control board of the article position information detection device of the embodiment collects the first light signals of the articles collected by the sensor and the second light signals collected by the light curtain, and transmits the two light signals to the control system in a centralized manner, and the control system calculates the position information of the articles. The equipment information of a plurality of sensors and the object position information collected by the light curtain can be collected and analyzed, the equipment is connected more conveniently, and the object positioning information is more accurate.
Fig. 2 shows a flowchart of an embodiment of an item location information detection method of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, an article position information detection method of the present invention includes:
step S200, a sensor collects first light information of an article and transmits the first light information to a light curtain control board.
Step S210, the light curtain collects second light information of the article, and transmits the second light information to the light curtain control board.
The light curtain of the embodiment comprises a plurality of light spots, and the light spot distance and the number of the light spots can be adjusted according to the field situation.
The sensor is a PNP or NPN type sensor infrared sensor. The laying number and the laying positions of the sensors are designed and selected according to the actual field situation.
In a preferred embodiment, the present invention further comprises a main light curtain control board transmitting light curtain abnormal lighting information monitored by the sub light curtain control board of the light curtain control board to the light curtain control board through a signal synchronization line. In one example, the signal synchronization line is a 3-core cable. When the power supply of the light curtain is abnormal, the auxiliary light curtain control board needs to synchronize the information to the main light curtain control board, so that the error light information caused by the abnormal power supply is prevented from being transmitted to the control system by the main light curtain control board, and the problem of inaccurate light information collection caused by the abnormal power supply of the light curtain is avoided
In this embodiment, signals between the light curtain and the main light curtain control board are transmitted through an RS232 or RS485 interface.
After steps S200 and S210 are completed, step S220 is performed, and the light curtain control board transmits the first light ray information and the second light ray information to the control system, so that the control system can calculate the position information of the article according to the first light ray information and the second light ray information.
Those skilled in the art should understand that steps S200 and S210 are not performed sequentially, and may be performed simultaneously or asynchronously. It is also possible to proceed to step S220 after only one step is completed.
In a preferred embodiment, the method for detecting the position information of the article further includes step S230, the upper computer calculates the position information of the article according to the first light information and the second light information by the control system and transmits the calculated position information to the control terminal.
The main light curtain control board of the article position information detection method of the embodiment collects a first light signal of an article collected by the sensor and a second light signal collected by the light curtain, and transmits the two light signals to the control system in a centralized manner, and the control system calculates the position information of the article. The article position information that can realize the collection of a plurality of sensors and the article position information that the light curtain gathered gather and analysis processes in a concentrated way, and equipment access is more convenient, and article locating information is more accurate.

the light curtain control board at least comprises a main light curtain control board and an auxiliary light curtain control board which are connected with each other, and the main light curtain control board is connected with the sensor and used for receiving the first light ray information; the main light curtain control board is connected with the light curtain and used for receiving second light ray information; the auxiliary light curtain control board is used for supplying power to the light curtain and the sensor; the main light curtain control panel with vice light curtain control panel passes through the signal synchronization line and connects, the signal synchronization line will vice light curtain control panel monitoring the unusual luminous information of light curtain sends for the main light curtain control panel.
